This service research aims to determine the application of the method of memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Nuur Ahmad Lombok. Memorizing the Qur'an is a worship that began during the time of the Prophet Muhammad and has grown to the present day. Over time, many methods were born to make it easier to memorize the Qur'an. This activity is the final report of the KKP-DR UIN Mataram which aims to find out the method used in memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Nuur Ahmad Lombok. The method in accelerating memorization used is the FOURT4 method (Tahsin, Tahfidz, Tarjamah, Tafsir). This method has proven useful in facilitating students in memorizing the Qur'an, gaining an understanding of the Qur'an, strengthening and maintaining memorization, fostering motivation in memorizing the Qur'an and creating an intensive relationship between students and the Qur'an. an. The results of this service activity are expected to be a reference for existing Tahfidz institutions.

The existence of the qur 'an as a living guide is mandatory to be studied and taught for all mankind to have nothing more to gain the degrees of takwa and the salvation of the afterlife.So it is important to give knowledge and education about the qur 'an at an early age as a provision for children to print the generations of the qur 'ani.Early childhood is a golden age that results in rapid growth and growth. To create a generation of the qur 'ani that can understand and memorize the qur 'an, our village's jorong village west of sikur established an institute of tahfidz,and the study of the qur 'an,which is aimed at helping children improve reading and reciting the qur 'an,as well as teaching children basic religious science and educating them to be the ultimate discipline of time.

Covid-19 is a disease caused by the Corona virus that emerged at the end of 2019 in Wuhan, China and has spread so rapidly almost troughout the world that is status was declared as Pandemic Covid-19 by the world health agency (WHO) on March 11, 2020. This virus is not only infecting health but also causes various crises in various sectors of community life, especially in the economic field. Therefore, Malaka Village, Pemenang Subdistrict, Nort Lombok Regency, which incidentally is a tourism area visited by many foreign tourist, experienced a drastic decline in the economy caused by the Covid-19 virus. Various efforts were made by the Village Government to cope with the impact of Covid-19, one of them was by diverting village funds. Initially to be allocated for the construction of infrastructure damage by the 2018 earthquake as an aid funds to support the local community’s economy.

Profesionalisme guru memegang peranan penting dalam pendidikan karena menentukan kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengajaran di kelas. Salah satu aspek profesionalisme guru adalah kemampuan merancang pembelajaran yang baik dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Fenomena yang ada, guru belum optimal dalam merancang rencana pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang atraktif dan menarik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mendesain rencana pembelajaran yang baik dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada guru dalam memanfaatkan media sebagai sarana belajar dan diterapkan dengan prinsip-prinsip lesson study pada proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian dilakukan melalui dua tahapan yaitu pelatihan dalam bentuk workshop dan pendampingan bagi guru model. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan adanya pemahaman guru terhadap pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Selain itu, guru juga memiliki pengetahuan dalam merancang pembelajaran dengan prinsip lesson study untuk diterapkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas.

Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus that first appeared in Wuhan, China at the end of 2019. Symptoms of Covid-19 are cough, fever, and shortness of breath. Covid-19 infection causes quite high mortality in various countries, including Indonesia. Covid-19 has also changed all aspect which has become a prolonged crisis mus immediately find a solution so that it does not have an even greater impact. One of the efforts made by the government to prevent the spread of the Corona-19 virus is by implementing restrictions on community activities that take place in regions in Indonesia. Another government institution that is also involved in minimizing the impact of Covid-19 is UIN Mataram. The involvement of UIN Mataram in this case is to direct its students to carry out Participatory Work From Home Lectures. The implementation of the Participatory Work From Home is focused on aspects of education and health. However, the priority is in the health aspect. In Batutulis Village, Jonggat, Central Lombok, various efforts were made by students on health aspect. Where this is in line with the goal of the Batutulis Village Head to create a healthy village. Healthy in this case is not only physically and spiritually healthy but also the environment in which it is occupied is also healthy. So the effort made are to carry out mutual cooperation in cleaning the environment such as ditches and rivers which are often used as garbage dumps, cleaning mosques, doing healthy exercise with the community and socializing the prevention of the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract The end of 2019 to be precise at the beginning of 2020. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a problem all over the world. The entire government is overwhelmed but continues to try to overcome the spread of the Covid-19 virus while at the same time overcoming the various impacts of one of the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This is an economic factor. In Indonesia, due to the pandemic, the community’s economy has declined. And to overcome this, the government has made one of the efforts to reduce the burden on the community, namely refocusing the budget from various existing budget posts. And one of the the budget posts that was refocused was the Village Fund, the Village Fund which was actually intended for village development and development but was transferred to a cash transfer fund called Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). In the implementation of this program, in terms of the impact of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program, many question are asked. This research was conducted in Malaka Village, Pemenang District, Nort Lombok Regency. The research finding show that the impact of this program, especially for the poor, is very beneficial for them, and some people very supportive of the program carried out by the central government. This is an activity to focus on developing a madrasa community supported by UIN Mataram which is to develop Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Raudlatul Muslim Kayangan Sandik's management capabilities. Coaching method for madrasah development plan with Trainer of Trainer (TOT) strategy material for five pillars of Total Quality Management (TQM). The results will provide leaders, teachers, employees and stakeholders with a clear understanding of the concept of the five TQM pillars. The understanding is then transferred into the development plan for madrasah

Since the enactment of the COVID-19 pandemic status by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. Massive joint efforts are needed by the world community to fight the spread of the COVID 19 virus so as not to cause more victims. The crisis due to the spread of Covid 19 is not only seen as a health crisis, but affects crises in various sectors of public life, because the impact affects all sectors of life. Facing this, in addition to medical efforts by finding anti-viruses, public awareness of a healthy lifestyle is also needed, namely getting used to behavior following health protocols in carrying out various life activities to inhibit and stop the rate of transmission of Covid 19. Paying attention to the movement of the spread of Covid 19 which runs very fast Therefore, fast public awareness is also needed to get used to following the covid 19 protocol. For this reason, all levels of society must take part in increasing public awareness to carry out various activities by following the Covid 19 protocol including Higher Education, as the efforts that have been carried out by UIN Mataram through Participatory Work Lecture (KKP) activities in 2020

Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus that appeared at the end of 2019 for the first time in Wuhan, China which is currently causing a pandemic in almost all over the world. The main symptoms of Covid-19 are cough, fever and shortness of breath (Ministry of Health, 2020). Covid-19 infection also causes quite high mortality in various countries. The Covid-19 pandemic which is currently endemic to the world is currently paralyzing all sectors including the world of education, where children have to carry out distance learning activities carried out at their respective homes via the internet. This creates new problems where some areas have not been reached by internet facilities. Online learning that has not been properly prepared certainly has an impact on the learning methods used by educators. Likewise, the acceptance of learning from students is also very diverse, often they do not understand the material or delivery from the teacher. The Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, together with 3 other ministers, namely the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Home Affairs, made an agreement to allow face-to-face schools starting in January 2021. Higher education as an institution that has the responsibility to be able to provide knowledge to the community should carry out Community Service activities as a form of the tri dharma of higher education

Madrasah Aliyah Bayyinul Ulum Santong has quite a number of certified teachers as capital in developing madrasas to become excellent madrasas. Human resources: teachers as a strategic component in supporting the quality of learning need to be improved on an ongoing basis, one of which is training or Classroom Action Research (CAR) workshops. This activity aims to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. The participants in this activity were all 14 subject certification teachers in the Madrasah Aliyah Bayyinul Ulum environment. The method of activities used is workshops and training with 3 main activities, namely deepening the material and compiling the PTK proposal through workshops, planning PTK through group discussion activities (Focus Group discussions), and implementing PTK through guidance on the implementation of PTK. The result is that the teachers understand better CAR, and realize the urgency of CAR in improving the quality of learning in the classroom. With the practical ability to compile proposals and to be followed up by research activities, a research culture will be built among teachers as a solution in solving various learning problems which in turn will increase the competence of teacher professionalism itself
