Abstract: Supervision of inventory is very urgent to be done by entrepreneurs who aim to support corporate decision making so that the ideal inventory is obtained. By applying the FIFO (First In First Out) method of stock inventory that comes first, it will be sold or utilized first by the company itself. This means that the goods (same form, type, and name) are first purchased, the item will be sold first. This aims to avoid the expired of these items. The target of the results of this study will be to review the extent of existing procedures and can present information as well as to produce an up-to-date information system to achieve work efficiency. With the application of the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to the computerized inventory system and also which is equipped with the 2010 visual basic programming language and crystal report reports can help in quick decision making. Implementation with the RAD system to realize inventory information systems has been able to produce products with qualified results. The designed application has been able to complete transaction requirements and manage inventory information with the FIFO method. Keywords: FIFO (first out); Inventory; RAD (application Development)         Abstrak: Pengawasan terhadap persediaan barang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sehingga didapatkan persediaan yang ideal. Dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) stok persediaan yang datang pertama kali maka akan dijualkan atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Artinya bahwa barang (bentuk, tipe dan nama yang sama) yang pertama dibeli maka barang tersebut akan pertama dijualkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari expired dari barang-barang tersebut. Sasaran dari hasil penelitian ini nantinya untuk meninjau sejauh mana prosedur-prosedur yang ada dan dapat menyajikan informasi sekaligus untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mutakhir sehingga tercapainya efisiensi kerja. Dengan penerapan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) pada sistem persedian barang yang terkomputerisasi dan juga yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan laporan crystal report dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Implementasi dengan sistem RAD untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi persediaan barang telah mampu menghasilkan produk dengan hasil yang mumpuni. Aplikasi yang dirancang telah dapat melengkapi keperluan transaksi dan mengelola informasi persediaan barang dengan metode FIFO..Kata kunci:  FIFO (First In First Out); Persediaan Barang; RAD (Rapid Application Development)

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

Rumah Kost Hj. Gaby is one of the many boarding houses for rent around industrial areas and offices in the Tg. Priok area, North Jakarta. This boarding house still uses a board in front of the house to indicate that the house is rented out for boarding. This method is less effective in promoting the boarding house because prospective tenants must accidentally pass and see the promotion board. The down payment for boarding and monthly rent still has to meet directly with the owner of the boarding house so that it requires special time. The boarding rental information system that is designed is expected to help prospective tenants or tenants to make more practical order and payment transactions, in addition to helping boarding owners tidy up their boarding room rental management The methods used in this research are: interviews, observation, and literacy studies for data collection. Meanwhile, the model used for software development uses the Rapid Application Development Model (RAD). The results of this study are expected to assist boarding owners in promoting their boarding houses and also provide a more effective way of conducting transactions related to the boarding houses.

ABSTRAK Metodologi adalah sebuah pendekatan formal atau rangkaian dari tindakan untuk mengimplementasikan System development life cycle (SDLC) yang merupakan suatu proses pemahaman tentang bagaimana sebuah sistem informasi dapat mendukung kebutuhan bisnis, mendisain sistem, membangun dan menyajikannya kepada sebuah organisasi. Metodologi juga merupakan kerangka pijakan utama dalam perancangan dan pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis suatu organisasi. Paper ini menjelaskan analisa pemilihan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu: Linear Sequential Model atau waterfall, Parallel Model, Iterative Model, Prototyping Model, RAD (Rapid Application Development) Model, Spiral Model, V-Shaped Model dan Agile Development. Hasil dari paper ini dapat memberikan pertimbangan untuk melakukan pemilihan dan penggunaan metodologi yang tepat berdasarkan kebutuhan, kelebihan dan kelemahan, juga faktor-faktor penilaian yang lain seperti keakraban dengan teknologi, kompleksitas sistem, keandalan sistem, waktu yang singkat dan tepat, hingga mereferensi beberapa jurnal ilmiah.

