This community service is an activity related to community economic empowerment through understanding the supplies of raw materials. Problems that arise on the supply of raw materials requires capital and affect submission to the customer. In order to support the efforts of the economic empowerment of the community outreach and training about the usefulness of the inventory of raw materials through the citizens who live in the village of partners will help citizens find out how partners do materials inventory management to improve the welfare of society. For that these activities would provide mentoring and training skills inventory management of raw materials, in order to be later able to apply them in the activities of partners to manage its business. External expected can be realized from this activity are: (1) the development of raw material inventory management knowledge on the citizens of the Small Enterprise. (2) the formation of social groups care inventory management on Small Enterprise.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun gizi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa yakni Daun Kelor sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk “BI SAYLOR” (Biskuit PMT dan Sayur Daun Kelor). Pemanfaatan Potensi Desa yakni Kelor dengan produk diharapkan dapat menjadi pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang gizi. Penambahan Biskuit PMT sebagai bahan baku produk diharapkan dapat mengurangi prevalensi kejadian stunting dan gizi buruk di Desa Kedungsumber. Produk BI SAYLOR dapat disajikan dalam tiga variasi makanan, yakni: Ice Cream, Nugget, dan Puding. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan, serta disampaikan langsung dengan melakukan pendemonstrasian yang berkenaan dengan proses pembuatan tiga macam varian produk. Dari dimulai dari penanganan bahan baku, cara penggunaan alat-alat produksi, proses pencampuran bahan, pemasakan, pengemasan sampai pemasaran. Hasil secara keseluruhan hampir 100 persen mitra kerja, menilai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kedungsumber bermanfaat dan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci— BiSaylor, Gizi Berkelanjutan, Pangan Alternatif. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to build nutrition and welfare of the community, by utilizing the potential of the village, namely Kelor Leaf as a raw material for making products "BI SAYLOR" (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaf Vegetables). Village Potential Utilization namely Moringa with products is expected to be a sustainable development in the field of nutrition. The addition of PMT biscuits as product raw material is expected to reduce the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition in Kedungsumber Village. BI SAYLOR products can be served in three variations of food, namely: Ice Cream, Nugget, and Pudding. The method was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstrations relating to the process of making three product variants. Starting from handling raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking, packaging to marketing. The overall results of nearly 100% work partners, assess community service activities in Kedungsumber Village are useful and can be carried out sustainably. Keywords— Alternative Food, BiSaylor, Sustainable Nutrition

Tamiyang is a village that has abundant agricultural and plantation products, one of which is mango. Besides that, there are also a lot of raw materials available in the village. The two sources of raw materials available in nature, both mango and wood, have not been used optimally to add value, especially to improve the community's economy. The community service activities discuss the optimization of entrepreneurial potential and marketing for Tamiyang's superior products. This activity was carried out by means of a Focus Group Discussion and Training. Through this activity, it is hoped that it will have an impact on improving the economy of the community itself. In particular, at this community service, we are helping Tamiyang people to make a product that is unique, namely Si Mayang. Mayang stands for Mangga Tamiyang, which in Tamiyang Village is indeed very abundant in the yields of mangoes. In addition, we also monitor the continuation of the manufacture and promotion of coffin products that have been made before. Through this community service activity, Tamiyang Village has a product in the form of Manisan Si Mayang which is the hallmark of the area. In addition, the initial stage of optimizing coffin products produced by the community was also achieved, in the form of a design improvement plan and a proper coffin pricing determination. ABSTRAK:merupakan desa yang memiliki hasil pertanian dan perkebunan yang melimpah, salah satu hasil perkebunan yang dihasilkan adalah mangga. Selain itu juga banyak sekali bahan baku yang tersedia di desa tersebut. Kedua sumber bahan baku yang tersedia di alam, baik itu mangga dan kayu belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk menambah nilai, khususnya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakatnya membahas optimalisasi potensi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran bagi produk unggulan Tamiyang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan Focus Group Discussion dan Pelatihan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat itu sendiri. Secara khusus, pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini kami membantu masyarakat Tamiyang membuat produk yang menjadi keunikannya, yaitu Manisan Si Mayang. Mayang ini kepanjangan dari Mangga Tamiyang, yang mana di Desa Tamiyang ini memang sangat berlimpah sekali hasil panen dari buah mangga. Selain itu kami juga melakukan pemantauan mengenai kelanjutan dari pembuatan dan promosi produk peti mati yang sudah pernah dibuat oleh sebelumnya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Desa Tamiyang memiliki produk berupa Manisan Si Mayang yang menjadi ciri khas daerah tersebut. Selain itu juga dicapai tahap awal dari optimalisasi produk peti mati yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat, berupa rencana perbaikan desain dan penentuan harga peti mati yang layak.

