This study is peneilitian class action was motivated by the low learning PJKO fourth grade students SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kota. This is evident from the acquisition value of the average students who are still under the KKM is equal to 56,00 being KKM specified value is 61, other than that of the 20 students only 7 (35.00%) students who completed their study results. Based on this the researchers applied media with the aim of improving student learning outcomes PJOK. This classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kota in the fourth grade with the number of students 20 students, the study was conducted 2 cycles and be done with four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that after the implementation of learning media, learning outcomes PJOK increase, evidenced by the acquisition: "At the initial data is the number of students who completed 7 students (35.00%) with an average nilaia 56.00, in the first cycle increased by the number of students who completed totaling 13 students (65.00%) with the average value of students increased to 72.50. And the second cycle learning outcomes increased with the number of students who completed the acquisition of up to 19 students (95.00%) with the acquisition value by an average of 83.25. Based on this acquisition can be concluded that the application of instructional media can improve learning outcomes PJOK fourth grade students SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kota.

This study aimed to improve the students’ learning outcomes at fourth grade of SDN 010 Bagan Punak, Kecamatan Bangko, through a gadget-based internet use approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 20 students. This research was classroom action research with the aim of improving the learning outcomes and learning activities. The results of the research found that the initial data on the average score of students’ learning outcomes was only 60, meaning that it had not yet reached the completeness of the learning outcomes. Then, after learning to use the gadget-based internet with zoom media from cycle I to cycle II, students’ learning outcomes increased from the beginning of learning when using gadget-based internet in learning Bahasa Indonesia and continued to increase in each cycle. This was evidence of the success of using internet in improving student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was a good increase in which the average value of students’ learning outcomes as a whole was 74.6compared to the initial data which was only 60. The number of students with complete learning outcomes were 15 of the 20 students who took the learning outcomes test. it indicated around 75% of the fourth grade students at SDN 010 Bagan Punak, Kecamatan Bangko Then, it was proceeded to the second cycle in which the average of students’ learning outcomes also experienced a good increase. The students’ learning outcomes in the second cycle was 81.8 meaning that has achieved good completeness. There were about 18 students from 20 students who took the learning outcomes test completed the test, meaning that around 90% of fourth grade students at SDN 010 Bagan Punak, Kecamatan Bangko.

The problem in this research is the low of Civics learning outcomes in fourth grade (IV) SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam, this can be seen from the average grade, that is 66,23 (with KKM 70). The purpose of this study is to improve the results of learning Civics fourth grade students SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam with the application of quantum teaching learning model. This research is a class action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Based on data analysis of research results after applying quantum teaching model, the average percentage of teacher activity in cycle I 66.66% increased to 85.4% in cycle II. The average percentage of student activity also increased by 56.25% in the first cycle increased to 87.49% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes on the basic score with the average class 66,23 and in the first cycle has increased with the average grade grade 71.11 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 8.87% and the percentage of students who complete 73.07%, and on the second cycle increased again with the average class of 77.60 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 17.16% and the percentage of students who complete 84.61%. The results of this study showed that the application of quantum teaching model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam.

SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur, especially in the fourth grade, KKM to subjects who haveditatapkan PPKn is by KKM is 65. Particularly in the fourth grade SD Negeri 011 BeringinMakmur PPKn low student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the students after the testin midterm average value of only 61.5. Based on the preliminary study authors, the lowstudent learning outcomes PPKn caused by several things, the strategies used in teaching theteacher does not comply with the demands of learning and students during lessons PPKnfrequency only ask very little because the material is only presented in the form of lectures.The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes in subjects PPKn through theimplementation of inquiry learning model SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur fourth gradestudents. This research is a classroom action through the stages of planning, implementingaction, observation and reflection. Design research is the model cycle of improvementplanning, implementing action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students ingrade IV SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur with the number of 30 people, including 15 womenand 15 men. While the object of the research is PPKn student learning outcomes, the dataused in this study focuses on learning outcomes data PPKn only. From the results of theaction, can be seen learning outcome Civics students from before action is taken (preliminarydata) cycle I and after the action on the second cycle by improving student learning outcomesthat have been achieved, known completeness class on preliminary data only 15 or (50 %) ofall students and after repair in the first cycle has increased to 26 people or 87% of the totalclass IV student SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur. After the improvement in cycle II to beincreased to 27 students or 90%.

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the effectiveness of communication and learning outcomes of fourth grade students in learning science through the Open Ended in SDN 26 Kampung Aur, this type of research is a class act, with the subject of the fourth grade students of SDN 26 Kampung Aur, which has 21 students. Research was conducted in the second semester of the school year of 2015/2016, the research instrument used is the effectiveness of communicating student sheets, sheets of assessment of learning outcomes in the cognitive aspects of students at level C1 (knowledge) and C2 (understanding). Based on the research results, the effectiveness of communicating students on the aspects asked in the first cycle obtain an average value of 49.99% increase in cycle II to 67.45%, the effectiveness of communicating students on aspects of the answer in the first cycle obtain an average value of 53.96% increased in the second cycle to 71.42%. While the results of student learning at the cognitive level C1 (knowledge) in the first cycle increase in cycle II 68.33 into 80.47, cognitive learning outcomes in level C2 (understanding) in the first cycle increase in cycle II 58.09 to 71.42 , It can be concluded that the Open Ended learning model can increase the effectiveness of communication and student learning outcomes in science teaching fourth grade SDN26 Kampung Aur.Keywords: Communicating Effectiveness, Results Learning, Model Open Ended, IPA

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes before applying Numbered Head Together, testing the application of Numbered Head Together method to improve student learning outcomes knowing student learning outcomes after using Numbered Head Together, and analyzing the comparison of student learning outcomes between before and after applied cooperative learning methods Numbered Head Together type. The research method used is Class Action Research. The findings of this study that by applying cooperative learning the Numbered Head Together type has a positive influence in improving student learning outcomes which are characterized by an increase in student learning outcomes from Pre-Cycle I with an average value of 83.45 and cycle II an average value of 90.00. Between Cycle I and Cycle II, there was an increase of 7.85%. Based on the research that has been done in Cycle I and Cycle II with cooperative learning Numbered Head Together type have increased. The limitations of this study were only carried out in the Lessons on the Science of Energy-Saving Energy Content of Alternative Energy Materials for Students of Class IVA MIN 1 Yogyakarta and not yet comprehensive. Further research is expected to be carried out in all classes.

