The development of visual communication media is currently widely used as a means of promotion and information technology. By following the development of information technology today, the delivery of information is no longer presented in the conventional form, but now it has been widely applied in electronic form. One of the results of the development of information technology that can be used as a medium for delivering interesting information can be in the form of Graphic Design such as Online Posters and images uploaded on social media. Raharja Internet Cafe or often called RIC is one of the facilities located at Raharja University. Providing all personal needs Raharja in carrying out lecture activities such as Print, Scan, install iPad, also provides accessories for technological devices such as computers and iPads, besides that RIC also serves computer and iPad services. However, RIC still has problems in presenting information relevant to existing developments. Millennials today tend to get and search for information by accessing social media compared to accessing a website. This is one of the important things that must be applied to Raharja Internet Cafe in conducting socialization and marketing. Therefore, the author was given the opportunity to be able to do the Job Training Lecture (KKP) on Raharja Internet Cafe to apply the knowledge gained in the lecture curriculum. Then the author also gained a lot of knowledge about the world of work that had not previously been obtained in the lecture process. Which in the end, each task and the work that has been done by the author while carrying out the Job Training Lecture (KKP), will be summarized in the Job Training Lecture report.

Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages  namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system  It is widely integrated in a university.

Cleanliness is one of many other indicator that have to be held by a tourism destination. It mean that the tourism destination should be clean from garbage or any other dirty things. Indonesia is a tourism destination that have been known as a beautiful and humble country to be visited. As a tourism country, Indonesia should also give a big concern to the cleanliness issue. Various criticisms and suggestions always delivered to the manager or government of the tourist sites, but the response from them was null. There have to be a research to find out what is the root of the environment cleanliness problem and which part of the improvement that was missed. This study covers how to integrate all the stakeholder by using Information Technology in order to address the environment cleanliness issue. Existing policy established will be the basis for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating a product in addressing the issues of garbage. The research is developed under the PEST and SWOT method, and using the Knowledge Management System. Visual Communication Media is a product that was built to help people in controlling the outstanding garbage. Information technology is built to become a medium in managing information related to garbage problems. Meanwhile, Counseling and Socializing is held to provide learning of the importance in maintaining hygiene. The integration of these things is monitored and evaluated to obtain a comprehensive improvement. Index Terms—Cleanliness, Information Technology, Knowledge Management System.

Globalization has made the inhabitants of the world interconnected more closely in almost every aspect of life because of the speed of information obtained. One of the important things that need to be considered in realizing the process of globalization is the development of information technology. The development of information technology has led to the emergence of new media. The new media is being used in various industries and business including in tourism industry. Public relation practitioners working in tourism industry take benefits of new media as means of communication and promotion. Ragunan Zoo is a tourist destination located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The development of the era led to the development of strategy in introducing this tourism destination to local and overseas tourists. The types of new media that this tourism destination exploits are websites, social media, and mobile phone applications.

Subversion! Is it the symbol of invisibility, or the symbol of the secret power? What does it represent, the ability to carry the messages secretly, or the power to change the world? What are the ideas or objects that subversion challenges? The authority, people, tradition, institution, or the whole of humanity. Can it be considered as a way to brainwash or as a means to manipulate the thoughts and opinions of people? Is the power used by people to hide their feelings from others, be subversive? Is it the point where the change and progress meet? There are a lot of numerous and different questions that can be born from just a simple word subversion. At first glance, we think it is something simple, but its true meaning has power and many methods of expression. The whole idea and aim of subversion are to overthrow the existing state or situation and bring a functioning or desired change. It also supports the idea of staying behind and moving by one's own beliefs and choices. One of the common ways that we are exposed to subversive messages is through advertisements for different products, and the messages they carry on. Because of them, our subconscious mind is made to believe and desire things that we do not truly need or want. In the age of information technology and social media, subversive messages are carried much easier and shaped based on the characteristics of target audiences. Nowadays, advertisement and political campaigns directly respond to the individual requirements of target audiences, making their messages much more acceptable and influential.

The development of this age in the world is characterized by information technology. For a long time, humans can not be separated from technology. The development of Internet information technology effected the creation of the internet. The Internet sends people to communicate and search for information about anyone. How to find existing information is to open websites that exist on the internet. Website is a system where information in the form of text, images, sound, and others are presented in hypertext form. One of the websites that contain information is Versaillus. Versaillus is a website that contains information about a game called Mobile Legends and the manifold of Versaillus is a wiki’s site, but the website is not crowded by people. Therefore, the author will researching the site versaillus by using PIECES method. The results of this study can change the site versaillus to be better and better from PIECES method.

