Physical Fitness is the ability to do daily activities easily, without getting tired excessive, and has a power reserve to rest. VO2max is a main factor for athletes in order to get a good performance. This study aims to determine the relationship of energy intake, macro and micro nutrients to physical fitness of athletes of Dyva Taekwondo Centre Cibinong. This study used cross sectional design research. The number of respondents was 30 athletes determined by total sampling. The consumption energy and macronutrients were measured by 3x24 hour recall method, whereas intake of micronutrients data was obtained using semy FFQ. Variable relationships were tasted using Pearson Correlation. The result showed that the average age of respondents was 14±1 years, energy intake 2259±571 kkal, protein 73±15 g, fat 51,7±8,9 g, carbohydrate 259±57 g, vitamin B1 1,15±0,4 mg, vitamin C 230±81,7 mg, fe 21±4,5 mg and fitness level 35,69±7,2 kg/ml/minute. There was relationship of energy intake (p= 0,0001), carbohydrate (p=0,0001), vitamin C (p=0,0001), fe (p=0,007 and fitness level. There was no correlation between fat intake, protein, vitamin B1 and fitness level (p=0,081, p=0,497, p=0,383).  Intake of energy, carbohydrate, vitamin C, and fe does relate to physical fitness of athletes of Dyva Taekwondo Centre Cibinong. Athletes are advised to consume food according to their daily needs in order to maintain their fitness therefore, they can achieve optimal performance.

The Use of High Heels and Work Fatigue at The Employee Mal. Usage of high heels with standing position continuously over working will have an impact on work fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship of usage of high heels with fatigue on employee of Mal in Banjarbaru. This study used observational method with cross sectional design. Research instruments used are Questionnaires Measuring Work fatigue Feeling and ruler. Population in this study are 120 people. Sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with total samples are 36 people. Data analysis in this study used correlation test rank spearman. The results of study is The employees used high heels with low altitude are 21 people and very high altitude are 15 people, The employees did not experience fatigue are 9 people, and employees experienced low fatigue are 15 people, and employees experienced middle fatigue are 12 people, and There was no relationship between the height of shoes with fatigue on employees of Mal in Banjarbaru. The employees should use high heels with the altitude have recommended that is maximum of 5 cm, because if >5 cm will be risky to affected a disorder of health.

<em>Low consumption of supplements and energy intake can a decrease athlete performance because it is unable to restore stamina. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is a relationship between the consumption of supplements and energy intake of physical fitness athletes in Badminton Association of Kudus Regency. The type of this research is observational research with cross sectional approach. The sample size used was 33 athletes &lt;18 years old. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling method. Taking supplement consumption data was obtained by filling out the questionnaire. Energy intake data were obtained through questionnaire food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) semi-quantitative. Physical fitness is obtained by performing a fitness test (beep test). Analysis relationship of the supplement consumption, energy intake and physical fitness using pearson product moment test. Respondents with consumption levels of supplements were often 84.8%, rarely 12.1% and never 3%. The results of energy intake study with severe deficit category 9.1%, moderate deficit absent or 0%, light deficit 3%, normal 45,5%, above requirement 42,4%.Physical fitness levels of athletes in the category of superior 21.2%, excellent 30.3%, above average 24.2%, an average of 15.2% and below the average of 9.1%. The result of analysis of the relationship between consumption of supplement with physical fitness showed p value = 0,477 and result of analysis of energy intake relationship with physical fitness showed p value = 0,535. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between supplement consumption and energy intake on physical fitness.</em>

Background. The higher increase in divorce each year are often triggered by prolonged marital conflict without a complete settlement, of which 70% occurred due to divorce by wives with primary reason is disharmony. The divorce decision often made without proper preparation, lead to a bad impact on later life. Self-compassion involved in producing a firmness choices supported by self-confidence and lack of ambivalence in the decision to divorce.Objective. To analyze the relationship between self-compassion with the female complainant divorced readiness in the Religious Court Surabaya.Methods. The study analytic correlation with cross sectional design using systematic random sampling and research instruments using the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) to assess self-kindness, self-judgment, common humanity, isolation, mindfulness, over-identification, as well as Divorce Readiness Questionnaire (Gregg) and a culture questionnaire to assess the readiness of divorce.Results. There were 46 study subjects met the inclusion criteria. Pearson Correlation Test declare that self-compassion had no correlation with the readiness of divorce (p = 0.083, Gregg, and p = 0.259, culture).Conclusion. There is no relationship between self-compassion with a divorced readiness. Timing of research (timing) and external factors (Javanese culture) more strongly affect the subject of research for the time being, thus making the correlation was not significant.

Background : Physical fitness, demonstrate one’s ability to perform physical activities that require strength, endurance and flexibility. Physical fitness is influenced by genetics, age, sex, physical activity, nutritional status, health status, hemoglobin levels and the adequacy of the break. The body can last approximately three days without food intake, but the body can only survive no more than one day without liquid. In addition to the nutritional needs, the athlete also needs hydration and setting a good fluid intake. Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of energy intake and hydration status of athletes with physical fitness ball voly Baja 78 Bantul, Yogyakarta. Method : This observational study using cross sectional, held at Club Bola Voly Baja 78 Bantul, Yogyakarta. A total of 14 athletes were volleyball ball menjad research subjects. The independent variable is the energy intake and hydration status while the dependent variable is physical fitness. In order to prove the hypothesis test product moment correlation. Result : The results showed that most of the subjects had moderate the rate of energy intake by 71%. belonging to the hydration status of either 64%, and 50% of subjects had a moderate level of physical fitness research conclusion; Conclusion : There is a relationship between hydration status with physical fitness, there was no significant correlation between the hydration status of athletes with physical fitness club volleyball ball Baja 78 Bantul, Yogyakarta.   Keywords : Energy Intake, Hydration Status, Physical Fitness

