This study aims to describe managerial supervision in improving education administration services at SMAN 1 Jonggat, Central Lombok Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, vice principal of the public relations section, and the head of administration. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of managerial supervision at SMAN 1 Jonggat carried out by the principal and the head of administration in improving educational administration services includes program planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The managerial supervision carried out has been carried out optimally so that it can improve administrative services and improve the quality of education in schools.

The authors believe that the presence of technology, especially digital applications, has not only made it easier for the work of a limited group such as business and banking and other businesses, but this digital application has also provided extraordinary convenience to educational administration matters especially universities. We have collected evidence of researchers' findings in technology effectiveness in administrative services at universities. Furthermore, this information requires a comprehensive study to summarize the data as a discussion material to identify how the ease of providing high-quality applications can be improved with digital technology application services. In this field, we use a coding application form for a comprehensive data evaluation and conclude that the data findings are significant in answering the problem on the principle of high validity. Based on this, we can understand that technology has revolutionized administrative services at universities, including managing student literacy both from study entry and graduation, it is also helpful for academic services, financial affairs, academic development management. We believe this data is in answering problems and the existence of these findings is an essential input for efforts to develop the application studies using applications to improve the quality of high change services in the future.

Abstrak Seringkali pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan masih dikesampingkan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Masih banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang kurang memperhatikan terhadap pengelolaan administrasi. Hal ini menjadikan lembaga pendidikan kemudian seperti mobil yang dikendalikan tanpa adanya aturan dan tujuan yang pasti. Sudah seharusnya difahami bahwa salah satu aspek yang urgen untuk dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan adalah adanya pengelolaan administrasi yang bagus baik untuk tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan. Peningkatan kemampuan tersebut akan berakibat positif dan efektif dalam peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik merupakan salah satu rangkaian dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pembinaan dan pengembangan kemampuan profesional tenaga pendidik maupun kependidikan yang dilaksanakan secara bermutu melalui peningkatan adminstrasi pendidikan yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan mutu pendidikan salah satunya sangatlah tergantung pada pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan.   Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Administrasi, Peningkatan mutu Pendidikan   Abstract Often the management of education administration is still ruled out in improving the quality of education. There are still many educational institutions that pay less attention to administrative management. This makes later educational institutions like cars that are controlled without any definite rules and objectives. It should be understood that one of the urgent aspects to be carried out in order to improve the quality of education is good administrative management for both educators and education staff. This increase in capacity will have a positive and effective impact on improving the quality of educational institutions. Good administrative management is one of a series in efforts to improve the quality of education. The fostering and development of the professional abilities of educators and education staff carried out in a quality manner through improved education in good education will improve the quality of educational institutions. Non-formal education units broadly known by the public are the Community Learning Center (CLC) and Courses and Training Institution (CTI) which have so far been able to improve the quality of education for the community. This study focuses on the description of the capacity mapping management of non-formal education units in improving the quality of education services. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects are managers, educators, and students in non-formal education units in Bandung. Data collection techniques used are documentation study, interviews, and focused discussion. This research results in several points, that: (1) description of management of CLC and CTI in Bandung is still not optimal, (2) the map of the quality standards of CLC and CTI in Bandung have not reached the eight National Education Standars yet, (3) expectations of CLC and CTI management are collected and formulated as a conceptual model for the performance of CLC and CTI managers in Bandung.

Abstrack- Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The rapid technology development and information made public (community) being so critical to the policies was taken by the government. This requires police institution to maintain of security guards, public order, enforce the law, provides protection, aegis and service to the community. Public Relations (PR) is an agency which have a duty to understand and evaluate a variety of public opinion in order to help to create harmony between particular agencies with the public. In order to increase quality of human resources in Police Department are required personnel with the ability in resolving problems the happens in society. In resolving these problems, that needed cooperation between police department, college and the community. The contribution of college to police department and the community with conducting the devotion to the community in cooperation Polresta Tangerang. The method in use in devotion community is by providing training of the role of public relations to Polresta Tangerang members through zoom cloud meeting. The role of public relations training aimed at giving public knowledge include similarity in communication, public relations function, basic principles of public relations, the management of the community and management of media relations may be good quality police. The evaluation of the training be concluded that the training that performed capable of increase understanding participants on the role of public relations.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas hubungan media yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Islam Indonesia, saat kejadian Tragedi Diksar Mapala UII. Kejadian tersebut merupakan krisis karena tidak diduga, terjadi secara mendadak, dan menimbulkan gangguan pada aktivitas dan citra organisasi. Hubungan media adalah salah satu aktivitas yang penting dalam manajemen krisis, karena media massa mampu mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap satu organisasi dalam krisis. Dalam situasi krisis sendiri, persepsi dapat menjadi lebih kuat daripada fakta. Batasan hubungan media dalam tulisan ini adalah dalam aspek penyediaan informasi yang terdiri dari : (1) kualitas narasumber organisasi dan (2) cara organisasi dalam membantu liputan media. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan mewawancarai wartawan dari media di Yogyakarta yang meliput Diksar Mapala UII. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media membutuhkan narasumber pimpinan tertinggi universitas. Informasi yang diperoleh dari humas universitas dirasa masih kurang cukup. Dalam hal upaya organisasi membantu aktivitas liputan, UII dinilai masih kurang cepat dan kurang terbuka dalam memberikan informasi. The purpose of this article is to analyse the media relations activities by Islamic University of Indonesia (UII), related to crisis "Tragedi Diksar Mapala UII". This incident lead to crisis because it is unpredictable, happen suddenly, disturb the organizational activities, and make the organization's image being at risk. Media relations is one important activites in crisis management. It is because mass media could affect the public perception toward an organization. In crisis situation, perception could be stronger than the fact. The limitation of media relations in this article are information subsidies. Information subsidies consist of : (1) the quality of news sources that provided by the organization, and (2) how organization facilitate the news gathering process by the media. The data for this article is being collected from interview with journalist from the mass media in Yogyakarta. The results are media want the top management of the universities as the news sources. The information that being provided by public relations is not enough. The university also lack of quickness and lack of openess.

