Nowadays when looking at the behavior of students in the learning process at school, it is known that a student learns because it is an obligation not a necessity. As a result, students do not understand the learning material delivered by the teacher. For this reason, a teacher is required to find the main problem of these problems so that the right solution can be found. This research is a research development (Research and Development). This development research was carried out to produce learning tools which would then be tested in class. Learning tools developed are learning tools with local-based teaching materials in Inquiry Learning. The results of observations through observation and interviews with teachers and students of Class IVSD Negeri 105346 Araskabu in the field showed that teaching and learning activities were almost completely dominated by teachers using conventional methods, namely lectures, notes and assignments. Activities carried out by students during the learning process include sitting neatly, listening to the teacher teach, taking notes, and doing questions. There are also many students who chat and enjoy their respective activities during the learning process. Most elementary school teachers consider themselves to be the introduction of knowledge. When teachers carry out the teaching and learning process in the classroom, learning activity is rarely found that involves students being actively involved, such as discussing, making discoveries, or testing a concept or theory using one of the learning approaches. Such learning will cause negative reactions for students, such as: (1) Students look lethargic, not enthusiastic and even sleepy; (2) Students find learning boring; (3) The results of learning are not in accordance with what is stated in the learning objectives. The negative reactions above lead to low student understanding because the methods used by the teacher are not in accordance with the characteristics of the students being faced.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

The problem in this study is that there are many educators who are only slaves to the curriculum, where in doing their learning in class, educators do not provide meaningful learning that only focuses on textbooks and without utilizing the surrounding environment as a source of learning. Though the task of the teacher in learning is not limited to the delivery of information to students only, but according to the progress and demands of the times, teachers must understand various effective learning models in order to guide students optimally. Mulyasa (2009, p.21).According to Komalasari (2011, p. 12), the learning process and learning of social studies should be influenced by environmental factors that become environmental inputs and instrumental input is a factor that is intentionally designed to support the teaching and learning process and the output that you want produced. One source of social studies learning that utilizes the surrounding environment is by visiting places that are interesting and can be linked to social studies learning material. This study aims to determine the utilization of  Kampung Seni Jelekong as a social science learning resource. The approach used is the approach to research and development (research and development) refers to the 4D model with the stages of define, design, develop and disseminate , but in this study only until the third stage is develop. Data collection techniques by means of documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis process in this study is done by sorting and organizing data . The results of the study show that Jelekong Art Village is suitable for use in social studies learning activities through learning tools in the form of social studies learning modules.

Learning Design has the potential to revolutionize e-learning by capturing the process of education, rather than simply content. By describing sequences of collaborative learning activities, Learning Design offers a new approach to re-use in e-learning. E-learning has a well developed approach to the creation and sequencing of content-based, single learner, self-paced learning objects. While definitions of Learning Design vary, the main elements tend to include greater focus on context dimensions of e-learning, a more activity based view of e-learning, and greater recognition of the role of multi-learner environments. While Learning Design does not exclude single learner, self-paced modes of elearning, it draws attention to a wider range of collaborative e-learning approaches in addition to single learner approaches. This paper shows an example, which is applied to speciality of economic and rural development agricultural engineer at University of Debrecen and its implementation in the Learning Activity Management System. We created a learning design was implemented at this speciality with LAMS, which is a learning design editing and play back tool that puts the learning process, rather than collections of content, at the heart of e-learning.
