Javanese, one of more than 300 languages in Indonesia. In order to understand the legacy of our ancestors, the role of the Javanese script is quite significant so it is important to learn and understand. At this time, the interest of early childhood in Indonesian culture is starting to decrease and it can cause Indonesian culture to be abandoned. The low level of ability to read and write Javanese script is due to several factors, namely, interest, teachers, learning methods, and learning media facilities and infrastructure. Applying the Javanese script learning method from an early age using the puzzle game media, it is hoped that future generations will be able to master it and be able to preserve the cultures of this beloved country. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through a literature study process where data collection comes from books and documents related to the discussion of this article.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

MENTORING KINDERGARDEN TEACHER IN DEVELOPMENT EARLY AGE LEARNING METHODS. This study aims to determine the ability of teachers in preparing Weekly Working Plan and Daily Working Plan; Applying early childhood learning methods; Making learning properties from natural materials; and the understanding of Islamic teachings based on the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah to the Kindergarten Teachers' Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Puloampel in 2017. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research method. Qualitative research intends to understand the phenomenon of what by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others. The results showed that the teacher’s skill in using early childhood learning methods in teaching at a Kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Puloampel in 2017 is quite varios, they used lecturing method, question-answer, singing and assignment methods. This is shown by the teachers who only used student exercise books and magazines as the main learning media. The understanding of Islamic Teaching of the teacher was still minimum. This is indicated by the practice of worship of the teachers were not based on the Decision of Tarjih Muhammadiyah.

This research is a qualitative research that is field research, researchers describe the findings sourced from the field. The research data were obtained from interviews with respondents, consisting of parents and community leaders as well as observations of children in Kajen Village Rt 04 / Rw 02. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technical analysis of data includes data reduction, data presentation and verification.From the results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Rt 04 / Rw 02 Kajen Margoyoso Village Pati Regency related in Improving Early Childhood Speaking Behavior is mostly good, smooth and develops according to the development of his age. It's just that they as parents need to know and be aware that, educating children must be with patience and perseverance. Parents can teach polite speaking behavior by familiarizing children with things that are praiseworthy from an early age. Because children are a reflection of the actions of their parents. So that the hope of parents later children can behave and talk politely with everyone.

Pedagogy for a teacher is very important because by mastering the pedagogy of the learning process carried out will get maximum results and in accordance with the objectives of carrying out the learning. This study aims to determine what factors a teacher should have so that in a learning process the teacher is able to create a good learning, appropriate teaching strategies and styles, as well as maximum knowledge and experience. The method used in this research is to use the literature study method, namely the data is collected using the literature study method. The data will be compiled, analyzed, and concluded to get a conclusion. Education in sports should be given to children from an early age such as formal education in schools. In the educational process, it cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in the classroom. The teacher's role is an application of pedagogy. Pedagogy of sports is a discipline of sports science that has the potential to integrate sub-disciplines of sports science to be able to underlie all practices in the field of sports that have the aim and purpose of being able to educate. Teachers must be able to have broad theoretical knowledge, apply in the classroom in using appropriate methods, and be able to manage the class so that the learning process can run well and achieve maximum results. Because, if the teacher only masters theories without the ability to manage the classroom using appropriate learning methods, the expectation of the desired results will not be achieved. So between theoretical knowledge and application of methods must be balanced in the learning process. All methods, media, references, and so on will be meaningless if a teacher is not able to perform their duties properly.

Building children's character from an early age is important, because children's character is the main key to developing quality resources. One of the problems that is often encountered in building early childhood character is the use of learning methods that are not suitable for early childhood development. One of the learning methods that are suitable for early childhood development is the center learning method. Building the character of early childhood during the pandemic Covid-19 is a new challenge for teachers, because learning is done online. However, using face-to-face learning center learning methods can be done virtually by utilizing technology. Based on the analysis carried out from 98 scientific articles published in various reputable journals in various countries (Japan, Europe, Korea, China, India, Australia, England and Indonesia), it was found that center learning can be used as an alternative to help teachers build character. early childhood. Central learning is assumed to be in accordance with early childhood development which emphasizes the principle of learning while playing. For this reason, center learning can be an option for teachers in the learning process, especially in building early childhood character. In fact, teachers need to be given special skills related to how to apply this learning center, so that the process of character building for early childhood can still be done even though face-to-face learning is done virtually.

