Public sectors in Indonesia have begun to implement strategic planning since the decade of the 2000s, in line with the decentralization policy in education sector. This qualitative descriptive study examined Senior High School strategic planning documents and confirmed the documents through interviews. The study aims to identify models used and its formulation in annual school plan. The result shows that many private schools do not have strategic planning yet. The models used are issue-based models offered by the ministry of national education with variation of components of planning and employment of two main instruments: SWOT and gap analysis. All schools having strategic planning formulate them in the annual work plan, however, not all of school implement them consistently. Various education policies have been developed to achieve the national education objective, including the policy of Islamic education management. The research aims to find about the management of education program policies, management of educators and education personnel, management of curriculum and lesson planning, instructional management, infrastructure management, financial management, and assessment system management, especially at Miftahul Khoir Integrated Islamic Senior High School. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Based on the research results, the management of education at Miftahul Khoir Integrated Islamic Senior High School is integrated well, and appropriate to The Unity of Knowledge theory, including the policy, the personnel, the curriculum, facilities and structures, the financial, and also the assessment system. Berbagai macam kebijakan pendidikan telah dikembangkan untuk mencapai tujuan nasional tersebut, termasuk kebijakan manajemen pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kebijakan program pendidikan, manajemen pendidik dan tenagakependidikan, manajemen kurikulum dan perencanaan pembelajaran, manajemen pembelajaran, manajemen sarana prasarana, manajemen pembiayaan, dan manajemen sistem penilaian, khususnya di SMA Islam Terpadu Miftahul Khoir. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, manajemen pendidikan Islam SMA Islam Terpadu Miftahul Khoir bersifat terpadu sesuai dengan teori The Unity of Knowledge, yang meliputi kebijakan program pendidikannya, personel sekolahnya, kurikulumnya, sarana dan prasarana, keuangannya, dan juga sistem penilaiannya.Kata Kunci: Kepribadian Islam, Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Pendidikan Islam.

Education in Indonesia has two gates for implementing education, namely under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education and Education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. In 2003 the existence of a law on regional autonomy opened up opportunities to establish public schools in Islamic boarding schools. This research was designed using qualitative research with emancipatory approaches, with the commodification theory. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies and literature studies. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that commodification of education in Darussholah High School is very premature because (1) the facilities and infrastructures provided by Islamic boarding schools are very inadequate (2) School facilities and infrastructure Still need additional (3) curriculum still needs improvement and improvement because the school compiling education programs is closely related to the development of Islamic boarding schools with brilliant class programs that have the aim of improving the character of students through deepening religion and technology through general education.

Asynchronous e-learning is receiving growing attention because it encompasses learner-oriented approach which emphasizes on the development of learners' knowledge and skills. Henceforth it is imperative to explore students’ experience on asynchronous e-learning. This study aims to delineate the experience of senior high school students in learning English through asynchronous e-learning. This is a qualitative descriptive study in nature and the data collected were analysed using thematic analysis by incorporating interpretive description approach. The participants of study were senior high school students from Lemahwungkuk sub-district, Cirebon, Indonesia. The results revealed that in undergoing asynchronous e-learning, the participants have to implement self-access learning and additionally they have to adapt with technology setting which may appear to be challenging due to limited technical support they have; moreover they still have to discover the knowledge by themselves inasmuch as they experience limited interaction with their English teachers throughout the process of learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menyelidiki penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dan (2) menyelidiki kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru pada pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan penerapan kurikulum 2013 oleh para guru di pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru dan kendala yang mereka hadapi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah enam pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Subjek adalah Sekolah Dasar 36 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar besar, sekolah dasar 160 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar sedang, sekolah dasar 134 sebagai sekolah yang memiliki kelompok belajar kecil, SMA 1, SMA 6, dan SMA 23. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengamati pembelajaran dan mewawancarai para guru dan kepala sekolah. Data yang dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar di Pekanbaru belum berjalan dengan baik. Ada beberapa kendala dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam pendidikan dasar di Pekanbaru seperti, (1) pemahaman guru masih kurang dari kurikulum 2013; (2) belum ada perubahan "pola pikir" guru untuk pembelajaran kurikulum 2013; (3) sinkronisasi antara guru kelas dan guru PJOK belum terjadi; dan (4) para guru belum memahami penilaian otentik pada kurikulum 2013.   This research aims to (1) investigate the implementation of curriculum 2013 at basic education in Pekanbaru and (2) investigate the obstacles which faced by teachers at basic education in Pekanbaru implementing the curriculum 2013. This is a qualitative descriptive study which describing the implementation of curriculum 2013 by teachers at basic education in Pekanbaru and the obstacles which they faced. The subject in this study were six basic education in Pekanbaru which implementing the curriculum 2013 The subjects are the elementary School 36 as the school which having large study group, the elementary school 160 as the school which having medium study group, the elementary school 134 as the school which having small study group, yunior high school 1, yunior high school 6, and yunior high school 23. The data was collected by observing the learning and interviewing the teachers and headmaster. The analyzed data showed that the learning based of curriculum 2013 at elementary school in Pekanbaru had not gone well yet. There were some obstacles on implementing curriculum 2013 in basic education in Pekanbaru such as, (1) the understanding of teacher was still less to the curriculum 2013; (2) there is no change of “mindset” of teacher to the learning of curriculum 2013 yet; (3) the sychronization between the class teacher and the PJOK teacher is not happened yet; and (4) the teachers did not understand the authentic assessment on curriculum 2013 yet.

Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife to form a happy and eternal family (household) based on God Almighty. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 1 of 1974 Article concerning Marriage, marriage itself has conditions, including that it must be approved by both prospective brides, and prospective brides who have not reached the age of 21 years must obtain permission from both parents. 1 Chapter II Article 7 Paragraph 1 of 1974 has explained that marriage is only permitted if the man reaches the age of 19 years and the woman has reached the age of 16 years. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive study research design. The informants in this study were teenagers at SMA X South Tangerang. The informants who will be interviewed are 4 informants who are in high school. The results of this study indicate that there are undesirable events such as pregnancy out of wedlock because children have relationships that violate norms, forcing them to have early marriages, to clarify the status of the child they are carrying Economic difficulties are one of the factors causing early marriage, families who experience economic difficulties will tend to marry off their children at a young age to have early marriages. The impact of early marriage for women who are less educated and not ready to carry out their role as mothers will be less able to educate their children so that children will grow up poorly, which will be detrimental to the children's future. Then, under certain conditions, children who marry early tend not to pay attention to their education, especially when they get married immediately they get offspring, they will be busy taking care of their children and their families, so this can prevent them from continuing their studies to a higher level.

Abstract: This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum specifically in aspects of the learning process and aspects of assessment of learning outcomes. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, with the population being SMA / SMK equivalent in Pringsewu Regency while the sample is 10 high school / SMK level schools in Pringsewu Regency selected from 9 different sub regency. In terms of the learning process aspect, achieving the highest percentage is the teacher's understanding of the subject matter in student textbooks, while the lowest percentage is the suitability of learning procedures with a scientific approach. In terms of the assessment of learning outcomes, the highest percentage achievement is the teacher's understanding of the concepts and applications of midterm tests, while the lowest percentage is the teacher's understanding of portfolio-based assessment concepts and applications. The results of the overall analysis show that, in terms of the learning process aspects and assessment of learning outcomes, the implementation of K-13 at the SMA/SMK/MA level in Pringsewu Regency was in a good category although there were still a few things that needed to be improved.Evaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013  ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar (studi kasus: SMA/SMK/MA Kabupaten Pringsewu)Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013 khususnya dalam aspek proses pembelajaran dan aspek penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan populasinya adalah SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten pringsewu lampung sedangkan sampelnya adalah 10 SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung yang dipilih dari 9 kecamatan yang berbeda. Ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang materi pelajaran yang ada di buku pelajaran siswa, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah kesesuaian prosedur pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik. Ditinjau dari aspek penilaian hasil belajar, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi ulangan tengah semester, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi penilaian berbasis portofolio. Hasil analisis secara menyeluruh menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar, implementasi K-13 di tingkat SMA/SMK/MA di kabupaten Pringsewu berada pada kategori baik meskipun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki.

