Abstrak Seringkali pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan masih dikesampingkan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Masih banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang kurang memperhatikan terhadap pengelolaan administrasi. Hal ini menjadikan lembaga pendidikan kemudian seperti mobil yang dikendalikan tanpa adanya aturan dan tujuan yang pasti. Sudah seharusnya difahami bahwa salah satu aspek yang urgen untuk dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan adalah adanya pengelolaan administrasi yang bagus baik untuk tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan. Peningkatan kemampuan tersebut akan berakibat positif dan efektif dalam peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik merupakan salah satu rangkaian dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pembinaan dan pengembangan kemampuan profesional tenaga pendidik maupun kependidikan yang dilaksanakan secara bermutu melalui peningkatan adminstrasi pendidikan yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan mutu pendidikan salah satunya sangatlah tergantung pada pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan.   Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Administrasi, Peningkatan mutu Pendidikan   Abstract Often the management of education administration is still ruled out in improving the quality of education. There are still many educational institutions that pay less attention to administrative management. This makes later educational institutions like cars that are controlled without any definite rules and objectives. It should be understood that one of the urgent aspects to be carried out in order to improve the quality of education is good administrative management for both educators and education staff. This increase in capacity will have a positive and effective impact on improving the quality of educational institutions. Good administrative management is one of a series in efforts to improve the quality of education. The fostering and development of the professional abilities of educators and education staff carried out in a quality manner through improved education in good education will improve the quality of educational institutions. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). vSeveral studies have shown that investment in the quality of education has a higher payoff than investment in quantity alone.1 However, in many developing countries, investment in improving educational quality is still accorded a lower priority than investment in educational quantity. Countries which commit more resources towards education are generally observed to expand their enrolment ratios while paying little attention on improving such schooling inputs as student-teacher ratio that contribute towards improvement of educational quality (Table 1).2 There is also a tendency to allocate minimal resources towards upgrading existing schools by improving quality of teaching, facilities, and curricula. Greater emphasis is placed on rapid expansion of the number of educational institutions to reach out a large proportion of population.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah TK Melalui akreditasi se-kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui akreditasi di kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan bagi anak usia dini perlu dilaksanakan dan dibenahi secara sungguh-sungguh. Sebab secara umum berdasarkan dari seluruh standar penilaian TK di Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau  belum begitu baik. Hal Ini terlihat dari berbagai hambatan seperti Kegiatan akreditasi yang dilakukan belum dipahami secara penuh oleh seluruh TK yang ada di kecamatan. Sosialisasi yang masih kurang sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kepada anak didik. Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang ada serta keterbatasan pengetahuan administrasi di sekolah menjadikan hasil akreditasi tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Masih terbatasnya biaya operasional sekolah sehingga gerak percepatan perubahan akreditasi juga lambat. Oleh sebab itu seluruh aspek harus diberdayakan  baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya lainnya yang merupakan kunci utama dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas pendidikan.      Kata kunci : Mutu Sekolah, Akreditasi Abstract This study aims to determine the quality improvement of kindergarten schools through accreditation in the Pucuk Rantau district of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research conducted through descriptive methods with a qualitative approach to improving the quality of schools through accreditation in Pucuk Rantau subdistrict Management of educational institutions, especially education for early childhood needs to be implemented and addressed in earnest. Because in general, based on all the standards for the assessment of kindergarten in Pucuk Rantau District, it has not been so good. This can be seen from various obstacles such as the accreditation activities carried out not yet fully understood by all kindergartens in the sub-district. Inadequate socialization that has an impact on the quality of service to students. The limitations of existing facilities and infrastructure and limited administrative knowledge in schools make the accreditation results not in line with expectations. The limited operational costs of the school so that the acceleration of changes in accreditation is also slow. Therefore all aspects must be empowered both human resources and other resources which are the main keys in improving and developing the quality of education. Keyword: School Quality, Accreditation

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat. Pemerintah melalui pendidikan pada usia dini memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat. Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sudah menjadi faktor penentu untuk menunjang meningkatnya kualitas masyarakat, semakin baik pendidikan yang diberikan maka semakin baik keluaran yang dihasilkan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualiats pendidikan salah satunya dengan mengembangkan pengelolaan dalam lembaga pendidikan, pengelolaan yang dimaksud adalah pengelolaan administrasi. Pengembangan pengelolaan ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi terpadu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model waterfall. Sistem informasi dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel dan Android Studio. Sistem dapat berjalan online maupun offline sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari lembaga pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi terpadu yang dapat diakses dengan komputer pada server dan smartphone android pada client. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem informasi bekerja dengan baik. Sistem dinilai mampu untuk membantu masalah adminisrasi dengan presentasi nilai yaiitu 84,67 %. Sistem mendapat respon yang positif dari pengguna.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Android, Client Server, Pendidikan, Akademik Education is a conscious effort carried out to improve the quality of society. The purpose of the research is to recognize the impact of pedagogical academic management on the educational quality of school organizations in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Osos, Medellín, Colombia and whose findings contribute knowledge to improve pedagogical and teaching-learning processes. The paradigm is historical -hemeneutic of qualitative type and as a research strategy the case study is privileged. In this order of ideas, academic and pedagogical processes are related to the quality of the educational institutions studied. It is expected in the immediate future to integrate the results in the reformulation of projects, policies and programs that seek to improve the quality of education.

This study aims to describe managerial supervision in improving education administration services at SMAN 1 Jonggat, Central Lombok Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, vice principal of the public relations section, and the head of administration. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of managerial supervision at SMAN 1 Jonggat carried out by the principal and the head of administration in improving educational administration services includes program planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The managerial supervision carried out has been carried out optimally so that it can improve administrative services and improve the quality of education in schools.

Необходимым условием совершенствования системы образования выступает создание новых, необходимых для цифровой экономики компетенций педагога. The article considers the issue of school digitalization as an important condition for improving the quality of education. The e-learning environment provides students with greater independence. In recent years, higher educational institutions of the Baltic countries have become more and more popular among Russian youth wishing to get higher education (or take a certain course of professional training) abroad. The article, covering the period before the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, highlights the education of Russian students in universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is noted that a significant part of the students from the Russian Federation come from the Russian regions bordering on the Baltic states. The appendix presents the opinions of Russian students about the learning process and the quality of education received in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities.
