<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pertimbangan konsumen dalam <em>purchase decision </em>obat bebas <em>painkiller</em>. Responden yang dipilih untuk mengisi survey ini adalah konsumen yang telah membeli obat bebas painkiller selama 3 bulan terakhir. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan <em>purposive sampling</em>. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 175 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk pengujiannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa <em>promotion, product quality, </em>dan <em>price</em> memberikan pengaruh terhadap <em>purchase decision. </em>Sedangkan, <em>perceived risk</em> tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap <em>purchase decision</em>.</p>

The Research aimed to determine factors that influencing the purchase decision of oriflame’s product. This research was take in two variables that affect the decision to purchase the green marketing (X1) and Product Quality (X2). Data collection using non-probability technique and the kind of the purposive sampling spread at les 100 respondents in Purwakarta that are active and ever of Oriflame’s consumer products. The research analyzed through the software SPSS 22. The outcome of this research, in partial such green marketing and the product quality have had a significant positive impact of the purchase decision. The whole dependent variable simultaneously influence of the purchase decision with F value count 55,587 and the economic situation of significant 0,000 < 0.05. R square value showed the results of 0,534 having meaning that whole of dependent variable influential simultaneously as many as 53,4 %.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada responden. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dan saran dijelaskan pada artikel

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction which has an impact on customer loyalty, especially for telon oil baby care products. The hypothesis used in this study: Brand Image influences Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality influences Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image influences Customer Loyalty, Product Quality influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Research data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study were mothers who have babies <4 years old who use Cussons Baby Telon Oil in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) version 8.7 that meets the Goodness of Fit criteria. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence between the variables Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction with t values ​​of 6.89 and 5.68, respectively. The influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty with t values ​​of 2.00 and 2.71, respectively. The influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty with a value of t 3.06. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan khususnya untuk produk perawatan bayi minyak telon. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi umur <4 tahun yang menggunakan Minyak Telon Cussons Baby di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan tehnik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 133 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) versi 8.7 yang memenuhi kriteria Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antar variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 6,89 dan 5,68. Adanya pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 2,00 dan 2,71. The development of technology is growing rapidly, so that smartphones are common and an effective communication tool for users to meet all their needs and interests. Many manufacturers provide smartphone products that offer various conveniences. There are several considerations for consumers in buying a product such as price, brand image and product quality. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. Research was conducted in Denpasar and the population in this study are consumers who had bought or used Xiaomi smartphone. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents with purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression. results show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions o Xiaomi smartphones in Denpasar. This study was intended to see how the effect of easiness, trustworthiness and perception on the risk of using e-commerce toward online purchasing decision (survey on consumer lazada.co.id). The populations in this study were all people who have visited the site Lazada.co.id with sample of 100 people, the sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique where the method of determination of the samples based on certain criteria. The results of this study, easiness variable (X1), trustworthiness (X2), the perception of risk (X3) gave positive and significant impact on online purchase decision (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The amount influence of convenience (X1), trust (X2), the perception of risk (X3) toward online purchase decision (Y) is 0.314 (R2 = 31.4%). The credibility of a communicator is one of the factors for people to make purchasing decisions about a product. A communicator must have some ability in other words that the communicator must have the strength to compete, namely credibility and attractiveness. The research aims to examine the credibility of the communicator on the purchase decision of the AHHA Clothing Line Atta Halilintar product after watching YouTube Atta Halilintar. The independent variable in this study is the credibility of the communicator and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The approach used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Research data were collected using non-probability sampling techniques or purposive sampling techniques. This study uses SPSS for Windows 23 test for Validity, Reliability, Hypothesis (simple linear analysis), T-test, Correlation Coefficient, and Determination Coefficient. Researchers obtain data that will be tested by distributing several questionnaires to all respondents, amounting to 100 respondents who have been determined and have been adjusted to the requirements in this study and respondents who represent the population of this study. The results obtained from the study showed that the communicator's credibility affected 29% in purchasing decisions while the remaining 71% was influenced by other factors. The relationship is positive, if the quality of the communicator's credibility increases, therefore the purchasing decision will also increase. And conversely, if the quality of the communicator's credibility decreases then the purchasing decision will also decrease. Kredibilitas dari seorang komunikator merupakan salah satu faktor bagi masyarakat untuk mengambil keputusan pembelian terhadap sebuah produk. Seorang komunikator harus memiliki beberapa kemampuan dengan kata lain bahwa komunikator harus memiliki kekuatan untuk bersaing yaitu kredibilitas (credibility) dan daya tarik (attractiveness).Penelitian bertujuan untuk meneliti kredibilitas komunikator terhadap keputusan pembelian produk AHHA Clothing Line Atta Halilintar setelah menonton YouTube Atta Halilintar. Variabel independen yang berada dalam penelitian ini yaitu kredibilitas komunikator dan variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Pendekatan yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling atau teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SPSS for windows 23 untuk Uji Validitas, Reliabilitas, Hipotesis (analisis linier sederhana), Uji T, Koefisien Korelasi, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Peneliti memperoleh data-data yang akan diujikan dengan cara menyebarkan beberapa kuesioner kepada semua responden yang berjumlah 100 responden yang telah ditentukan dan telah disesuaikan dengan syarat-syarat pada penelitian ini dan responden yang mewakili dari populasi penelitian ini. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas komunikator berpengaruh sebesar 29% pada keputusan pembelian sementara sisanya 71% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hubungan bersifat positif,apabila kualitas kredibilitas komunikator meningkat maka dari itu keputusan pembelian juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Dan sebaliknya, bila kualitas kredibilitas komunikator menurun maka dari itu keputusan pembelian juga akan mengalami penurunan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, brand image, and price perception toward purchase decision of Sensi Masks in Tangerang. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study are 100 Sensi masks customers in Tangerang by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. The data were processed using SmartPLS v.3.2.2. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and price perception has a significant positive effect on purchase decision. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Sensi di Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen masker Sensi di Tangerang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring melalui Google Form. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SmartPLS v.3.2.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Perkembangan bisnis di dunia Industri fashion terus mengalami perubahan dalam periode waktu yang sangat singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing, dan  product quality terhadap purchase decision melalui purchase intention produk Jims Honey pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Hipotesis diuji dengan bantuan SPSS 25 for windows. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) social media marketing (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Y1); (2) product quality (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Y1) dan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  purchase decision (Y2); (3) social media marketing (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision (Y2); (4) social media marketing (X1) dan product quality (X2) secara tidak langsung masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision (Y2) melalui purchase intention (Y1).

This research aimed to analyze the influence of a brand image and quality product on purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle partially and simultanously. This was a quantitative research by a survey method. The research population were users of Yamaha Mio motorcycle. Sample taking technique used a purposive sampling method with samples numbered 100 respondent. Based on regression analyze, The research results showed that brand image positively and significant influence a purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle, and product quality positively and significant influence a decision purchase of Yamaha Mio. Brand image and product quality simultanously positively and significant influence purchase decision of Yamaha Mio motorcycle.

For the price of wood sold at CV. Harapan Jaya III is a little more expensive compared to other wood products. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Wood Purchase Decisions at CV. Harapan Jaya III Kasmen Kota Serang. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study as many as 70 people are consumers of Wood CV. Harapan Jaya III. The sampling technique using probability sampling is a technique to provide equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a member of the sample, which is as many as 70 respondents. The results showed that partially product quality had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then the price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously product quality and price affect purchasing decisions. The results of the study conclude that partially product quality affects purchasing decisions and prices affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product quality and price simultaneously affect the purchase decision