Bagian administrasi Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Baiturrahmah (FKM Unbrah) Padang langsung berada dibawah naungan Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat yang menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya untuk menjaga keteraturan transaksi akademik pada fakultas tersebut. Proses kegiatan akademik di FKM Unbrah selama ini sedikit mengalami keterhambatan, hal ini dikarenakan lamanya proses pencatatan hasil evaluasi nilai mahasiswa ke buku besar akademik yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses kegiatan akademik lainnya. Kendala lain yang sering dialami oleh bagian akademik FKM Unbrah adalah terlambatnya pemberian absensi perkuliahan, absensi ujian tengah dan akhir semester, kartu hasil studi mahasiswa, dimana hal ini terjadi erat kaitannya dengan keterhambatan seperti yang disebutkan sebelumnya, dan ditambah dengan belum ada program yang terintegrasi untuk membantu proses transaksi pengolahan evaluasi hasil belajar mahasiswa persemester di bagian akademik FKM Unbrah. Salah satu cara yang dapat diambil untuk memperbaiki kinerja bagian akademik FKM Unbrah serta membantu mengefektifkan dan mengefisiensikan transaksi pengolahan data-data akademik serta evaluasi hasil belajar mahasiswa persemester adalah dengan merancang antar muka (Interface) menggunakan aplikasi visual basic 6.0 yang khusus untuk menangani pengolahan data akademik di FKM Unbrah melalui pendekatan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan pemanfaatan Use Case Diagram untuk merepresentasikan interaksi antar aktor-aktor yang terlibat dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh sistem dalam bentuk diagram alir. RAD menggabungkan berbagai macam teknik-teknik terstruktur dengan teknik pemodelan yang bertujuan mempercepat pengembangan sistem, dengan syarat sebelum menerapkan model RAD harus diketahui dengan baik kebutuhan serta batasan ruang lingkup proyek yang akan dikembangkan. In this era of digitalization, there are many companies that have problems in delivering information. This makes the data management process slow, as well as providing information when needed, which hinders the process of selling or releasing goods. There are still many large companies in Indonesia that have not applied technology to be one of the reasons for the author to create a web-based inventory design application to facilitate the delivery of the required information, especially in information regarding reports of goods in and out, final stock reports and all problems related to stock. By designing the system towards a better direction, it is hoped that it can help and facilitate the ongoing system processes in managing data, including processing, compiling, and storing data which ultimately produces accurate data that can be used for company needs. The results of the analysis are described using the UML modeling language and applying the Rapid Application Development model. Implementation is in the form of the final result achieved, namely the formation of a web-based information system that can make it easier for users to process data.

The activity of selecting bidders is one of the most important activities carried out by companies to order goods or services for bidders, but at meetings of the company leadership it is difficult to select bidders to make business partners because there are only a few things that are not in accordance with who agree to end the shipment of goods, prices do not match and end the company that receives losses. That is caused by the lack of competence of selected tender partners. From the problems mentioned above, the tender selection process that has been conducted so far is still lacking and inaccurate. The purpose of this study is to create an application program using the Rapid Application Development Model (RAD Model) that can assist leaders in selecting business partners through a tender process by giving weights according to the criteria specified requirements. It is expected that the tender selection process is objective and accurate. Assessment method Decision making (SPK) Analytichal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method in the process of resolution by completing each case by completing it first by using weighting criteria. In the end the selection application program can help lead in making objective, fast and accurate decisions.

Metodologi merupakan kerangka pijakan utama dalam perancangan dan pengembangan perangkat lunak profesional untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis sebuah organisasi. Keberhasilan pengembangan perangkat lunak bergantung pada pengelolaan proyek perangkat lunak secara keseluruhan. Tidak ada metodologi yang benar-benar sesuai dengan semua jenis organsasi, sehingga dibutuhkan pendekatan lebih lanjut untuk memilih metodologi mana yang paling sesuai untuk dapat diterapkan pada organisasi tertentu. Paper ini menjelaskan dan menganalisa metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang meliputi: Linear Sequential Model atau Waterfall, Parallel Model, Iterative Model, Prototyping Model, RAD (Rapid Application Development) Model, Spiral Model, VShaped Model dan Agile Development untuk membuat perbandingan yang menunjukan kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing. Hasil paper ini menunjukan pertimbangan pemilihan metodologi yang didasarkan pada faktor-faktor kriteria penilaian yang terdiri dari kejelasan persyaratan pengguna, keakraban dengan teknologi, kompleksitas sistem, sistem keandalan, jadwal waktu singkat dan visibility jadwal hingga mereferensi beberapa pendapat dari jurnal ilmiah.

The development model is divided into 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the development stage, RAD (Rapid Application Development) method is used. Interview methods, literature methods, and instrument methods is used in collecting data. Further, interactive applications validated or assessed by media experts and material experts.</p><p>The results showed that interactive applications on the lesson of beginning counting successfully created. That divided into 3 parts, that is knowing numbers, sorting numbers, and counting with numbers. Based on the results of the validation of interactive applications, the percentage of interactive applications appropriateness was obtained 96.6% of material experts, and 94.7% of media experts. The purpose of this study is to design and create a member (company) data processing system at the Bireuen Branch Aceh Contractors Association Office (AKA) so that information about member data becomes more directed and easily obtained and documented. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is used as an application development model. The company's data collection system at the Aceh Contractors Association Office (AKA) follows procedures and uses a computer with the Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access database, inputting data in this design is input for business entities, inputting data on deed, inputting data on management, inputting data on labor, inputting on data, work equipment data and input work experience data. This article studies a learning management application called Mobile Application for K to 12 Mother Tongue Based-Multi Linguistic Education. This mobile application is designed for a mobile interface to multiple environments and manageable to various infrastructure specifications using tablets and mobile phones. The study adopted the Rapid Application Development model and used the ISO 9126 standard to evaluate the application in terms of usability (4.4), functionality (4.1), and maintainability (4.1). In general, the result shows that the application got the respondent’s high rate on the evaluated characteristics. Hence, the application indeed provides a convenient tool in which data and features are useful to the teacher and pupils and encourages unique learning opportunities