Based on the author's experience teaching for this in SD Negeri 010 Banjar Panjang, andbased on observation and early reflections by the author, see the low creativity of students inlearning that ultimately ends up in the low student learning outcomes themselves, especiallyon subjects PPKn. After many tests on the midterm turns lower student learning outcomes.Completeness class only reach 50% or 20 out of 40 students, KKM for subjects PPKnspecified in Class IV SD Negeri 010 Banjar Panjang is the number 70. The purpose of thisresearch is to increase learning outcomes Lessons eye PPKn with the adoption of thedemonstration. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Class Action Researchthrough the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study wasconducted in 010 primary schools in Banjar Long Lessons 2016. As the subjects in this studyis the fourth grade students SD Negeri 010 Banjar Panjang . The research was conducted inthe fourth grade SD Negeri 010 Banjar Panjang, whereas a study carried out in April. 2016.From the results of actions, obtained PPKn student learning outcomes of action onpreliminary data for the first cycle to the second cycle with improved student learningoutcomes with significant menigkat, the preliminary data of students who achieve masteryonly 50% and cycle to the first increase has reached 70% and the thoroughness of the class inthe second cycle reaches 85%.

The background of this study is the low yields of fourth grade students learn civics SD Negeri006 Tri Mulya Jaya Kecamatan Ukui. This is evidenced by the acquisition value of theaverage student learning outcomes Civics only 55 besides the percentage of students learningcompleteness sebasar 50%. This study is a class action that aims to improve student learningoutcomes Civics through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT. This studywas conducted in two cycles, the data used in this study is the activity data of students andteachers as well as the results of PKN learn some vital lessons. Based on the results ofresearch carried out showed that the learning outcomes and activity data of teachers andstudents has increased at each cycle. It is characterized by: (a) activity increased teachers, inthe first cycle of meetings I have a 47%, in the first cycle of meetings II gained 56%, thesecond cycle of meetings I gained 69% and the second cycle II meeting gained 73%.Increased student activity data, in the first cycle of meetings I gained 50%, in the first cycle ofmeetings II gained 57%, the second cycle of meetings I gained 65% and the second cycle IImeeting gained 82%; (B) increased student learning outcomes on the basis of scores obtained55 student learning outcomes in UH I with an average of 79 learning outcomes, while theaverage student learning outcomes at the UH second cycle was 80.

Results of observation found that the students of class IX and passive in learning science. Other facts indicate that the average student score of 60. This suggests that science teaching in class IX and unpleasant. In order to increase the students' understanding, then conducted action research.This study aims to determine students demonstrated the increased understanding of improving student learning outcomes IX class B SMP Negeri 38 Semarang through empowerment peers.The study design used two cycles with research time for 1 month. Subjects numbered 30 people.The first cycle study results showed an increased understanding marked by an increase in average student learning outcomes of 60 towards 71.6. Nevertheless, this study not yet may be terminated because it has not reached indicators of success that the average value of 75. The results of the second cycle studies show an increase in the average value becomes 75.8.This research recommendation is given to teachers IPA to further modify the model of science learning.

The purpose of this class action research is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Question and Answer Method with a variety of instructional media on improving student learning outcomes in PKN subjects specifically in Pancasila Ideology material in odd grade IV students of SD No. 1 in the 2015/2016 school year. The research subjects in this study were fourth grade students in the odd semester of the 2015/2016 academic year which amounted to 19 students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles.. Data on student learning outcomes are collected through learning outcomes tests. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the first cycle the number of students was 19 people, who graduated 6 people and those who did not pass 13 people, with an average score of 60.00. The percentage of graduation in the first cycle was 31.58% and the number of graduates was 68.42%, because it did not meet the KKM value standard (65) then the second study was conducted in the second cycle. Data obtained in cycle II with the number of students 19 people, who graduated 16 people and those who did not pass 3 people, with an average value of 66.05 and the percentage of graduation 84.21% and the non-graduation of 15.79%. Because it has not felt complete, the researcher conducted a research again in the third cycle, with the number of students being 19 people, students who passed 19 people with an average value of 68.42% and the percentage of completeness 100%.

This study was conducted based on the background of the lack of understanding of fourth grade students of SDN Argasari about the concept of nature and changes in states of matter. Then students better understand where the subject matter delivered by his own neighbor. This study aims to determine the learning outcome using constructivist approach. The population of this study were students at SDN Argasari Bandung regency, namely grade IV with a number of students as many as 30 people. The method used in this research is a classroom action research (Class Action Research). The research instrument used is a research instrument used in conducting the study investigators at the time was observai sheet, sheet guidance interviews, field notes, worksheets and test questions. From the results of student learning outcomes as follows: 1) the average value of: a) prior to the action 57.7; b) the first cycle of 81; and c) the second cycle of 93: 2) percentage of mastery learning: a) prior to the action of 46.7%; b) the first cycle of 83.3%; and c) the second cycle of 100 Application of the constructivist learning approach was found to increase student learning, with students actively involved with activities to identify, understand, interpret and solve problems.
