The article is devoted to the study of Ukraine’s European integration course, a complex and multilevel process. It is established that the vector of European integration provides Ukraine with ample opportunities to attract foreign investment and new technologies, increase the technological level of production and increase the competitiveness of domestic producers in the domestic market, the EU market and world markets. It is established that most domestic enterprises are acutely short of qualified labor resources, innovation is absent or at a low level and is financed only by own funds of enterprises, there is no possibility to attract available financial resources, and all this complicates modernization of production facilities and bringing Ukrainian producers to compliance with European market standards. The article analyzes the change in the volume of export-import operations, profitability, and development of capital investments and innovation of domestic enterprises. It was found that the dynamics and volume of capital investment have positive trends, but a comparative analysis of the dynamics of growth of profitability and capitalization of production capacity found that in the latter Ukrainian enterprises are highly dependent on borrowed capital, due to significant limitations of their own reserves. In the current conditions of economic European integration, Ukrainian enterprises face a number of barriers that prevent them from fully entering and operating effectively in the European market. At the state level, it is political and economic instability, imperfection of the legislative field, high cost of credit resources, which leads to low innovation potential, shortage of qualified personnel and funds for modernization of existing assets and technological renewal. The strategic task of Ukraine should be the state policy aimed at supporting domestic enterprises and increasing their competitiveness in the form of comprehensive measures aimed at providing available credit resources for domestic producers, development of their innovative activity, promotion of the transfer of new technologies, which in turn will be to promote the technological level of Ukrainian enterprises and increase the level of competitiveness of goods and world markets.

European integration based on a supranational form of pooled sovereignty has taken on increasingly state-like qualities. With every move toward absorbing additional members, the European Union system has expanded its geographic reach. The state-like power of the EU is apparent in the impact its integration processes have had in societies just outside its borders. Its growing influence is most notable in misfit border territories, from Kaliningrad to Transnistria, and from Cyprus to Northern Ireland, that are tenuously under the political control of neighboring geopolitical powers.

Despite an increased emphasis on form-focused instruction (FFI), the use of the computer as a grammar tutor has remained largelyunexamined for nearly two decades. With new technologies at hand, there is a need to take a fresh look at online grammar tutors andlink designs more strongly to contemporary second language acquisition (SLA) principles and the concept of a teaching presence. Theaim of this study, therefore, is to investigate the potential of using a purpose-built digital video series as a virtual grammartutor. To achieve this aim, we used a pre-test, post-test, and delayed post-test to evaluate the impact of a purpose-built grammar video on 62 EFL university students. The results of the study demonstrate that purpose-built video has strong potential for use as a virtual grammar tutor. Consequently, it may be possible to improve the state of Tutorial CALL from a drill-based approach to one that is more substantive through the development of a series of step-based video tutorials that tutor, allow for the practice of and evaluate second language (L2) grammar skills.

In modern conditions, an important role is played by the ability to manage the assets of the enterprise, which depends on the effective development of production, maximizing profits and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. In order to achieve high results of the enterprise it is important to monitor and analyze the state, the dynamics of the use of assets, to assess their impact on the main performance indicators of the enterprise. To do this, it is necessary to have timely and relevant analytical information. That is why the aim of the study were theoretical, methodological and practical issues of analysis of non-current assets in the management system of development of production potential of enterprises. The study was conducted on the materials of Agricultural Company "Svoboda", Odessa region, Izmail district, p. Stara Nekrasivka. The company’s reporting data for 2000 - 2019 were used. During the research general scientific and applied methods and techniques were used, in particular: dialectical method of cognition, analysis and synthesis, system approach (for studying theoretical issues of analysis of non-current assets); comparison, questionnaires, expert assessments, coefficient analysis (study of the practice of analysis of non-current assets); econometric modeling (assessment of the value of non-current assets in the management system of the production potential of the enterprise). The results of the modelling indicate the impact of the value of non-current assets, including fixed assets, the degree of their depreciation on the performance of the enterprise. We consider that for high performance of the enterprise it is important to monitor and analyze the state, the dynamics of the use of assets, to assess their impact on the main performance indicators of the enterprise. To increase the efficiency of formation and use of non-current assets in the analyzed company it is necessary to: implement all opportunities to increase production, improve its quality, increase competitiveness, ensure high return on investment and capital investment; reduce construction time and work in progress; to improve the acquisition of fixed assets, especially in the direction of optimizing the relationship between their individual species, groups.

