A comprehensive examination of 213 interns of both sexes was carried out. A system of psychotherapeutic correction of maladaptive states and psycho-preventive support of interns during the period of professional training has been developed. Levels of adaptation of internship doctors for professional activity were emphasized: high (14,1 %), average (20,2 %) and low level (65,7 %). It was described the asthenical (25,8 % of men and 22,5 % of women), hypersthenic (20,6 % of men and 23,2 % of women), anxiodepressive (11,3 % and 20,6 % respectively), psychosomatic (14,5 % of men and 18,1 % of women), asthenic-apathetical (12,3 % and 11,2 % respectively) and addictive (15,5 % of men and 4,4 % of women) variants of maladaptive reactions among the internship doctors. The developed model of the formation of disorders of adaptation of internship doctors is presented by a complex of pathogenic factors. It was established that the basis for the formation of maladaptive reactions among the internship doctors is the presence of somatic pathology, craniocerebral injury and neuroinfection in the anamnesis and the tendency to addictive behavior. Prognostically important factors in the formation of adaptation disorders are conflicts of family and professional relations, disturbing suspiciousness, low communicativeness, difficult working conditions, lack of positive emotions, awareness of inadequate level of competence, low level of motivation, and imperfectiveness of mechanisms of psychological protection. Triggers for the development of maladaptive states are the high level of professional stress, depletion of adaptation, prolonged mental stress, frustration of significant basic needs, and high rates of clinical scale of anxiety and depression HDRS. An individualized three-stage system of medical and psychological support during the professional training period, which involves the application of complex psychodiagnostic, psychotherapeutic, psychoeducational and psychoprophylactic influences, has been developed and tested.

In the article the authors consider modern approaches to the formation of the content of training of engineering specialists on the example of modelling the syllabi of academic disciplines. A comparative analysis of current trends in the content of professional training of engineering personnel in institutions of higher technical education in Ukraine, Western Europe and China. It is noted that one of the main shortcomings of domestic higher education is still its inconsistency with the requirements of the labour market and the lag of technical training from scientific and technological progress. The latter encourages the revision of another strategic involvement of training – the formation of professional competencies of future professionals, and hence the formation of a new content of training for future engineers. An example of such attempts is the introduction of syllabuses in the educational process of higher education. The creation of information and educational networks has globalized this problem and led to the need to realize it at a new innovative level. The article focuses on the definitive analysis of the researched problem and on the basic principles of syllabus construction, which are based on the competence approach. It is noted that the main task of this analysis is to study the substantive nuances between the syllabi of academic disciplines and their work programs, why and for whom this document is prepared and whether it is right at all. Emphasis is placed on the basic principles of construction of syllabi of academic disciplines, according to which they can be distinguished from work programs. As a fundamental principle, access to learning outcomes is highlighted, which should be expressed through the levels of competencies of graduates. Thus, through educational activities, the opportunity to design the future professional activity of the student is realized, and as a result to consider the competence acquired in the learning process. The structural components of syllabuses of academic disciplines are considered. The structure of the syllabus of the discipline in terms of components and a specific example of its modelling have been provided.

The main task at the present stage is the formation of mediation as a type of professional activity.  That is why, the study of the views of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the features of the professional activity of a mediator is an integral part of the qualitative implementation of the institution of mediation in Ukraine as a whole, and provides an opportunity to improve the level of professional training of future mediation specialists in accordance with the requirements of the present. Due to the tendency to use private legal mechanisms for resolving private disputes in private disputes, we consider it necessary to develop a doctrinal non-jurisdictional way of resolving private disputes, namely mediation.  The mediation procedure is an organized procedure with the participation of a mediator, assists the parties in resolving a dispute and making a decision for both parties. The main difference between family mediation and other types of dispute resolution, in the context of the development of the education system, is its non-directiveness.  Mediation only uses the law, in contrast to the traditional methods based on legal regulation.  A flexible and democratic way of resolving disputes based on the voluntary participation of the parties creates conditions for the parties to control not only the development and decision-making process, but also the quality of this decision, guaranteeing them complete confidentiality, ensuring the preservation of their reputation and the possibility of constructive interaction in the future. Now in Ukraine, a stage of formation of a professional community of mediators and a consumer niche is underway, which indicates that Ukrainian mediation is currently at the initial stage of its institutionalization.