Nutrition problems in adolescents are found in many nutrients. More nutrition (overweight) is one of the epidemic problems worldwide. Objective of the study to determine the relationship of physical activity, nutritional knowledge and fiber intake with more nutritional status in adolescents in MTSN 2 Kota Bengkulu.Penelitian this is with observational research using cross sectional design. Population taken in this research is all students of class VII and VIII in MTSN 2 City of Bengkulu Year 2017. Sampling by purposive sampling technique. The results of research on average light physical activity, adequate nutritional knowledge, energy intake more than AKG and fiber intake less than AKG. There is a relationship between physical activity, knowledge, energy intake, fiber intake with more nutritional status in adolescent (p <0,05). The most dominant variables associated with more nutritional status are nutritional knowledge (p = 0,000). The importance of adding nutritional knowledge about obesity in adolescents in order to increase physical activity and fiber intake and reduce energy intake so as to achieve good nutritional status.

Background: Vegan has become a diet that started to be many people's choice. Low intake of iron and vitamin B12 is factors that can cause anemia in vegan. On the other side vegans often consume vegetables and fruits that contained high of vitamin A and vitamin C which helps the absorption of iron, that can help prevent anemia.Objective: The purpose of the research know the effect of the intake of iron, vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin C on hemoglobin (Hb)levels in young Buddhist vegan Pusdiklat Maitreyawira.Method: This research uses cross-sectional design. The population in this study are all adolescent vegan in the Buddhist Pusdiklat Maitreyawira. Samples in this study were 31 peoples. Independent variable is an intake of iron, vitamin A, vitamin B12, and vitamin C was obtained by SQ-FFQ, while the dependent variable was Hb with hemoglobin testing system quick-check set. Analysis of the data in this study using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression.Results: There is a relationship intake of iron (p=0,000), vitamin B12 (p=0,037), and vitamin C (p=0,000) to Hb level of adolescent vegan in Buddhist Pusdiklat Maitreyawira, there is no relationship intake of vitamin A with a Hb level of adolescent vegan (p=0,220). The result of multivariate analysis using multiple regression analysis of the variables that most influence haemoglobin levels of adolescent vegan are the intake of iron and vitamin C. Each increase of 1 mg Fe intake will increase the Hb concentration as much as 0.013 g/dl and increase of 1 mg of vitamin C intake will increase Hb levels as much as 0.002 g/dl.Conclusion: Iron and vitamin C intake is the most influence factors to hemoglobin levels of adolescent vegan in Buddhist Pusdiklat Maitreyawira.

Penurunan berat badan dan nafsu makan seringkali terjadi pada pasien TB paru. Determinan penyakit TB paru salah satunya infeksi dan status gizi.Pasien TB paru mengalami penurunan status gizi disebabkan tingkat perilaku terhadap makanan dan kesehatan, khususnya kecukupan energi dan protein. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan energi, protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C dengan status gizi pada  pasien  tuberkulosis  paru  di  RSUD  Dr  M  Yunus  Bengkulu  tahun  2020.  Metode  penelitian merupakan  observasional  analitik  dengan  pendekatan  cross  sectional.  Teknik  pengambilan  sampel dengan metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 35 pasien. Pengumpulan data asupan zat gizi dengan metode semi  food frequency quesitonaire (FFQ)  dan  recall 1x24 jam. Analisis data  secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji spearman corelation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata asupan energi, protein, vitamin B6, dan vitamin C kategori kurang dari angka kecukupan gizi (AKG). Terdapat hubungan antara asupan energi dan status gizi, tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan protein dan status gizi, tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan vitamin B6 dengan status gizi, tidak terdapat hubungan  antara  asupan  vitamin  C  dan  status  gizi.  Diharapkan  kepada  pasien  TB  paru  dapat meningkatkan asupan energi dari sumber karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak agar terhindar dari kekurangan gizi.

Abstract. Background: Cultivating positive feelings of self in relationships with others can affect perceptions of belongingness and burdensomeness. Aims: The present study examines the relationships of self-compassion, hope, and emotional control to thwarted belongingness, perceived burdensomeness, and suicidal ideation. Method: Participants were 481 college students who completed scales measuring self-compassion, hope, emotional control, thwarted belongingness, perceived burdensomeness, and suicidal ideation. Results: Correlation and parallel mediation analysis results show relationships between self-compassion, hope, and emotional control with perceived burdensomeness, thwarted belongingness, and suicidal ideation. Limitations: The study is limited by its cross-sectional design, sample demographics, and inability to distinguish between individuals with suicidal ideation and those who attempt suicide. Conclusion: The results show that the relationships of self-compassion, hope, and emotional control to perceived burdensomeness, thwarted belongingness, and suicidal ideation are worth further investigation.

Maternity Waiting Homes is a regional government program that aims to reduce maternal mortality. But in reality, there are still many people who do not utilize this facility. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of maternal health conditions on the utilization of maternity waiting homes for maternity motherhood. This research is an explanatory survey research with cross sectional design. The study was conducted in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal health conditions and the utilization of the maternity waiting house for maternity motherhood in Langkat Regency (p = 0.027).
