The problem of the use of labour resources and remuneration of labour is actual enough for today. The ques-tion of economic essence and value of "salary" and "remuneration of labour" is investigational in the article, the legislative adjusting and normatively-legal providing is considered in Ukraine of remuneration of labour, registration-analytical providing of calculations with workers from a salary in control system of communal enterprises, organization of account of calculations is investigational from a salary, forms and systems of remuneration of labour are reasonable, directions of improvement offer. On results undertaken a study it is set that a salary is a money term of cost and cost of commodity, she serves as payment of services of labour of workers, represents socio-economic position in a national economy and stand-ard of living in society. Theoretical and practical consideration of questions about calculations from the remuneration of labour has an actual value, as a remuneration of labour is the important enough link of the system of sociallabour relations and most thorny in a decision socio-economic problem. The questions of salary are regulated by the wide enough circle of legislative and normative documents, that every workplace of accountant, accountable for a certain area account of calculations must be provided from a salary. The major constituents of organization of remuneration of labour are setting of norms of labour, tariff setting of norms of salary, development of forms and systems of remuneration of labour. Order of extra charge and payment of salary on communal enterprises envisaged by the Collective agreement and Statutes about the remuneration of labour. A salary depends on complication and terms of implementation of work, quality of her implementation workers, results of financially-economic activity of communal enterprises and select leaders (by proprietors) principles of the system of material stimulation of workers. For the increase of wage level in Ukraine, to our opinion, it is necessary: to decrease the shadow sector of na-tional economy, decrease the rate of inflation, increase production (works, services) volumes, increase prices on labour force, to perfect a legislatively-normative base in Ukraine. Keywords: a salary, remuneration of labour, organization of account, record-keeping, forms and systems of remuneration of labour, fund of remuneration of labour, is registration-analytical providing, communal enterprise

Abstract Introduction St. George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a tertiary plastic surgery centre serving a population of 3.5 million in and around South West London. Telemedicine Referral Image Portal System (TRIPS) is integral to our service, allowing triage of patients in remote locations. During Covid, TRIPS helped in reducing footfall and streamlining out of hospital referrals to reduce unnecessary transfer. The aim of this project was to assess the quality of clinical documentation for emergency referrals to plastic surgery via TRIPS. Method We performed a retrospective review of all patients referred to plastic surgery via TRIPS during April 2020. Documentation standards were determined from national guidance. After introduction of a condensed guide, a second review was performed four months later. Results In April, 131 referrals were recorded on TRIPS. Only 22.9% of records met the standard. The most common omission was treatment advice. Following introduction of guidance, 215 TRIPS records were reviewed. The quality of clinical documentation improved in all aspects with a compliance rate of 89%. Conclusions Although TRIPS remains a useful tool for triage, it is a clinical document and must meet the standards of clinical record keeping. Introduction of clear guidelines improves overall compliance.

AbstractCui bono information and record keeping? In his most recent work devoted to the study of British and French imperialism in the Levant in early modern history, Cornel Zwierlein has argued that “empires are built on ignorance.” It is, of course, true that during the old regime Western knowledge of things “Oriental” was patently defective, marked as it was by blind spots and glaring gaps; and if observed in the broader context of European colonialism in Asia, the British and French cases are hardly exceptional. Sanjay Subrahmanyam's Europe's India has shown compellingly that the Portuguese, too, blindly forged ahead in their imperial expansion into South Asia, with a good dose of improvisation. By focusing on a mission to Khiva, Bukhara, and Balkh in 1732, I set out to show that the Russian venture in Asia too was premised upon ignorance, among other things. More specifically, I argue that diplomatic and commercial relations between Russia and Central Asia developed in parallel with the neglect of intelligence gathered and made available in imperial archives. Reflecting on the fact that the Russian enterprise in Asia was minimally dependent on information allows us to complicate the reductive equation of knowledge to power, which originates from the “archival turn.” Many today regard archives as reflective of projects of documentation, which granted epistemological virtue to the texts stored, ordered, and preserved therein. The archives generated truth claims, we are told, about hierarchies of knowledge produced by states and, by doing so, they effectively operated as a technological apparatus bolstering the state. However, not all the texts which we find in archives always retained their pristine epistemic force. To historicise the uses, misuses, and, more importantly, the practices of purposeful neglect of records invites us to revisit the quality of transregional connectivity across systems of signification in the early modern period.

Judicial record-keeping, which in its content refers to judicial activity of a security, auxiliary nature, received an impetus for its development in connection with the amendments to the 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation that entered into force on July 4, 2020. The introduction of innovations, which will take place through the organizational, guiding activities of the bodies of the judicial community – the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation and the bodies of the judicial community in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the improvement of regulatory regulation by authorized entities will allow realizing the needs of society in a new quality of relations between the judiciary and citizens of the Russian Federation. The article substantively defines the problems of the development of normative regulation in the course of ensuring arbitration proceedings, organizing constitutional and legal judicial statistics, exercising the rights of citizens to use the national language in the process of conducting judicial proceedings. In connection with the findings, options are proposed for generating ideas in the field of organizational support of justice.

This paper uses Singapore as a case study to illustrate how staffing policies and practices affect the quality of the workforce which ultimately influence performance at employee and organization level. It reveals that Singapore public service has been able to put in place most of the ‘critical factors’ for an effective staffing system management. The presence of those critical factors have played an important role in making Singapore to be one of the most effective public services in the world. Finally, it forwards theoretical and practical implications of the study and future research direction.

