In modern conditions of functioning of the higher education system, the goal of introducing distance learning is to organize a high-quality educational process “at a distance” using the latest information and communication tools and open access to educational resources. It is this form of training that can quickly adapt to the requirements of the information society and prepare the future specialist for the challenges of the digital environment. In combination with traditional forms, distance education in a higher educational institution can provide a wide range of educational services for both applicants and students to acquire the necessary skills for future professional activities, and for teachers to improve their skills. At the moment, the main problems in introducing high-quality free educational space is the lack of technical and financial support, the legislative basis of distance learning, and this is a leading factor in curbing the development of technology at the university. There are no qualified teachers specially prepared for working in remote mode. However, given the willingness of universities to train teachers to work remotely, the negative impact of this factor in the near future can be eliminated. Subject to the solution of the above problems, an effective distance learning will be created that will comprehensively reveal the student’s potential, taking into account both individual and universal needs.

The implementation of the requirements of the federal state educational standards of primary general, basic general and secondary general education makes its ownadjustments to the educational process. Today, the formation of metasubject skills, universal educational actions that allow modern schoolchildren to quickly adapt to changing conditions, is becoming valuable. One of these skills is to find, interpret, and evaluate information. An analysis of international studies such as PISA shows that the formation of reading competence among Russian fifteen-year-olds is low. This is due to the fact that schools have weak systematic work with information (for example, there is no work with electronic texts or there is work only with solid texts). To this can be added the disunity of school subjects: each teacher in their professional activities uses their own set of methods and techniques to form the reading literacy of students. The search for technologies and teaching methods aimed at consolidating the efforts of teachers of different academic subjects led to the development of the «Single Text Day» technology and to the «Single Text Day» campaign, the features of which are described in this article. The main goal of the Campaign is the formation and development of schoolchildren’s reading literacy. The article consistently reveals the stages of preparation for the Day of a single Text: from the list of planned results, the description of the subtleties in the selection of the text to the features of the final work to the ways of adapting ready-made materials. It also analyzes the perception of the Day of a single Text by students and teachers who participated in the Campaign.

The authors identify the correlation dependence of the indicated phenomena, on the basis of which the linguistic foundation of the study is built - the selection and analysis of language material through the method of conceptual linguistic engineering of professional identity. Due to the presented complex linguistic analysis, the authors collect a corpus of textual and language units - a working thesaurus which forms the linguistic basis of the entire educational process of forming a professional linguistic personality.Content-wise, the methodology is based on thematic planning, which is as close as possible to the professional activities of the future specialist. For example, the topics proposed for discussion by the students inthe described pilot manual substantially duplicate the main stages of the business plan. This structure allows us to purposefully form the professional language personality of the student, as well as the necessary professional competencies. The obligatory project component as the final element of each thematic stage contributes to a deeper consolidation of the mastered language material and practical skills in a certain, profession-given, activity format. The entire process of forming the professional language personality is based on a comprehensive systematic study of productive language skills (speaking, writing). The offered technique promotes not only the deep study of linguistic skills and development of the future profession discourse space but also develops a wide range of soft skills especially demanded by employers nowadays.

The article deals with increasing the efficiency of scientific project management in higher military educational establishments by introducing the method of distribution of research works among the teams of performers of scientific projects of higher military educational establishments, analyzes the load of scientific and pedagogical workers of typical structural units of higher educational establishments of higher educational establishments. Actions of the functional leader in the selection of the team of executors of the scientific project. Specificity of scientific tasks in the military field is the need to overcome the uncertainties caused by the unpredictability of the enemy during combat. The complexity and multidimensionality of the problem of planning and managing the scientific and technical activities in the security and defense sector necessitate the improvement of existing planning and management mechanisms in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Management activities of functional leaders is one of the important factors for the success and quality of scientific tasks. In the teaching and research processes of higher military education there is a wide range of management entities. The content and scope of managerial functions of heads of departments, faculties and departments are defined in the relevant charters, guidelines and instructions. However, it is very difficult to identify the quantitative weight of each institution of management of the scientific-pedagogical system of higher education institutions and its structural units. The order of performing management functions during certain periods of activity is worked out by each entity, mainly independently, on the basis of personal experience, the choice of forms, methods and means of influencing the management object is, for the most part, a creative process. One of the important aspects of the implementation of a scientific project that depends on the end result is the selection of the "right" team of project executors and the project resource, namely: specialists in the field of research, motivated by the result, able to achieve it by their competence, not overloaded with other work , plus - comprehensive security of the project. In order to increase the effectiveness of management activities, to apply the management of the institution (the chief and his deputy for scientific work) by the apparatus, to qualitatively evaluate and make the right management decisions at the stage of appointment of the project manager and the team of executors of the scientific project, to determine the resource base and limitations in this particular scientific project, this technique is proposed. Management of scientific projects in all phases of their implementation - from order to implementation, is a priority direction of increasing the efficiency of the system of scientific and scientific-technical activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The implementation of the algorithm of selection of the team of executors of the scientific project is an effective mechanism for optimizing the decision-making process by functional managers in the early stages of scientific projects.

