Tamiyang is a village that has abundant agricultural and plantation products, one of which is mango. Besides that, there are also a lot of raw materials available in the village. The two sources of raw materials available in nature, both mango and wood, have not been used optimally to add value, especially to improve the community's economy. The community service activities discuss the optimization of entrepreneurial potential and marketing for Tamiyang's superior products. This activity was carried out by means of a Focus Group Discussion and Training. Through this activity, it is hoped that it will have an impact on improving the economy of the community itself. In particular, at this community service, we are helping Tamiyang people to make a product that is unique, namely Si Mayang. Mayang stands for Mangga Tamiyang, which in Tamiyang Village is indeed very abundant in the yields of mangoes. In addition, we also monitor the continuation of the manufacture and promotion of coffin products that have been made before. Through this community service activity, Tamiyang Village has a product in the form of Manisan Si Mayang which is the hallmark of the area. In addition, the initial stage of optimizing coffin products produced by the community was also achieved, in the form of a design improvement plan and a proper coffin pricing determination. ABSTRAK:merupakan desa yang memiliki hasil pertanian dan perkebunan yang melimpah, salah satu hasil perkebunan yang dihasilkan adalah mangga. Selain itu juga banyak sekali bahan baku yang tersedia di desa tersebut. Kedua sumber bahan baku yang tersedia di alam, baik itu mangga dan kayu belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk menambah nilai, khususnya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Adapun kegiatan pengabdian masyarakatnya membahas optimalisasi potensi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran bagi produk unggulan Tamiyang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan Focus Group Discussion dan Pelatihan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat itu sendiri. Secara khusus, pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini kami membantu masyarakat Tamiyang membuat produk yang menjadi keunikannya, yaitu Manisan Si Mayang. Mayang ini kepanjangan dari Mangga Tamiyang, yang mana di Desa Tamiyang ini memang sangat berlimpah sekali hasil panen dari buah mangga. Selain itu kami juga melakukan pemantauan mengenai kelanjutan dari pembuatan dan promosi produk peti mati yang sudah pernah dibuat oleh sebelumnya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Desa Tamiyang memiliki produk berupa Manisan Si Mayang yang menjadi ciri khas daerah tersebut. Selain itu juga dicapai tahap awal dari optimalisasi produk peti mati yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat, berupa rencana perbaikan desain dan penentuan harga peti mati yang layak.

Abstract. Amanah farmer women group (KWT) is an association of housewives who live in the village of Binangun, Bumiaji, Batu City. Amanah farmer women's groups began to stand in 2016. The problem faced is the limited production equipment, especially on the packaging process. The rare of banana as raw materials for chips also become problems and make the production process stop. The concept of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) are applying to solve problems in KWT Amanah. The program used a participatory approach that directly involved KWT Amanah in the FGD (focus group discussion), brainstorming, interviews, and consultations regarding activities and solutions to be carried out. The results of the analysis and evaluation show the increased productivity in the banana chips production process, especially in the packaging process. KWT Amanah also has additional knowledge and skills in using new equipment, which is sealer machines and cassava chopper machines. The new variant of the product will increase revenue and become a solution if there is a lack of banana as raw materials.Keyword : production process, productivity, training, technologyAbstrak Kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Amanah merupakan suatu organisasi perkumpulan ibu ibu yang berdomisili di dusun Binangun Desa Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Kelompok wanita tani Amanah mulai berdiri pada tahun 2016. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian adalah masih terbatasnya alat produksi dan yang menjadi perhatian adalah pada proses pengemasan dan kendala saat bahan baku susah didapatkan maka tidak ada proses produksi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mengadopsi dari konsep PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian  dengan pendekatan partisipatif (partisipative approach) dimana mitra pengabdian dalam hal ini KWT Amanah terlibat langsung baik dalam FGD (focus group discussion), brainstorming, wawancara dan konsultasi terkait kegiatan dan solusi yang akan dilakukan.  Dari hasil analisa dan evaluasi yang dilakukan didapatkan peningkatkan produktivitas pada proses produksi kripik pisang terutama pada proses pengemasan. KWT Amanah juga memiliki tambahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam menggunakan peralatan baru yaitu mesin sealer dan mesin perajang singkong. Dengan adanya varian baru maka akan menambah pendapatan dan mengatasi solusi jika terjadi kelangkaan bahan baku pisang.Kata Kunci : proses produksi, produktivitas, pelatihan, teknologi

