In Azerbaijan, sheep mating is natural in both small and large sheep farms and very little attention is paid to the selection process. For industrial crossing of local sheep (western part of the country), five breeding rams of 1.5 years old were purchased in the village of Gala (Absheron) and delivered to the Gaji Tagi farm in the Dashkesan district. Two groups were formed from a native herd of 100 sheep each. Fertilization of females was carried out from October 15 to December 1. According to the indexing data, the external signs of the native breed of Bozakh sheep are better than those of other similar breeds. From the results obtained, it should be concluded that the livestock of Gala and Bozakh breeds can be adapted to the foothills of Azerbaijan.

“The Project of Nomadic Settlement” is one of the major construction tasks for “Gannan Important Water Supply Ecological Functional Area of Yellow River”. Because of the distribution of population and settlements have obvious discreteness and wavering in alpine pasture, it is necessary to plan and guide agricultural and grazing villages during the process of the construction of nomadic settlements, spatial displacement and integration of population and settlement. The nomadic habitation mode in Luqu county undergoes four stages. At present, it adopts four settlement modes, that is, centralized settlement mode in the county town, settlement mode in the village, settlement along the highway mode and dispersed settlement mode, involving a total of 2,645households,13,783people and be arranged in 21 settlements. The paper adopts 14 indicators related conditions of economic development, social development conditions, geographic conditions, measures the overall strength of 24 administrative villages in Luqu, the whole villages are divided into four grade. The results show that the suburban villages are better than the surrounding villages and towns, pure pastoral farming are better than farming-pastoral villages. Accordingly, 24 villages are divided into four types—community-based villages, developing villages, controlling villages, and revoking-merging villages. Finally, it also proposes the path on village plan guidelines.

The selection of an optimal material is an important aspect of design for mechanical, electrical, thermal, chemical or other application. Many factors (attributes) need to be considered in material selection process, and thus material selection problem is a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problem. This paper proposes a new MADM method for material selection problem. G1 method does not need to test consistency of the judgment matrix. Thus it is better than AHP. In this paper, firstly, we use the G1 method to determine the attribute weight. Then TOPSIS method is used to calculate the closeness of the candidate materials with respect positive solution. A practical material selection case is used to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.

We introduce a general framework for exploring the problem of selecting a committee of representatives with the aim of studying a networked voting rule based on a decentralized large-scale platform, which can assure a strong accountability of the elected. The results of our simulations suggest that this algorithm-based approach is able to obtain a high representativeness for relatively small committees, performing even better than a classical voting rule based on a closed list of candidates. We show that a general relation between committee size and representatives exists in the form of an inverse square root law and that the normalized committee size approximately scales with the inverse of the community size, allowing the scalability to very large populations. These findings are not strongly influenced by the different networks used to describe the individuals’ interactions, except for the presence of few individuals with very high connectivity which can have a marginal negative effect in the committee selection process.

Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm is one of metaheuristic optimization technique based on population. This algorithm mimicking honey bee swarm to find the best food source. ABC algorithm consist of four phases: initialization phase, employed bee phase, onlooker bee phase and scout bee phase. This study modify the onlooker bee phase in selection process to find the neighborhood food source. Not all food sources obtained are randomly sought the neighborhood as in ABC algorithm. Food sources are selected by comparing their objective function values. The food sources that have value lower than average value in that iteration will be chosen by onlooker bee to get the better food source. In this study the modification of this algorithm is called New Modification of Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm (MB-ABC). MB-ABC was applied to 4 Benchmark functions. The results show that MB-ABC algorithm better than ABC algorithm

This study aims to evaluate Siskeudes V2.0. R.0.1., from the system and its output, which is also analyzed is related to the measurement of efficiency and effectiveness of the use of village funds. Data collection is done by evaluating the application system, and calculating the financial ratio of siskeudes application output, in villages in West Lombok Regency. In terms of system evaluation, as a connection effect between the planning and budgeting stages, implementation and administration, to financial reporting, traceability and connectivity Siskeudes V2.0 R.0.1. better than Siskeudes V1.0.R1.06. The existence of the Activity Package in budgeting and implementing expenditures also makes it easier for the village government to make village financial statements. From the point of view of the village government, the average person has been able to estimate the using of funds and allocation in the activities field. Thus, the ability of the village government in West Lombok Regency in estimating routine expenditures and village capital expenditures (harmony), which has an effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of village funds, has been good. As a suggestion, because there is no automatic measurement of financial efficiency and effectiveness in Siskeudes to measure the financial performance of village governments, researchers advised the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs to draw up regulations for calculating village financial ratios, as well as integrate them in Siskeudes applications.

Objective. To evaluate the performance of Mortality in Emergency Department Sepsis (MEDS) score in comparison to biomarkers as a predictor of mortality in adult emergency department (ED) patients with sepsis. Methods. A literature search was performed using PubMed, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Ovid databases. Studies were appraised by using the C2010 Consensus Process for Levels of Evidence for prognostic studies. The respective values for area under the curve (AUC) were obtained from the selected articles. Results. Four relevant articles met the selection process. Three studies defined the 1-month mortality as death occurring within 28 days of ED presentation, while the remaining one subcategorised the outcome measure as (5-day) early and (6- to 30-day) late mortality. In all four studies, the MEDS score performed better than the respective comparators (C-reactive protein, lactate, procalcitonin, and interleukin-6) in predicting mortality with an AUC ranging from 0.78 to 0.89 across the studies. Conclusion. The MEDS score has a better prognostic value than the respective comparators in predicting 1-month mortality in adult ED patients with suspected sepsis.