Objectives/Scope In recent years, there has exceptional expansion of the liquefied natural gas industry (LNG), which is largely attributed to rising demands in various parts of the world and triggered the emergence of Floating LNG (FLNG) as a faster and more cost-effective strategy for exploitation of gas resources with a huge competitive advantage in the business activities. However, the introduction of new technologies comes with new requirements for tax related issues. Methods, Procedures, Process It is a testament to the resilience and adaptableness of the LNG business to check the hypothesis that FLNG provides a method by that stranded gas discoveries will be monetized and essentially within a shorter time, lower fabrication execution risk and the entrepreneurial vibrancy that comes from competitive suppliers and approaches on FLNG. On FLNG plant cost, Brian Songhurst gives a review review of the state of the performance of FLNG after commissioning. The need for the FLNG industry to address both cost base and contractual price formation mechanisms as a viable channel for the delivery of gas is key. Results, Observations, Conclusions The impact of Independent Power Projects (IPP) in the third World nations act as game-changer in the monetization, new gas markets discoveries and increasing impact on the global gas economy. FLNG has potentials to transform the phase transition business from technical and business stand points within the economic development of remote offshore oil fields. The opportunity provided by the contractors to lease the FLNG vessel enables the smaller independent energy companies to avoid arranging project finance and carrying the asset on their balance sheet. However, it could also assist the major energy companies where current low oil prices are restricting capital investment to lease their FLNGs. Given the high level of interest in the researcher's two previous papers, this update will prove equally interesting and useful to analysts and participants in the gas sector, as floating technology continues to open new opportunities. Cost Comparison of the FLNG offerings are following a more industry standard design approach based on functional specifications and vendor standard equipment rather than client standards and design methods as used by the energy companies. The reason for the quality style approach is to position the FLNG facilities to be hired and reused by energy company. Novel/Additive Information The price of producing LNG from offshore gas reserves through the FLNG ought to be less than from onshore plants thanks to the lower CAPEX, albeit this will be somewhat offset by higher OPEX. This paper provides an update on the floating LNG sector (both floating liquefaction and regas terminals) over the past few years looking into some of the publication of the floating liquefaction (FLNG) contribution from the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies.

Lands (broader concept than soils, including all elements of the environment: soils, geology, topography, climate, water resources, flora and fauna, and the effects of anthropogenic activities) of the state of Minas Gerais are in different soil, climate and socio-economics conditions and suitability for the production of agricultural goods is therefore distinct and mapping of agricultural suitability of the state lands is crucial for planning guided sustainability. Geoprocessing uses geographic information treatment techniques and GIS allows to evaluate geographic phenomena and their interrelationships using digital maps. To evaluate the agricultural suitability of state lands, we used soil maps, field knowledge, forest inventories and databases related to Ecological-Economic Zoning (EEZ) of Minas Gerais, to develop a map of land suitability in GIS. To do this, we have combined the maps of soil fertility, water stress, oxygen deficiency, vulnerability to erosion and impediments to mechanization. In terms of geographical expression, the main limiting factor of lands is soil fertility, followed by lack of water, impediments to mechanization and vulnerability to erosion. Regarding agricultural suitability, the group 2 (regular suitability for crops) is the most comprehensive, representing 45.13% of the state. For management levels A and B, low and moderate technological level, respectively, the most expressive suitability class is the regular, followed by the restricted class and last, the adequate class, while for the management level C (high technological level) the predominant class is the restricted. The predominant most intensive use type is for crops, whose area increases substantially with capital investment and technology (management levels B and C).