AbstrakTim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup sudah memiliki draf roadmap pendidikan karakter. Draf yang sudahdimiliki hendak dikembangkan dalam modul-modul pelatihan pendidikan karakter untuk sekolah-sekolah yangbernaung di bawah Yayasan Kolose Santo Yusup. Untuk mewujudkan rencana ini, Tim Litbang Yayasan KoleseSanto Yusup mengajak kerjasama Tim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung yang sebelumnya sudah ikut mendampingipembuatan draf roadmap pendidikan karakter untuk ikut terlibat di dalam pembuatan modul. Selama enam bulanTim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung secara intensif melakukan pertemuan secara online bersama Tim LitbangYayasan Kolese Santo Yusup untuk mereview roadmap pendidikan karakter dan menyusun modul-modulpendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Focus Group Discussion dan Workshop.Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Review roadmap pendidikan karakter yang sudahdisusun Tim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup, 2) Rancangan modul implementasi pendidikan karakter melaluimata pelajaran, 3) Rancangan modul implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selainpendampingan, Tim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung juga memberikan bantuan buku Modul Latihan KepemimpinanTingkat Dasar Metode Aksi Refleksi kepada anggota Tim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup sebagai contohuntuk pembuatan sebuah modul. This draft will be developed in order to issue character education training’s modules forschools under Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation. To realize this plan, The Research and Development Division ofKolese Santo Yusup Foundation collaborated with Universitas Ma Chung Community Service Team who hadpreviously accompanied the drafting of a character education’s roadmap to be involved in the module development.During six months collaboration, Universitas Ma Chung Community Service Team intensively held online meetingswith The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation to review the roadmap andcompile the modules. Focus Group Discussion and Workshop were applied as methods during the communityservice activities. The results obtained from this service activity are: 1) Review of the character education roadmaphas been managed by The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation, 2) The design ofthe module for the implementation of character education through subjects, 3) The design of the module for theimplementation of character education through extracurricular activities. Moreover, Ma Chung UniversityCommunity Service Team also provided a book of Basic Level of Leadership Training Modules and ReflectionAction Methods for members of The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation asguidance for making a module.

This partnership or community service activity was implemented in "Bengkel Motor Nager" with the aim of assisting and realizing the knowledge and skills related to the construction of motorcycle engines, the working principle of motor machines, engine Fittings, electrical motorcycles, Unloading and tuning of machines, and on the motorcycle engines, which are specific focused on fuel measurements and compression ratios on the engine and camshaft; and the fulfillment of repair equipment to support the profession and business partners. The implementation method applied is to perform the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the partner; contact and elicit mechanical experts; Schedule of Trainings agreed together between the proposal, partners and trainers, the implementation of training, namely the introduction of theories and practices; procurement of repair equipment for partners. The results that have been achieved are the partners have the knowledge and skills needed by the partner, specifically everything related to motor machines and partners also have the repair equipment that supports the profession and business partners for the term long.

The formulation of the problem in the community service activities is how is the process of increasing legal awareness for the community in Sanggrahan II, Muntuk Village, Dlingo Sub District, Bantul District, DIY Province. The method used is counseling, training, focus group discussion, and mentoring. The activity was carried out with the participation of administrators, the Family Welfare Program group and the community. The results of this community service activity were that the process of increasing legal awareness for the community in Sanggrahan II, Muntuk Village, Dlingo Sub-District, Bantul District, DIY Provine was carried out with 3 (three) types of activities including: legal Comuncation on the legal awareness (neighbors and familylLaw), training for facilitator of the legal awareness and mentoring in resolving disputes in the community of Sanggrahan II, Muntuk Village, Dlingo Sub District, Bantul District, DIY Province.

