This paper is edited on the basis of intensive round-table discussions within a relatively small group of colleagues interested and involved in thinking, making and working towards quality of public space, to discuss, problematise and evaluate what is going on and to speculate on actions suitable for these times, and the times that follow. The title of the round table emphasises questions, deliberately pointing at the enigmas posed by current situation. We see it as an opportunity to get and think together in a structured brain-storming session that encourages brave and risky discussion. The “task” for all of the participants is to reflect upon practices/experiences that we are individually familiar with, those that we are witnessing these days, and - to suggest what would be the key questions /issues that need to be (re)thought and addressed in the weeks, months, perhaps years to come. The roundtable discussions were held online on 1st May 2020 – then recorded, transcribed, edited and published as a joint piece.

To be honest, stress has become one of the rich nutrients, our palates could only satiate. Stress, was there too, in the time of our grandparents and great grandparents. Didn’t they live a healthy and a happy life? Didn’t leave behind one of the finest resources via jaw dropping discoveries and inventions? Depression once a word only found in the dusted and cornered dictionaries has now become a word of house hold regulation. We understand there’s lot of research going on to bring out the best food product possible. Research has also taken the first place in the canon of evolvement to solve and treat and eradicate many a human issue. How did these inventions in machinery at a food industry changed the way we produce our food? Hence, with a background knowledge of these, our objective in this article is to mainly focus in bringing this article is to understand the role and importance of advent of technologies and test their feasibility. After all, is this research not aimed at improving the quality of living and decreasing or say, eliminating the incidence of non-communicable diseases, precisely, hypertension?

Abstract This paper deals with the influence of money on the quality of life, in the light of the major importance it has on all aspects of our lives. Bearing in mind that money is an everyday, inseperable and unavoidable companion, with all its advantages and power, as well as its numerous challenges, risks and temptations, it inevitably affects all segments of the quality of life. The relation between money and quality of life, therefore, can be viewed not only theoretically, but also at a practical level. In the times we live in, which have been labelled the digital age, with ever increasing change, the key questions which arise are whether and to what extent do people really manage their money, and to what extent does money manage people and their lives, do people own money or does money own people? Although it sounds paradoxical, money causes people financial worries, whether they have it or whether they do not and so can significantly influence their quality of life. Standard macro-economic indicators, traditionally used as measures of the well-being of society, do not always give a real and complete picture of the quality of life, as this encompasses the way of life, as well as the standard of living. The quality of life includes the whole spectrum of factors, not only economic, but also many others which lead to satisfaction, both material and spiritual. These can include financial and material living conditions, employment, health, education, leisure time and social activities, economic and physical safety, human rights and freedoms, protection of the environment and overall life satisfaction. This paper analyses the direct and indirect connections between effective and efficient money management and the aforementioned factors which are decisive in forming the quality of life.

Bulungan Area, South Jakarta is a very busy area that is always crowd with young people everyday. There are commercial buildings and schools which are a source of crowd in Bulungan area. At night, Beef Curry Rice at Junction (Gultik) become one of the strong characters who create crowds in Bulungan area. Bulungan Youth Arena (GRB) has the potential to become a Third Place, but the existing GRB’s design does not accommodate the requirement to become a third place for young people now. The layout of GRB’s public space makes an exclusive impression because GRB seems to accommodate only arts and sports youth activities. Redesign GRB needs to be done to become the Third Place that has the characteristics of the times and young people from different circle can interact comfortably. The use of the redesign concept is used with the aim of preserving the old memory of GRB, because GRB is a historic building as the first Youth Arena in Indonesia and has a strong relationship with the community that has existed since the 80s, the community is Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ). Performing arts activities, the existence of cafes, relocation of Beef Curry Rice at Junction (gultik) into the site will be inviting more people to come in . The existence of a grand ramp  make circulation be easier and interesting space experiences are expected to increase the interest of young people in exploring GRB.
