This research is motivated by still many obstacles faced by teachers, including, not all teachers develop the Syllabus and Implementation Plan of Learning well. In addition, the researchers also found that some teachers did not make plans for implementing learning in carrying out classroom learning, so the teacher taught without preparation at all. Then in the implementation of teaching and learning interactions, not all teachers use teaching aids / media and various learning models. The method used is less varied, only lectures and questions and answers. The purpose of this study was to improve teacher performance through supervision of class visits by principals. this research was conducted at SDN 26 Bathin Solapan. The subjects of this study were all six class teachers. The results of the study prove that, there was an increase in assessment after supervision of class visits. The increase is as follows: in the first cycle the class I teacher got an average score of 71 while in the second cycle it increased to 86.3. Class II teacher, in the first cycle got an average score of 69.6, while the second cycle increased to 86.6. Class III teachers in the first cycle got an average score of 68.3, while the second cycle increased to 83.6. Grade IV teachers in the first cycle got an average score of 67, while the second cycle increased to 89. The fifth grade teacher in the first cycle got an average score of 69.6, while the second cycle increased to 87.3, and the class VI teacher in the first cycle got the average score. 72, while the second cycle increased to 89. From these results, researchers can conclude that by implementing supervision of class visits by principals can improve teacher performance at SDN 26 Bathin Solapan.

This article aimed to improve the understanding of the concept of purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III through the application of information multiliterasi learning models. This research was  classroom action research. This research was conducted in three cycles. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle has average 63.2 with the percentage of classical completeness which was 48.5%. In the second cycle the average score of students were 70 with the percentage of classical completeness  63.6%. In the third cycle the average value of students were  81.2 with the percentage of classical completeness 87.9%. Then it can be concluded that the application of the multiliteration learning model of information on social studies subjects has success to increase the understanding of the concept purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III District Majalengka. <p>Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement of children's poetry reading skills with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in Class V Students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, Semester I, Academic Year 2018/2019. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in the fifth grade of Nanggulan Elementary School 2 in Cawas District, Klaten Regency with a total of 17 students, consisting of 3 male students and 14 female students. This classroom action research is carried out three cycles in a continuous manner. Each cycle is carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting to determine the effectiveness of the action. Based on the analysis, it can be<br />concluded as follows: First, based on observations of teacher performance the results of the average score of teacher performance have increased from learning Cycle I for 1.3 Cycle II learning to 2.3, and at Cycle III 2.7. With the criteria of a sufficient limit score is a score of 2 and a score of 3 is good; Second, based on student activity data for three cycles, the average score about student activity experienced an increase from Cycle I learning at 1.2 learning Cycle II to 2.0 and in Cycle III learning to 2.8; Third, based on the results of the assessment of<br />reading children's poetry with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach, the average score of the test results and assignments has increased from Cycle I learning to 70.89 Cycle II learning to 75.59 and Cycle III learning to 79.71 . Increasing the percentage of classical learning completeness by learning cycle I was 41.18%, learning Cycle II became 58.82%, and learning in Cycle III reached 82.35%. Thus through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach the ability to read children's poetry in Class V students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, in the first semester of school year 2018/2019 can increase.</p>

The results of the analysis of the fifth-grade elementary school students' books in the second-semester Theme 7 and the results of observations in elementary schools state that the manuals used by teachers and students in the learning process are still limited especially in science material. The appearance of the book also less attractive, so students become less understanding of the material explained. In addition, the lack of use and development of media in the teaching and learning process also underlies the implementation of this research. The purpose of this research was to develop a pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects with validity tested. This research was conducted using the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). However, due to limited time, resources, and finances, the research was only carried out until the development stage. The subject in this research was the pop-up book media on the topic of changing the form of objects. Whereas the object of this research was the validity of the pop-up book media on the topic of changing objects. The method used in this study was a questionnaire given to two teachers and two lecturers as experts. The instrument used was a rating scale in the form of media assessment sheets for experts. The data analyzed with the mean formula to find out its validity. The average score of the pop-up book media after being reviewed by experts was 4.87 with very good qualifications. The implication of this research was the existence of pop-up book media that have very good qualifications. Based on the results of the analysis, the developed media was valid and can be used by the teacher to facilitate the teacher in explaining the material, especially on the topic of changing the form of objects in the fifth grade of elementary school.

Abstract: The objective of this study was describing the application of CTL model assisted by origami media for increasing learning result of plane circumference in the fifth grade of primary school. It was a qualitative research by using Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology. The subject research was 43 students in the fifth grade in Bunuwetan Pakis primary school. The steps are: (1) Introduction, (2) Material presentment step (constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, modelling, reflecting, and authentic assessment), conclusion and (3) Closing. The scoring result of this study was 80% in the activity of the teacher in cycle I, it included good category. In cycle II was getting 96% and including excellent category. The activity of the students was getting 67,14% and including quite active category. Besides, in cycle II it got 92,86%, involved very active category. The result study in cycle I was gotten from classical mastery 69,77% and the average score was 63,83. The cycle II was 81,39% and the average score was 80,93. Therefore, can be concluded that the assembling of CTL model assisted by origami could increase the learning result of the fifth grade in Bunuwetan Pakis Primary school.      Key words: CTL, origami, plane

This study aims to improve the learning achievement of social studies subjects struggling to proclaim independence through Cooperative Script learning models. This research was conducted in 2 learning cycles which included planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting activities and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The results of the study prove the initial conditions before using the Cooperative Script learning model with an average value of 66 with a percentage of learning completeness of 36%. After using the Cooperative Script learning model in the first cycle the average value rose to 77 with the percentage of learning completeness 59%. At the end of the second cycle, the average score became 80 with a percentage of learning completeness 82%. Teacher activities experienced an increase from good criteria (2.64) in the first cycle to be a very good criterion of 3.45 in the second cycle. Student activities also increased from good criteria (2.86) in cycle I to good criteria (3.25) in cycle II. Based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that learning using Cooperative Script learning models on social studies subjects struggle to proclaim independence for students of fifth grade of SD Negeri 3 Kedungurang can improve attitudes towards student learning achievement.