This training is an activity related to the economic empowerment of the community through cooperatives in partner villages. In order to support community economic empowerment, the counseling and training on managing business units in the scope of cooperatives is very precise. Cooperatives can be interpreted as a business entity that has members in which each member has the duties and responsibilities. Each member has the same voting rights in every decision to be taken. The cooperative financial management is very important in the management of cooperatives. How to manage finances on a cooperative will be delivered to this training. Therefore, this activity will give mentoring and training to the managers of cooperatives in particular and the general public so that the partner will be able to implement in the activities of managing the cooperative finances. The expected outcomes from this activity are: (1) Knowledge development in managing the finance of cooperatives in South Meruya village. (2) The formation of social groups concerned to develop cooperatives in South Meruya village.

The Grajagan village had a library located at the village office. So far, the library has not been managed and utilized optimally. The problems that occur in this library include the lack of book collections, the absence of chairs and tables for readers, the condition of the library is not well organized, and the library staff were not trained in managing the library. These problems have resulted in the low interest of the people of Grajagan village to visit the village library. To solve the problems, it was necessary to provide assistance in library development. Library development is carried out through the addition of book collections, providing chairs and tables for readers, arranging library space, and training for library staff. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, it can be stated that the library's book collection has increased by 88 books, the library space becomes more comfortable with the increase in furniture, and the library staff has increased their knowledge in terms of library management. To further increase the role and function of the library, promotion or introduction to the library's book collections and facilities to local villagers is required.

Persediaan merupakan aset perusahaan yang memiliki peran penting dalam operasi bisnis, sehingga perusahaan penting untuk melakukan manajemen persediaan yang baik, artinya perusahaan harus mampu mengantisipasi kendala maupun tantangan yang ada dalam pengelolahan persediaan untuk meminimalisasi total biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Permasalahan yang timbul pada persediaan bahan baku di PT XYZ adalah perusahaan melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian bahan baku hanya berdasarkan pada pengalaman-pengalaman sebelumnya dan tidak berdasarkan pada metode yang sudah baku. Oleh karena itu pembelian bahan baku tidak sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Hal tersebut sering menyebabkan terjadinya kelebihan maupun kekurangan stok bahan baku. Kesalahan dalam penentuan besarnya investasi dalam persediaan akan mengurangi keuntungan perusahaan. Adanya persediaan bahan baku yang terlalu besar, akan menambah beban biaya pemeliharaan dan penyimpanan dalam gudang, serta kemungkinan terjadinya penurunan kualitas bahan baku yang dapat menyebabkan berkurangnya keuntungan perusahaan. Namun jika persediaan bahan baku terlalu sedikit maka akan berakibat pada terhambatnya proses produksi, sehingga tidak terpenuhinya permintaan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku dengan metode perusahaan didapatkan total cost sebesar Rp 1.796.762.429,-, sedangkan metode Material Requirements Planning (MRP) didapatkan total cost sebesar Rp 1.576.011.801,-. Maka dapat disimpulkan telah terjadi penurunan total cost seluruh bahan baku sebesar 12,28%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa metode Material Requirements Planning (MRP) lebih efisien daripada metode PT. XYZ. Oleh karena itu untuk mendapatkan total cost yang minimum, metode Material Requirements Planning (MRP) diterapkan pada periode Februari-Juni 2020 sehingga didapatkan total cost sebesar Rp 1.576.011.801,-. ABSTRACT                     Inventory is a company asset that has an important role in business operations, so the company is important to conduct good inventory management, meaning that the company must be able to anticipate obstacles and challenges that exist in managing inventory to minimize the total cost to be incurred by the company.The problem that arises in the supply of raw materials in PT XYZ is that the company plans and controls raw materials based only on previous experiences and not based on established methods. Therefore, the purchase of raw materials is not in accordance with consumer demand. This often leads to excess or shortage of raw material stock. Mistakes in determining the amount of investment in inventories will reduce company profits. The availability of raw materials that are too large, will add to the burden of maintenance and storage costs in the warehouse, as well as the possibility of a decline in the quality of raw materials that can lead to reduced company profits. However, if the supply of raw materials is too little, it will result in obstruction of the production process, so that consumer demand is not fulfilled. The results of this study can conclude that the planning of raw material needs by the company method obtained a total cost of Rp 1,796,762,429, - while the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) method obtained a total cost of Rp 1,576,011,801, -. Then it can be concluded that there has been a decrease in the total cost of all raw materials by 12.28%. This proves that the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) method is more efficient than the PT. XYZ. This program is conducted to assist Siponjot Village while empowering the people of Siponjot Village to be able to utilize and maximize the benefit of the village forest. Village forest might support the availability of raw materials required for making musical instruments, such as high quality of wood, including how to process wood waste from making musical instruments to be used as creative souvenirs and improve the economic value. The raw material for production determined its results of the production of wood-based musical instruments. Thus, in order to produce a high quality tanginang, hasapi, and gondang, which previously began to be produced by arts crafts in the Sitangkubang area of ​​Siponjot Village, a high quality of raw materials is needed. The community service team surveyed the location of planting seeds for village forest restoration, provided socialization related to the importance of village forest cultivation and the suitability of the Siponjot Village area for the cultivation of these plants. Village forest restoration aims to maintain the beauty and beauty of the village. Implementation of village reforestation activities starting from socializing forest tourism and the strength of village forests to the community, followed by a discussion about village forest management and its economic benefits. Handover of a thousand units of forest plant seedlings given to the villagers of Siponjot as part of the forest restoration program in the area.

