Research on the form of Pasih Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet aims to describe the form and structure of the dance. This dance is considered fascinating because it is located in Surakarta but with a Yogyakarta style of movement. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques carried out are observation, interviews, and literature study. It aims to obtain as much data as possible, then analyze and describe it in-depth to answer the problem of the form and structure of Slamet's Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance. Form analysis uses the theoretical basis of Suzane K. Langer, then theoretically explained using Slamet's opinion to reveal its constituent elements. Furthermore, to analyze the structure, using the theory of Anya Peterson Royce, then grammatically described the arrangement of movements based on the opinion expressed by Ben Suharto.The study results obtained an explanation of the form and structure of the Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet. The shape of the Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet cannot be separated from several of its constituent elements, namely dancers, motion, rhythm, expression, make-up, clothing, and the venue for the performance. Structurally, this dance movement consists of motion motifs, motion phrases, motion sentences, and groups of motion sentences. Overall, the costumes, variety, motion, accompaniment, and structure of the presentation show that Asmara Hastungkara Dance is a dance work with the Yogyakarta style. However, in the production, the impression is present in the Surakarta style pasihan dance due to the dancers' ability who have a Surakarta style dance background. In the muryani section, the clothing and beksan jogedan adopted the Surakarta style movements, which is a distinctive feature for the Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet. ABSTRACTResearch on the form of Pasih Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet aims to describe the form and structure of the dance. AbstrakMasjid Asasi Sigando menerapkan ornamen sebagai salah satu bagian dari bangunannya. Fungsi secara umum dari penempatan ornamen pada masjid Asasi sebagai penghias, hal ini juga berlaku pada bangunan yang khas Minangkabau lainnya. Penempatan ornamen pada masjid ini, hampir terdapat pada seluruh dinding luar. Ornamen yang diterapkan pada bagian dinding masjid seperti singok, pereang, papan banyak, papan sakapieng, dan salangko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang berifat deskriptif. Ornamen Masjid Asasi memiliki keindahan dari segi motif yang belum dikaji secara keilmuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara obervasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil tentang ornamen Masjid Asasi bahwa ide penciptaan motif ornamen berlandaskan pada bentuk alam seperti, tumbuhan, hewan, alam benda dan manusia. Selain itu penempatan masing-masing motif juga disusun pada bagian masjid yang memiliki nama tertentu.Kata Kunci: masjid asasi, ornamen, motif.AbstractAsasi Sigando Mosque uses ornaments as one part of the building. Placement of ornaments on this mosque, almost found on the entire outer wall. Ornaments applied to the walls of the mosque such as singok, pereang, papan banyak, papan sakapieng, and salangko. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Asasi Mosque ornaments have beauty in terms of motifs that have not been studied scientifically. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The result of Asasi Mosque ornaments is that the idea of creating ornamental motifs is based on natural forms such as plants, animals, natural objects and humans. AbstrakPenelitian Sistem Ekonomi Pengrajin Kelom Geulis di Gobras, Kota Tasikmalaya, Provinsi  Jawa Barat dilaksanakan  untuk menjawab masalah  penelitian, yakni bagaimana pola produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi pengrajin kelom geulis, serta aspek   budaya di dalamnya. Kelom geulis diteliti karena merupakan salah satu kerajinan tradisional dari Kota Tasikmalaya yang masih bertahan dengan segala kekhasannya. Penelitian tersebut menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara kepada sejumlah informan.  Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola produksi para pengrajin dapat dibedakan menjadi empat. Pertama, pengrajin  fokus pada pembuatan kelom geulis bodasan; kedua, pengrajin fokus pada proses mengolah   kelom geulis bodasan menjadi kelom geulis satengah jadi; ketiga, pengrajin fokus pada proses ngasakeun; dan keempat, pengrajin yang mengerjakan proses pembuatan kelom geulis dari awal sampai dengan selesai. Adapun pola distribusinya: pertama, hasil produksi dari pengrajin kelom geulis bodasan didistribusikan ke pengrajin kelom geulis setengah jadi; kedua, hasil produksi dari pengrajin kelom geulis satengah jadi didistribusikan ke pengrajin yang menangani proses finishing atau ngasakeun; ketiga, hasil produksi dari pengrajin yang mengerjakan kelom geulis secara utuh langsung dipasarkan ke konsumen. Sementara itu, pola konsumsi para pengrajin kelom geulis lebih menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan primer. Bila pendapatan mereka berlebih, baru dilakukan upaya investasi. AbstractThis study of Kelom Geulis Craftsmen Economic System in Gobras, Tasikmalaya, West Java Province was conducted to answer the research problem; What is the production patterns, distribution, and consumption of KelomGeulis craftsmen, as well as cultural aspects in it. Kelom geulis was studied because it is one of the craftsmen from Tasikmalaya which still surviving with all its uniqueness.  The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniquethat is used was literature study, observation, and interviewto a number of informants. The results showed that the pattern of production of the craftsmen can be divided into four patterns. First is artisan. Artisans focus on making Kelom Geulis bodasan; second, craftsmen focus on the process of taking Kelom Geulis Bodasan being into Kelom Geulis Satengah; Third they focus on the process of ngasakeun craftsmen; and fourth, the artist who makes the process of making Kelom Geulis from start to the completion.  The distribution pattern: first, the production of craftsmen ofkelom geulis bodasan distributed to artisans kelom geulis semi-finished; secondly, the production of craftsmen kelom geulis satengah is distributed to artisans who deal with the finishing process or ngasakeun; Third, the production of the craftsmen who worked full for kelom geulis directly marketed to consumers. Meanwhile, the consumption patterns craftsmen of kelom geulis more emphasis on meeting the primary needs. If the excess of their income increase, the new investment will be done.

