The development of knowledge in the field of information and communication technology has received positive support from the world of education. The development of computers and supporting software can help in the visualization of objects or abstract concepts. The online learning system is one of the information technology breakthroughs that offers flexibility in a learning system. In addition, online media is very effective in creating an open learning environment, therefore online learning media is needed. One of the media is Facebook and Telegram. The purpose of this development is to utilize Facebook and Telegram as a means of collaboration in the world of learning. In addition, it is also to determine the effectiveness of the interactions that occur in online learning. Facebook and telegram learning was developed as material for social media groups by utilizing websites, blogs, yahoogroups, virtual laboratories, and google as supporting programs. The advantage of Facebook is that it is equipped with chat facilities that provide other sites. Facebook is a place for teachers, students, and enthusiasts of thermochemistry to interact outside of the classroom. Facebook was developed to be used for learning group members without the presence of a teacher or instructor, can be accessed by group members at any time and costs are relatively affordable, and can support information technology-based network programs according to government programs

Pada saat dunia pendidikan dihadapkan dengan pandemi, hal ini memaksa pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan). Ada hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembelajaran daring ini antara lain sumber daya guru PAI harus ditingkatkan kualitasnya, baik dari segi konten maupun metodologi juga dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, peserta didik juga kurang aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring ini, baik itu disebabkan jaringan internet yang kurang stabil maupun dari segi penyediaan kuota internet yang terbatas. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mempelajari dan memahami penggunaan media daring dalam kegiatan pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi yakni pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning agar peserta didik bisa mengikuti pembelajaran daring ini dengan aktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan observatif. Hasil kajian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning di masa pandemi covid-19 ini menimbulkan berbagai tanggapan dan perubahan pada sistem belajar yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran serta tingkat perkembangan peserta didik dalam merespon materi yang disampaikan.   Abstract PAI learning in schools during the Covid-19 pandemic had many problems to face. At a time when the world of education is faced with a pandemic, this forces learning to be done online (online). There are things that must be considered in this online learning, among others, the quality of PAI teacher resources must be improved, both in terms of content and methodology as well as in the use of information technology. In addition, students are also less active in participating in online learning, either due to an unstable internet network or in terms of providing a limited internet quota. The purpose of writing this article is to study and understand the use of online media in PAI learning activities during a pandemic, namely E-Learning-based learning so that students can participate in online learning actively and attractively. This study used a qualitative and observative approach. The results of this study prove that online learning (online) using E-Learning-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has caused various responses and changes to the learning system that can affect the learning process and the level of development of students in responding to the material presented.

Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages  namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system  It is widely integrated in a university.

Information technology has created tremendous chances in higher education across the globe. With the availability and flexibility of learning online, there are increasing competitions between online learning and traditional, face-to-face classroom. These two types of learning both have their pros and cons. From the advantages and disadvantages of online learning, universities have recently changed the way of their teaching through combining online learning and traditional classroom. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate and understand the advancements of the combination of the two types of learning. In this paper, we will introduce the advantages and disadvantages of online learning and the combined learning. We also share our experience on teaching at Flinders University, South Australia through Flinders learning online system. From this knowledge, we will suggest some solutions about building a combined learning system which is suitable for Vietnamese universities.

Corona virus or covid 19 is a dangerous virus that attacks the human respiratory system. Corona virus able to change the order of almost all of life’s joints in the world of education. In order to break the chain of the covid 19, goverments introduce a pattern of long range learning by means online learning. Application of this learning model certainly brings its own impact to students. The puspose of this study is to know the impact students are experiencing class 5 country primary school Pandawei during the online learning system. The method used was qualitative research methods with data collection techniques thrugh interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The main find of this research is increased students study habits using this online learning methods because the students are becoming accustomed  with technology so they’re easier discovering additional information about the lesson materials received search school.

Purpose-Many educational systems across the world have shifted to online learning methodology as a measure against Covid-19 Pandemic to continue educating students. This phenomenon is causing a lot of complications to the educational system around the world in the context of developing countries, especially to the public state colleges and universities. This paper aims to identify and describe the challenges of online learning from the perspective of Information Technology Education (ITE) students in the public state colleges and universities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method-It used descriptive research for the conducted of the study wherein survey questionnaires were sent out via electronic survey in different state colleges and universities in the Philippines. The evaluations were calculated using descriptive statistics and Chi-square and responses were compared between their profilesusing a nonparametric test. Results-The findings obtained the demographic profile of the ITE students with the degree of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, and BS Information System such courses, year level, and place they live. Additionally, the study gained a significant relationship between student profile in the device used in class, internet connectivity, student type of data connection, capability to attend online class, and their commitment to participate and submit class requirements. The study identifies different interrelated challenges such as the majority of the student only using smartphones in onlinelearning and poor internet connection as they tried to adapt to online learning because they are committed to participating and submitting requirements. Conclusion-The study gives insights into the current condition experienced by the students in the school administrations and officials, and faculty as well to strengthen the appropriate online teaching mode and other practices applicable to the students. It can also useto emphasize to be more responsive to the learning needs of the IT students, especially beyond the conventional classrooms.Recommendations-It is suggested that educational institutions must create appropriate and effective content, and provide digital literacy training to current faculty to improve learning outcomes. Lastly, a strong Information Communication Technology Office that focuses on the development of a different website and mobile application that assist the need of the students and faculty may be established.