Inventory management without Material Requirement systems in CV. Bangun Cipta Artha resulted in the lot size for each order of raw materials not optimal. One concept that can be used to plan and control raw materials is the Material Requirement Planning. This study is to determine the number of sizes of raw material orders, the exact order time, the method that produces the lowest cost for each raw material, and the effect of using MRP on inventory costs. This research conducted on 160x200cm spring bed products. Data was analyzed by making production master schedules, determining net requirements, determining lot size, and making MRP tables. Based on the results, the determination the best lot sizing is the order quantiy period which results in a total inventory cost of Rp. 26,475,220 where the total cost is lower, compared to lot for lot method which Rp. 43,464,000. part period balancing Rp. 33,106,576, and conventional method Rp.49,472,912. Community Service in Setro Village aims to provide assistance and training on the use of clover plants in this advanced pandemic era. The implementation method is carried out by providing training and assistance in the practice of making various preparations with clover raw materials such as making peanut brittle, cilok and clover nuggets. Where the participants presented are PKK cadres and village officials who are expected to be able to share their knowledge with other communities so that they can also be used for entrepreneurship in order to be able to help improve the family economy in difficult times like today.

Booking is an activity carried out by certain parties to ensure availability, in carrying out certain activities the company has a supply of material in quantities that exceed the needs. As a result, in the warehouse there is a buildup of raw materials or it can happen otherwise. Inventories of materials that are too small can hinder the company's operations in the form of unavailability of materials when needed. The role of inventory will determine the operation of the company because the inventory will run well if supported by good management. Therefore, the concept of inventory management that affects ordering is very important to be applied by companies so that the goals of effectiveness and efficiency are achieved. So we need a Data Mining that can quickly to determine the Determination of Food Raw Material Ordering Patterns in Restaurant Fountain Using Apriori. Data Mining is the extraction of new information taken from large chunks of data that helps in making decisions. One of the applications of data mining for Determining the Pattern of Ordering Food Raw Materials in Restaurant Fountain Using Apriori. Apriori method is a method for determining frequent itemsets for boolean association rules. The research aims to build the application of Determining the Pattern of Ordering Food Raw Materials in Restaurant Fountain with a web-based application and as a tool for designing applications using the Mysql Database. This data mining is able to determine the ordering of food items in the Restaurant Fountain with the required amount.

The development of tourism in Indonesia in line with the government’s program to promote tourism as an effort to increase foreign exchange outside the oil and fuel sector. One potential alternative which could be developed in the village was agro tourism, which has been started to be developed and many of them were already successfully managed. Rilla, et al (1999) stated that the agro tourism development should be an opportunity for local farmers to increase their income for their family. Two groups that became the partners in this community service were Abian Salak agro tourism farmer group and Kebun Salak agro tourism farmer group in Sibetan village. They were selected as the partner in the activities of this program because they had same problems, namely they had low knowledge in managing their agro tourism and low knowledge in promoting their agro tourism to the public especially for domestic or international travelers who have interest in agro tourism. The solutions that were done by the team to overcome these problems were providing the training of agro tourism management that was attractive and sustainable, assisting the farmer in providing essential facilities to support activities that was offered by agro-tourism as well as their knowledge to take care those facilities, and training the farmer in promoting their agro tourism by using offline media (brochures and joining some activities of tourism festival) and online media (agro-tourism website and the use of social media). The methods that were used in these activities were assisting and training the farmer in managing their agro tourism and promoting them to the costumers. Those problems could be solved and could give a positive impact to the agro tourism management that was attractive and sustainable.