Interest in the specifics of modern engineering activities, its psychological characteristics is due to the significance of engineering products. Their active introduction into all spheres of society today determines its special status and position among other types of professional activities. This trend is confirmed by the demand of engineering personnel in the labor market, the growing interest of young people in a number of engineering areas (information technology, nanotechnology, biotechnology). It should be noted that traditional types (construction, aviation engineering, transport, etc.) are not neglected. The differences in the existing types of engineering activity, as well as the representation of its complex options, are based on the variety of tasks solved by the engineer. Over the course of historical development, they became complicated under the demands of society, and their successful implementation required the presence of a high level of specialized knowledge (mathematics, physics, geometry, drawing, etc.), the technical orientation of thinking with a creative component. In this situation, the ability to innervate original, unexpected ideas, as well as the possibility of technical implementation of what the engineer conceived at a high-quality and safe level is an important criterion for the reliability of his work. Among the general pattern of professionally significant qualities, engineering thinking has a special position in the process of ensuring the effective performance of functional duties by a technical specialist (engineer), and the study of its leading indicators on the example of this professional community remains one of the priority areas of labor psychology and engineering psychology. The ability to track the general patterns of development of engineering thinking at the stage of professional training will allow us to reflect its peculiarities taking into account the profile (specialization), to improve training programs for future engineers.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking. The concept of «professional thinking of the Technology teacher» is clarified, which is considered as the features of the teacher’s thinking, letting him/her perform professional and pedagogical tasks successfully at a high level of mastery: quickly, accurately solve both the ordinary and extraordinary tasks of teaching and upbringing students in an original way. It has been established that the professional training of Technology teachers is a multi-faceted and time-consuming process. On the one hand, the student must master various work operations and technological processes at the industrial level or close to it, and on the other hand it must have general pedagogical knowledge and methods of their sharing. The peculiarities of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking are determined by their activity specifics, which is defined by the goals, tasks, content, external and internal conditions, means, difficulties, features of the mental processes occurrence, motivation displays, the state of a person and a team towards the implementation of management and guidance. That is why the formation of the Technology teachers’ professional thinking should be carried out in an integral system of educational process at a pedagogical institution of higher education, and the methods of teaching students technologies to solve pedagogical tasks should be widely used at training sessions and pedagogical practices, contributing to the professional thinking formation. Moreover the research proves the necessity of wider informational technologies elements’ application with the use of computerized and audio-visual complexes as leading means and a leader, which allow synthesizing the intellectual components of professional thinking and activating its structural components development. The benefit of the article is the defined conditions for the formation of the future Technology teachers professional thinking, they are: a motivation, new means of mastering professional activity, a mental activity intensification, the scientifically substantiated selection of educational material, students’ age possibilities and individual peculiarities. As a result, the article reveals the need to include the material that reflects the specifics of the future Technology teachers professional thinking formation to the content of their subject and psychological and pedagogical training, as well as to combine individual and collective forms of students' work in the process of forming a professional thinking and to carry out a step-by-step control and correction of the future Technology teacher professional thinking formation.

Abstract Background Multi-professional obstetric emergencies training is one promising strategy to improve maternity care. Sustaining training programmes following successful implementation remains a challenge. Understanding, and incorporating, key components within the implementation process can embed interventions within healthcare systems, thereby enhancing sustainability. This study aimed to identify key components influencing sustainability of PRactical Obstetric Multi-Professional Training (PROMPT) in the Philippines, a middle-income setting. Methods Three hospitals were purposively sampled to represent private, public and teaching hospital settings. Two focus groups, one comprising local trainers and one comprising training participants, were conducted in each hospital using a semi-structured topic guide. Focus groups were audio recorded. Data were analysed using thematic analysis. Three researchers independently coded transcripts to ensure interpretation consistency. Results Three themes influencing sustainability were identified; attributes of local champions, multi-level organisational involvement and addressing organisational challenges. Conclusions These themes, including potential barriers to sustainability, should be considered when designing and implementing training programmes in middle-income settings. When ‘scaling-up’, local clinicians should be actively involved in selecting influential implementation champions to identify challenges and strategies specific to their organisation. Network meetings could enable shared learning and sustain enthusiasm amongst local training teams. Policy makers should be engaged early, to support funding and align training with national priorities.

The current stage of development of higher education in Ukraine is characterized by a special intensity and scale of transformations, which envisage the formation of a holistic educational space based on the unification of national educational services markets, conditioned by globalization and integration processes. The training of scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions is considered in this context as an important prerequisite that ensures the modernization of education. In these conditions, the renewal of the content of the Master of Education training is of particular importance, it will equip a future teacher with the skills to integrate special psychological-pedagogical, methodological and didactic knowledge in the conditions of professional activity. A guideline on this issue is that European standards and recommendations for graduate students are formulated in the Dublin Descriptors and the European Qualification Framework. These European benchmarks, as well as the expansion of academic freedoms, changing educational paradigms require a fundamentally new content, methods and forms of the Master of Education training, the purpose of which is to shape the personality of a student as a teacher and professional of an institution of higher education who is able to independently and creatively think and act. The staff of the department of pedagogics of Pereiaslav- Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University developed the concept of educational activities in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, fields of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy. The concept provides for the formation of masters of education integrated competence, general and professional competencies. The development of these competencies will be facilitated by the introduction of a dual form of higher education. The dual form of getting higher education is a way of getting an education; it provides for a combination of training of applicants of higher education in institutions of higher education with training in workplaces in institutions, organizations and enterprises for obtaining certain qualifications, usually on the basis of a contract, with the performance of official duties. The high level of the Master of Education professional training in the conditions of the dual form of education is possible due to the mastering of the basics of the professional teaching activity of the teacher of the institution of higher education in real conditions; application of modern educational technologies of practical activity; the methodological readiness of a master of education to implement the educational process in institutions of higher education.
