Purpose of the article. The study reveals the theoretical and practical problems of implementing legal projects in Ukraine through the prism of creativity and the role of the director in the structure of legal education activities. Professional educational training of future directors is a specific educational process aimed at the development of graduates as highly experienced creative figures. The essence of the above training will allow developing in a wider range of cultures and law. It is the skillful organization of the educational and artistic process, in particular, future professionals at all stages from directing to the realization of creative vision in the student body, ultimately aimed at the development and self-realization of artistic and creative abilities of youth and their moral and ethical education. Methodology. In theoretical and methodological terms, the analyzed and presented aspects were previously presented in the works of K.S. Stanislavsky, B.E. Zakhava, I.G. Sharoev, A.A. Goncharov, and others. In higher education, all plans are needed - creative and organizational indivisible holistic learning process, which will allow students to put into practice their powerful knowledge in terms of management. Relevant approaches to their study are identified. The methodology is to find a conceptual and creative activity of the director, revealing his ability to qualitatively implement legal materials through the prism of cultural activities in the educational process, influencing in parallel and the educational component. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the disclosure of the organic combination of functions of director-creator, director-organizer, and director-manager, for the quality implementation of the legal-cultural project "I have the right". Conclusions. New forms of cultural realization are being expanded and offered to teachers, which will help in the future to answer the question of how to find creative directing techniques for implementing cultural projects together with state legal institutions, indicating the right vector of general improvement and development of society. The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

The article deals with the problems of patriotism education in Kazakhstan, associated with the radical socio-economic transformations taking place in the world and in our country. All these changes have caused great changes in the public consciousness and spiritual life of society. With the acquisition of Kazakhstan's status as a sovereign state, the education of patriotism among the younger generation requires a special approach and interpretation, in consequence of the multinational nature of this state. It is necessary to form the right attitude to their Homeland and this should engage society, as patriotism is not inherent in the genes, it is not hereditary, and social quality. Love for the Motherland is the deepest of human feelings, which are the spiritual Foundation of social and state development. Patriotism can become a criterion for assessing the essence and the whole life of a person. Patriotism is presented as a form of axiological development of personality.

In the system of foreign language education in Kazakhstan,English is a priority at all levels of education. English is the language which is chosen by parents as a foreign for their children in preschool age. This article is devoted to the study of the status and current issues of teaching English in Kazakhstan. It is based on the results of a practical survey of eighth grade students of some secondary schools, as well as on observation of the educational process. During a visit to English classes and after conversations with school teachers, the problematic aspects of the learning process were identified. The article provides an overview of modern methods and principles of classes’ organization, contains recommendations for solving theidentified problems. The authors of the article also tried to find out the desire of students to learn not only English, but also other foreign languages, because according to the state regulatory documents, students at school have the right to choose a foreign language, which they want tolearn. The desire to communicate in a foreign language, readiness for foreign language communication, the role ofEnglish language in the student’s life, the main activities in foreign language lessons were some of the key issues, that were considered in this scientific work.

Abstrack- Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Professional teaching is a profession that is very important in the life of a nation, this is not because the educational position is very important in the context of national life. Educators are the dominant element in an educational process, so that the quality of education is largely determined by the quality of educators in carrying out their roles and duties in societ. Therefore the development of the teaching profession will have a major impact on improving the quality of education that is still lagging behind, as well as giving the right direction for students to play a role in the community to participate with the community in building the nation.

AbstractIntroduction: In this article, we want to point out what kind of pedagogical and didactic change is being recorded in Slovakia’s education system and we will point out where it could go and develop to achieve positive results. This article is one of the upcoming outputs in the form of paper and study on the provision of structured, analytical and critical thinking (SAC). In the article, it is shown how the situation has changed and how we perceive the attitude of students during the educational process. Next, it is described current problems and inadequacies in the educational process and define how to use a change of thinking to increase motivation and improve access to knowledge.Purpose: In general, there is a consensus that it is important for teachers to be able to guide their students to problem-solving skills (Aktaş & Ünlü, 2013). It is pointed out that, with the right educational tools, such skills can be stimulated, developed and improved (Jordaan & Jordaan, 2005). This article is designed for all levels of education, but we are mostly concerned with educating future educators.Methods: In this paper, there are described methods that can help to improve the quality of thinking of students and thus increase the level of thinking of the whole society. This article take inspiration from important historical personalities as well as relevant current personalities in their professions. Critical, analytical and creative thinking, also based on logical and structured thinking, is our main method of our educational process.Conclusion: In conclusion, it is pointed out the need to develop SAC as a whole. It is important for the general publica to have better skills in SAC, for example, from the point of view of cognitive mistakes in experts, in the field of political literacy, recognition of misinformation and a better general awareness of rational thinking. As can be seen, SAC is not only about education, but it also closely affects society as a whole. It can thus influence the operation of the company, prevent the development of the first-class solutions offered and raise the whole company to a higher level.

The article outlines the main criteria for determining the temperament of the student for the formation of educational groups in order to optimize the educational process. It describes the way of conducting research to identify the effectiveness of training students with a predominant phlegmatic type of temperament (introverts) and students with a predominant choleric type of temperament (extroverts) in separate academic groups. The article also touches upon the problem of the right to have a mistake as the only way to the educational growth of a person. The main results of the study are pointed out.

