This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on:1) Customer Purchase Decisions  at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 2) Purchasing Intention at Roxy Swalayan Ende, 3)Buying Interest on Customer Purchasing Decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende, and 4)Promotion on Customer Decisions mediated by Buying Interest at Roxy Swalayan Ende. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. the samples in this study were customers who shop at Roxy Swalayan Ende amounting to 50 people. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis performed using Path Analysis. The data were collected using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Path analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1)promotion has positive and significance influence on Customer Purchase Decisions with a beta Value of 0,469, 2) promotion has positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Roxy Swalayan with beta value of 0,582, 3)purchase intention has positive and significant influence on Customer purchasing decisions at Roxy Swalayan Ende with beta value of 0,438, 4) promotion has positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest has a beta value of 0,254

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer knowledge and lifestyle on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is path analysis method. The sample used was 118 respondents. While data collection by means of a questionnaire. The results showed that knowledge has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention with tcount 6,066> ttable 1,984 and sig value 0,000 <0.05. Lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention with a tcount of 3.952> ttable of 1.984 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 3.902> ttable 1.984 and a sig value of 0.002 <0.05. Consumer knowledge has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 4.987> t-table 1.984 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 2.531> ttable 1.984 and a sig value of 0.013 <0.05. Consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of trust on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the sobel test results 2.492> 1.96. satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the sobel test results 2.77> 1.96. The conclusion from this research is that the higher the level of consumer knowledge, the higher the satisfaction and purchasing decisions.

This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank Products in Medan City and produce models for measuring trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank products in Medan City. In this study the population is unknown, therefore a representative sample with non-probability sampling technique is needed and the method used is purposive sampling. In this study, the number of indicators is 21, so by using ten times the indicator calculation, the required sample size is 170 people. Data collection was carried out using observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Trust, There was a positive and significant influence of Religiosity on Trust, there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence on Religiosity on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence. trust in Purchase intention. Trust can positively mediate the effect of Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention and Trust can positively mediate the influence of Religiosity on Purchase Intention.

The purpose of this research is to explain how much Product Innovation and Price Influence Purchase Decisions on Shopee application in Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who used the Shopee application and the process of calculating multiple regression analysis in the process by SPSS25 software. The main data of this study was obtained from questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through the publication of journals and textbooks. Based on the results of the study that the variables Product Innovation and Price have a significant influence together on the Purchase Decision, but for variables Product Innovation has a less significant influence on the Price Decision. This shows us that Shopee app users in Bandung have other perspectives when making purchasing decisions instead of just Product Innovation that is considered.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline in improving nurse performance and to examine the mediating role of motivation. The study used a quantitative approach at the Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. Data collection using a questionnaire to 72 nurses as respondents. The research variables consisted of work discipline, nurse performance and motivation as mediating variables. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance; Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' motivation, then nurses' motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance. So motivation plays a role in mediating the effect of work discipline on nurse performance.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan suasana toko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus  Non Probability Sampling, sehingga sampel yang di dapat dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya di uji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen digunakan rumus r squre. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini gunakan uji F dimana hasil yang diperoleh  bahwa ada pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Kata kunci : Persepsi Harga, Suasana Toko, Keputusan Pembelian  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price perception and Store Atmosphere Consumer Purchase at Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. <p>ABSTRACT</p><p><br />Moslem consumers tend to choose products that are declared halal compared with products that have not been declared halal by the authorities. No exception in terms of cosmetic purchase. Cosmetics is one such purchase that emphasizes emotional engagement, so sometimes idol figures (celebrities) who become brand ambassadors in a cosmetic ad can stimulate purchases. Halal Label Relationships with Advertisements, Celebrity Endrosers, Brand Associations, and Purchase Decisions are how marketers create halal and certified products so that Muslim consumers feel protected to consume them. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. This type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach and survey method. The research location is in Malang Town Square with total sample of 57 respondents. TThis research aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, and the effect of motivation as intervening variabel. The population of research amounted 39 employees. Thirthy four employees in Investment And Integrated One Stop Services Of Bima City were selected as the sample in this research.The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then tested using path analysis. From the results data analysis produced several research findings as follows work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, motivation does not effect in employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work discipline with employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work compensation with employee performance.Keywords:Work Discipline; Compensation; Motivation; and Employee Performance

The presence of the fighting brand is the company's strategy to capture market share. In addition to releasing superior products that already exist in the market, it is also important for companies to fill the niche of business that is still empty, one of which is by introducing the fighting brand. Soft drinking products are currently favored by various groups of old, young, and children. This research is intended to determine the significant influence of marketing factors consisting of products, promotions, and distribution on the purchasing decision of S-tee soft drink brand fighter products produced by PT. Sinar Sosro. The study used respondents who have a habit of consuming S-tee products as many as 320 people. The data analysis method uses path analysis statistical techniques, which analyze the effect of each of the variables studied. Partially, promotion and distribution variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results also showed that 41.7% of the purchasing decisions of S-tee fighter brand products were influenced by product, promotion, and distribution, while 58.3% were influenced by other factors.
