This study aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, hedonic shopping, and partial and simultaneous promotion of impulsive buying conducted in the modern retail community in Madiun City. The population in this study is the consumers of various selected big retails in Madiun City, namely Matahari Department Store Madiun Plaza and Sun City Mall, Carrefour, Ramayana and Samudra Swalayan. In this study, the number of population is not known with certainty, so in this study the number of samples used is determined based on the model estimation interval model for the parameter of proportion P, so that the sample obtained as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used in this research is by using purposive convenience sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing by using t test and F test. The findings were obtained: (1) Store atmosphere partially influence to impulsive buying done by society in modern retail in Madiun City. (2) Hedonic shopping partially affects the impulsive buying done by society in modern retail in Madiun City. (3) Promotion partially influence to impulsive buying done by society in modern retail in Madiun City. (4) Store atmosphere, hedonic shopping, and promotion simultaneously affect the impulsive buying done in the modern retail community in Madiun City Store Atmosphere, Hedonic Shopping, Promotion, Impulsive Buying

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

The purpose of this study to analyze and discuss of optimism, innovativeness, and discomfort on the readiness of MSMEs to implement SAK EMKM. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data is collected by using a questionnaire. This study used 74 MSME samples in Jember Regency. Data analysis methods in this study used descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression analysis methods, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that optimism had a significant influence on the readiness of MSMEs to implement SAK EMKM. Innovativenes and discomfort do not have a significant effect on the readiness of MSMEs to implement SAK EMKM.Keywords: optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, SAK EMKM, readiness of MSMEs.

This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. In Indonesia, online shopping has become a trend and transactions have increased drastically, marked by the development of business players involved in the online marketplace industry, one of which is Lazada, which is the top marketplace in Indonesia. Lazada is an online product buying and selling application that offers a variety of products and uses the internet and social media as a forum for interactive two-way interactions with its users. Product bids, attractive prices and availability of information can lead to impulsive buying behavior. The impulse to buy impulsively is described as a complex, sudden, pleasant purchase and the decision-making process occurs instantaneously without thinking of any other considerations. This study has the main objective of identifying the effect of user experience, transaction security, ease of use, convenience on impulsive online buying behavior aimed at the Lazada marketplace. The population in this study are consumers who have made online purchases at Lazada. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling method with the following sample criteria: consumers who have made online Lazada purchases more than once, and aged over 17 years to 50 years. Respondents came from the city of Sidoarjo and totaled 120 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analytical tool used in this study. The t test is to prove the research hypothesis which previously carried out the reliability test. From the results of the analysis of the research results, it is found that experience, safety, convenience and comfort have a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior at Lazada. The experience variable is a variable that has a dominant effect. Keywords: experience, security, ease of use, enjoyment, impulsive buying behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to examine the influence of trust, customer satisfaction, perceived value on loyalty simultaneously and test the influence of trust, customer satisfaction, and perceived value on loyalty partially. Respondents in this study are consumers of notebook users. The sampling technique is done through convenience sampling technique. The number of respondents that can be used as a sample is as much as 250 respondents. Before the first analysis is done the validity and reliability test with the aim of knowing the level of validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that trust, consumer satisfaction and perceived value have positive influence on loyalty simultaneously, then based on partial test of trust variable does not affect to loyalty, while consumer satisfaction and perceived value have positive effect on loyalty.Keywords: Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Perceived Value, Loyalty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, nilai yang dipersepsikan pada loyalitas secara simultan dan menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen, dan nilai yang dipersepsikan pada loyalitas secara parsial. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna notebook. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik convenience sampling. Jumlah responden yang dapat digunakan sebagai sampel adalah sebanyak 250 responden. Sebelum dilakukan analisis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepercayaan, kepuasan konsumen dannilai yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas secara simultan, kemudian berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial variabel kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas, sedangkankepuasan konsumen dan nilai yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas.Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Nilai yang Dipersepsikan, Loyalitas
