Penerapan Kurikulum 2013 pada Pendidikan Dasar Pekanbaru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menyelidiki penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dan (2) menyelidiki kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru pada pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan penerapan kurikulum 2013 oleh para guru di pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dan kendala yang mereka hadapi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah enam pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Subjek adalah Sekolah Dasar 36 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar besar, sekolah dasar 160 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar sedang, sekolah dasar 134 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar kecil, SMA 1, SMA 6, dan SMA 23. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengamati pembelajaran dan mewawancarai para guru dan kepala sekolah. Data yang dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar di Pekanbaru belum berjalan dengan baik. Ada beberapa kendala dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru seperti, (1) pemahaman guru masih kurang dari kurikulum 2013; (2) belum ada perubahan "pola pikir" guru untuk pembelajaran kurikulum 2013; (3) sinkronisasi antara guru kelas dan guru PJOK belum terjadi; dan (4) para guru belum memahami penilaian otentik pada kurikulum 2013.   This research aims to (1) investigate the implementation of curriculum 2013 at basic education in Pekanbaru and (2) investigate the obstacles which faced by teachers at basic education in Pekanbaru implementing the curriculum 2013. This is a qualitative descriptive study which describing the implementation of curriculum 2013 by teachers at basic education in Pekanbaru and the obstacles which they faced. The subject in this study were six basic education in Pekanbaru which implementing the curriculum 2013 The subjects are the elementary School 36 as the school which having large study group, the elementary school 160 as the school which having medium study group, the elementary school 134 as the school which having small study group, yunior high school 1, yunior high school 6, and yunior high school 23. The data was collected by observing the learning and interviewing the teachers and headmaster. The analyzed data showed that the learning based of curriculum 2013 at elementary school in Pekanbaru had not gone well yet. There were some obstacles on implementing curriculum 2013 in basic education in Pekanbaru such as, (1) the understanding of teacher was still less to the curriculum 2013; (2) there is no change of “mindset” of teacher to the learning of curriculum 2013 yet; (3) the sychronization between the class teacher and the PJOK teacher is not happened yet; and (4) the teachers did not understand the authentic assessment on curriculum 2013 yet.

<em>Guidance and counseling is an inseparable part of the education system. Likewise at Kaliwungu Elementary School which has implemented the Guidance and Counseling program. The Guidance and Counseling Program is implemented to direct and overcome problems experienced by students, both in academic and non-academic fields. These problems include lazy and slow in learning, undisciplined, fight, and so forth. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of guidance and counseling programs at  Kaliwungu elementary school. This method of research is a qualitative descriptive study with interview and observation technique. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the guidance and counseling program at Kaliwungu elementary school is carried out by the class teacher. The form of guidance given is individual guidance and group guidance. Individual counseling is an ecletive counseling by the teacher advising and directing students according to the problem. Group guidance in the form of remedial teaching and home room program</em>

Abstract: This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum specifically in aspects of the learning process and aspects of assessment of learning outcomes. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, with the population being SMA / SMK equivalent in Pringsewu Regency while the sample is 10 high school / SMK level schools in Pringsewu Regency selected from 9 different sub regency. In terms of the learning process aspect, achieving the highest percentage is the teacher's understanding of the subject matter in student textbooks, while the lowest percentage is the suitability of learning procedures with a scientific approach. In terms of the assessment of learning outcomes, the highest percentage achievement is the teacher's understanding of the concepts and applications of midterm tests, while the lowest percentage is the teacher's understanding of portfolio-based assessment concepts and applications. The results of the overall analysis show that, in terms of the learning process aspects and assessment of learning outcomes, the implementation of K-13 at the SMA/SMK/MA level in Pringsewu Regency was in a good category although there were still a few things that needed to be improved.Evaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013  ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar (studi kasus: SMA/SMK/MA Kabupaten Pringsewu)Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013 khususnya dalam aspek proses pembelajaran dan aspek penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan populasinya adalah SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten pringsewu lampung sedangkan sampelnya adalah 10 SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung yang dipilih dari 9 kecamatan yang berbeda. Ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang materi pelajaran yang ada di buku pelajaran siswa, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah kesesuaian prosedur pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik. Ditinjau dari aspek penilaian hasil belajar, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi ulangan tengah semester, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi penilaian berbasis portofolio. Hasil analisis secara menyeluruh menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar, implementasi K-13 di tingkat SMA/SMK/MA di kabupaten Pringsewu berada pada kategori baik meskipun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki.

<span lang="EN-US">The success of teaching and learning activities can be known from the results of teacher performance in preparing character-based lesson plans and implementing them in the teaching and learning process in class. This school action research aims to see whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in developing character-based lesson plans and their implementation in teaching and learning process. This research uses 2 cycles. The research procedure has four stages of activities</span><span lang="IN"> are</span><span lang="EN-US">, planning, action, observation and evaluation</span><span lang="IN">,</span><span lang="EN-US"> and reflecting. The study was conducted at SDN 07 Situjuah Gadang. The subject of the research is the class teacher and subject teacher, which totals 7 </span><span lang="IN">teachers.</span><span lang="EN-US"> Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.</span><span lang="EN-US">Based on the results of data analysis that has been stated, that the data obtained from observing the ability of teachers to prepare character-based lesson plans in cycle I and cycle II there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing character-based lesson plans.</span>

The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematics literacy skills of high school students in terms of gender, especially in the material linear program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data Collection was carried out on the eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Meraksa Aji. The subject was 31 students which consisted of 14 females and 17 males. The data was collected using tests and interviews and analyze use method triangulation. The results showed that female students' literacy skills were better than male students. Female students find the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems, formulate problems systematically and use concepts, facts, procedures, and reasoning in mathematics. Meanwhile, male students have only fulfilled the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems.

