Mumarasah al-Ta'lim al-Musagar li Tarqiyah Maharah al-Kalam fi Syu'bah Ta'lim al-Lugah al-Arabiyah

As it is known that micro-teaching at the Islamic University of Jember is carried out through "youtube" during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the learning process cannot be separated from challenges and problems. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. Collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. and data analysis used by Mills and Huberman three methods, namely data reduction, presentation, and inference. This study aims to describe the application of micro-teaching practices to improve speaking skills in Arabic education study programs during the pandemic. The results showed that the practice of micro-teaching at the Islamic University of Jember was carried out through "youtube" during the Covid 19 pandemic. The challenge is that qualified teacher candidates must be able to adapt to all circumstances so that education continues, while one of the obstacles is that some students find it difficult to the learning process because the process is through technology.

This research was conducted to describe the results of the analysis of the implementation of IT-based learning at the Bunga Bangsa Kindergarten Islamic School Bekasi. This analysis includes understanding the concept of IT-based learning implemented at the Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Kindergarten, knowing the obstacles in the implementation of IT-based learning at the Bunga Bangsa Kindergarten Islamic School Bekasi and describing the strategies carried out in implementing IT learning at the Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Kindergarten. This research was conducted for 3 months with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is done by interviews, observation and analysis of documents in the form of curriculum documents, RPPH learning planning and assessment of children's learning outcomes and documentation of the use of IT tools used in learning. Data analysis begins by describing the findings of the study and then conducts an objective discussion with a theoretical approach. In this study, the learning process was described in the Bunga Bangsa Islamic School Kindergarten and the use of technological tools in various aspects of learning components such as media, learning resources and also as learning support. The learning process is more interesting and not monotonous, thus creating a fun and interactive atmosphere. The constraints found were that there was still a lack of teacher references to using IT tools in learning associated with activities in the theme and the lack of teachers' skills in using existing IT tools. Current efforts to overcome these obstacles are by providing various references in the form of videos, books and workshops on the use of IT in learning.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Three Stages

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo di Desa Loram Wetan Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesenian Barongan Kudus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo, penari barongan, dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata, serta perangkat desa Loram Wetan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik Keabsahan Data menggunakan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:1) Sejarah kesenian Barongan Kudus yang diambil dari cerita babat tanah Jawa; 2) Bentuk penyajian Kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo yaitu gerak, tata rias, tata busana, tempat pementasan/pertunjukan, properti, iringan music; 3) Bentuk pelestarian Kesenian Barongan yaitu melestarikan kesenian barongan yang dibutuhkan adanya kerjasama anatara pelaku kesenian dengan pemerintah terkait untuk melestarikan kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo yang hampir punah. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 subjects. The data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the children's poetry made by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Asmaul Husna is in accordance with the intrinsic elements of Nurgiantoro's theory.

ABSTRACTShariah marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering and changing the value of an initiator to its stakeholders, which in its entirety conforms to the covenants and principles of muamalah (business) in Islam. This study aims to find out how the implementation of sharia ethics marketer at bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the goal is to describe systematically about the focus of research. The limitations in this study examine the principles of sharia ethics of marketer. Subjects in this study there are five informants. Data were collected by direct observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing with triangulation method as a validity test.The result of this research shows that Bank BRISyariah KCP Kepanjen has implemented 9 sharia ethics of marketers consist of have a spiritual personality, behave kindly and sympathetically (shiddiq), be fair in business (al-'adl), serving and humble (khidmah), keeping promises and not cheating, honest and trustworthy (al-amanah), do not like to suspect (su'uzh-zhan), do not like to vilify (ghibah), and do not do bribes (riswah).

This study aims to show that Instagram, which has only been popular for posting photos or videos, is very effective as a medium of al-Kitabah learning and can increase the ability of the students in al-Kitabah Maharah. In addition, it shows positive and negative responses of students to the use of Instagram as al kitabah maharah learning media. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data and information were collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that Instagram is one of the social media that strongly supports and motivates students to create and innovate in writing without being limited to place and time. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained a very positive response from 21 students that all students agreed with the use of Instagram as a medium for learning al-Kitabah maharah. Students give positive responses because they are flexible, not limited in time, learning is more varied and students are more active and creative. As for the negative responses of students needing an internet connection, teachers do not control directly. Researchers hope that with this study, the teachers can use the Instagram application as a medium for learning Arabic, so students can wisely utilize social media.

Samples are taken using total sampling that all sellers and buyers know and tempe so that this problem can be presented clearly, the research instruments used are interviews, observations and documentation. This study determined the management competence of principals in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 1 Epil, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research method is a qualitative descriptive. Sources of data in this study were teachers who assisted in the learning process at SD Negeri 1 Epil, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Data collection techniques in this study include 1) interviews and 2) documentation. The data analysis used in this study were 1) data reduction, 2) display or presentation of data and 3) conclusions and data verification. The results showed that the management competence of the principal in improving the quality of education in Lais District was good. This paper contributes to upgrade the principal’s management competence in order to improve the quality of education.