Currently the development of information technology has an important influence in the development of learning systems, one of which is technology in the multimedia field. Multimedia technology is an indispensable tool for the learning process. The use of text, images, audio, video, and animation in learning helps students to quickly understand learning material. Multimedia also provides opportunities for educators to develop learning methods so that they get maximum results. AMIK AKMI Baturaja is a computer college that has not fully utilized information technology in its learning, especially in the field of Multimedia. For this reason, researchers conducted this research for the development of learning at the Campus AMIK AKMI Baturaja. This study aims to produce a multimedia-based learning media at AMIK AKMI Baturaja which can be a driving force for student learning achievement. In this study using a research method of literature study, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The media development method uses MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages, namely concept (needs analysis), design (design), material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. . The result of this research is a multimedia-based learning system presented in the form of e-learning. This media is expected to have a positive influence in increasing student achievement and learning independence.

Abstract Information and communication technologies enable the emergence of a new phenomenon called the “sharing economy”. An increasing number of articles in the media as well as debates about the positive and negative aspects of the sharing economy show a growing interest in the subject. The paper aims to review the different approaches to the definition of the sharing economy and to present the authors’ views on the concept. The reviewed literature reveals the main drivers for participating in the sharing economy. A survey was conducted to learn more about the motives of Lithuanian people participating in this concept. The survey reveals the following leading factors of using the sharing economy platforms: an easy way to make extra money; supporting individuals and/or small/independent companies; meeting new people and having an interesting experience/doing something most people haven’t tried yet. The survey also reveals that most of the respondents prefer to own things rather than share them. Despite the widespread popularity of the sharing economy platforms in the world, this phenomenon is in its infancy in Lithuania.

The pandemic that has hit the world has forced us to do learning indirectly or is often referred to as online (Daring). Online teaching and learning process requires some adjustments both on the teacher's side and the student's side. One of the adjustments is the need to seek technology and adaptation using technology. The currently widely used technology is online meeting services, such as the Zoom Meeting application, Google Meet, Video Calling via the Massager application, or other similar applications. To adapt to the technology, teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru strongly desire to deepen ownership of the Zoom application as one of the media used for online learning. This training aims to provide an understanding and hands-on practice of using Zoom Meeting technology to increase learning effectiveness.

The study deals with an analytical reading (from an information and communication perspective) of the Law "Combating Information Technology Crimes" in the UAE. The law was passed in 2012 by Decree Law No: 5/2012, which was published in the Official Gazette No: 540, attached to the 42nd year, on 26/8/2012, and included amendments to the provisions of the law Federal No: (2) for the year 2006 establishing the Law "Combating Information Technology Crimes". The study adopts the method of content analysis of the materials covered by the law, based on two categories of analysis: • Form Category: for the detection of the legal materials governing the use of information technology, which included the following units of analysis: the number of articles and their contents, and the type of penalties imposed by law. • Content Category: and its evidence of the ethics of new media and communication in the UAE. The study reached the following results: 1. The UAE legislation on "Combating Information Technology Crimes" included 51 articles of law, and was widely separated in cybercrime and its penalties. 2. Most of the legal formulations in the "Combating Information Technology Crimes" system come in ways that push the user to commit to ethical and social responsibility while dealing with new media, and communication tools, or other information technology. 3. The Analytical reading of the articles of the "Combating Information Technology Crimes" Law in the United Arab Emirates has revealed three basic ethics for the use of these techniques from the media perspective: respect the intellectual property, respect the privacy and dignity of people, and respect the community values.

Aguilar (2002) says that globalization, as God, is omnipresent and omniscient somehow, since it would seem to explain everything that happens in the world, also over powerfully, because of its defenders say, nothing can be opposed to the force of globalization and the contrary it is a new way of life for humanity as a whole is imposed everywhere with the forcefulness of destiny. Globalization appears in our society with an overwhelming force, as an ongoing process that cannot be stopped, however, that focusing resources properly can counteract nations to dominate and get significant benefits for each country in different sectors. Aguilar (2002) comenta que la globalización, como Dios, es omnipresente y de algún modo omnisapiente, puesto que parecería explicar todo lo que acontece en el mundo, además omnipoderosa porque al decir de sus defensores, nada se puede oponer a la fuerza de la globalización y al contrario se trata de una nueva forma de vida de la humanidad en su conjunto que se impone en todas partes. Como antecedente, la globalización aparece en nuestra sociedad con una fuerza arrasadora, como un proceso en marcha que no se puede detener, sin embargo que enfocando debidamente los recursos de las naciones se pueden contrarrestar hasta dominar y obtener beneficios importantes para cada país en sus diferentes sectores. El objetivo de este artículo es describir brevemente algunos beneficios que ha traído consigo la globalización como es el uso de las Tecnologías de la información y el proceso de innovación, que han beneficiado a las naciones por el simple hecho de aceptarlos como una estrategia en los negocios. Por lo se utiliza el método analítico teórico con un diseño de investigación exploratorio y descriptivo para obtener como resultado una serie de recomendaciones y posibles beneficios con el uso de las tecnologías de la información, así como los retos que impone la globalización.
