This study aims to know the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. The sample used a simple random sampling technique and 191 respondents were selected as the sample. While the data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t-test) show that: 1) employee engagement has a significant value of 0.001. 2) organizational commitment, has a significant value of 0.000. Thus, it means that employee engagement and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous significant test (F test) shows that the significant value is 0.000. Thus, it means that the variable employee engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dipilih 191 responden sebagai sampel. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji signifikan parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa: 1) employee engagement, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. 2) komitmen organisasi, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa variabel employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. <em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the entire number of employees at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi in October 2021 with 237 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Based on the calculations, the number of samples in this study was set at 149 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis technique. The results showed that there is no effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of communication skill on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Simultaneously there are effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.170, this result means that 17% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication skill, and work environment, while the remaining 83% is explained by other variables that are not researched. The phenomenon of decreasing employee performance, leadership in the company, employee motivation that is still not good, and employee work discipline that has not been implemented properly by employees. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, work discipline on employee performance at PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk., North Sumatra Region. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling using the Slovin formula in determining the sample. The number of samples in this study was 175 people. The results showed partially, the leadership variable shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk., North Sumatra Region, motivation shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk., North Sumatra Region, work discipline shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk., North Sumatra Region. In testing the data analysis simultaneously, the variables of leadership, motivation and work discipline shows a significant effect on employee performance at PT. The main problem in this study was suboptimal employee performance in PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia, so that it was suspected that selection and placement affected employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia. The research type was quantitative research. The research population was 252 employees and the sample was 72 respondents sampled by simple random sampling technique and the data collection method used questionnaire. The data analysis was multiple regression analysis, t test and F test using SPSS 24. Based on the analysis result on the effect of selection on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was no positive and significant effect. Therefore, h1 was rejected and h0 accepted. As for the effect of placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia, there was positive and significant effect. Therefore, h2 was accepted and h0 was rejected. Meanwhile, the effect of selection and placement on employee performance in the Jakarta Headquarter of Suzuki Finance Indonesia was positive and significant. Therefore, the hypothesis was proven.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia with 100 people. The sample measurement technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples used is 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data withdrawal technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords: work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance.  Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia dengan jumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengukuran sampel menggunakan rumus  slovin dengan margin of eror 5% sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 Responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda engan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Katakunci: disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Human resources are one of the factors directly involved in carrying out company activities. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Ciledug Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method with an associative approach with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and verification with regression analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that partially the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Simultaneously testing the influence also concluded work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a probability statistic value <0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, and the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, with the population of 160 employees and the samples 115 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. To interpret the results of the research uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination. The result of data proccessing shows that organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence the employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, both partially and simultanously.

This study is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is PT ASS, located in Central Jakarta. The entire population numbered 43 people and the number of samples used as respondents in this study was 43 people, the way to distribute questionnaires was using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire answers are then processed using SPSS 23 Software, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate partially compensation variables on employee performance and influence partially with work environment variables and influence on employee performance, this will be evidenced by the results of the partial significance test (t-test).

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
