The purpose of this research is to know students’ writing skill of discussion text. The design of this research was descriptive quantitative research. To reach the purpose above, the researcher was distributing test to twelfth Grade students of XII Agama 1 of MAN 1 Indragiri Hilir. The amount of them is 20 students. After collecting the data, the researcher found that their writing skill of discussion text was good. It was proven by their mean score that is 74.1. It can be concluded that students have had good skills to write discussion text. The researcher assumed that this good result can be because the students had been able to understand what the teacher explain during the teaching and learning process and they also read many texts in the library or the internet.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education.Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19. Abstrak Internet dapat dijadikan cara untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dari Dosen kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Adapun Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran E-Learning. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

In the era of education information and globalization, a new mode of teaching and micro class has emerged in the background of the Internet, which brings new challenges and opportunities to the teaching of the classroom. MOOCs has been piloted and applied in many universities in the form of SPOC. As a new form of curriculum, micro course has been applied to the teaching and learning process. The integration of Moor and micro class resources helps to turn the classroom into a mixed mode. This article will focus on this hot topic to analyse the characteristics of the class, the characteristics of the micro class and the influence on the students and teachers, to improve the quality of teaching and to realize the individualized and active study of the students. The article summarizes the results of blended teaching mode at home and abroad, and explores the development and application of MOOC and micro class resources.

The teaching and learning process is the core of education. Everything that has been programmed will be carried out in the teaching and learning process where interaction and involvement is needed between educators and students with materials as the medium. Teaching activities at the strata 1 level involve educators called lecturers and students called students. In general, teaching activities are carried out offline, which involves direct interaction between lecturers and students. At the beginning of 2021, rumors began to appear that there was a global disaster of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, which initially Indonesia considered that the Corona virus was impossible to enter Indonesia. However, the development of the virus is so fast. Indonesia finally announced in early March 2021 as a country experiencing the impact of the global disaster due to the COVID -19 pandemic. This study wants to find out how effective it is to use blended learning by using google classroom and zoom to improve the understanding of FEB students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. This research is a quantitative research using causal clause relationship, using SPSS version 23.0 analysis tool. The results obtained from this study are that the Google Classroom and Zoom applications partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student understanding.

Writing skill is one of the skills that is difficult to learn because we have to know the correct sentence composition and also what we hear must be in accordance with what we write and therefore this skill is very important to learn. The objective of the research is to identify the sudents’ responses toward think talk write (TTW) strategy in teacihng writing skill. The research used descriptive qualitative design. The respondents of this research were eighth grade students of SMP Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The instrument of this research was questionnaire. The result of data analysis shows that students gave positive responses toward TTW strategy. The respondents agree that TTW strategy can increase students’ motivation, TTW Strategy can help students in improving their writing skill and TTW strategy can make teaching and learning process interesting. Keywords:  Writing, Think Talk Write (TTW) Strategy, Student’s Responses

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. As the English teacher in the classroom, there will be some problems or conditions need to be accomplished. Teacher will see some of the students are very motivated, motivated or even feeling ignored in studying English. The learners who have contacted with English will find that some features are quite easy and extremely difficult. One of the more complicated problems of second or foreign languages learning and  teaching has been to define and apply the construct of motivation in the classroom. Motivation is a concept without physical reality, we cannot see motivation; we see effort, interest, attitude and desire. For speaking, it is important first to give competence and then performance. Competence is more likely to the extent a communicator is motivated to be so. Motivation is the extent to which a communicator is drawn towards or pushed away from communicating competently in a given context then performed. This is a descriptive  quantitative research. The data obtained from the questionnaire distributed and analyzed to get the result.  The date taken from the students of Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School Gresik in Easy-Speaking course. The researcher wanted to know the students’ motivation in practicing speaking English in Easy-Speaking course. The results show that1) the learners effort in practicing speaking English is 56.1 %. 2) The learners’ interest in practicing speaking English is 49.7 %. 3) The learners’ attitude towards practicing speaking English is 59.9 %. 4) The learners’ desire in practicing speaking English is 71.43 %. Then, some suggestions are made: 1) Using media is very important both to increase the learners’ motivation and to give a big opportunity to learners to explore their idea. 2) Giving more variations techniques in teaching and learning process in order do not monotonous. 3) Giving prizes, encouraging and giving extra points for learners who can express their idea by speaking English well. 4) Creating favorable atmosphere in the classroom.

