This article aims to discuss the concept of absolute objects or maf'ul muthlaq in the Arabic perspective and analyze the examples in the Alquran, especially in juz Amma. Besides that, this article is also enriched with a comparative analysis between the concept of maf'ul muthlaq and the concept of cognate objects in English which are considered to have some similarities. In writing this article, the author uses descriptive qualitative approaches and types of library research. Data collected from primary and secondary sources include: articles in scientific journals relating to the study of nahwu and grammar, Arabic language books both in Indonesian as well as Arabic, seminar proceedings, scientific papers and so on. Furthermore, the data is read repeatedly, compared then analyzed to formulate conclusion. The finding shows that there are 15 maf'ul muthlaq case in juz Amma scattered in 8 surahs. 11 of them are maf'ul muthlaq as an affirmation and the remaining 4 are maf'ul muthlaq in qualitative meaning. All of them use fathah grammatical markers. The absolute object or maf'ul muthlaq and cognate object have similarities and differences. The similarities are in terms of the forming verb stem and the meaning of the absolute object itself as an explanatory type. While the differences are in the type of verb that can nominalize as an absolute object itself and its function as an affirmation and explanation of numbers.

Abstract The purpose of this article is to compare two qualitative approaches that can be used in different researches: phenomenology and grounded theory. This overview is done to (1) summarize similarities and differences between these two approaches, with attention to their historical development, goals, methods, audience, and products (2) familiarize the researchers with the origins and details of these approaches in the way that they can make better matches between their research question(s) and the goals and products of the study (3) discuss a brief outline of each methodology along with their origin, essence and procedural steps undertaken (4) illustrate how the procedures of data analysis (coding), theoretical memoing and sampling are applied to systematically generate a grounded theory (5) briefly examine the major challenges for utilizing two approaches in grounded theory, the Glaserian and Straussian. As a conclusion, this overview reveals that it is essential to ensure that the method matches the research question being asked, helps the researchers determine the suitability of their applied approach and provides a continues training for the novice researchers, especially PhD or research students who lack solid knowledge and background experience in multiple research methods.

Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s Korupsi and Tahar Ben Jelloun’s Korupsi are two literary works of world writers who have similarities in terms of titles and themes. This study aims to find out and describe the structure, describe the similarities and differences, and knowing and describing the suitability between Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s Korupsi and Tahar Ben Jelloun’s Korupsi as material for literary learning at school. The object of this research is Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s Korupsi and Tahar Ben Jelloun’s Korupsi. Through the qualitative research paradigm, this research was conducted using descriptive methods of comparative analysis and objective approaches based on the literature itself. The data collection technique of this study uses library research. In connection with the comparative literary work step, research applies structural analysis by applying Robert Stanton's structuralism theory to reveal the similarities and differences contained in the two novels. Based on the results of comparative analysis of textual structures, we obtain a description of differences and similarities from two data sources so that it can be concluded that the Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s Korupsi influences to Tahar Ben Jelloun’s Korupsi as indicated by the use of titles, themes, characters and characterizations. The results of a comparative study of the Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s Korupsi and Tahar Ben Jelloun’s Korupsi are used as recommendations for literary learning in schools. The Corruption novel by Pramooedya Ananta Toer is suitable as a literary learning material in schools, while the Corruption novel Tahar Ben Jelloun is not appropriate because it does not meet 3 criteria and aspects of the selection of teaching materials, namely aspects of language, culture, and psychology.

