The authors believe that the presence of technology, especially digital applications, has not only made it easier for the work of a limited group such as business and banking and other businesses, but this digital application has also provided extraordinary convenience to educational administration matters especially universities. We have collected evidence of researchers' findings in technology effectiveness in administrative services at universities. Furthermore, this information requires a comprehensive study to summarize the data as a discussion material to identify how the ease of providing high-quality applications can be improved with digital technology application services. In this field, we use a coding application form for a comprehensive data evaluation and conclude that the data findings are significant in answering the problem on the principle of high validity. Based on this, we can understand that technology has revolutionized administrative services at universities, including managing student literacy both from study entry and graduation, it is also helpful for academic services, financial affairs, academic development management. We believe this data is in answering problems and the existence of these findings is an essential input for efforts to develop the application studies using applications to improve the quality of high change services in the future.

This study aims to describe managerial supervision in improving education administration services at SMAN 1 Jonggat, Central Lombok Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, vice principal of the public relations section, and the head of administration. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of managerial supervision at SMAN 1 Jonggat carried out by the principal and the head of administration in improving educational administration services includes program planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The managerial supervision carried out has been carried out optimally so that it can improve administrative services and improve the quality of education in schools.

This article is the result of research on face-to-face tutorial services for students participating in distance education programs. The research was conducted during the months April to June 2009 in tutorial centers in the district of Tangerang located at SMPN XIII and SD Sukasari 1. Subjects were participants of primary school teacher training program (PGSD), tutors, managers and organizers of the program. Observations focused on the administrative services, academic services, and facilities for tutorial activities. Results showed that there was no special briefing for participants. As a result many students are not prepared to follow the tutorial. The location viewed from the perspective of affordability was very low, because most students live in the suburbs. Tutorial classroom conditions do not meet minimum service standards of a conducive learning space as a result tutors were difficult to develop an instructional system optimally. It is advisable to give a special briefing for the students so that participants had an understanding of the nature of the tutorial, the need to increase the quality of facilities and infrastructure, review the location of activities, and the need for strict academic requirements for tutors.

Abstrak Seringkali pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan masih dikesampingkan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Masih banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang kurang memperhatikan terhadap pengelolaan administrasi. Hal ini menjadikan lembaga pendidikan kemudian seperti mobil yang dikendalikan tanpa adanya aturan dan tujuan yang pasti. Sudah seharusnya difahami bahwa salah satu aspek yang urgen untuk dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan adalah adanya pengelolaan administrasi yang bagus baik untuk tenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan. Peningkatan kemampuan tersebut akan berakibat positif dan efektif dalam peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik merupakan salah satu rangkaian dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pembinaan dan pengembangan kemampuan profesional tenaga pendidik maupun kependidikan yang dilaksanakan secara bermutu melalui peningkatan adminstrasi pendidikan yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan mutu pendidikan salah satunya sangatlah tergantung pada pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan.   Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Administrasi, Peningkatan mutu Pendidikan   Abstract Often the management of education administration is still ruled out in improving the quality of education. There are still many educational institutions that pay less attention to administrative management. This makes later educational institutions like cars that are controlled without any definite rules and objectives. It should be understood that one of the urgent aspects to be carried out in order to improve the quality of education is good administrative management for both educators and education staff. This increase in capacity will have a positive and effective impact on improving the quality of educational institutions. Good administrative management is one of a series in efforts to improve the quality of education. The fostering and development of the professional abilities of educators and education staff carried out in a quality manner through improved education in good education will improve the quality of educational institutions. The current study explored the impact of perceived organizational support on the quality of educational services at Arab universities. The descriptive analytical approach was used with a total sample consisting of 215 participants, from Jizan University, and participants from the International Islamic Sciences University. The results of the study showed that the level of both the perceived organizational support and the quality of educational services in universities, the study sample was medium. The results also showed a significant impact of the perceived organizational support on the quality of educational services at Arab universities. In addition to that, there are significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0,05) in the quality of educational services level (quality of academic and administrative services, and the quality of facilities and equipment and quality of reputation) at Arab universities that can be attributed to (gender). And no significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0,05) in the quality of educational services level (Quality of academic services, quality of administrative services, quality of facilities and equipment and quality of reputation) at Arab universities, that can be attributed (to experience and work nature). The study recommended the necessity of raising the level of perceived organizational support and raising the quality of educational services at Arab universities.

The research aims to obtain the professional development model needs of teachers in mastering digital technology to improve the quality of education. Technology development in education has forced all parties to integrate various educational activities according to current conditions. The research method used mixed research involving qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Data were collected through a survey which was completed with observation and interviews. Analysis of qualitative data is in the form of narrative through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding stages. In contrast, quantitative data is the result of digital technology needs presented in percentages. The analysis results show that digital technology is still not fully used in teaching and learning activities. This also impacts teachers' understanding of the technology application model in schools and students' achievement.

Administration of education is all the process of mobilizing and integrating everything, spritual and material. So, in the process of education administration all businesses involb=ved in the process of achiening educational goals are integrated, organized and coordinated effectively, and all necessary an existing materials are utilized effectively and efficiently. Furthermore Educational supervision is a series of activities helping teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of educational goals. Educational supervision must directly influence and develop teacher behavior in managing the learning process. With the evaluation given, it is hoped that this can develop the quality of teachers and strengthen teacher performance in carrying out their duties. The purpose of making this article is to find out the concepts of administrative supervision of education, know the scope, principles and role of educational supervision. The ultimate goal of educational supervision is that teachers are increasingly able to facilitate learning for their students. In this article, we will discuss the basic concepts, scope and role of educational administration. Where this supervision is an important component in the process of organizing education in an educational institution.

Educational administration is an effort or effort made by a group of people in an organization to achieve goals. In the administration of education there are several fields studied, namely the school component which is the object of the administrative function itself, some consider it as the substance of education administration, and some even consider it a component of education administration. The fields in administration are curriculum administration, student administration, staffing administration, equipment, and finance. Student administration aims to regulate student activities from the beginning of entry to graduate school. This study aims to determine the direct effect of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services, as well as to determine the indirect effect of interpersonal communication and universal-diverse orientation (UDO) through self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services at State University of Jakarta. The research used was a survey with a causal design. The number of sample respondents was determined as 178 employees, the sampling technique was carried out by simple random (sample random sampling) from 230 employees of the State University of Jakarta.  The results of this study indicate that; (1). There is a positive direct effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Quality of Academic Services, (2). There is a positive direct influence Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on the Quality of Academic Services, (3). There is a positive direct effect of Self Efficacy on Academic Service Quality., (4) There is a positive direct influence of Interpersonal Communication on Self Efficacy, (5) There is a positive direct influence of Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on Self Efficacy. The novelty in this research is that research conducted at this time is research looking at several variations of variables such as the influence of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services and quality variables as independent variables.

The article describes the results of comprehensive study aiming at increase of quality of LED luminaires and definition of the nature of changes in their correlated colour temperature (CCT) in the course of operation. Dependences of CCT of LED luminaires with remote and close location of phosphor for 10 thousand hours of operation in different electric modes were obtained; the results of comparison between the initial and final radiation spectra of the luminaires are presented; using mathematical statistics methods, variation of luminaire CCT over the service period claimed by the manufacturer is forecast; the least favourable electric operation modes with the highest CCT variation observed are defined. The obtained results have confirmed availability of the problem of variation of CCT of LED luminaires during their operation. Possible way of its resolution is application of more qualitative and therefore expensive LEDs with close proximity of phosphor or LEDs with remote phosphor. The article may be interesting both for manufacturers and consumers of LED light sources and lighting devices using them.
