The research respondents were KFC consumers in Jombang which were Muslim. A total of 133 respondents were sampled in this study. The analysis technique is descriptive and linear regression for confirmation on a structural equation model built by the researcher. The quantitative approach was chosen to explain the influence between research variables. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study found that religiosity, halal labels and halal awareness had a positive impact on purchasing decisions for KFC products in Jombang. In previous studies, most religiosity variables and halal labels on purchasing decisions were examined without using intervention variables. This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. Keywords: e-commerce customers’ participation, ability, benevolence, integrity

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on the decision to purchase Kaluna Living pillows with brand awareness as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 96 Kaluna Living consumers, where the non-probability technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The independent variable was the promotion mix, while the dependent variables were brand awareness and purchasing decisions. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) path analysis using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; and brand awareness was able to mediate part of the influence of the promotion mix on the purchasing decisions with a VAF value of 30.3%. Keywords: promotion mix, brand awareness, purchase decisions, accessories home, creative industries

This study aims to detect financial distress of listed retail companies at Indonesian Exchange using Altman Score and Grover Score Model. The samples are go public companies in Indonesia, which consist of 20 retail companies. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed as the analysis method using PLS software. The result shows that Altman Score Model has positive impact toward financial distress. High score on Altman Score indicates poor performance of a company. Further, Grover Score model has positive impact toward financial distress on retail companies which are go public circa 2015-2018. Higher score of grover score indicates a company has been suffering financial distress.