The word infidel is mentioned 525 times in the Qur'an. The use of this word infidel has various meanings as in the QS. Ali 'Imran:151, the word infidels are those who associate partners with Allah while in QS. Luqman:12, the Qur'an calls the disbelievers those who disbelieve in the favors of Allah. The difference in the term infidel is not only limited to the verses of the Qur'an, but also applies among commentators, scholars, intellectuals, to ordinary people, including in the understanding of Indonesian society. This research is entitled "The Meaning of Kafir in the Qur'an (Comparative Study of the Interpretation of Ibn Kasir and M. Qurais Shihab)". In order to significantly answer the questions that arise; what is the meaning of infidel in the Qur'an according to Ibn Kasir in the book of Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Azhim and M. Quraish Shihab in the book of Tafsir al-Misbah, similarities and differences in interpretation, and the relevance of their interpretation in the Indonesian context. This research is a library research that uses descriptive comparative analysis research method with a historical approach. The results of this study are: the socio-historical context, sources of interpretation, methods, and styles have a significant influence in producing differences in the interpretation of the Qur'an, especially regarding the meaning of kafir. Between Ibn Kasir and M. Quraish Shihab agreed to interpret the word infidel in the form of isim jama 'muzakkar salim (الكَافِرُوْنَ) in five (5) verses, namely QS. al-Mai'dah: 44, QS. al-A'raf: 45, QS. al-Taubah: 32, QS. al-Ankabut: 47, and QS. al-Rum: 8 with the meaning of denying and covering, but differing in explaining the interpretation of the five verses, although the difference is not that far away. The interpretations of the two figures in this thesis are very relevant to the context of Indonesia which is multi-religious and multi-cultural.

Floods are natural disasters that frequently hit several developed and developing countries including Indonesia every wet season. Floods also occur in agricultural lands. The purpose of this study was to map the agricultural lands in flood hazard areas in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Data collecting methods used were field research and literature (library research). Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches (mixed methods), with the techniques of scoring, SWOT, and spatial analysis (ArcView 3.2 software). Flood hazard levels of most areas in Hulu Sungai Tengah were categorized into no hazard (957.36 km2), low hazard (243.82 km2), medium hazard (455.01 km2), and high hazard (114.91 km2). The use of agricultural lands for rice fields in Hulu Sungai Tengah were located in all subdistricts and flood hazard areas.

Islam is a religion that gives mercy to all creation, a religion that teaches peace, safety and prosperity. In recent years, there have been many wicked individuals trying to destroy Islam. Unlike in the past where waging war on Islam were done only with swords, today's war against Islam is more powerful, that is by planting seeds of doubt in every Muslim's heart. Both in terms of aqidah (Creed) and Sharia (Islamic law). The current study is a library research. The main sources of this research data were taken from the kutub al sittah (the authentic six): Ṣaḥīḥ Bukhārī, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, Sunan Abī Dāwūd, Sunan al-Nasāʾi, Sunan al-Tirmidhi, and Sunan Ibn Mājah. Meanwhile, the secondary sources were taken from the takhrij and shurūḥ al-hadīth books. The conclusion of the current study reveals that the death penalty for those who turn back from Islam or apostates can be applied if they meet two conditions: 1) Leaving Islam either by word or deed; 2) Committing criminal acts, such as: dividing Muslims, creating chaos, damage, disobeying the state, and helping the enemy in fighting the Muslims. The author concludes that neither the verses in the Qur'an nor the hadiths of the Prophet PBUH immediately order the killing of a person who turns back from Islam, unless that person commits insubordination, is in league with the enemy and other similar things.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana cara meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran menggunakan materi geometri berbasis etnomatematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research). Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang berupa hasil-hasil penelitian seperti buku-buku ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan sumber lain yang relevan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian meliputi tiga tahapan, organize, synthesize, dan identify. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etnomatematika memiliki relevansi dengan indikator pada kemampuan berpikir kritis, yang meliputi interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, dan keputusan. Secara keseluruhan, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan materi geometri berbasis etnomatematika dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: geometri, berpikir kritis, etnomatematika This study aims to explain how to improve students' critical thinking skills on learning using materials based on ethnomathematics of geometry. The method used in this research is library research. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of research results such as scientific books, scientific journals, research reports, and other relevant sources. Data analysis techniques in this research include three stages, organize, synthesize, and identify. The results of this study indicate that ethnomathematics has relevance to indicators on critical thinking skills, which include interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and decision. Overall, it is concluded that students' critical thinking skills can be improved by using ethnomathematics-based geometry materials in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to understand the thoughts of Gus Dur and Nurcholish Majid about pluralism. In Indonesian society, which is pluralistic, friction between understandings in various structures of community groups is unavoidable. For this reason, it is important to understand how Gus Dur and Nurcholish Majid think in terms of pluralism. And what are the similarities and differences in their thinking. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and the type of research is library research. Data collection comes from several books and scientific works in the form of journals that are relevant to the themes in the research. The data processing in this study was analyzed in accordance with a count approach (statistics) but through the presentation of thoughts, opinions of experts, or information related to the problem. Gus Dur's idea of ​​pluralism has the main goal of creating harmonization of a pluralistic Indonesian society. And according to Nurcholish majid pluralism is a positive value and grace from God to mankind to enrich the growth of diverse cultures.      Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memhami pemikiran Gus dur dan Nurcholish Majid tentang pluralisme. Dalam masyarakat indonesia yang mejemuk  pergesekan antar paham diberbagai struktur kelompok masyarakat tidak dapat dihindari. Untuk itu penting memahami bagaimana pemikiran Gus Dur dan Nurcholish Majid dalam hal pluralisme. Serta apa saja persamaan dan perbedaan dalam pemikiran keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach). Pengumpulan data bersumber dari beberapa buku dan karya ilmiah berupa jurnal yang relevan dengan tema yang ada dalam penelitian. Adapun Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini  dianalisis sesuai dengan pendekatan hitungan (statistik) tetapi memalui penyajian pemikiran,pendapat para ahli, atau informasi yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan. Gasasan pluralisme Gus Dur memiliki tujuan utama yaitu menciptakan harmonisasi masyarakat Indonesia yang majemuk. Dan  menurut Nurcholish majid pluralisme merupakan nilai positif dan rahmat dari Tuhan kepada umat manusia untuk memperkaya pertumbuhan budaya yang beraneka ragam.

