Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is a lung infection caused by bacillus bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. MTB generally attacks the lungs and carries a very high risk of transmission. Patients with TB are potentially non-adherent totake anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) regularly as directed due to a long period of medication. Factors affecting ATD taking compliance include knowledge and attitudes of pulmonary TB patients. This study aimed to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude of tuberculosis patients with compliance of ATD drinking in RSUD dr. Husni Thamrin Natal Regency Mandailing Natal. The research was conducted in dr. Husni Thamrin Natal. This research is an observational analytic by cross sectional design which involved 57 participants taken with consecutive sampling method. Data were processed into Spearman ' s correlation test. The result showed that knowledge (p value = 0,000) and attitude (p value = 0,000) related to OAT drinking compliance. This research had proven that the knowledge and attitudes affected OAT drinking compliance of the TB outpatient in RSUD dr. Husni Thamrin Natal, Mandailing Natal Regency.

One of the important factors that affect childdevelopment is a nutritional factorThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutrition statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of PosyanduWonogiri RegencyMethod Correlation research design with cross sectional approach . The subjectof research is the 35 children aged 1-5 years with his mother in Sirnoboyo villageof posyandu Wonogiri Regency with technique purposive sampling. Dataobtained by doing observation to know nutritional status and child development. The data obtained are then analyzed by chi square test with p = 0.05Results showed the child with good nutritional status of as many as 25 children(71,43%), nutritional status less as much as 9 child (25.71%) and betternutritional status as much as 1 child (2.86%) while the children with normaldevelopment of as many as 24 children (68,57%) and a total of 11 children ofquestionable developments (31,43%). The results of the analysis using the chisquaretest p = 0.006 obtained so that the value of p < 0.05, which means that Hois rejected and Ha accepted. The Conclusion of the research was there is relationship of the nutritional statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of posyanduWonogiri RegencyKeywords : Nutritional Status, Development

AbstractObjectivesTo determine the relationship of diet to overweight and obesity among populations of African origin.Design and settingCross-sectional data were obtained from adults aged 25–74 years in rural Cameroon (n = 686), urban Cameroon (n = 975), Jamaica (n = 924) and Afro-Caribbeans in the UK (n = 257). Dietary data were collected using food-frequency questionnaires specifically designed for each site. Body mass index (BMI) was used as a measure of overweight.ResultsThe expected gradient in the distribution of overweight across sites was seen in females (rural Cameroon, 9.5%; urban Cameroon, 47.1%; Jamaica, 63.8%; UK, 71.6%); however, among males overweight was less prevalent in Jamaica (22.0%) than urban Cameroon (36.3%). In developing countries increased risks of overweight (BMI ≥ 25 kg m− 2) were influenced by higher energy (urban Cameroonian men) and protein (Jamaican women) intakes. No dietary variables were associated with obesity (BMI ≥ 30 kg m− 2) in Cameroon or Jamaica. In the UK, energy intakes were inversely related with overweight whereas increased risks of being overweight were associated with higher protein (men) and fat (women) intakes. Similarly, whereas higher protein and fat intakes in UK men and women were associated with obesity, carbohydrate intakes were associated with decreased risks of obesity in men.ConclusionsDiet and overweight were associated in the UK but few dietary variables were related to overweight in Jamaica and the Cameroon. These findings suggest that associations between diet and overweight/obesity are not generalisable among populations.

Menstrual disorders such as delayed menstruation, irregular cycle, menstrual pain, or hypermenorea can bring so much discomfort to women caused by biological abnormalities and psychological factors. However, nutritional status can also play a role in contributing to this disorder. This study aimed to determine the relationship of nutritional status to menstrual disorders in midwifery students. This descriptive analytical study used a cross sectional study design and a correlation study to find the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables. The samples were all the first grade students of Midwifery Department of Poltekkes Jakarta Kemenkes III by 150 people. Based on the bivariate test, there was a relationship between nutritional status and polimenorea/oligomenorea (0.000), hipermenorea/hipomenorea (0.006) and amhea (0.001). The lecturers of the midwifery program are expected to put more concern on this problem by providing counseling about this issue so that the students can get prepared to face the disorder by having nutritional food in their daily life.
