Abstract: This article offers a brief introduction to the theoretical bases on which Amededo Giorgi supports his research work with a phenomenological existential approach. AbstractThis study wants to find out how the diffusion of innovation occurs in Islamic boarding schools Sabilussalam, how these pesantren students decide to jointly use the Yaumi application. An application that provides Islamic features to support the improvement of a Muslim's worship. This study uses a phenomenological research method. Phenomenological research tries to explain the meaning of a concept or phenomenon in experience which is based on the consciousness of several individuals. In the innovation diffusion theory there are two main points, namely the diffusion elements of innovation and the diffusion decision process of innovation. The results of this study indicate that the process of acceptance and use of the Yaumi application by Sabilussalam students has passed the stages mentioned in the innovation diffusion theory. AbstrakPenelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana difusi inovasi terjadi di pesantren sabilussalam, bagaimana santri-santri pesantren ini memutuskan untuk bersama-sama menggunakan aplikasi Yaumi. Sebuah aplikasi yang menyajikan fitur-fitur Islami untuk mendukung peningkatan ibadah seorang muslim.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian fenomenologi mencoba menjelaskan makna konsep atau fenomena dalam pengalaman yang didasari oleh kesadaran  beberapa individu. Dalam teori difusi inovasi terdapat dua poin utama, yaitu elemen difusi inovasi dan proses putusan difusi inovasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Yaumi oleh santri Sabilussalam telah melewati tahap-tahap yang disebutkan dalam teori difusi inovasi.

This research is based on the importance of the role of educators in optimizing student achievement in terms of knowledge or cognitive aspects, attitudes or affective aspects and skills or psychomotor aspects. Therefore, this study aims to describe the effect of increasing the competence of teachers on student achievement at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. The research method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach according to the data and facts found in the field directly not the result of presumptions or assumptions. The research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman where in the odd semester the student achievement was mostly still below the average parallel score for class XI and XII. Based on that, this school tried to improve the competence of its teaching staff including pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence through training, habituation of positive things, deliberation and mentoring. Along with the increase in the competence of the teaching staff, it can be seen that student achievement in the even semester has also increased where students whose scores are above the average grade in class X increase by 7%, class XI increases by 12% and class XII increases by 11%. The conclusion of this study is that the improvement of the competence of the teaching staff includes pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence are closely related to the improvement of student achievement.

This paper entitled Chinese Ethnic Communication Pattern in the Environment of Indigenous People in Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. To be used as the basis for the formulation of the research problems written in this paper, namely: how is the communication pattern of LhokseumaweChinese ethnic in the indigenous people in Lhokseumawe. So that the writer can find the communication pattern of LhokseumaweChinese ethnic in the indindigenous people in Lhokseumawe, as the writing patron the writer uses the method in this study is a qualitative research method with the aim to explain the phenomenon deeply, through a phenomenological approach. The process of data collection techniques through observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation while data analysis techniques are carried out in three ways, data reduction, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. To strengthen this research is supported by three theories, namely the theory of Symbolic Interaction, Turgic Drama theory, and Goffman'sSelf Presentation. The results of this study indicate that, the communication pattern of LhokseumaweChinese ethnic in the indigenous people in Lhokseumawe is done by cultural adaptation. Chinese ethnic communities try to find sympathy for indigenous people by promoting symbolic interaction and identity manipulation.

Students at the age of primary education are faced with a challenge in using digital technology, namely (a) the ability to sort information that is suitable for use and follow; (b) addiction to digital technology and the internet; and (c) changes in behavior and character. The purpose of this study is to identify: (a) obtaining information from digital media by elementary school students; (b) the use of information from digital media by elementary school students using; (c) the challenges faced by elementary school students in obtaining information using digital media; (d) the expectations of elementary school students regarding learning using digital media. The research method used is the phenomenological research method. The results of the research, some students use digital literacy only to find information. Meanwhile, a few elementary students have carried out the learning process in the form of products from the use of digital literacy. Digital literacy can be a suitable learning medium in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, but its use must be monitored and limited.

Abstract: Belis is a marriage tradition that is still a problem in the household. The men who have paid all the belis from the woman's side and made the women their wives, then they treat their wives when they go to the stage of violence. This study aims to determine the resilience of wives of victims of domestic violence due to belis and its impact on wives of victims of domestic violence. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study identified aspects of resilience, namely emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, problem cause analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and achievement. The three participants can overcome the problem of domestic violence they experience and are able to survive in situations such as receiving violence from their husband, and from the experiences they have experienced they can overcome problems in their household.Indonesian Abstract. Belis merupakan tradisi perkawinan yang masih menjadi masalah dalam rumah tangga. Para pria yang telah membayar semua belis dari pihak wanita dan menjadikan wanita sebagai istri mereka, kemudian mereka memperlakukan istri mereka ketika mereka menuju tahap kekerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketahanan istri korban KDRT akibat belis dan dampaknya terhadap istri korban KDRT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi aspek resiliensi yaitu regulasi emosi, pengendalian impuls, optimisme, analisis penyebab masalah, empati, efikasi diri, dan prestasi. Ketiga peserta dapat mengatasi masalah KDRT yang dialaminya dan mampu bertahan dalam situasi seperti menerima kekerasan dari suaminya, dan dari pengalaman yang dialaminya dapat mengatasi permasalahan dalam rumah tangganya.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all aspects of life. One of the things that has been affected is the achievement of the SDGs which has been hampered by this pandemic. The condition that has been deteriorated due to the pandemic should not be used as an excuse to achieve the SDGs, in this case the role of youth is very important to achieve SDGs, especially in the post-pandemic period. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The data used are primary and secondary data that have been collected, processed, made conclusions, and then interpreted. This study aims to design a character education system for the younger generation in their role in achieving the SDGs. The results of the interpretation of data that have been collected and then processed in the research process, make a proposal for "FAST Generation". These concepts are some of the main characteristics that youth must have in their role in achieving the SDGs in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. FAST Generation is a character that must be possessed by youth in achieving the SDGs. Youth with character will make the world safer, more prosperous, and more focused, so that the achievement of the goals contained in the SDGs will be easier.
