Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in some activities without expecting anything in return. In general, this program is designed by various universities or institutes in Indonesia, one of which is Pamulang University. to make a real contribution to the Indonesian people, especially in developing the welfare and progress of the Indonesian people. Community Service Activities is one part of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. The form of activities in the implementation of community service in Jampang village is to transfer technology with the theme of raising the turnover strategy online. The instructors and resource persons involved were Accounting Study Program Lecturers from Pamulang University. The results of the PKM Implementation conducted on 20.21 and 22 September 2019 were adding to their knowledge in economics, owing to marketing, the participants of the ornamental fish group in Jampang were very enthusiastic about the material they got from accounting lecturers at Pamulang University, the participants can immediately practice selling via online, the response of the participants is very good and happy because it is very helpful in learning about how to sell via online.Very useful in carrying out marketing or sales strategies via the internet. according to a survey conducted by SWA Indonesia is the second largest in the world as a user of Facebook and Twitter and is very promising for online marketing, moreover supported by the ease of obtaining mobile phones. The internet has an appeal for consumers because it has advantages such as convenience, having access 24 hours a day, alternative efficiency space, unlimited area coverage. Online Marketing or Online Marketing has actually been carried out by Fish Farmers in Jampang Village, Kemang District, Bogor Regency, but has not been optimal in its management. So that it does not work well. To optimize marketing through online, on Sunday September 22 2019, community service activities in Jampang Village are carried out in the form of socialization related to "Strategy to Increase Online Turnover".Keywords: Increase Turnover Strategy via online

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat diartikan sebagai respon akademik masyarakat kampus atas kebutuhan, tantangan, atau persoalan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membantu UMKM dalam mengatasi persoalan-persoalan pencatatan laporan keuangan. Adapun bentuk kegiatan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema akuntansi keuangan. Dengan para pengajar dan narasumber yang dilibatkan adalah para Dosen Program Studi Akuntansi dari Universitas Pamulang.Hasil Pelaksanaan PKM yang dilakukan tanggal 24-28 Februari 2020 adalah menambah ilmu mereka di bidang akuntansi, terutang tentang pencatatan keuangan, para peserta kelompok ikan hias di desa Jampang sangat antusias dengan materi yang mereka dapatkan dari dosen-dosen akuntansi Universitas Pamulang, Para peserta dapat langsung mempraktekan pembukuan melaui aplikasi SI-APIK, Respon para peserta sangat baik dan senang karena sangat terbantu dalam pembelajaran tentang pencatatan keuangan. Pentingnya pengelolaan aspek keuangan usaha membuat para UMKM sadar bahwa pendapatan harus di putar agar usaha terusmaju. Saran yang disampaikan adalah kegiatan PKM kedepannya agar digalakan dan dibuat semenarik mungkin agar dapat menjaring lebih banyak lagi peserta UMKM di Tangerang Selatan, perluasan jangkauan cakupan wilayah materi bisa lebih diperluas sehingga peserta dapat memperoleh wawasan lebih banyak. Abstract: Community service can be interpreted as an academic response from the campus community to challenges, or debates that are questioned by the community, both directly and indirectly. The Importance of the Articles of Association of Business Makes MSMEs Aware That Money Must Be Played So that Businesses Go Forward The suggestion given was that in the future PKM activities should be promoted and made as interesting as possible to attract more MSME participants in South Tangerang, to be able to obtain more information about areas of material that could be studied by the participants so that they could be learned more.

AbstractThis community service is entitled "Empowerment of Creative Businesses with Financial Management to Maximize Profits at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia Al Azhar, Sawangan Depok". The purpose of this service is to give guidance to students (participants) that they must become young people who have creativity in entrepreneurship, and empower creative businesses that are always innovating, in addition to providing knowledge to participants (students) about financial management methods that can provide maximum profit in entrepreneurship so that they can become successful entrepreneurs in the future. The method of implementing this service is carried out in a number of activities, namely the survey phase by visiting Gemilang Indonesia's House and then socializing there with the leadership of Gemilang's house after that compiling various things to be conveyed during the service activities to be carried out which include: preparation of material to be given, preparation of schedules provision of material, division of tasks of the devotion team and surveys to the service location. The socialization phase is before the community service activities are carried out first, the socialization phase is to make a friendship with the leaders of Rumah Gemilang Indonesia, conveying the aims and objectives of this service. At this stage also carried out the fabric of cooperation and determine the schedule of service activities. The implementing team of community service activities is 9 lecturers at the Faculty of Economics majoring in management. The dedication team provided material on Creative Business Empowerment with Financial Management to Maximize Profit at Gemilang Indonesia Al Alzhar House, Sawangan Depok, conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program at the University of Pamulang. The conclusion of this dedication is that participants initially did not understand how to be able to create creative businesses and implement financial management so that their businesses could obtain maximum profits. Our hope with this dedication can open insight from female and female students who will face the world of society. The material we provide is learning and practice in the field of management, especially good financial management as well as study material and input for these students to be able to implement it in daily life, so that it can help and improve scientific levels and be inspired in making home-based businesses that are will be very useful in their lives in the future.Keywords: Creative Business, Financial Management, Profit.