The application and understanding of good coping stress certainly becomes an important thing in the current period. This paper aims to describe the contextualization between coping stress in psychology with maqamat and ahwal in Sufism. Research data was extracted through library research obtained from primary sources in the form of articles and corroborated with coping stress books. Secondary sources are articles in journals that implement Sufi both in Sufi life and in practical implementation of Sufi therapy. The results of the study describe the contextualzation and relationship between maqamat and ahwal in Sufism with coping stress in psychology.

Results of the research that the form of communication Da'wah that was built by the channel manager Da'wah on the channel Syiar Tauhid ACEH in the delivery of Da'wah messages consisting of question and answer in this respect the party Channel of Da'wah Aceh Syiar Tauhid A variety of Da'wah message materials both related to the message of Aqidah, as well as the message of Sharia and Ahklak. God. The obstacles faced during the process of delivering Da'wah messages through telegram on Channel Syiar Tauhid ACEH Competence Less and lack of the number of employees. The lack of the number of admins become the main constraint in delivering the messages of Da'wah by the Da'wah Channel Syiar Tauhid Aceh.

This study is aimed to know the adjectives between the Arabic language and Indonesian language in order to determine the similarities and differences among them in terms of morphology, syntax, and semantics, and then to predict the difficulties that will be faced by Indonesian students during the teaching activities, and then to propose a method of teaching based on the result of the contrastive study to teach Arabic language at the level of adjectives for beginner Students of Indonesian. This study uses the methodology of descriptive analysis to identify the characteristics of adjectives in Arabic and Indonesian, and then using the method of comparative analysis to compare Arabic and Indonesian language at the level of adjectives in order to obtain the similarities and differences between these both languages. The results of this research are: the first is there are similarities and differences of adjectives in Arabic and Indonesian in terms of morphology, syntax, and semantics, and the second is by this research can be used in preparing lessons and methods for teaching the Arabic language at the level of adjectives for the beginner students of Indonesian.
