The purpose of the article is to summarize the problems and present the prospects for the development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector crediting based on the management of the agricultural receipts circulation as an innovative financial tool taking into account foreign practices. The research was based on the use of the dialectical method of cognition and the systematic approach to the problem of functioning and effectiveness of crediting agriculture through the agricultural receipts in Ukraine and in the world. The following general scientific methods were applied in the research: abstract-logical, monographic, generalization. The article substantiates the feasibility of using agrarian receipts, that make it possible to invest heavily in the agricultural sector, expand the circle of participants, form the chain of relations ‘creditor – agricultural producer – buyer (trader)’. The institutional peculiarities of agrarian receipts functioning determined by their commodity or financial form, legal status of participants are specified. The review and summarization of the positive experience gained by Brazil made it possible to determine the feasibility of the development of agricultural receipts in Ukraine, where the relevant normative acts were adopted at the legislative level. Determination of the peculiarities of implementing the pilot project on the agricultural receipts introduction in Ukraine allowed outlining the main problems and prospects for further functioning and management of their circulation. The article uses up-to-date information on the results of agricultural receipts implementation in Ukraine, including ‘organic’, identifies current problems and prospects for the development of agrarian receipts tools.

At present, the power supply system of the agricultural sector consists only of centralized networks. There are no autonomous-stationary and mobile methods of supply. The current situation of energy consumption in horticulture, such as Beruni district, Karakalpakstan, and further diversification, is analyzed. A systematic approach is applied to the analysis of electrical installations and energy use during agricultural processes, and the corresponding calculation and analytical methods are used to ensure sufficient reliability of the results obtained. The energy balance is compiled in the context of agrotechnical and production processes in fruit and vegetable growing. The issues of central, local, and mobile power supply are studied based on the corresponding energy balance and schedules of electricity consumption. Economic experiments were carried out on a prototype of a mobile power plant “Sun-Wind,” with a capacity of 4.5-4.7 kW·h (in the daytime), 0.8-1.0 kW·h (in the evening). Based on the results obtained, the current and prospective ratios of all three power supply methods are justified. Based on the research results, a system of diversified electricity supply for fruit and vegetable farms was developed and proposed.

Formulation of the problem. A systematic approach to ensuring the competitiveness of the agroindustrial complex of the Komi Republic, embodying many of the key elements of its economic system, determines the prospects for socio-economic transformations. The purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical and practical foundations of the transition to a more intensive investment path of development of the agricultural sector in the region. The subject of the study is the application of a systematic approach, encompassing the strategic objectives of increasing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. Methods of economic research - modeling, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systems approach, historical and logical method, observation. The hypothesis of the study is that the solution of any problems in the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex must meet both internal production requirements and interindustry and inter-regional market settings. Statement of the main material. The basic starting points of theoretical and practical problems of forming the competitive potential of the agricultural sector of the region are identified. The originality and practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the competitiveness of the agricultural sector should not be considered separately, but in the context of its effectiveness. Conclusions of the study are that competitiveness successfully coordinates production and market elements and makes them work quite efficiently. Therefore, they should not be considered as a result, but as a process and an effective method of monitoring the activities of the agro-industrial complex

The article discusses the conditions for designing sociality in the processes of transition to new cultures, including specifically the process of transition to postculture. The author shows that, starting with I. Kant, one of such conditions is a systematic approach. In this regard, he analyzes the features of the systematic approach and shows that the latter contains systemic concepts (whole, systemicity, connections, conditionality, synthesis and analysis, etc.), as well as a special methodology for constructing reality. Logically, this methodology is close to the logic of modern design, in particular, it is based on the priority of synthesis over analysis, involves the coordination of all constructions, requires distinguishing between three levels of the object being studied or created – the whole, the middle level and the lower one, usually related to individual activity. Then, the implementation in history of a systematic approach to sociality is discussed: for protosystem social structures of the Middle Ages and system social structures of the New Age. The situation of the transition to post-culture and the features of the sociality of our time are characterized. In the latter, the author distinguishes between two processes – the crisis and the expansion of social structures of modernity and the formation of new forms of sociality (network communities, metacultures, the convergence of socialist and capitalist forms of production and management, the formation of a new ethics, etc.). The last part introduces a scheme for a systematic description of the sociality of postculture. The author concludes that the systematic approach to the project of post-culture sociality should be based on the description of sociality in the language of social sciences and involves the choice of a humanitarian version of the systemic approach.

The article identifies the main features of the metamodern - the era of fluctuations between structured and systemic modernity and vague and indefinite postmodernity. The technological trends of the era are revealed - digitalization of all spheres of civilization's life, their impact on the socio-economic ecosystem is determined. The author notes the penetration of digital technologies into all spheres of the economy, and, in particular, into the agro-industrial sector. The factors hindering the introduction of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex are identified. The most important digital technologies that can increase the productivity of agricultural production have been identified. The scientific work used the logical and historical research methods, the comparative method, the analogy method, the systematic approach. The conclusion is made about the influence of digital trends of metamodern on the agricultural sector of the country's national economy as a factor in increasing the productivity of agricultural enterprises and their competitiveness in the domestic and world markets.

The progress of the curriculum redesign process promoted by the University of Atacama (UDA) is presented, through the Academic Vice Rectory and operationalized by the Center for Teaching Improvement. This process has been organized with a systematic approach defined to carry out curricular innovation with a competence-based approach, guided by its Educational Model (Universidad de Atacama, 2007). This understanding shows a significant first step materialized in the mechanism of achievement of the graduate profile of which we will explain the structure, the systemic approach and the possibility of implementation through participatory strategies. It is argued that from this proposal, a change in the logic of curricular implementations and evaluations is sought at a higher level, to incorporate into the task the inclusive view regarding historicity, of the contexts in which guidelines for a sustained change that aims for quality.

This paper validates and establishes the concept that the optimality of the decision on the timing of exploration, development and production stages for each field, as well as the performance of the combined transport infrastructure, may depend on the results of a specific scenario at one of the objects under consideration, as exemplified by three individual fields at different stages of development and with individual production and economic parameters. Nevertheless, by varying the values of the required parameters (e.g., shipping terminal capacity), we can determine their values that will result in maximizing expected profit from the project in any of the possible scenarios. The models and methods developed within this research represent a systemic approach to resolving the issue, and can be applied to developing the optimal strategy for additional study and development of the cluster of neighboring fields.