The purpose of this study was the analysis of the effects induced by urban pressures on the socio-economic and territorial characteristics of the rural peri-urban areas in order to identify planning and intervention strategies aimed at enhancing the quality of agriculture and landscape. A survey was conducted in the surroundings of Parma on farms located in the vicinity of urban areas. The structural, productive and social characteristics of the family-farm units were analyzed. The survey updated an identical survey, carried out in 1986, in which it was examined a sample of 208 farms. The units surveyed were evaluated in two aspects: the “vitality”, which takes into account the structural characteristics (size, production, labour force, etc.), and the “stability”, in which a crucial role is played by the age of the conductor and the presence of a successor. It was found that only 28% of the original farm sample is still alive, one third has disappeared, 30% was absorbed by existing farms, 8% has been abandoned. The factors most favourable to the survival resulted those referred to the vitality, especially the physical and economic size of the farm, the presence of cattle, the percentage of land in property, the presence of young labour. Among the factors that predispose to the abandonment, the urbanization processes were found to be determinants, in terms of expansion of both the built-up area and of that planned as urbanisable. The research has highlighted the importance of the vitality of the farms together with a context that has maintained its original rural features. These combined aspects can better define what we call the resiliency of the landfarms system i.e. the capability of positively reacting to the variable modifications of the internal and external conditions.

Modern challenges of the system of mathematical training of schoolchildren lead to an increase in subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. Monitoring the teacher’s professional deficits allows them to be leveled in a timely manner, thereby improving the quality of the educational process. However, the theory and method of identifying them has not been studied much. This makes it possible to state the problem of research, which consists in determining the conceptual basis of the methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was a competent approach as the basis for structuring the professional competencies of a mathematics teacher; a systematic approach as the basis for diagnosing professional deficits of a mathematics teacher; federal state educational standard for higher education in the field of training “Pedagogical education”; professional standard “Teacher (pedagogical activity in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education. Module “Subject training. Mathematics”, the requirements of the federal state educational standard for the mathematical training of students in a general education school). The study used methods of analyzing special literature and normative documents, pedagogical modeling and design, mathematical processing of information. Results of the study. The basic principles of the methodology for identifying subject professional deficits are formulated and substantiated: expediency, diagnosticity, systemicity and advance. Based on these principles, the authors developed a methodology for identifying subject professional deficits of a mathematics teacher. The example shows the main stages and results of diagnosing subject deficits of a mathematics teacher in the field of combinatorics and probability theory.

Introduction: Pain is a common presentation to the emergency department but often overlooked with little research done on the topic in Nepal. We did an observational retrospective study on 301 patients in the emergency ward of BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences with the objective of finding the practice of analgesia. The specific focus was on the time to analgesia, drugs for analgesia and method of pain assessment. Methods: Case file analysis of patients discharged home after presenting with pain was performed. Time to analgesia and other factors were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results: Diclofenac injection intramuscular (80%) was the commonest analgesic used. Assessment methods and record keeping were poor. Pain in the abdomen was the commonest. The median time to analgesia from triage was 45 minutes (IQR 30 to 80) and the median time to analgesia from doctor evaluation was 40 minutes (IQR 20 to 70). Conclusions: Time to analgesia from triage and doctors assessment in our set up is comparable to others. The quality of documentation is poor. Problems with pain identification and assessment may lead to inadequate analgesia so reinforcing the use of pain descriptor at triage itself with pain score would be helpful in adopting a protocol based management of pain. Keywords: analgesia; emergency; Nepal.

We propose and substantiate criteria of objective assessment of quality of work of medical staff in a hospital facility in order to restrict a length of inpatient treatment, to improve work of a doctor and a whole department and to achieve adequate material stimulation and appropriate wages. The criteria consider economic, medical and social aspects, allow computerized analysis of a doctor's and a department work, systematic analysis on clinical conferences and disclosure of factors worsening the quality of inpatients treatment.

Topicality. Nowadays, crewing business in Ukraine is at the stage of formation and development, so its study is a rather new topic for modern Ukrainian science. The study of the problem of considering the crewing business from the point of view of rising the quality of the labour force in the seafarers' labour market, highlights the features of modern interaction between the subjects of the maritime segment of the labour market in terms of the effectiveness of work with marine personnel, helps to orient work in the maritime industry at the state level in the direction of risk reduction and maximum elimination of threats of the present for a modern shipping company, it is necessary to ensure the safety of seafarers in the legal and operational field, which is the basis of this scientific article. Aim and tasks. The aim and tasks of the study are to determine the features of modern interaction between the subjects of the maritime segment of the labour market: the shipowner, the crewing company and the seafarer to design further ways to develop crewing activities. Research results. The article considers the features of the interaction between the subjects of the maritime segment of the labour market: the shipowner, the crewing company and the sailor in the modern dimension of the development of crewing activities. The commercial relationship between the interests of the customer and the intermediary in the selection of a successful skilled employee is analysed. Threats to the development of the modern maritime industry, affecting the labour market of seafarers, have been identified. The ways of further state regulation of the activities of crewing companies in Ukraine on the employment of seafarers and ensuring their protection in any port of the world are covered. Conclusion. The value of the work is determined by the small number of publications on this topic. In Ukraine the opportunity to ensure the protection of seafarers is conditioned by a new state policy, it provides for the introduction of new laws and regulations in the maritime industry, they are aimed at supporting seafarers working on ships on international voyages. The adoption of positive state decisions in the shortest possible time is a way to strengthen international cooperation in ensuring the observance of the labour and social seafarers rights, their guarantees, ultimately, it will have a positive effect on the development of crewing activities in our country.
