A few issues are acknowledged and admitted for every public, while others are not considered appropriate at any point verbally expressed on open occasions. When used in correspondence, taboo words are appropriately interpreted as silly, appalling, or revolting. These are the words "limitations." The current study looks into all of the notable collections of English Linguistic taboos, such as genuine releases, end and illness, sex, four-letter words, security, and harsh language, which are independently described and given strong models. To deal with the conditions, abnormal and indirect strategies for avoiding using unapproachable words are proposed. Being a sociolinguistic report, the current research thesis aims to research the Linguistic Taboos in the novel "Send My Roots Rain" by Ibis Gomez Vega. The focal point of the novel is lesbianism. The protagonist of the novel goes under the attack of the previously described subject. The topic of lesbianism was discussed where the Theory of Bad Language by Batistella was used as a hypothetical framework. A Library summary was used to collect secondary data. The study investigated the kinds of semantic constraints and profane and forbidden body movements that permeated in the novel in the novel. At any rate, these Linguistic Taboos are forbidden in public, but in the event that somebody like Carol, the hero of the novel, goes under an assault of the illicit and restricted crime, it is not just a Spanish individual’s calamity; it can immerse various social orders moreover. As these kinds of limitations are once penetrated, none can stop and annihilate except drastic devastations. A pilot study was done for the data mining.

The results and achievements of the main schools and directions of naratology indicate the need to reread both well-known and recondite texts in order to spell out the meanings. We believe that the narrative analysis of prose by Victor Domontovich (the Ukrainian intellectual writer) is interesting and relevant. The article attempts to characterize the manifestations of the bias of an unreliable narato in the novel “Doctor Seraficus” based on the A. Nyuninga’s cognitive approach. A modern German researcher provides a set of tools that can supplemented for a multidimensional consideration of all ambiguities and contradictions in the text. An intelligent game that unfolds in the text manifests itself at different levels. V. Domontovych conducts the biggest game, the game with meaning through the pending authority of unreliable presenter. The text of the novel consists of abstract reflections, notes, dreams, illusions, fantasies, dreams and retrospective journeys. The main law of the text is the game. Irony and contradictions in the narrator’s words encourage the reader to feel dissonance, uncertainty. Therefore, in a narrative analysis, attention is focused on the speaker and who sees (the focal point). It was investigated that the artist Corvin is the narrator of the novel “Doctor Serafikus”, he tries to give as much as possible objectively the personal story. The motives for the unreliability narration based on the personal interest and bias of the character are determined. We identified the main symptoms of the unreliability of the narrator in the work, and the different levels at which the corresponding narrative is expressed, are highlighted. It is established that an unreliable narrative forces distancing itself from a narrator and takes everything that has been said with caution and detachment. Detailed narrative analysis of the work sheds light on the meanings, which for some reason masked, and allows you to establish artistic functions of an unreliable narrator. We believe that understanding this phenomenon makes it possible to make a comprehensive analysis of artistic text.

Abstract Background Newer strategies that target the microbiome may offer an alternative therapeutic approach for Ulcerative Colitis (UC). We developed a novel diet that targets changes in the microbiome and barrier function that have been reported in UC. The goal of the current study was to evaluate the efficacy of two sequential induction of remission strategies that target the microbiota: the novel diet termed the ulcerative colitis diet (UCD) and an antibiotics cocktail combination in dietary non responders. Methods This was a prospective, single arm, open label, pilot study in patients aged 8–19, with a pediatric UC activity index (PUCAI) scores >10 and ≤45 on stable maintenance therapy (5ASA or thiopurines). PUCAI score was assessed at week 3 and 6. Patients failing to enter remission or intolerant to dietary therapy could receive an open label 14-day course of Amoxycillin, Metronidazole and Doxycycline (AMD), and had PUCAI scored at day 21. Response was defined a decline in PUCAI ≥ 10 points, remission as PUCAI< 10. The primary endpoint was intention to treat (ITT) remission at week 6 with diet as the sole intervention. Results Twenty-three children mean age of 15.1±2.9 years were enrolled. Two patients (1 responder, 1 remission) withdrew by 3 weeks, four required additional therapy by week 3, all were considered failures by ITT. Mean PUCAI decreased at week 3 and 6 from 34.5±9.8 to 21.7±14.9 and 17.6±17.2 respectively (P=0.005, P=0.001) at ITT analysis including all patients. Sixteen out of twenty-three patients (69.6%) responded by week 6. Ten of twenty-three (43.5%) achieved remission by week 6, and nine (39.1%) had clinical remission at week 6. The median fecal calprotectin (FC) level decreased in patients (n=5) who achieved remission from 630 (IQR, 332–1586) μg/g at week 0 to 230 (75–1298) μg/g at week 6. Eight patients received treatment with antibiotics after failing diet, 4/8 (50.0%) subsequently entered remission. Conclusion A dietary intervention called the UC Diet appears to be effective for induction of remission in children with mild to moderate UC. Sequential use of diet, followed by antibiotic therapy in dietary non responders, needs further evaluation as a microbiome directed steroid sparing therapy in patient’s refractory to 5ASA and thiopurines.