Infographic is the transformation of information, sources and data in graphic format, to make them clear and easily understandable. In these graphics, sophisticated topics and maps are designed in a simple and explanatory way by means of stories. Infographics are seen in media and published works either in a scientific or simple level.In order for the world resources to fulfill not only today’s but also future generations’ needs, the basis for a sustainable life should be provided today. Organizations like Greenpeace run campaigns in accordance with the principals of protecting bio-diversity, in order for the contribution of raising awareness in society for future. These organizations often use infographics in their campaigns. Infographics contain a lot of research-focused information by quoting several sources. By the help of these researches and design, infographics form an effective way to transmit topics like “environmental issues and what to do about them”, to the target population.Based on the above explanations, how infographics deal with the issues like “nuclear hazard, the decline of biologic diversity and environmental pollution” is analyzed in this article. Furthermore, how people reach infographic design is described, and campaigns of environmentalist organizations were examined. As a result it is concluded that, in terms of the mentioned environmental issues, infographics are beneficial tools to raise awareness and to effectively transmit them to people, particularly in social media and other similar channels.Keywords: Infographics, environment, graphic design

Social software provides powerful tools for people to communicate and interact. Social software networks are popular around the world but there are many differences between tools, functions and their use. The international application of these global tools even bears the risk of misunderstandings between individuals. This article discusses differences between social software from various countries concerning design, functions, use, opinion expression and the perception of social capital. First, a theoretical culture model is presented to provide one potential framework for the analysis. Subsequently, the relation between culture and information technology is explored. In particular, user interfaces need to be adapted to national preferences and cognitive styles. The influence of culture on social networks is then discussed for several aspects of social media.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><strong>Penerapan teknologi informasi di </strong>perpustakaan sebagai perangkat kerja yang memberikan pelayanan, penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar di Perguruan Tinggi seharusnya lebih terbuka dan memberikan respon lebih cepat melalui media social,  <strong>alasannya sederhana dengan teknologi informasi maka akan lebih mudah </strong>pemberian layanan penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi pada pemustaka. Tetapi memerlukan ketrampilan dan keahlian khusus terhadap pustakawan, seperti kemampuan mengolah, menyeleksi, mengupload informasi sesuai dengan karakteristik media sosial dalam berinteraktif dengan pemustaka.</p><p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas media sosial terhadap perpustakaan sebagai penyebaran informasi serta intensitas komunikasi pada pemustaka <strong>saat ini sudah menjadi ukuran untuk mengetahui tingkat kemajuan perpustakaan, sekarang tidak lagi pada gemerlapnya gedung yang dipakai, banyaknya antrian pemustaka, banyaknya loker ataupun rak buku, tetapi semakin cangih dan otomatis maka semakin maju perpustakaan tersebut.</strong> Di era globalisasi ini kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang begitu cepat hingga ekstremnya tak terkendali dan arusnya tanpa batas menunjukkan pengaruh yang luar biasa dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama perkembangan di dunia perpustakaan sehingga merubah hampir sebagian besar tugas-tugas dan layanan di perpustakaan mulai dari penyeleksian, pengadaan, pengorganisasian, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan sampai kepada pelayanan penyebaran informasi, pengumpulan informasi, pelestarian informasi, pengelolaan informasi dan pemanfaatan informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka untuk mencari informasi agar <strong>lebih mudah, cepat dan tepat mendapatkannya.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: Media </strong><strong>Sosial,</strong><strong> Perpustakaan, Informasi dan Komunikasi</strong><strong>.</strong></p><pre><strong> </strong></pre><pre><strong>Abstract</strong></pre><pre> </pre><pre>Implementation of information technology in the library as a tool that provides services, information dissemination and communication to support teaching and learning activities in Higher Education. But it is special skills and expertise to librarians, such as processing the ability, selecting, uploading information the characteristics of social media in interacting with user required.</pre><pre>The result of this study indicate that the effectiveness of social media to the library as the dissemination of information and the intensity of communication in the current libraries has become a measure to determine the level of library progress, no more in the sparkling buildings used, the number of queues user or the number of lockers and bookshelves. But it’s more Sophisticated and automatic so the more advanced the library. In globalization era, the information technology processing and very quickly communication, extreme uncontrollable and unlimited flow shows tremendous influence in the world of education. It seems the development of the library world, which transforms most of the tasks and services in libraries.