<strong>Abstract</strong><br />Creative Journal Design as the Dream Setting Canvas Supporting Media. Dream Setting Canvas is a dream achievement media for young people’s dream achievement, which has been applied to several empowerment programs in several non-profit organizations such as Wahana Visi Indonesia and East Bali Poverty Project. In its application, Dream Setting Canvas has weaknesses, of which the target audience has difficulty in analyzing dreams, strategies, and time without assistance. Moreover, without understanding the true essence of analyzing dreams, strategies and time, this method is not completely effective in helping young people achieve and realize their dreams. This research used qualitative research methods. Data collection used literature study, exploration, interviews with interviewees as well as distributes surveys both offline and online. The research results showed that the creative journals design could support<br />the target audience to understand the topic and definition of each block in the Dream Setting Canvas.<br /><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Perancangan Creative Journal sebagai Media Pendukung Dream Setting Canvas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur, eksplorasi, wawancara dengan narasumber serta membagikan survei baik secara offline maupun online. Penelitian Nilai Estetik Tari Srimpi Pandhelori di Pura Mangkunegaran bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan koreografi dan nilai estetik tari Srimpi Pandhelori. Analisis koreografi Srimpi Pandhelori menggunakan konsep koreografi Sumandiyo Hadi. Analisis nilai estetik menggunakan konsep nilai estetik menurut The Liang Gie, yang didukung dengan konsep ciri-ciri sifat benda estetik oleh Monroe Beardsley, dan konsep pengungkapan nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam karya seni oleh De Witt H. Paker. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan estetik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tari Srimpi Pandhelori memiliki nilai estetik karena dari sudut pandang inderawi memiliki nilai bentuk dan dari isi mampu mengungkapkan nilai-nilai kehidupan.Kata kunci: Srimpi Pandhelori, koreografi, nilai estetik.AbstractResearch Value Aesthetic Srimpi Pandhelori Dance in Pura Mangkunegaran aims to describe the choreography and aesthetic value of Srimpi Pandhelori dance. <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Batik Tutur merupakan hasil pengembangan dari motif batik <em>Afkomstig Uit Blitar 1902</em>, warisan budaya masyarakat blitar pada masa lampau yang dikoleksi museum belanda. Saat ini batik tutur memiliki 15 motif dengan berbagai macam nama sesuai motif dan makna, nama pada setiap motif mengandung pesan moral atau pitutur yang ingin disampaikan Eddy Dewa sebagai pencipta motif kepada pemakainya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu latar belakang penciptaan batik tutur karya Eddy Dewa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dan pengolahan data. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan pengolahan datanya menggunakan interaksi analisis,hasil analiss dari penelitian ini yang didapat adalah batik tutur memiliki fungsi sebagai sarung dengan pola motif yang sama dengan pola sarung yang memiliki tumpal tengah, dan makna yang terkandung merupakan intepratasi Eddy Dewa dalam memaknai lingkungan sekitar.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Revitalisasi, Batik<strong> </strong><em>Afkomstig Uit Blitar</em>, Batik Tutur.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Batik Tutur is the result of the development of batik motif Afkomstig Uit Blitar 1902. It is the cultural heritage of Blitar community in the past which was collected by the Dutch museum. Currently, batik </em>tutur<em> has 15 motifs with various names according to the motives and meanings. The name of each motif contains a moral mes-sage or a message that Eddy Dewa wishes to convey as the creator of the motif to the consumers. The purpose of this study is to know the background of batik </em>tutur<em> creation by Eddy Dewa. The research used is qualitative research methods with data collection and data processing. Data collection includes observation, interviews, and literature study, while the data processing uses interaction analysis. The results of this re-search tells that batik </em>tutur<em> has a function as a sarong with the same motif pattern as a sarong pattern that has a middle tumpal. The fishermen are constantly faced with various challenges when working. In the challenges they face, they believe a supreme power will guide them in their work. The work experience of fishers with different challenges becomes a medium to build an understanding of God. This study aims to see how fishers understand God based on work experience. This study uses qualitative research methods with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and literature study. After collecting the data, the next step is to analyze the data based on the practical model. The study results found that the fishermen experienced God through storms, waves, and bad weather. The experience becomes a way to share and interpreting God in their lives. The catch of the fishermen also gives an understanding of God, who gives blessings to their lives. Through this reality, the fishermen rely on God to provide them with blessings, join in the work, and answer their prayers. God is the Source of Hope, and this is an attempt to contextualize theology based on the work experience of the fishermen. Putting hope in God is a form of faith in God's promises and inclusion.