Cartoon Characters

Animated learning media using cartoon characters is an appropriate means of supporting learning methods in Early Childhood Education in the Surakarta area, Central Java, Indonesia. This research method includes data collection, data analysis, and presentation of data analysis. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach through data sources that include learning materials, animated cartoon characters, literature study through the stages of analysis obtained from various sources of information in interactive references. The investigation stages from multiple sources of information, both literature reviews and interviews, were carried out using an interactive model, where each research component includes the steps of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The use of cartoon characters in animation learning media is beneficial for students who are very interesting and able to receive material and participate in learning activities. Also, animated audiovisual media are needed by students and teachers by using cartoon characters in it.

Abstract The role of parents is very important for the formation of children's character starting at an early age, family communication will be a way to interact more closely between family members. The existence of communication that can be realized through action, and giving positive words to children. The influence of toxic parents can affect children's growth and development and even affect children's character, bad personalities during childhood can cause personality problems, and poor socialization. Therefore, in communicating with children, parents must pay attention to the character of the child in order to communicate effectively. Communication must be built as early as possible, and based on the understanding of parents. Methods of data collection are carried out in various ways, namely through observation, interviews, documentation. It is hoped that this research will have a positive impact on parents in the way of caring for their children, and be able to minimize toxic parents. Children learning process in kindergarten is very influential in early childhood development. Therefore, a teacher expected to be able to make variation of learning media and interesting learning method, so the objective of the learning is achieved well. The background of this study is lack of interesting methods used by teacher to improve children's focus in learning and children's interest in foreign languages. So, the researcher is interested to do a research about bilingual storytelling methods. According to experts the storytelling method is one of the most interesting method in learning. The type of research is the literature study with data collection techniques by reviewing books, journals, magazines and articles related to research topics. The result of the research, the bilingual storytelling method is an interesting method for children so it could increase children's learning interest. Therefore the aim of the learning could be achieved as expected.

The Fabel Story of Kancil in Indonesia generally contains a fictional story that has bad image so it is poorly delivered for early childhood. For example, TKQ student Miftahul Hidayah is familiar with the story of Kancil which has bad character, such as deceiving Crocodile to get across the river, and more familiar about The Story of Kancil through foreign-made television shows than fairy tales in Indonesian-made print media. Researchers use qualitative and quantitative methods in processing this phenomenon. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, literature study and questionnaire. This design is made for children of early age generally, and especially students TKQ Miftahul Hidayah which is more familiar with the typical Indonesian story of Kancil that came along with illustrations and narratives that are appropriate to children. So that it can educate the moral of the children through the story of the Kancil which has changed its view into the better character of Kancil. Abstract: THE PARENTS' ROLE IN EDUCATING CHILDREN SINCE INFANCY IN THE FAMILY. The child is a boon and mandate entrusted by God to His servant who will be asked for the responsibility in the Hereafter. The obligation as a parent is to provide education to children starting from an early age. The development of early childhood is strongly bound by the environment and the family. This paper aims to describe the role of parents to the education of children. The study in this paper uses literature study or library research method. The result of this study is that family is the first place where children get education. Children's character and personality is formed first in the family. Parents should have a concept or provision in educating their children that includes moral or character education, science education, religious education, be fair to the children, and give attention and affection to children. Parents become role models for their children. Therefore, the role of parents is very important in the development and formation of children's character from an early age.Anak merupakan anugerah dan sekaligus amanah yang dititipkan oleh Allah kepada hambaNya yang akan dimintai pertanggungjawabannya di akhirat kelak. Kewajiban sebagai orang tua adalah memberikan pendidikan kepada anak yang dimulai sejak usia dini. Perkembangan pada anak usia dini sangat terikat oleh lingkungan dan keluarganya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan peran orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak. Kajian dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari kajian ini yaitu bahwa keluarga merupakan tempat pertama dimana anak memperoleh pendidikan. Karakter dan kepribadian anak dibentuk pertama kali di dalam keluarga. Orang tua hendaknya memiliki konsep atau ketentuan dalam mendidik anaknya yang meliputi pendidikan moral atau karakter, pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan, pendidikan ilmu agama, bersikap adil terhadap anak, serta memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang kepada anak. Orang tua menjadi suri tauladan bagi anak-anaknya. Oleh sebab itu peran orang tua sangatlah penting dalam perkembangan dan pembentukan karakter anak sejak dini.
