Islamic Bank is a financial institution that functions as a fund collector and distributed it to the community, so that the activity of raising funds (saving) was the most important thing for banks and customers. Students who were a potential segmentation for saving activities (raising funds) had a variety of savings preferences. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of students partially and simultaneously on the level of religiosity, knowledge, product quality and service quality to saving preferences of University Muhammadiyah Palembang's students in Islamic Banks. The method of  this study was quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study population was University Muhammadiyah Palembang's students with 99 respondents. The results of this study showed partially the value of t count>t table (9.602>1.985) and the value of sig t <0.05 (0.000<0.05) so that the level of religiosity influenced the saving preferences of University Muhammadiyah Palembang's students in Islamic banks that were the form of religious obedience because students used Islamic banks were related to the issue of faith and confidence in the prohibition of usury for Muslims but partially there is no influence of knowledge, product quality and service quality to saving the preferences of University Muhammadiyah Palembang's  students in Islamic Banks, while simultaneously showed the value of Fcount>Ftable (24,471>2,470) and sig F value <0.05 (0,000<0,05) so that the level of religiosity, knowledge, product quality and service quality to saving the preferences of University Muhammadiyah Palembang's students in Islamic Banks.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.


Purchasing decision is the decision of consumers to buy a product or service as desired. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Shopee in Palembang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who showed the results that the variables of trust, product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in ecommerce Shopee. there is one variable that has dominant influence on purchasing decisions, namely the variable trust in purchasing decisions

One way to increase government revenue from the tax sector is by increasing taxpayer compliance itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance registered at North Badung KPP Pratama. The study was conducted at the KPP Badung Utara in 2018. The sample selection was 100 taxpayers using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to WPOP registered in North Badung KPP Pratama and the analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that service quality, understanding of regulations and taxation sanctions have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance registered in North Badung KPP Pratama, with the value of calculating each variable greater than the label, and having a significance value greater than 0.05. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.

The purpose of the study is to determine the impression / influence of students' knowledge on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks. This study uses a quantitative descriptive study with pourposiive samples of 50 VII semester students of the Department of Development Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Makassar. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires while data analysis techniques are using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that students' knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer of a Sharia Bank.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, service quality, tax examination, and technology on local taxpayer compliance. This study uses primary data that is based on respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed to 90 registered taxpayers at the Badung Regency Revenue Agency. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. The population uses all hotel taxpayers, restaurants and entertainment taxpayers who have used online-based monitoring systems as many as 904 taxpayers and based on the criteria determined the number of samples is 90 taxpayers. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The analysis shows that tax knowledge has a positive effect on compliance with local taxpayers. Quality of service has a positive effect on local taxpayer compliance. Tax examination has a positive effect on local taxpayer compliance. Technology has a positive effect on local taxpayer compliance.

Buying interest is the desire that arises from consumers to a product as a result of the consumer's observation of a product. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the influence of Price, Product Quality, Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) on consumer buying interest. Batik Sunrizq Malacca Malaysia. This research is quantitative research with a sample of 240 respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicate that the three hypotheses proposed have a significant and supportive effect