RESUMEN: La educación es proceso de desarrollo humano. Tal desarrollo tiene su epicentro más claro en la destreza por antonomasia: el pensamiento. Partimos de que el gran desafío al que se enfrenta la educación hoy es la necesidad de descubrir una nueva forma de pensamiento. Por ello sugerimos algunos enfoques y direcciones emergentes, intentando ayudar a pensar otras maneras de disponer el proceso educativo; con el objetivo de mejorar los marcos relaciónales asociados al éxito dentro y fuera del aula. Entre otras estrategias planteamos los beneficios del aprendizaje cooperativo, el lenguaje global y el aprendizaje holístico o basado en el conocimiento sobre el cerebro.SUMMARY: Education it is a process of human development. Such development has its clear epicentre in the skill par excellence: thinking. We start from a main point:today, the grat challenge that education has to confront is the need to discover a new way of thinking. Thus, we suggest some emergent approaches and directions, tiying to help thinking about other ways to arrange the educational process. In this sense, the objective is to improve the relational frames associted to the success within and out of classrooms. Among other strategies, we reflect about the benefits of cooperative learning, whole language, and holistic learning, also named learning based on brain knowledge.

The article describes the prerequisites for the creation and implementation of an inclusive educational environment in higher education settings in Ukraine. Contradictions have been identified between the legal framework governing higher education for students with special educational needs and the lack of appropriate physical and psychological conditions for the realization of the right to education, and the contradiction between the existence of a tendency to integrate the educational process and the need to individualize the educational process. It is determined that the state of development of inclusive education in Ukraine is characterized by insufficient development of both social and acmeological mechanisms of interaction of key figures of the educational process. The types of inclusive education implemented by higher education institutions are described. The experience of implementation of inclusive educational policy at Lviv Polytechnic National University and the University "Ukraine" is considered. The author's development of the model of acmeological interaction of participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment is presented, and the criteria and indicators of evaluation of the interaction of the participants of the inclusive process in the inclusive educational environment are explained. It was found that a serious obstacle to the introduction of inclusive higher education in Ukraine is the lack of financial capacity of universities: there is no equipped environment, there are no special programs aimed at such education. Conclusions are made regarding the importance of acmeological interaction of participants in the inclusive process in an inclusive educational environment, which is not only to improve the situation of students with special educational needs but also to create positive aspects of social development in general.

Purpose This paper aims to assess the level of awareness of quantity surveyors in material management and their key roles in waste minimization during the post-contract stage of the project with a view of achieving value for money in their roles. Design/methodology/approach This involves administering a questionnaire survey to registered members of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the only recognized professional body of quantity surveyors in Nigeria, within Lagos state. The empirical questionnaire survey succeeds a literature review that isolates the key strategies used by quantity surveyors in material management and waste minimization at the post-contract stage. The validity of the questionnaire was carried out by two experienced construction industry researchers and three experienced professional quantity surveyors to ensure that the questionnaire was not ambiguous and that it consists of the right questions in tandem with the research. The respondents were grouped into consultant’s QS and contractor’s QS. Findings Key roles of quantity surveyors during the material management process are proper material storage, and material inventory and accounting are the most important material management and waste minimization practices during the institute stage. It revealed that there is a lack of material waste documentation practices during the construction stage. In addition, there is no statistically significant difference in the responses of the two groups. This may be because there is no clear compartmentalization between the practices of the two groups. In addition, these two groups had the same education training, as there is no difference between the educational training of the consultant’s QS and contractor’s QS. Originality/value This study assessed the quantity surveyors’ roles with regard to material management and waste minimization. It would add to the scanty research work in this area. The study has also successfully revealed the strategies that are to be adopted by the quantity surveyors to achieve value for money during the post-contract stage.

Political science has dealt too long, on the one hand, with the ideal, and, on the other hand, with the abnormal and perverted features of political society, rather than with the normal and the eventual. Our theory of ideal democracy is perhaps more suited to the Greek and Roman city-state, with participation as the test of the good citizen. Representation has been heralded as the device which makes the ancient ideal possible on a large scale. But in practice it has been found that the enormous expansion of the public, i.e., the body of persons who have the right of participation, has made the problem far more complex than was at first thought possible. Greek ideals of education and coercion of the citizen body toward general improvement have been carried out with greater success, and our statute books reflect a Hobbesian attitude toward human nature which is true only in part. The political philosophy of democracy must be built on the facts of political life.Shall we break with the Greek and Roman ideal of the participation of the citizen group in the affairs of the state? It is true that the present attitude is a revised form of the democratic ideal of antiquity, but with a different interpretation of the meaning of citizenship. All democratic governments must finally rest on some theory of the suffrage; any study of the fact of non-voting must be based on a theory of the suffrage likewise. With the expansion of the theory of citizenship to include all subjects, a corresponding theory of limited participation was developed—no doubt a product of the Middle Ages. The totality of citizens was distrusted, and some test of participation had to be devised. Such was the origin of religious tests for political participation; such was the origin of the distinction between the right to vote and the fact of citizenship.
