This study discusses the Gerakan Furudul Ainiyah (GEFA) which was conducted in Madrasah of East Java. To value  its effectiveness, a comprehensive evaluation of the program and the process of program implementation needs to be conducted, and different evaluations need to be approved. There are several models that can be used to measure the effectiveness of the programs and the implementation processes such as the CIPP model, Stake Countenance, and the others. This study offers a program evaluation model that is the Kirkpatrick model that will evaluate in deeply levels, with four levels namely reaction levels, impact program level, learning change level and outcome level. From those various levels, they are equipped with instruments of assessment.

Purpose of the study: This article reviews the comparative efficacy, theoretical and practical background of three program evaluation models (Stufflebeam’s CIPP model, Kirkpatrick’s model, and outcome-based evaluation models) and their implications in educational programs. The article discusses the strengths and limitations of the three evaluation models. Methodology: Peer-reviewed and scholarly journals were searched for articles related to program evaluation models and their importance. Keywords included program evaluation’, ‘assessment’, ‘CIPP model’, ‘evaluation of educational programs, ‘outcome-based model, and ‘planning’. Articles on Stufflebeam’s CIPP model, Kirkpatrick’s model, and outcome-based evaluation models were particularlyfocused because the review aimed at analysing these three models. The strengths and inadequacies of the three models were weighed and presented. Main Findings: The three models –outcome-based evaluation model, the Kirkpatric model, and the CIPP evaluation model –discussed in this review, have some strengths and weaknesses. Among the compared models, the CIPP model seems more appropriate for its implantation in evaluating educational programs because it is broader, comprehensive, flexible, cost-effective, and feasible. Applications of this study: Like other programs and projects, evaluation of educational programs is necessary to achieve high standards, better outcomes, and meet the objectives. Evaluation is employed before designing a particular educational program or during the already designed program. This review concludes that among different evaluation models, the CIPP evaluation model is more appropriate in evaluating educational programs because it is more comprehensive, efficient, and feasible.Employment of the CIPP model for evaluating educational programs can achieve plausible results about the overall progress of the educational programs. Novelty/Originality of this study: This review highlights the importance of different program evaluation models. It concludes that the CIPP evaluation model offers an excellent mechanism to evaluate educational programs at different stages.

By analyzing the current situation of public project construction program evaluation study, for the public projects characteristics, establish of comprehensive evaluation index system., use AHP and DEA method to establish the evaluation model, and use DEAP software to calculate indicator data, in order to achieve an objective evaluation of public project construction program. Combined with the instance to prove the feasibility of the method, aims to provide a scientific and effective method on Construction Program Evaluation of Public project.

Background: AIDS is a pandemic and a health challenge in the world and all the people of society are at risk of this health problem. Awareness Campaign has become increasingly used in recent years and aims to convey persuasive messages to perform specific behaviors in the target group. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and awareness campaign in students through the use of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model. Methods: the cross-sectional study was conducted in border areas of the Sarvabad City in 2018. A total of 564 students in high school were randomly selected. This research was based on Kirkpatrick model. This model considers the effectiveness of training programs in four levels, reaction, learning, behavior and results. Required data were collected by a questionnaire based Kirkpatrick model. Media used in this campaign included: banner, pamphlet, videos and training by health experts. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20. Results: The most attractive media used in awareness campaign for participants were training provided by health professionals (speech and Q&A session) and educational videos, pamphlets and banners, respectively. Awareness and behavior of students significantly increased after the campaign by 51.6% and 25.6%, respectively (P≤0. 00). Conclusion: Kirkpatrick model was effective and can be used to evaluate awareness campaign, because this model shows the changes well that caused by training in reaction, learning and behavior. Therefore effectiveness evaluation in the all subjects needed to be improved through implementation of optimizing training design.