Abstract This community service program is aimed at empowering teachers to optimize information technology-based social studies learning materials. The partner in this community service activity is the MGMP IPS East Jakarta. The problem faced by partners is the gap in understanding of knowledge about syllabus development, learning materials, and learning media that can be optimized with current developments in information technology. The solution to overcome the problem is by providing assistance from formulating the problem, material orientation, group discussion, and assisting in the preparation of information technology-based social studies material. The method of implementing the activity was begun with a focus group discussion (FGD) between the Chairperson and the Executive Board of the East Jakarta MGMP. The results of the FGDs were implemented in the form of training and mentoring for social studies teachers with material: (1) syllabus development, (2) development of 21st century lesson plans, and (3) information technology-based learning media. The result of this activity was the increase in participants' knowledge and skills in compiling social studies learning materials. The product of the activities in the form of information technology-based learning materials in the form of lesson plans. In addition, workshop participants felt challenged to make information technology-based learning materials more diverse by continuing to realize the idealism of their profession   Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terintegrasi KKN ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru-guru dalam mengoptimalisasikan bahan pembelajaran IPS berbasis teknologi informasi. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah MGMP IPS Jakarta Timur. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah adanya kesenjangan pemahaman pengetahuan tentang pengembangan silabus, bahan pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran yang dapat dioptimalkan dengan perkembangan  teknologi informas saat ini. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan melakukan pendampingan dari merumuskan masalah, orientasi materi, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan penyusunan materi IPS berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan diawali dengan focus group discussion (FGD) antara Ketua Pelaksana dengan Pengurus MGMP Jakarta Timur. Hasil FGD  diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan guru-guru IPS dengan materi: (1) pengembangan silabus, (2) pengembangan RPP abad 21, dan  (3) media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta dan keterampilan dalam menysusun bahan pembelajaran IPS. Produk hasil kegiatan berupa bahan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dalam bentuk RPP. Selain itu peserta workshop merasa tertantang untuk membuat  bahan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang lebih beragam dengan terus mewujudkan idealisme profesinya secara konsisten.

The Village

Purwodadi village is one of the village landscapes that has interesting natural and cultural potential to be developed as objects and attractions of toursim village. However the problem in Purwodadi village is not yet identified the potential of the landscape that can be developed into a tourism village object. Village tourism is one of the components between provided, accommodation and supporting facilities provided in the structure of the community with the prevailing order in the village. The purpose of this study was to identify the potential of the Purwodadi village landscape as a tourism village. The method used in the study is focus group discussion (FGD). Based on the identification results show that the village landscape of Purwodadi has 22 types of objects and potential attractions consisting of natural and cultural tourism. Natural potentials that can be developed are beaches, islands, agriculture, and animal husbandry. While the cultural potential consists of the offerings, art, carnival, and historical objects.

The Village

The purpose of village financial management training is to improve the village financial management apparatus to be more transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly and budget disciplined, and to increase the knowledge of village officials of the important roles of village regulations as a legal umbrella in managing village finance. The research method was conducted through Focus Group Discussion which was attended by fifteen cipacing village officials, Cipacing Village, Jatinangor Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency. The results obtained were that the village officials had agreed to make village regulations, but they failed to implement them. Therefore, it is recommended that the village community who do not yet have a village regulation, for example, the regulation about carik land, levies or quotes to the villagers, and others, must be immediately agreed to issue the regulations as long as they get agreement from the villagers and follow the legal umbrella above: the regent regulations, the governor regulations and the 1945 Constitution.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun gizi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa yakni Daun Kelor sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk “BI SAYLOR” (Biskuit PMT dan Sayur Daun Kelor). Pemanfaatan Potensi Desa yakni Kelor dengan produk diharapkan dapat menjadi pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang gizi. Penambahan Biskuit PMT sebagai bahan baku produk diharapkan dapat mengurangi prevalensi kejadian stunting dan gizi buruk di Desa Kedungsumber. Produk BI SAYLOR dapat disajikan dalam tiga variasi makanan, yakni: Ice Cream, Nugget, dan Puding. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan, serta disampaikan langsung dengan melakukan pendemonstrasian yang berkenaan dengan proses pembuatan tiga macam varian produk. Dari dimulai dari penanganan bahan baku, cara penggunaan alat-alat produksi, proses pencampuran bahan, pemasakan, pengemasan sampai pemasaran. Hasil secara keseluruhan hampir 100 persen mitra kerja, menilai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kedungsumber bermanfaat dan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci— BiSaylor, Gizi Berkelanjutan, Pangan Alternatif. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to build nutrition and welfare of the community, by utilizing the potential of the village, namely Kelor Leaf as a raw material for making products "BI SAYLOR" (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaf Vegetables). Village Potential Utilization namely Moringa with products is expected to be a sustainable development in the field of nutrition. The addition of PMT biscuits as product raw material is expected to reduce the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition in Kedungsumber Village. BI SAYLOR products can be served in three variations of food, namely: Ice Cream, Nugget, and Pudding. The method was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstrations relating to the process of making three product variants. Starting from handling raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking, packaging to marketing. The overall results of nearly 100% work partners, assess community service activities in Kedungsumber Village are useful and can be carried out sustainably. Keywords— Alternative Food, BiSaylor, Sustainable Nutrition

