This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the Employee Performance of the Musi Rawas Cooperative Office for Small and Medium Enterprises. A sample of 44 employees was selected by the Saturated Sampling Method. The results showed that the calculated Fcount (18,566) was greater than the Ftable 2,810. Conclusion, work motivation and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises in Musi Rawas Regency. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs in Indonesia each year increase. The increasing number of MSMEs still needs to experience intensive assistance in order to achieve independent, resilient, and quality MSMEs. Employee performance is a form of employee achievement after going through various stages in the work process. Based on the observations, researchers showed that the performance of MSME employees in Babakan Madang subdistrict and Cisarua Sub-District of Bogor Regency was not optimal. This is allegedly due to being influenced by capital, work environment, and marketing. The formulation of problems in this research is whether the capital and work environment can affect the performance of employees directly or through the marketing of MSMEs in two sub-districts in Bogor Regency. This study aims to find out the influence of capital and work environment on employee performance with marketing co-operation on MSMEs Bogor Regency, this research uses the archework of The Posttest Only Control Group with marketing covariance. Data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires, while sampling techniques use non probability sampling with a sample number of 72 people. The results showed that capital and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through marketing. This can be seen from the results of simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, determination coefficient test, sobel test and path analysis. Marketing as a moderator variable mediates between capital to employee performance that is partial mediation and marketing as moderator variables that mediate between the work environment and employee performance, both of which are full mediation.

This research was conducted to test work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance. The research sample was 50 respondents and used a total sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire that was filled out by predetermined respondents. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using SPSS V20 tools with multiple linear regression analysis methods.The findings about the effect of work stress, work motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of UD. Patama Karya city of Kedirir. First, work stress and work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, the work stress silmultually variable work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for developing new strategies in an effort to improve work stress, work motivation, work environment on employee performance.

The Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Yapen Islands Regency, Papua, as a local government agency is obliged to foster, protect, and pay attention to issues related to industry, trade, cooperatives, and small and medium enterprises. Good employee performance is important in order to support the smooth running of official duties. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work ethic and work environment on employee work performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Yapen Islands Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in this study were 66 respondents. The hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the higher the level of employee discipline, the higher the work performance. Work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work ethic of the employee, the better the work performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work environment, the better the employee's work performance.

This research aims to analyze and empirically prove the direct influence of work motivation and work environment on the employee performance, and the indirect influence of work motivation and work environment on the employee performance through work satisfaction and work discipline in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IX Jember. This is an explanatory research applying the proportionate sampling method. The population was all 163 employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop IX Jember. The sample of every sub-population was determined by dividing the sub-population with the number of population member multiplied by the member size of the sample that resulting in the total sample of 118 respondents.  Data were collected from the questionnaire distribution and analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS AMOS 20 software. Results of the study proved that all hypothesis were accepted meaning that motivation influences performance directly and indirectly through work satisfaction, and work environment influences performance directly and indirectly through work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Tana Toraja district. This study uses descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study was part of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Tana Toraja Regency, which amounted to 150 people. The sampling method is a purposive sampling. The type of data used is quantitative data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously have a direct, positive and significant effect on performance. The work environment has a direct, positive and significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a direct, positive and significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable influencing the performance of the state civil service (ASN) in Tana Toraja Regency is work discipline.

This research entitled "The Influence of Compensation and Work Environment to employee’s Performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Rubber Processing Department Plantation Kotta Blater Jember Jember ". This study aimed to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment to employee’s performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The population in this research were all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII rubber processing department plantation Kotta Blater Jember. The sampling method used is saturated sample or census with the number of respondents as many as 34 people. Variables used as many as 4 variables. The analysis tool used is Path Analysis. The results showed that: 1) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on work motivation in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember; 2) Compensation and work environment have a significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember, and; 3) Motivation significant influence on the employee’s Performance in PTPN XII Plantation Kotta Blater Jember. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on leadership style and its impact on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. This research is motivated by the low work motivation of employees and the conditions of the work environment that do not support employees in carrying out work and leadership style that does not support employees in carrying out work, thus affecting the decline in employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The research method with a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 50 employees of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling method uses the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study is the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0. The results of this study found that motivation does not significantly influence leadership style, work environment does not significantly influence leadership style, motivation has significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. Whereas directly motivation through leadership style has a significant influence on performance and indirectly the work environment through leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat staff. This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.