Good coordination among school staff and families leads to increased learning quality and academic success for students with special education needs and disabilities (SEND). This pilot study aims to investigate the use of mobile technology for the coordination of therapy and learning for students with SEND. This study first follows a participatory design methodology to identify the key design principles required to inform the design of a coordination mobile app for special education. Then, a mobile app (IEP-Connect) is designed and implemented with the aim of facilitating information sharing between different parties involved in the intervention of students with SEND. The proposed app uses the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) as the focal point of coordination. The evaluation of the app focused on students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as their learning requires sharing information from different distributed sources. Results from the usability study revealed that the app has “good” usability and that participants were satisfied with the use of the app for recording and sharing IEP information. The results of this study provide an understanding of the ways in which a coordination app for special education could be made easy and rewarding to use.

Background Women with childhood maltreatment histories are at increased risk for adverse birth outcomes. Mechanisms explaining this link are poorly understood. Past research is limited by sampling pregnant women at low risk for adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods This pilot study was a secondary data analysis of 24 women with gestational diabetes mellitus; 17% of the sample also reported a maltreatment history. Women provided a blood sample to measure inflammatory cytokines and insulin resistance, and saliva samples to measure diurnal cortisol. Birth outcomes for past and current pregnancies were recorded. Results Histories of maltreatment were associated with elevated interleukin-15 and a marginally greater incidence of preterm delivery in current and past pregnancies. Conclusions This pilot study was the first to demonstrate an association between childhood maltreatment history and inflammatory cytokine levels in pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus.

Introduction: Paediatric spinal anaesthesia is often the technique of choice in many short duration surgeries. However, the failure rate is higher with spinal anaesthesia in children than in adults. Aim: To evaluate if a non-touch technique of paediatric spinal anaesthesia can reduce anaesthetic failure. Materials and Methods: A pilot study was done in 10 paediatric patients from January 2018 to July 2018 in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry, India. Ten children posted for infra-umbilical surgeries in the age group of 4-10 years were given a sedative premedication with a combination of Pethidine and Midazolam They were kept in lateral position with the back much inside the edge of the table so that there was a considerable space between the table edge and the baby. Identification of the L3-L4 space was done by touching the patient. The 25-gauge quincke needle was pricked and the hub was held with the hand in the table without touching the patient. Results: The anaesthesia was successful with adequate level in all the patients; T8 in five patients and T10 in the other five patients. There were no significant side effects. Conclusion: From this pilot study on 10 patients, it can be suggested that the novel non-touch Partha’s technique is feasible and more successful with absent failure rate when administering spinal anaesthesia in the paediatric age group.

Technological development causes infringement to e-book copyright especially e-novel by copying and distributing it without rights for example that is loaded on the website. In line with that, this study aims at explaining and analyzing the protection of adaptation rights for infringement in the form of e-novels by the website in the perspective of copyright law; and explaining and analyzing the legal consequences of the use of the e-novels by the website on the adaptation rights of the creator. This research uses normative juridical research with the approach to applying the laws of UUHC and the case approach in the form of the infringement of the e-novels on the website in www.corongbaca.com. The primary data taken from interview and the secondary data obtained from library studies. The data analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The result of the study indicates that protection of the creator's adaptation rights from infringement of e-novels by the website in this case has not been realized because the creator who made the e-novel does not get benefit from the adaptation rights of the novel, namely royalties that are distributed based on an agreement with the website then regarding the legal consequences of using e-novels by websites on the author's adaptation rights, there are two consequences that have been carried out, namely: deletion of website content from www.corongbaca.com, and complaints to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP), but there has been no follow up on the complaint. As for claims for compensation and criminal charges, the parties did not do so.