This article is based on the results of research which the aim is to find out how is mapping of the education information dissemination network in the community of Cintaratu village, Pangandaran district. The reason for choosing the topic was that Padjadjaran University (Unpad) campus is in the village and it is assumed that the presence of the university in the village could improve the quality of education of its people. To confirm this assumption, it is necessary to map the education sector information network. We use qualitative methods which approach is a descriptive study, the researchers conducted a mapping of educational information dissemination. The main informants of this study are the community and village officials. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation, and literature studies. The finding of the research are as follows, 1) the initial mapping of educational information dissemination to the community was carried out through direct communication, namely through two major activities - recitation and celebration; 2) recitation and celebration are two activities that are susceptible to physical noise-causing information related to education not conveyed properly to the public. Effective communication does not occur in these two activities.

ABSTRACTTeacher training guided in the use of Information and Communication Technologies, ICTs, through education mode Distance, distance education, has provided a strong alternative as regards the training of teachers and the struggle for quality education, with the expansion of offering various courses in this mode and in the interests of expanding the quality of education. The quality of education is seen as an effective learning space from the set of pedagogical and technical quality policies development (Mec, 2011). To answer this set of pedagogical and political techniques is necessary that teachers are up to date. Considering these issues, this article aims to analyze the quality of education through teacher training course offered at a distance by a Brazilian public university. The methodology used is descriptive exploratory research, a case study, in which the research subjects are the teachers graduates of the eighth edition of the teacher training course for the Educational Service Specialist (ESA). The research instrument was a questionnaire and the analysis of the results are satisfactory, showing that the course presents quality and contributes positively to the training of teachers.RESUMOEste artigo tem o objetivo de analisar a acessibilidade de alguns cursos das principais plataformas de MOOCs (Cursos Abertos Massivos Online, em inglês, Massive Open Online Courses), utilizando programas avaliadores de acessibilidade, por meio de uma pesquisa descritiva exploratória. Foi elencado, em cada plataforma analisada, um curso da área da educação com o intuito de obter um foco de pesquisa. As plataformas analisadas foram escolhidas partindo da pesquisa de Panta (2013) sobre os MOOCs, selecionando aqueles que disponibilizam cursos na área da educação: Coursera, EdX, NovoEd e Veduca. A fim de analisar de forma qualitativa a acessibilidade das plataformas dos respectivos MOOCs, elencaram-se dois validadores de acessibilidade na web, Hera e DaSilva, realizando uma observação sobre os resultados. Posteriormente, analisou-se um dos principais recursos de ensino e aprendizagem das plataformas, as vídeoaulas, quanto à acessibilidade. Considerando os relatórios dos validadores utilizados e também a análise dos dados, foi possível concluir que o recurso vídeoaula disponibilizado nos MOOCs analisados não atendem a todos os parâmetros de acessibilidade. Contato principal: [email protected]

The existence of the board of education in the province of Jakarta is a form of responsibility and community participation in education. Public Relations of Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI Headquarters) must work with the Government Public Relations strategy to maintain a reputation by maintaining credibility, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsibility in delivering positive news to the internal and external public. This study aims to see how the government public relations strategy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Information Center (Puspen TNI) maintained the reputation of the TNI institution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by interviewing the Head of Puspen TNI, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that Puspen TNI in maintaining the reputation of the TNI, first, maintained credibility by measuring the objectivity and quality of the news. Second, it proclaimed information about TNI and the contribution of the TNI to the nation-state to the public through mass media and social media. Third, it disseminated the news according to the facts. Forth, it reported the performance of the TNI to the external and internal public regarding responsibility to the state and nation professionally and proportionally by providing information delivered directly through the TNI website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TV public relations TNI Streaming produced by Puspen TNI. It also maintained good relations between external media and editor in chief and journalists of print, electronic and online media.