Abstract: Stunting refers to a chronic undernutrition that make children look smaller than children in their age. In the program of community service, role of cadre (a health volunteer) is very important to disseminate the information about stunting to community. Increase cadre’s knowledge and encourage them to be more confidence when giving the information to community about stunting and local food that can meet childreen nutrition requirement to prevent stunting in community. This program is the second year program of community service to continue the evaluation from last year program. This program is specilally for cadre in Sumberkalong village. Each meeting was conducted through focus discussion group about prevention of stunting. Then, cadres disseminated the information to community including, pregnant women, newly marriage couple and toddler moms by visiting their home or door-to-door. There were 10 cadres who participate in the communitity service in the phase of year 1 until year 2 thouroughly. Three cadres were active and often asked some questions during meeting sessions. Some others were active if they were encouraged to ask or to give an opinion. Cadres explained that cadres' knowledge increase after joining several meeting session and focus group discussion. The cadres disseminated the information to the community with confidence. Program of community service which using a focus group discussion is considered effective to increased cadres’ knowledge. Focus group discussion can be employed in encouraging cadres in the community service program.Keywords: cadre’s knowledge;  focus group discussion; stunting.Abstrak: Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada tubuh dan otak yang diakibatkan keadaan kurang gizi dalam waktu yang lama. Sehingga, anak stunted memiliki tubuh yang lebih pendek dari anak normal seusianya. Peran kader kesehatan sangat penting dalam mendesiminasikan informasi kesehatan, termasuk informasi terkait pencegahan stunting anak balita di masyarakat, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dan kemampuan kader kesehatan tentang stunting dan zat gizi lokal yang dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi untuk mencegah stunting di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakan tahun ke-2 yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan kader kesehatan Desa Sumberkalong Kecamata Kalisat Kabupaten Jember. Setiap pertemuan kegiatan dilaksanakn Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama para kader kesehatan yang membahas pencegahan stunting. Kemudian, kader kesehatan mendesiminasikan informaasi yang telah diperoleh dari tim pelaksana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, meliputi ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia balita, ibu hamil dan pasangan usia subur dengan melakukan kunjungan ke secara door-to-door ke rumah. Terdapat 10 kader kesehatan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun ke-1 dan tahun ke-2. Sebanyak 3 kader yang aktif bertanya selama proses pertemuan dengan tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebagain kader bertanya atau memberikan pendapatnya jika diminta. Seluruh kader menyampaikan bahwa pengetahuan kader meningkat selama mengikuti rangkaian pertemuan dan FGD.Kata kunci: Focus Group Discussion (FGD); pengetahuan kader; stunting.

Abstrack Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini menitikberatkan dan berfokus pada upaya pendampingan terhadap kader posyandu dalam melakukan analisis dan pengambilan keputusan data pelaporan posyandu balita yang bermuara pada peningkatan pelayanan posyandu balita dilingkungan RW 9 Kelurahan Gondoriyo Ngaliyan SemarangTujuan dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pendampingan dan pembuatan aplikasi berbasis android yang memudahkan kader dalam melakukan analisis data dan pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan data posyandu balita di RW IX Kelurahan Gondoriyo Ngaliyan SemarangMetode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi perijinan dari wilayah setempat, pengumpulan data, perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi, uji coba aplikasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) peran kader posyandu balita, pelatihan dan simulasi aplikasi posyandu berbasis androidHasil dari evaluasi pelaksanaan PKM ini terlihat adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan kader dalam melakukan analisis dan pengambilan keputusan data posyandu balita melalui aplikasi android sehingga yang harapanya dapat meningkatkan pelayanan posyandu balita Kata Kunci: Analisis, Pengambilan Keputusan, Kader Posyandu Balita   Abstrack The implementation of this PKM activity focues and focues on providing assistance to posyandu cadres in analyzing and making data decision on posyandu reporting for toddlers which leads to improving posyandu services for toddlers in RW 9 Gondoriyo Ngaliyan Semarang     The purpose of the implementation of Community Service (PKM) is assistance and development of android-based application that make it easier for cadres to analyze data and make decisions related to data on posyandu under five at RW IX Gondoriyo Ngaliyan Semarang     The method of implementing this PKM activity includes licensing from the local area, data collection, designing and making applications, application trials, focus group discussion (FGD) of the role of posyandu cadres for toddlers, training and simulation of Android-based posyandu applicationThe results of the evaluation of the implementation of this PKM show an increase in the knowledge and ability of cadres in analyzing and making decisions on posyandu toddler data through an android application so that the hope can improve posyandu services for toddlers Keyword : Analysis, Decision Making, Posyandu Toddler Cadres