The Village

Jampang Bogor village was one of the areas of fish farming and one of the livelihoods of its people. By utilizing situ in the village, various kinds of fish were produced. Koi ornamental fish and catfish were the hallmarks of these fish farming. Marketing was carried out by fish farmer groups directly to consumers and using online media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media, but still found obstacles in marketing. Community Service was conducted on 28-30 October 2018 with participants representing several groups of fish farmers in Jampang Bogor Village. The method used in the form of expository was the delivery of verbal and inquiry material, namely learning that emphasized the process of critical thinking and analytical related marketing management knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the material on how to market the results of online fish farming. Community Service activities produced an increase in knowledge for fish farmers in Jampang Village Bogor, how to manage a fish farming business to be better, able to compete and could be an example for other farmers. The Community Service activities were expected to provide inspiration and motivation for the lecturers/researchers who would carry out the same activities, the knowledge provided could benefit the community, academics, and families.

The importance of managing the financial aspects of the business made the farmers' groups aware that income had to be rotated to keep the business going. Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus that appeared at the end of 2019 for the first time in Wuhan, China which is currently causing a pandemic in almost all over the world. The main symptoms of Covid-19 are cough, fever and shortness of breath (Ministry of Health, 2020). Covid-19 infection also causes quite high mortality in various countries. The Covid-19 pandemic which is currently endemic to the world is currently paralyzing all sectors including the world of education, where children have to carry out distance learning activities carried out at their respective homes via the internet. This creates new problems where some areas have not been reached by internet facilities. Online learning that has not been properly prepared certainly has an impact on the learning methods used by educators. Likewise, the acceptance of learning from students is also very diverse, often they do not understand the material or delivery from the teacher. The Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, together with 3 other ministers, namely the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Home Affairs, made an agreement to allow face-to-face schools starting in January 2021. Higher education as an institution that has the responsibility to be able to provide knowledge to the community should carry out Community Service activities as a form of the tri dharma of higher education

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out one of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. In addition, it is expected that through community service, the existence of higher education institutions can make a major contribution to the development and application of knowledge to the community. The method of activity used is that we go to the 26 Bintaro State PKBM school which is located at Jl. Bintaro Permai III / 30B, Ex. Bintaro, Kec. Pesanggrahan, City Administration of South Jakarta and will provide training there on 10-12 October 2019. This training aims to make students and students who attend PKBM 26 Bintaro, especially in the PKBM program, increase fraternity and friendship solidarity between students to avoid bullying in socialize in their environment and the world of work. The results of community service obtained were increased knowledge for Participants (Students) of the 26th State PKBM Bintaro so that they had a good view of the importance of increasing the sense of brotherhood and friendship solidarity among students because of our participation as qualified generations of the nation (HR) for quality entering the world of work and how important it is to improve the quality of themselves to avoid bullying in socializing and the world of work. The issue of plagiarism is one of the issues that gets great attention among the academic world and is our common concern. As a manufacturer of science, Higher Education has a big responsibility to provide education and socialization related to the prevention of plagiarism. The initial conditions of our partners (students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Kalimantan Islamic University, Syeh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari), are having difficulties in avoiding the culture of copy-paste in completing their academic assignments, especially in doing thesis. Most students still do not understand the term plagiarism and how to avoid it. After going through community service activities under the title "Training of Paraphrasing Techniques for Writing Student Thesis as an Effort to Avoid Plagiarism" which we carried out on September 22, 2018 then our partners can apply good paraphrasing techniques to avoid plagiarism.

There is a gap between the outcomes of higher education and the demands of competence in the workplace (Observation Teichler, 1997, 1999; Yorke and Knight, 2006). It is necessary to anticipate and evaluation conducted by the universities to the needs of the working world of the competence of its graduates. For this reason, preaches study program of Healing and Counseling at University of Al Azhar Indonesia needs to put through research, whether Healing and Counseling Program will be able to achieve the vision of its mission into educational institutions that can print a preacher who can do the required counseling Islam in society and the world of work today . This study aims for Healing and Counseling Studies Program to conduct an evaluation of the competencies needed by the real world of work in society and to adapt appropriate teaching curriculum. The results showed that the competence of graduates of Healing and Counseling Program UAI was needed in the world of work and competence in the appropriate field for Healing and Counseling is generally associated with human resources (HR) or Human Resources Department, namely as a counselor, therapist, spiritual counselor / preachers, volunteers for various family problems, physical, educational, religious, Islamic law, and violence.

Online marketing was one of the newest ways in business. This was inseparable from the importance of the awareness of business people. Jampang Village, Kemang District, Bogor Regency is a focus of Community Service in collaboration with LPPM University Pamulang. Limited educational background considering that low HR makes this business run slowly. The purpose of this social media marketing training is to increase the sales of catfish and ornamental fish with a wider area. The methods used are lectures, discussions, questions and answers and tutorials so that they can immediately practice ways to sell online. The result of this training is that fish farmers can advertise on Facebook in the hope that their fish farming will be more effective.

Computers and the Internet are now pervasive and essential parts of our lives: we use them at work and at home to gather information, for entertainment, and, increasingly, to do business. The Internet allows people to chat with others from all over the world, to follow the news from every continent, and conveniently to shop online at home or at the office. This book chapter covers two important and related concepts: Web design and e-commerce. The section on Web design starts with the overall picture of the Internet, history, Web authoring tools, design rules as well as introducing some research findings on Web design. E-commerce is introduced with definitions, technological acceptance model, online payment methods, online marketing and future developments.