This study aims to determine the correlation between work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance. The formulation of the problems in this study: (1) is there a correlation between work motivation and teacher performance?, (2) is there a correlation between work discipline and teacher performance?, (3) is there a correlation between work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 74 students. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and documentation. The instrument used was a test sheet. The theories used are teaching and learning strategy theory and learning evaluation theory. The results of this study. Based on the respondents' perceptions of work motivation, a score range of 116-150 was obtained, with a total score of 20409 and an average score of 130.79 which in this case was categorized as quite good. Respondents' perceptions about the effect of work discipline on teacher performance obtained a score range of 107 - 151, with a total score of 20191.00 and an average score of 134.43 which is in the good category. The degree of influence of the work motivation variable (X1) and the work discipline variable (X2) on teacher performance (Y) was 0.73 or 73%. This shows that the teacher's performance (Y) is jointly (simultaneously) influenced by the work motivation variable (X1) and the work discipline variable (X2) by 73% while the remaining 27% is influenced by other factors outside the equation model.

This study aims to find out: (1) Describe the learning activities of students in social studies subjects using the CTL (Contextual Teaching And Learning) model with picture media. (2) Improving social studies learning outcomes using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model with picture media. The type of research used by researchers is Classroom Action Research (CAR). With the subjects in this study were all fifth grade students of SDN 6 in the Lower Strait of Kuala Kapuas, totaling 17 students, 10 men and 7 women. Data collection techniques in this study used a written test at the end of the learning process and observation to find out the activity during the learning process. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) Learning activities of students in social studies learning using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model in class V of SDN 6 in the Lower Kapat Kuala Kapuas became good. In the first cycle, the activities of the students obtained a score of 36 with an average rating of 2.57 with quite good criteria. In Cycle II the activities of students received an average score of 53.5 with an average score of 3.82 with suitable measures. (2) There is an increase in learning outcomes of students in social studies learning using the CTL model (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in the fifth grade of SDN 6 in the Lower Straits of Kuala Kapuas. In the pre-test, it can be seen that the percentage of the results is 23.53% (4 people), the students who complete and the students who do not complete 70.48% (12 people) with an average value of 50. The results obtained in the first cycle are the percentage results learners reach 70.59% (12 people) students complete and 23.53% (5 people) students who do not complete with an average value of 72. In cycle II, the acquisition of student learning outcomes is 100% (17 people) who complete with an average score of 91. There is an increase in social studies learning outcomes from pre-test to cycle I which is as much as 47.06% while from cycle I to cycle II there is an increase in learning outcomes which is as much as 29.41%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes by using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model in the fifth grade of SDN 6 in the Lower Strait of Kuala Kapuas.

Abstract: This study aims to develop MONSAINS (Monopoly Science) learning media that is suitable for science learning materials for the fifth grade human digestive system. . The objectives of this study are: (1) To explain the steps for developing the Monopoly Science (MONSAINS) media on the material of the fifth grade human digestive system, (2) to determine the feasibility of developing the Monopolymedia Science (MONSAINS) on the material of the human digestive system in class V SD 3) Adding innovation in the development of learning media. This research is a type of research and development Research and Development (R n D) which is adevelopment model Borg and Gall with 7 stages taken. The media development stages carried out are: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product testing, (7) product revision . The test subjects were class V MI Pondok Leungsir in the 2020/2021 school year. The instrument used in this study was a validation questionnaire for material experts, media experts, teachers and students. The data analysis used was technical descriptive quantitative analysis. The number of subject trials is limited to only 5 students. The results of the validation that have been carried out obtain a very good category assessment from a scale of 5, the total score is obtained from an average score of 4.0 from material / content experts, an average score of 4.6 by design / media experts, an average score of 4.9 by a class V teacher at MI Pondok Leungsir. In addition, this product also obtained a very good score from an average score of 4.6 on a scale of 5, so it is considered the media to be very interesting and suitable for use by students in the teaching and learning process.

This study aims to develop and produce student book and teacher manual book in teaching and learning for the topic of Problem Solving-oriented Linear Equation System of Two Variables with 5E setting. This is a development research on problem solving-oriented learning models with 5E settings. The research utilises supporting learning devices that includes student books, teacher manuals and lesson plans. The process of developing student books and teacher manuals refers to the Plom model of developing procedure. Subject of this study is 36 students of grade X Vocational School 1 Denpasar. The student book which was developed is valid with a score of 3, while the teacher's manual score is 3.8 with a quite valid category. In the first practicallity test, the average score of student books and teacher manuals was 3.1, while in the second field test the score was 3.2, it is in the practical categories.The effectiveness of student books and teacher manuals in field trial 1 reached a score of 78.92 (good), while in the field trial 2 the score was 86.07 (very good). This fact shows that the problem solving- oriented student books and teacher manuals with the 5E setting are worthy to be used as learning sources for vocational mathematics, because they meet the criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