In recent years collaborative robots have become major market drivers in industry 5.0, which aims to incorporate them alongside humans in a wide array of settings ranging from welding to rehabilitation. Improving human–machine collaboration entails using computational algorithms that will save processing as well as communication cost. In this study we have constructed an agent that can choose when to cooperate using an optimal strategy. The agent was designed to operate in the context of divergent interest tacit coordination games in which communication between the players is not possible and the payoff is not symmetric. The agent’s model was based on a behavioral model that can predict the probability of a player converging on prominent solutions with salient features (e.g., focal points) based on the player’s Social Value Orientation (SVO) and the specific game features. The SVO theory pertains to the preferences of decision makers when allocating joint resources between themselves and another player in the context of behavioral game theory. The agent selected stochastically between one of two possible policies, a greedy or a cooperative policy, based on the probability of a player to converge on a focal point. The distribution of the number of points obtained by the autonomous agent incorporating the SVO in the model was better than the results obtained by the human players who played against each other (i.e., the distribution associated with the agent had a higher mean value). Moreover, the distribution of points gained by the agent was better than any of the separate strategies the agent could choose from, namely, always choosing a greedy or a focal point solution. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to construct an intelligent agent that maximizes its utility by incorporating the belief system of the player in the context of tacit bargaining. This reward-maximizing strategy selection process based on the SVO can also be potentially applied in other human–machine contexts, including multiagent systems.

<p>The use of jajan in the masabatan biu ceremony in achi katiga tradition in the village of Tenganan Dauh Tukad Karangasem is closely related to the natural conditions of the area. Considering that the nature is rich with natural resource to be used as a complement in the masabatan biu ceremony. The achi katiga tradition is part of culture. The implementation of the achi katiga tradition contains noble values inherited by the ancestors. These values certainly need to be practiced by the community so that they can be understood and developed by the community. The use of jajan at the masabatan biu ceremony can be used in selection of saye , the communication of this organization helps in the selection process. Selection of Saye is the selection of candidates for the leadership of Sekaa Teruna Dukuh Mengku The uniqueness of the selection of Saye is that not all members can become prospective leaders. So that in this background a problem statement can be drawn, namely what is the shape of the jajan symbol made by roban in the implementation of the Aci katiga Tradition? What is the function of the Achintya Jajan symbol made by roban in the implementation of the Aci katiga Tradition? What is the meaning of the jajan symbol made by roban in the implementation of the Aci katiga Tradition? The three formulations of this problem are dissected using Religious Theory is one of the most complex and<br />evolving elements in various places in the world. According to Koentjaraningrat (1980: 228-229) that if someone does something in the world, then there will be four main elements of religion in general, namely: (1). (2) a system of belief or human images about the shape of the world, nature, the unseen, life, death, etc .; (3) a system of implementation related to the world; and (4) community groups or social units that conceptualize and revive religion and the system of religious ceremonies. The use of Symbol Theory to reveal the meaning of the symbol of the use of jajan in the ceremony of the masabatan biu to the Achi katiga tradition. Etymologically, symbols or symbols are derived from the Greek word “ syim-ballein “ which means throwing together (objects, deeds) openness of ideas. Perception theory is the core of communication, whereas interpretation (interpretation) is the core of perception, which is identical to the decoding in the persepni process of the symbol’s meaning in the use of jajan in the ceremony of the mesabatan biu in the Achi katiga tradition. The method of data have been used is information, interviews, and documentation. Observation of the analyze,<br />observations Interviews are carried out by constructing people, events, activities, organizations, motivations, feelings, etc. that are carried out by two parties, namely the interviewer (interviewer) who asks questions with the person interviewed (interviewed).</p>

This research purposse are to calculate and compare the productivity of land, income, and efficiency between paddy farming using certified seed and paddy farming which uses non-certified seed. The research was conductedin the village of Kemumu with a total sample of 15 farmers certified seed specified users using census method and 22 non-certified seed user farmers were determined using purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis and qualitative (descriptive). The analysis showed that the average productivity of the land (5,112 Ton/Ha), average income (Rp 16.501.384,77/Ha), and the average efficiency (3,91) forpaddy farming using certified seed. While the average productivity of the land (3,918 Ton/Ha), the average income (Rp 10.951.035,29/Ha), and the average efficiency (3.24) for paddy farming which uses non-certified seed. Based onthe results ofthe analysis, itcan be concluded that certified seed is better than non-certified seed both in terms of land productivity, income, and efficiency. Key words: certified and non certified seeds, productivity of land, income, efficiency

This study aims to determine the performance level of the farmer group manager of Community Seedling Garden (KBR) in South Bengkulu based indicators of the success of the planning, implementation, and monitoring and control and to determine the success of the planting is done farmer group KBR managers. The research was conducted in June – September 2013 in the Village of Kota Bumi District of Pino and the Village of Lubuk Tapi of Ulu Manna Sub Province of South Bengkulu). Respondent conducted census. Descriptive analysis of quantitative data is done to determine the level of performance and success of planting by KBR managers Group. Based of survey results revealed levels performance and success of the planting is done by the Woman Farmers Group Usaha Bersama is better than the results achieved by Farmers Group Batu Ampar Jaya.Keywords: performance, farmer groups, community orchard seedling.