Penelitian Efektivitas Program Pemberdayaan Nelayan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas program Pemberdayaan Nelayan pada Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Subang. Lokasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian yaitu Program Pemberdayaan  Nelayan di Kecamatan Blanakan Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini membahas tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas Program Pemberdayaan Nelayan dalam menjalankan program untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk pertauran-peraturan sedangkan pengolahan data dengan menganalisis hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas program Pemberdayaan Nelayan pada Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Subang belum efektif sesuai dengan teori pengukuran efektivitas program menurut Sutrisno. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kurangnya kesadaran para nelayan akan pentingnya program pemberdayaan nelayan serta masih terdapat Nelayan yang tidak memahami hak dan kewajibannya, belum semua nelayan mendapatkan bantuan dari pemerintah dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah belum maksimal.   Research on the effectiveness of the fishermen empowerment Programs aims to find out how the effectiveness of the fishermen empowerment program in Subang district fisheries service. The location that was made the object of research was the fishermen empowerment program in Blanakan Subang district, subang Regency. This research discusses matters relating to the effectiveness of fishermen empowerment programs in carrying out programs to improve the welfare of fishermen. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods through observation an interviews, literature study and documentation. Data collection methods are obtained directly and documents are obtained in the form of regulations while managing data by analyzing the results of interview and observations. The results showed that the effectiveness of the fishermen empowerment program in Subang district fisheries service was not yet effective based on the theory of program effectiveness measurement according to Sutrisno. This can be seen from the lack of awareness of fishermen about the importance of fishermen empowerment programs, there are still fishermen who do not understand their rights and obligation and not all fishermen get help from the government and the government socialization has not been maximized.

This article discusses the mapping of specific cuisines as culinary tourism potential in Surakarta. The general objective is to present a culinary-mapping of specific culinary products where the information can be used by stakeholders such as goverment, culinary business, travel industries, including tourists. The implementation of the study has specific objectives: (1) identify the specific culinary potentials in Surakarta, (2) create a culinary tourism map in Surakarta City. This research applies descriptive-qualitative research methods in the effort of apprising the information of unique/specific culinary tourism in Surakarta. Data collection techniques wae conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews and literature studies. The data collection through observation and interviews were conducted in government agencies, travel industries and culinary tourism businesses around Surakarta. The literature study included all concepts and theories related to culinary tourism especially culinary references in Surakarta. The results obtained from this study indicate that the potential of culinary tourism in Surakarta is very diverse with each peculiar identity. In connection with a variety of culinary potential is then presented on the Surakarta culinary map which helps stakeholders in developing Surakarta’s culinary tourism.

<p><em>Waqf has a function of worship activities, namely by holding our assets to be used in the way of Allah SWT which gives rewards throughout the ages will also have a social function which after the principal of the property is withheld, developed then after being developed will provide results that can be used by the people. This research aims to provide education about the role of waqf in development as well as how the role of waqf for the welfare of the people. This research uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using secondary data and using literature study. The results of this study show that waqf has an important role in providing the welfare of the people and waqf also has an important role in developing the country, this is evidenced by the role of waqf in the fields of education, health, economy and finance, technology and agriculture, where these fields are the pillars of development national.</em></p>