<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract: </strong>Knowledge construction from the beginning before students get formal learning (preconceptions or students' initial concepts) often does not match the knowledge received by experts, and becomes a misconception. Misconceptions on students need to be diagnosed and given a solution to improve learning, so that misunderstanding of the material can be corrected. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the constructivism approach with the 5E method to remedy misconceptions on sound wave material. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a sample of students of class XI MIPA 2 in 1 Turi Senior High School. This study uses a two tier test instrument. In addition to using a two tier test, interviews were conducted on several students to confirm the answers to the two tier test. Based on the results data, it was found that learning using the constructivism approach with the 5E method was effective in minimizing the average of students' misconceptions of 26%.</p>

The educational curriculum of Public High School (SMAN) is a benchmark to see the development of students which has been regulated by the government through the National Education Law. SMAN Darussholah Singojuruh is a collaboration school between public school which is under the responsibility of National Education and pesantren which is under the responsibility of Ministry of Religion, which has a national curriculum model combined with the curriculum of pesantren. The combination of these two curriculums raises a problem, so that the role of the headmaster in deciding the applicable curriculum becomes important. This condition can bring up the headmaster's power in determining the subjects in the collaboration school’s curriculum plan. The research is conducted in the form of qualitative descriptive, the data were probed by using the theory of power to see the role of headmasters in determining the policy in collaborative schools. Data collection is done through observation using audio visual and in-depth interview. Then, it was analyzed by using triangulation data analysis to obtain data accuracy. The role of headmaster in determining the collaborative curriculum shows that there are deviations in curriculum development, resulting in changes in the subjects that have been determined previously by the government through Government Regulation No. 13 Year 2014.

This study aims to analyze the gaps and potential of Jambi local wisdom as a basis for the development of science textbooks. This research was a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were students of class VIIIE and VIIIF at SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi, which totaled 43 people and science teachers. This study uses the instruments to observations sheet and questionnaires for students and teachers. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that; (1) the science textbooks available at SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi not yet have integrated into Jambi local wisdom and there are no questions about scientific literacy; (2) the results of observations indicate that the supporting facilities in science learning such as laboratories are still lacking, but other facilities such as classrooms and library are quite good; (3) material that can be integrated with Jambi local wisdom including substance pressure, vibrations, waves, sound and optical.

This study aims at 1) Knowing the level of welfare of swallow's nest owners 2) Knowing the level of development of swallow's nest business 3) Knowing the management of swallow nest houses. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The area that is the object of research is Topoyo Village, Topoyo District, Mamuju Tengah Regency. The population in this study were all swallow nest owners, namely 10 heads of families. Data collecting techniques are carried out through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that swallow nest owners were generally productive 30-39 years old and all male sexes with marital status were married and the level of education of the average swallow nest homeowner was junior and senior high school graduates. 1) Revenue of the owner of the bird's nest wallet Didesa Topoyo Topoyo Subdistrict Central Mamuju Regency through the indicator of welfare level according to BPS, in 2005 high income that is equal to> 10,000,000 / month or> 120,000,000 / year, based on sales respondents income from swallow nest, namely 13,000,000, - / kg in the harvest period 3-4 times per year as much as> 6 kg in one harvest period or> 234,000,000, - 312,000,000. 2) Increasing the welfare of swallow nest owners can be seen from before and after establishing a swallow nest house, namely. There are (2) respondents who have to pay the loan in the form of installments to the bank so that they have not shown their level of welfare from swallow birds. which causes air pollution and noise pollution.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan pemilik sarang wallet, 2) Mengetahui tingkat pengembangan bisnis sarang wallet, 3) Mengetahui pengelolaan rumah sarang walet. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Daerah yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Desa Topoyo, Kecamatan Topoyo, Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pemilik sarang walet, yaitu 10 kepala keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilik sarang walet umumnya berusia produktif 30-39 tahun dan semua jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan status perkawinan sudah menikah dan tingkat pendidikan rata-rata pemilik sarang walet adalah lulusan SMP dan SMA. 1) Pendapatan pemilik dompet sarang burung Didesa Topoyo Topoyo Top Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah melalui indikator tingkat kesejahteraan menurut BPS, pada tahun 2005 pendapatan tinggi yang sama dengan> 10.000.000 / bulan atau> 120.000.000 / tahun, berdasarkan responden penjualan Penghasilan dari sarang walet, yaitu 13.000.000, - / kg pada periode panen 3-4 kali per tahun sebanyak> 6 kg dalam satu periode panen atau> 234.000.000, - 312.000.000. 2) Meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemilik sarang walet dapat dilihat dari sebelum dan sesudah membangun rumah sarang walet, yaitu. Ada (2) responden yang harus membayar pinjaman dalam bentuk angsuran ke bank sehingga mereka belum menunjukkan tingkat kesejahteraan mereka dari burung walet. yang menyebabkan polusi udara dan polusi suara.
