This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

This research is an experimental research with the aim to know: (1) improvement of the average of mathematical representation skills of class VIII student of SMP Negeri 2 Uluiwoi before getting learning with contextual approach; (2) improvement of the average of mathematical representation skills of grade VIII student of SMP Negeri 2 Uluiwoi before getting learning with conventional approach; (3) an average increase in student representation skills taught by a contextual learning approach is better than an increase in the average of mathematical representation skills taught by conventional learning. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Uluiwoi academic year 2016/2017 spread in 2 parallel classes with the number of 46 people. The population consists of two classes, then the sample is chosen by specifying the first class as the experimental class and the second class as the control class, assuming that the two classes are statistically homogeneous. This data collection technique uses test and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of empirical research indicate that; (1) Improvement of mathematical representation skills of class VIIIA students taught by using contextual learning model consisting of 24 students showed average value 46,25 and deviation standard 7,409 with mean increase or average N-Gain value 0, 42 is in the medium category. The improvement of the mathematical representation skills of VIIIB class students taught by using conventional learning model which consist of 22 students shows the average value 49,09 and deviation standard 15,402 with mean increase or average of N-Gain value equal to 0,25 is at low category. Inferential statistical analysis shows that (1) there is an increase in the average ability of students 'mathematical representation after having contextual learning, (2) There is an increase in the average ability of students' mathematical representation after conventional learning, and (3) students' mathematical representation with the application of contextual approach is higher than the conventional learning model in Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Uluiwoi.  Keywords: Improved, Contextual, Conventional, N-Gain, mathematical representation skills.

<em>This study aims to improve the students’ understanding ability on the explanation text after being implemented a problem-based learning model by speak and draw techniques. This study was a classroom action research that was composed of two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation of the action stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. This study was conducted on students of class XI MIPA7 on the 2nd semester of the academic year 2018/2019 in SMA Negeri 1 Wirosari, Wirosari District, Grobogan. The data collection technique was done through observation, questionnaires, and tests. The data collection instrument was done by using observation sheets, documentation, and a written test. The validity of this study was done by using content validity and construct validity. The results showed that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model by Speak And Draw techniques can improve the students’ understanding ability on the explanation text with the average value of students’ daily test who complete in Cycle I was 72.19 into 81.81 in Cycle II. The completeness percentage of the average value in Cycle I was 69% into 94% in Cycle II.</em>

This research is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of students of class V A of SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru, with an average value of 68.25 and of 34 students only 11 students who reach the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted aimed at improving the learning outcomes of class A students by applying the Group investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model. The subjects of this study were class V A students in the 2018/2019 school year. Data collection instruments in this study were teacher activity sheets and student activities and learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of the implementation of classroom actions carried out 2 cycles, namely the first cycle of students who completed as many as 23 people (67.65%) and students who did not complete 13 people (31.70%), in the second cycle the cycle students completed completely (100 %). There are no more students who receive grades below the KKM. The results showed that the application of the Group investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class V A of SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru.

<em>The objective of this research is to investigate the improvement of conceptual understanding of natural resource-related economic activities through the application of Circuit Learning model. This research used classroom action research with two cycles. Its data were collected through in-depth interview, observation, test, and documentation. They were validated by using content validity and data collection technique triangulation. The data were analyzed by using the Miles &amp; Huberman’s interactive model of analysis. The result of the research shows that prior to the treatment 5 out of 31 students (16.13%) fulfilled the minimal learning completeness criterion of 70. Following the treatments, the number of the students who fulfilled the criterion was 13 students (42%) in Cycle I and 26 (83.87%) in Cycle II respectively.</em> <em>Thus, the Circuit Learning model can improve the conceptual understanding of natural resource-related economic activities of the students in Grade IV of State Primary School Karangasem IV No. 204 of Surakarta in Academic Year 2017/2018.</em>
