This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of self-acceptance on self-esteem on the victim of body shaming in SMAN 1 Lhokseumawe. The approach of this study was a quantitative correlational method. The samples of this study were 75 students of SMAN 1 Lhokseumawe, and ever be the victim of body shaming. This study uses the purposive sampling technique. This study’s data collection methods were used two scales, namely scale of self-acceptance and self-esteem scale. Then, the data were analyzed by using simple linear regression. The result of this study indicates a correlation between self-acceptance and self-esteem variables. The constant value shows that the coefficient is positive and has a positive or consistent correlation. There is an influence between self-acceptance of self-esteem by using formula t-table and t-count to test the hypothesis, and the result is the same. The initial hypothesis is acceptable. That is mean the hypothesis in this study can be accepted.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

Abstract This research originated from the results of PLI 2 along with pre-research results for guests using the function room at the Axana Hotel in Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servicescape on guest satisfaction at the Hotel Axana Padang function room. This type of research is quantitative with an associative causal approach. The number of samples of this study is 98 people with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) using the Likert scale method that has been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 16.00 program. The results showed that Servicescape was in the very good category with a percentage of 89.90% and guest satisfaction was in the excellent category with a percentage of 71.43%, and there was a influence of servicescape variables on guest satisfaction by 39% while 61% was influenced by other factors. This study determines simultaneous and partial influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on academic achievement of Management Department Students of 2013 and 2014 at the Faculty of Economics, Tadulako University. The type of research is quantitative and sampling technique applies purposive sampling, with a total sample of 83 respondents consisting of 36 students of class 2013 and 47 students of class of 2014. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study show that the variables intelligence (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) simultaneously influence academic achievement (Y) with sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, variable intellectual intelligence (X1) with sig. value of 0.003, and Emotional Intelligence (X2) with sig is 0,001 that showing partial influences on academic achievement (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi akademik Mahasiswa Manajemen Angkatan 2013 dan 2014 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden yang terdiri dari 36 mahasiswa angkatan 2013 dan 47 mahasiswa angkatan 2014. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan intelektual (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap prestasi akademik (Y) berpengaruh secara simultan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual (X1) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,003, dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 yang berarti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Akademik (Y).

<p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees at South Buru District Social Service. This research uses explanatory research with survey data collection methods. The study lasted for 2 months, ie from January to the month of February 2017 in South Buru District Social Service. The sampling technique in this research is a probability sampling technique saturated sample (full sample) that as many as 39 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the competence on the basis of the characteristics of the suitability of the knowledge, skills and self-concept has a significant influence on the performance of employees in the South Buru District Social Service, with variable suitability of knowledge as the dominant variable.

The shift of the Indonesian lifestyle has become online oriented has a huge impact on e-commerce business's popularity. This study aims to determine the influence of trust on to purchase decision of Tiff Body's product. This research uses the quantitative methodology and data collection method to use an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique distributed to 100 respondents who have been shopping at Tiff Body. After the data is analyzed using Simple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program, the result shows that trust influences purchase decisions.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets.