The project-based classroom teaching has entered the connotative development stage in the development process of Higher Vocational Education in China. It is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive teaching quality including the implementation background, implementation conditions, implementation process and implementation results, but there are few studies on this aspect at present. Therefore, this paper introduces the CIPP evaluation model, based on the analysis of the necessity and applicability of CIPP model in Higher Vocational project-based curriculum teaching quality evaluation, constructs the evaluation index system of Higher Vocational project-based curriculum teaching quality based on CIPP, and discusses the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of weighting the evaluation index by using AHP. Finally, it takes the teaching quality of cost accounting and practice project in Higher Vocational Colleges as an example to discuss the application of the model.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi tingkat: (1) kepuasan; (2) pemahaman materi; (3) implementasi perilaku; dan (4) peningakatan kompetensi peserta pelatihan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model Empat Level Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan menggunakan Penilaian ber-Acuan Patokan (PAP) dan Penilaian ber-Acuan Norma (PAN) masuk kategori “puas”. (2) pemahaman peserta pada materi standar isi pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar proses pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP dan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”; pemahaman peserta pada materi standar penilaian pembelajaran paket C menggunakan PAP masuk kategori “tidak menguasai”, sedangkan menggunakan PAN masuk kategori “menguasai”. The type of this study was evaluation research using Four Levels of Kirkpatrick model. The result of this study indicates the following. (1) the participants’ satisfaction toward the implementation of training using Standard Referenced Assessment (PAP) and Normative Referenced Assessment (PAN) was included in the category of “satisfied”. 2) the participants’ understanding of content standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; the participants’ understanding of process standard material learning using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “mastering”; (3) the participants’ understanding of assessment standard material learning using PAP was included in the category of “not mastering”, while using PAN was included in the category of “mastering”. (3) the implementation of participants’ behavior after training of content, process, and assessment standard material based on tutor’s and student’s perception using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “implementing”. (4) participants’ competence improvement resulting from the training using PAP and PAN was included in the category of “improving”. Abstrak Program evaluation is a systematic series of activities in order to find information about performance results and criteria that have been predetermined standards in order to overcome problems, or problems in program implementation. Arabic language programs hosted by the Al-Azhal Islamic boarding school are one of several programs that are still in the development stage. However, this program is able to provide motivation and interest for students to learn Arabic. In general, the implementation of the program evaluation at the boarding school of poor al-Azhar is said to be successful with good achievement indicators. Among students are able to use Arabic as an oral language in communication, and the creation of a happy Arabic learning atmosphere. the purpose of the study was to find out the process of conducting an evaluation of the Arabic Language program in Al-Azhar Islamic boarding school. In this study using a type of qualitative descriptive research, as an instrument that researchers conduct observations and interviews directly with educators, students and related parties as a source of data in this study, and as additional data, namely study documents. This study concludes that the implementation of program evaluations at the poor al-Azhar boarding school uses a discrevancy model or gap model, a Goal-Oriented Evaluation Model and a Decision-Oriented Evaluation Model. Meski demikian, program ini mampu memberi motivasi dan ketertarikan bagi peserta didik untuk belajar Bahasa arab.. Secara umum, pelaksanaan evaluasi program dipondok pesantren al-azhar malang dikatakan sukses dengan indikator-indikator pencapain yang baik. Diantaranya peserta didik mampu mengunakan Bahasa arab sebagai Bahasa lisan dalam berkomunikasi, dan terciptanya suasana belajar Bahasa arab yang happy. tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksaan evaluasi program Bahasa Arab di pondok pesantren Al-azhar. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, sebagai instrumennya yakni peneliti melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada pendidik, peserta didik dan pihak-pihak yang terkait sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini, dan sebagai  data tambahan  yakni study dokumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, pelaksanaan evaluasi program dipondok pesantren al-azhar malang mengunakan model discrevancy atau model kesenjangan, Model Evaluasi Berorientasi Tujuan dan Model Evaluasi Berorientasi Keputusan. ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the implementatiton of the research class program at MAN 2 Ponorogo. The CIPP model was adopted as the evaluation model in this study. The sources of data information are vice principals of curriculum, vice principals of student, teacher of research, and students. The data in this study were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings showed that: (1) context, research class programs were very much needed to support the policy of establishing research schools; (2) input, the school had established a research class student selection system, and the provision of infrastructure to support program implementation; (3) the process, the research class service program ran smoothly even-though there were obstacles that hindered the running of the program (4) the implementation of the research class program had been achieved in accordance with the program's achievement criteria.   Keywords research class, program evaluation,  cipp model

This article describes a program evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s four levels model. The program evaluation was conducted by studying 24 candidates for the Expert-Level Librarian training program at the National Library of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method to measure the level of the participants’ satisfaction level with the training and a qualitative method is used to gain deeper information through interviews. The results shows that on reaction level, 87.5% of participants have high level of satisfaction. The learning level shows an increase from the pre-test to the post-test results. In the third level, it was found that 100% of the participants received high scores. Finally, at the result level, it is shown that 87.5% of the participants received high scores. There are recommendations regarding 1) the lack of dormitories; 2) the learning process using information technology that needs to adapt to the characteristics participants; 3) training for the lecturers before actually lecturing the participants. The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.