The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and practical basis for studying the impact of the institutional environment on the efficiency of export-oriented production of enterprises in the agricultural sector of the economy and the activation of their foreign economic activities in the European agricultural market. The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for the implementation of an effective system of institutional support for the activation of export activities of agricultural enterprises in the European development vector. Methodological basis of the article is general scientific methods of theoretical and empirical research, special methods of scientific knowledge. To conduct the research, the following methods were used: dialectical, economic-statistical, balance, normative, economic-mathematical, economic comparisons, grouping, graphic, system-structural analysis and synthesis. Results of work. The article examines the impact of the institutional environment on the development of export-oriented activities of domestic agricultural enterprises in the conditions of deepening the European integration process. The author suggests measures of an institutional and organizational-economic nature aimed at strengthening the export potential of enterprises of the agricultural and food complex and increasing their competitiveness in the common market of agricultural products of the EU member States. The field of application of results. The results and conclusions can be used in the development of a strategy for entering the European market of agricultural products for enterprises of the agricultural and food complex, training specialists in the field of international economic relations and foreign trade. Conclusions. Analysis of the current state of export-oriented activities of Ukrainian enterprises in the agricultural sector of the economy indicates the need for structural and institutional transformation of the system of organization of foreign economic activity of economic entities. In the context of the deepening of the European integration process, the functioning of enterprises in the agricultural sector of the economy is significantly affected by the internal and external institutional and market environment. Accordingly, this is reflected in the economic indicators of their activities and the competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural products in the European market. Institutional conditions and factors that slow down the entry of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises to the European market are the following: imperfection of the national system of land market relations, lack of effective institutions of ownership and land use; inefficient structural and institutional policy of the state in the agricultural sphere; low level of institutional support, stimulation and regulation of export-oriented activities of agricultural enterprises; non-compliance of domestic agricultural and food products with European requirements and standards; imperfect quality control system for production, storage, transportation of food products, etc.

Effective interaction of the state with automobile manufacturers should be based on mutually beneficial conditions, and the result of such cooperation should have a concrete economic effect. Today Ukrainian automakers need the state support for stimulating the domestic demand for their products. The purpose of the paper is to forecaste the economic effect of state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles. Results. The article tested the methodological tools for forecasting the economic effect of state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles. Ukraine is characterized by a situation where the initial demand and the demand expected due to the state stimulation is less than the production capacity of automotive enterprises. This situation does not require additional capital investment in extensive expansion of production, but may require investment in the revitalization of fixed assets. The economic effect of the state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles has been determined for the period 2020-2024, as for the automotive enterprises (PrAT “Promavtoinvest”, сorporation “Bogdan”, PrAT “Ievrokar”, PrAT “AvtoKrAZ”, PrAT “BAZ”, PrAT “Chasivoiarski avtobusy”, PrAT “Chernihivskyi avtozavod”, PAT “Cherkaskyi avtobus”) in the form of net profit, as well as for the state in the form of replenishment of the State budget as a result of payment by the automakers of the value added tax and the enterprises profit tax. In case of state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles Ukrainian automotive enterprises will receive a total economic effect of 137.47 million UAH in the period 2020-2024. As a result of the state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles in the period 2020-2024 automakers will be paid to the State budget 15613.60 million UAH, including 13618.31 million UAH in the form of value added tax and 1995.29 million UAH in the form of enterprises profit tax. Conclusion. The results of the research confirmed the economic feasibility of the state stimulation of internal demand for domestic automobiles in Ukraine.

The aim: The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of recreational lands on human health and determine the priority forms of their use and protection. Materials and methods: International acts, data of international organizations and findings of scientists have been examined and used in the study. The article also summarizes information from scientific journals and monographs from a medical and legal point of view on the basis of scientific methods. This article is based on dialectical, comparative, analytic, synthetic, and comprehensive research methods. Conclusions: Recreational lands positively influence human health through a powerful effect of natural healing resources in combination with health-improving and therapeutic procedures on the body, which is becoming increasingly popular, and in some cases, it is the most effective treatment of all. Recreational lands are an independent category of land with a special legal regime of use, characterized by a developed or undeveloped natural area containing natural resources for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention of diseases, which are under the special protection of the state and territorial communities. Special protection of the state in today's conditions is extremely important because there has been a negative trend in Ukraine regarding raider attacks. The objects of such attacks are exclusively those companies that are competitive in the market, have achieved significant profits, and continue to develop their activities by creating new branches and introducing new technologies. In particular, attacks on the property of agricultural enterprises and business entities that carry out activities in the field of IT services have become frequent in recent years [1, p. 172]. The main target of attacks by raiders on agricultural enterprises is their land. Similarly, without state support and protection, recreational land can be the object of raider attacks. The priority form of using recreational land is the placement of resorts and sanatoriums that provide recreational services. Recreational lands can also be used for health improvement in the “wellness” form or within the framework of health tourism.
