The problems in Islamic education today can be said to be confronted in terms of quality and poor cycles. Several studies have resulted in his analysis which has shown that leadership is the most important fact in an effort to change the cycle for the better. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a paradigmatic science, especially in the framework of the epistemology is able to bring strong leadership. This effort is intended to be carried out in developing and strengthening Islamic education with better management and in which there are Islamic values as elan fundament of education management. Where these values can build motivation and work performance that results in two goals, because the process developed is not only aimed at satisfaction and productivity, but also oriented towards values transcendental-eschatological (worship and the pleasure of God). The leadership is a visionary leadership and is able to build effective, efficient and productive organizational processes in conducive learning. The position of the unity of the human body and the environment was obvious already in the "pre-scientific" antique period, when a holistic, harmonious perception of the world prevailed. In the future, in full accordance with the evolution of human knowledge and the predominance of the elementary approach to the study of biological phenomena (primarily, the dominance of morphological and functional analysis of cells, organs and tissues of the body) and individual environmental factors (physical, chemical, mechanical, biological, social), the principle of unity organism and environment for a long time left the field of vision of researchers.

This article contains the concepts of integrating Islamic education and science in the world of education today in order to reduce a conflict between general science and religious knowledge in Indonesian education institutions.  Currently the phenomenon of you being religious, many feel dissatisfied with the modern era that was happening so that there are still many religious people who openly reject modernity and miss the Islamic world that once triumphed in the past then applied in the current era with the aim of improving the problems that occur today. Besides that, there are also modernists who reject the existence of religion in the public sphere because religion has a dogmatic and closed mindset. Apart from that, Amin Abdullah was one of the figures who are trying to take a middle line to bring together scientists and clergy by using the idea of integration-interconnection as  foundation in carrying out reforms in the world of education

This paper presents the case of psychology from a perspective not widely recognized by the West, namely, the Egyptian, Arab, and Islamic perspective. It discusses the introduction and development of psychology in this part of the world. Whenever such efforts are evaluated, six problems become apparent: (1) the one-way interaction with Western psychology; (2) the intellectual dependency; (3) the remote relationship with national heritage; (4) its irrelevance to cultural and social realities; (5) the inhibition of creativity; and (6) the loss of professional identity. Nevertheless, some major achievements are emphasized, and a four-facet look into the 21st century is proposed.

The phenomenon of economic growth is studied by economists and statisticians in various aspects for a long time. Economic theory is devoted to assessing factors of growth in the tradition of R. Solow, R. Barrow, W. Easterly and others. During the last quarter of the century, however, the institutionalists, namely D. North, D. Wallis, B. Weingast as well as D. Acemoglu and J. Robinson, have shown the complexity of the problem of development on the part of socioeconomic and political institutions. As a result, solving the problem of how economic growth affects inequality between countries has proved extremely difficult. The modern world is very diverse in terms of development level, and the article offers a new approach to the formation of the idea of stylized facts using cluster analysis. The existing statistics allows to estimate on a unified basis the level of GDP production by 174 countries of the world for 1992—2016. The article presents a structured picture of the world: the distribution of countries in seven clusters, different in levels of development. During the period under review, there was a strong per capita GDP growth in PPP in the middle of the distribution, poverty in various countries declined markedly. At the same time, in 1992—2016, the difference increased not only between rich and poor groups of countries, but also between clusters.

The subject of alignment is not new to the world of education. Today however, it has come to mean different things and to have a heuristic value in education according to research in different areas, not least for neuroscience, and to attention to skills and to the alternation framework. This paper, after looking at the classic references that already attributed an important role to alignment in education processes, looks at the strategic role of alignment in the current context, outlining the shared construction processes and focusing on some of the ways in which this is put into effect.Alignment is part of a participatory, enactive approach that gives a central role to the interaction between teaching and learning, avoiding the limits of behaviourism, which has a greater bias towards teaching, and cognitivism/constructivism, which focus their attention on learning and in any case, on that which separates a teacher preparing the environment and a student working in it.

Cruel and inhumane acts that harm human life and health, as well as humiliate the dignity, are prohibited in most countries of the world, and Russia is no exception in this issue. The article presents an analysis of the institution of responsibility for torture in the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that the current criminal law of Russia superficially and fragmentally regulates liability for torture, in connection with which the author formulated the proposals to define such act as an independent crime. In the frame of modern globalization, the world community pays special attention to the protection of human rights, in connection with which large-scale international standards have been created a long time ago. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international acts enshrine prohibitions of cruel and inhumane acts that harm human life and health, as well as degrade the dignity.Considering the historical experience of the past, these standards focus on the prohibition of any kind of torture, regardless of the purpose of their implementation.
