PE patients have various pathological conditions caused by a lack of energy and protein in varying proportions. PEM disease was given an international name, namely Calory Protein Malnutrition (CPM), then converted into Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM). This disease began to be widely investigated in Africa, and in that continent, PEM is known by the local name kwashiorkor which means red hair disease. Objective: To be able to know the description of mother's knowledge about nutrition for toddlers on things that support nutrition improvement and its relationship with the state of Protein Energy Deficiency in children 24 - 60 months at Posyandu Melati II Kp. Pasir Ipis Situdaun Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency and the factors that influence it.Research Methods: This research is primary data using an observational approach with a cross-sectional study design (cross-sectional). This analysis is used to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the two variables using the Chi-Square (X2) test because the dependent and independent variables are categories with a 95% confidence level.Research Results: It can be seen from 79 respondents that the mother's level of knowledge is mostly 40 people (50.6%), and a small portion as many as 39 people (49.4%) in Posyandu Melati II, Situdaun Tenjolaya Village, Bogor Regency. And p-value 0.00 (<0.05). This indicates that there is a significant relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about nutrition and the incidence of protein-energy deficiency in children aged 2-5 years. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the level of knowledge of mothers about nutrition with the incidence of protein-energy deficiency in children aged 2-5 years in the village of situdaun, Bogor district, with a p-value = 0.000. Keywords: Mother's knowledge about nutrition, Protein Energy Lack, Children    INTISARI: HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG GIZI DENGAN KEJADIAN KURANG ENERGI PROTEIN PADA ANAK USIA 2-5 TAHUN DI DESA SITUDAUN KABUPATEN BOGOR Latar Belakang: KEP (Kurang Energi Protein) merupakan salah satu penyakit gangguan gizi yang penting di Indonesia maupun di negara yang sedang berkembang lainnya. This research method is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach conducted at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City 2018. Sampling technique is a total sampling with a sample of 64 people in 2018 determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed with frequency distribution and then tested with the Chi-square test. Based on the results of this study indicate that of the 64 respondents found elderly who have a good level of knowledge are 41 people (64.1%), 48 people (75.0%) have an age range between 60-70 years. 27 people (42.2%) elderly have the last high school education and 40 people (62.5%) have jobs as entrepreneurs. The elderly who have a family history of hypertension is 21 people (32.8%) and those who do not have a history of hypertension are 43 people (67.2%). Chi-Square Test analysis results show the significance value p = 0.009. This number is significant because the p-value is smaller than the significance level (α) ≤ 5% (0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship about the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. From the results of this study it was concluded that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City in 2016.

In Indonesia, cases of HIV/AIDS have begun to attack adolescents, one of the causes of which is a lack of knowledge about HIV/AIDS. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS with the prevention attitude against HIV/AIDS in adolescents in Jembrana, Bali, Indonesia. Methods. The research design used was cross sectional, random sampling technique with a sample of 82 people. The statistical analysis used was Chi square test with a significance level of 5%. Results. The results showed that the majority of respondents in the category of sufficient knowledge, namely as many as 53.7% and most had an agreeing attitude towards the prevention of HIV/AIDS as many as 65.9%. The results of the analysis of the Chi square test showed that the relationship between the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the attitude of prevention of HIV/AIDS in adolescents showed p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05). Conclusion. This study found that there was a correlation between the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the attitude of preventing HIV/AIDS in adolescents. ABSTRACT Nurses in meeting spiritual service needs in patients are influenced by one of the factors namely spiritual intelligence. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between characteristics and nurse's spiritual intelligence by fulfilling the inpatient spiritual service needs in Banten Hospital in 2019. The study was conducted in Banten General Hospital in July-August 2019. This research was quantitative with a cross-sectional design by using a questionnaire as a primary data and using Chi-square test as the data analysis. The sample used all nurses in population with total sampling to 71 nurses. The results showed that respondents who fulfilled the needs of spiritual services were not as good as 37 respondents (52.1%). Bivariate results showed variables related to meeting spiritual service needs, namely the level of education (p value = 0.039), length of work (p value =0.042), and nurse spiritual intelligence (p value =0.022). Based on the results of this study it is suggested that there is a need for assistance or special mentors conducted by senior nurses to junior nurses (length of work ≤ 4 years). Because the results of this research prove that nurses who have a new length of work who have the opportunity to meet the needs of spiritual services are not good for patients. Keywords : Nurses, Spiritual Intelligence, Spiritual Service Needs.

Febrile convulsion (febris convulsion/stuip/step) i.e. seizures that arise at the time of fever not caused by processes in the head (brain : like meningitis or inflammation of the lining of the brain, ensifilitis or brain inflammation) but outside the head for example because of an infection in the respiratory tract, ear or infection in the digestive tract. Usually experienced by children aged 6 months to 5 years. In West Java Province in 2012 patients with febrile seizures in the Hospital amounted to 2,220 for ages 0-1 years, while there are 5,696 for ages 1-4 years. This study aims to determine the correlation between the level of knowledge of parents with first aid febrile seizures in children under five in the Aster room of Bogor Hospital in 2018. The type of research used is analitik korelatif with research design cross sectional. Sampling in this study with total sampling techniques a sample of this research is 35 respondents. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires in the form of closed questionnairestotaling 20 statements about first aid knowledge of febrile seizures and 14 questions about first aid febrile seizures. Analysis of the data used is univariat and bivariat (Chi-Square). Based on the knowledge of febrile seizures there were 21 (60.0%) respondents with good knowledge. Based on first aid febrile seizures in children under five there were 22 (62.9%) respondents with positive actions. Of the 35 respondents there were 18 (51.4%) respondents who had a good level of knowledge with positive first aid measures in febrile seizures. The results of bivariate analysis used an analysis test Chi-Square earned value p value 0,002≤0,05 (alpha), meaning Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Shows that is a correlation between the level of knowledge of parents and first aid in febrile seizures in children under five in the Aster of Bogor Hospital in 2018.