Introduction. Current educational practice largely functions independently of didactics: decisions on the selection of content, the methods and forms of instruction are often made at different levels and in different areas of education without a conceptual substantiation. This does not necessarily mean the educators’ lack of knowledge, it rather points at the urgency of updating didactic research, including objects and phenomena that are relevant and have not been extensively studied yet.The aim of the present publication is to pose relevant problems of didactic research, based on the challenges rooted in the development of educational practice.Methodology and research methods. This research is based on systemic, interdisciplinary, and anthropological approaches. Research methods include analysis, synthesis, systematisation, modelling, idealisation, forecasting.Results. The authors state the need to expand the range of issues covered by didactic research. Additionally, the authors highlighted didactic research problems related to learning across all levels of the educational ladder, to a wide range of contexts of educational practice: psychological and didactic characteristics of a modern agent of learning; didactic foundations for the selection of educational content in the context of the transformation of the educational environment of the digital era; the expansion of conceptual and terminological toolbox of didactics; contextual features of didactic principles in diverse areas of educational practice; didactical aims and functions of non-traditional learning formats; didactic foundations and the range of the teacher’s roles in various learning formats; the development of didactics for teacher training. The directions of promising didactic research are identified. The authors conclude the necessity for broadening research area to cover problems facing didactics: inclusion of phenomena and processes that were left out of the scope of traditional didactic research; enhancing the role of interdisciplinary research on learning, enhancing the versatility of didactic concepts and their scientific validity; a didactic study of specific innovative educational practices, identifying the feasibility and possibilities of their dissemination in different areas of education.Scientific novelty. The article describes educational practices, which are not covered by didactic studies. The authors identify and present conceptual gaps, which challenge didactics to expand and enrich its conceptual toolkit. Several paradoxes are highlighted as conceptual contradictions, which indicate the gaps in modern didactic knowledge: paradoxes of the learning actor, of learning outcomes, of teacher expertise. These paradoxes prompt to update didactics as the theory of education.Practical significance. The development of didactics in the areas considered in the article will make it possible to improve the educational process on a theoretically verified basis, enhance opportunities, to reduce the risks, and to increase the effectiveness of innovations.

The article is devoted to control and feedback in foreign language teaching in a technogenic environment. The educational process is transformed in terms of the implementation and active use of digital technologies. ICT-rich environment provides new models of interaction between the teacher, students and digital tools. It also enriches the diversity of tasks and expands the range of possible forms of control and feedback. According to the authors, automated evaluation takes place both in out-of-classroom activities and directly in the classroom using Bring Your Own Device technology (BYOD). Automated control contributes to the intensity of the educational process. It provides all the participants with an opportunity to choose a convenient mode of work and get instant feedback, thereby allowing self-assessment and self-reflection of their own actions. When teaching foreign languages, special attention should be paid to chatbot technology. Chatbots imitate human actions and are able to perform standard repetitive tasks. The growing popularity of bots is explained by a wide range of usage spheres and the ability to integrate chatbots into social networks and mobile technologies. In the technogenic educational environment, ICT can be the basis for interaction, co-editing and peer assessment in collaborative projects. In this case, students receive feedback not only from the teacher, but also from other students, which increases the motivation for independent learning. Thus, automated control, self-assessment and peer assessment can both identify problem areas for each student and design an individual learning path, which increases the effectiveness of learning a foreign language.