This is developmental research with Kemp’s model. Implementation’s design using one group pretest-posttest design. The approach of this research is qualitative descriptive. The subject of this research is comprehensive instructional design plan of networked learning which integrated place-based education in elementary school and implementation’s subject is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Karangrena 02, Maos, SD Negeri Slarang 02, and SD Negeri Slarang 04, Kesugihan, Cilacap, in Central Java. Sasaran uji coba terbatas adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Karangrena 02, Desa Karangrena, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan sasaran ujicoba luas adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Slarang 02, SD Negeri Slarang 04, Desa Slarang, Kecamatan Kesugihan, dan SD Negeri Karangrena 02 Desa Karangrena, Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran terpadu model networked terintegrasi place-based education di sekolah dasar sangat layak dan dapat digunakan di sekolah dasar serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas.  Kata kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran, pembelajaran terpadu model networked, place-based education, sekolah dasar.

<p>O presente artigo objetiva propor algumas formas de aplicação de geotecnologias no ensino de Geografia no âmbito da Educação Básica, tanto no Ensino Fundamental quanto Ensino Médio.  Para isso, a metodologia adotada se baseou na análise dos Planos Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) de Geografia e no uso de softwares que apresentam funções de representação espacial, bem como na indicação de projetos educacionais pautados no uso de geotecnologias. Diversos conteúdos previstos no ensino de Geografia podem ser abordados e dinamizados. Escala cartográfica, relevo e análise de mudanças na paisagem são exemplos de questões que podem ser trabalhadas com o uso de softwares livres como <em>Google Earth</em>, <em>Philcarto</em>, <em>ScapeToad</em> e a partir da sistematização proposta pelos projetos educacionais GEODEM, GEODEF e GEOIDEIA. Os resultados indicaram uma elevada aplicabilidade dos softwares e projetos testados pela pesquisa para o ensino de conteúdos de Geografia sugeridos pelos PCN, o que pode contribuir para uma aprendizagem mais consolidada dos mesmos.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>This article aims to propose some form of geo-technologies application in the teaching of Geography under the Basic Education, in elementary school and in high school. For this, the methodology adopted was based on the analysis of National Curriculum Plans of Geography and the use of software that present spatial representation of functions as well as the indication of guided educational projects in the use of geotechnologies. Several planned content in Geography education can be addressed and dinamized. Cartographic scale, relief and analysis of changes in the landscape are examples of issues that can be worked with the use of free software such as Google Earth, Philcarto, ScapeToad and from the systematization proposed by educational projects GEODEM, GEODEF and GEOIDEIA. The results indicated a high applicability of the software and projects tested by research for teaching Geography content suggested by PCN, which can contribute to a more consolidated learning them.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Basic Education. This study aims to form the characters of Indonesian students through the implementation of Value-clarified Techniques with the help of folklore. The implementation of this lesson is based on the dynamics and problematics of characters that occur today in primary schools and intends to bridge the issues. The research design used is the type of action research with the subject of the study of grade V of Pontianak Elementary School Pontianak amounted to 32 people in the first semester. Data collection methods are observation and interview, while to analyze the data with qualitative descriptive. From the analysis of the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion that the implementation of Value-assisted Clarification Technique folklore can improve the formation of the character of Indonesian students in primary schools.

The lack of the students ' interest and attention toward the local wisdom values of the local culture is this research background. The phenomena are due to the absence of interactive media to strengthen character education based on local wisdom in school. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive media based on local wisdom values with the implementation of the iconic card to strengthen the local wisdom values of Malay culture which is useful to build students’ character education. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with social anthropolinguistics approach. The subject of this research was students of Nurul Hasanah Senior High School, Medan. The data were collected through field observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the iconic card might be used as a media to teach Malay wisdom values with the use of the Pak Belalang icon and Malay pantun. Pantun in this research has local wisdom values of Malay culture such as moral, ethical and norm values. Therefore, it can be concluded that the iconic card can be used as media in strengthening the local wisdom values of Malay culture that useful for students' character education.

Aim:  to  know  the  meaning  of  humanization  in  prenatal  care for pregnant women. Method: Qualitative descriptive study, to be developed with pregnant women in prenatal care services linked to the Primary Care services of a city in Southern Brazil. For the production of data, the Almanac creativity and sensitivity technique will be used  associated  with  semi-structured  individual  interviews.  The  analysis  will  use  the operative proposal as reference. Expected results: to produce more knowledge about the subject  and  promote  discussions  and  reflections  that  allow  the qualification  of  prenatal care,  as  well  as  to  provide  support  for  health  professionals  and  make  them  agents  of change in the reality of prenatal care services humanization.

Public sectors in Indonesia have begun to implement strategic planning since the decade of the 2000s, in line with the decentralization policy in education sector. This qualitative descriptive study examined Senior High School strategic planning documents and confirmed the documents through interviews. The study aims to identify models used and its formulation in annual school plan. The result shows that many private schools do not have strategic planning yet. The models used are issue-based models offered by the ministry of national education with variation of components of planning and employment of two main instruments: SWOT and gap analysis. All schools having strategic planning formulate them in the annual work plan, however, not all of school implement them consistently.