<p><em>This research was classroom action research. Classroom action research was a research that was conducted by a teacher in order to find out solutions of any problems found during teaching and learning process. In this research, it was done to explain whether by using an outline technique could improve the students’ writing paragraph and also to investigate some factors that influenced the students in writing descriptive paragraph. This research was done at grade VIII B of SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Penuh in academic year 2017/2018. From the result of the test in this research, the result was increased in cycle and two. In cycle one, the mean score was 58.25% and it increased to 76.87%, it increased 18.63% point. It meant that teaching writing through outline improved the students’ writing skill. The improvements were also improved on the result of each sub-indicators of writing test between cycle 1 and 2. </em></p>

Today, the compulsions of learning English are no longer nearly political but scientific and technological. Watching videos is always entertaining. Apart from entertainment, video watching is thoroughly a teaching and learning process. Therefore English language acquisition can be made easy with videos as an aid. In tandem with the advancement of technology in the education field, the usage of software in Mathematics teaching and learning is prevalent among teachers to improve students’ achievement. The research was carried out to identify students’ perception towards Mathematical software based learning features and aspects of the software which help and hinder students’ learning process. This quantitative research used survey design. The questionnaire instrument used consisted of 46 items with Five Points Likert Scale of Agreement Level. This research involved 36 Form Four students who were randomly selected from seven classses in a secondary school in Selangor. Data were analysed descriptively. It was found that the students’ perception towards learning features based on Mathematical software was at moderate level. Th learning features which recorded the highest mean score are students’ autonomy with the score of 3.89 followed by interaction in software based learning with mean score of 3.62, learning structure with mean score of 3.21 and the lowest was 3.20 for delivery system feature. Students’ perception towards the aspects in Mathematical software which help the teaching and learning process namely participation in class, students’ mindset change, and test achievement shows moderate level with mean score of 3.39 whereas the aspects which hinder the Mathematical software based teaching and learning process such as the factors of time, understanding, learning practice, and computer sharing were also at moderate level with mean score of 3.40. Mathematical software based learning serves as the best and most effective teaching and learning approach as well as utilising information and communication technology (ICT) facility in line with Malaysian Education Blueprint 2013-2025.

Abstract The learning process has shifted from conventional to technology-based. In line with the development of science, in the learning process there is a paradigm shift where the learning process must be oriented towards active learning students (student active learning). The teacher is expected to be able to present a fun learning process for students by using various learning media, so that the teacher must be creative in providing material to students. Learning media using google drive, bit.ly, and google forms are technology-based learning media that increases teaching and learning to be active and innovative with the internet. Therefore it is necessary to conduct training on making learning media using google drive, bit.ly, and google forms for teachers of SMAN 15 Bekasi City, so that they can improve their ability to implement distance learning in the adaptation period of new habits. The results of the implementation of the activity obtained an assessment of 55.2% which was Very Good in terms of material, participant responses, the relevance of the material to the participants' needs; 43.6% assessment has been good related to the material and presentation techniques; and 1.2% has had enough for one day of implementation, but it still needs additional time in providing training materials to see the participants' response was very good from this training activity. Sejalan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan maka dalam proses pembelajaran terjadi perubahan paradigma dimana proses pembelajaran harus berorientasi pada siswa belajar aktif (student active learning). Guru diharapkan dapat menghadirkan proses belajar yang menyenangkan bagi siswa dengan menggunakan berbagai media pembelajaran, sehingga guru harus kreatif dalam memberikan materi kepada siswa. Media pembelajaran menggunakan google drive, bit.ly, dan google forms merupakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi meningkat belajar mengajar menjadi aktif dan inovatif dengan internet. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan google drive,  bit.ly, dan  google forms untuk Guru SMAN 15 Kota Bekasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh  di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh penilaian 55.2% telah Baik Sekali dari sisi materi, respon peserta, keterkaitan materi dengan kebutuhan peserta;  penilaian 43.6% telah Baik terkait materi dan teknik penyajian; dan 1.2% telah cukup selama satu hari pelaksanaan, namun masih perlu waktu tambahan dalam pemberian materi pelatihan melihat respon peserta yang Baik Sekali dari kegiatan pelatihan ini.   Kata kunci— ict; google; guru; media pembelajaran; siswa.
