The purpose of this study is to investigate how customer-band relationships and quality of service influences brand evangelism. And more importantly, this study examines the moderating effect of the brand love on brand trust, quality of service, brand identification and brand evangelism relations. Brand evangelism mends to customers’ advocacy behaviour and positive or negative word-of-mouth (for a particular brand) that influence the purchase decision. Based on the prior studies conducted on the brand relationships, an integrated conceptual framework on consumer-brand relationships, quality of service and brand evangelism is developed. The snowball sampling technique was employed in this study, and the sample drawn was consisted of 400 brand conscious customers of the different restaurants serving in Multan. The sample was focused on the salaried class, working at different organizations in Multan only. For more robust testing of the theory, brand love was included as a moderating variable. For testing of the moderation effect Process by Andrew F. Hayes was used with the assistance of SPSS version 23. Research findings revealed that the impacts of the brand trust, quality of service and brand identification on brand evangelism are significant. And brand love as a moderating variable moderate the relationships between brand trust, quality of service, brand identification and brand evangelism. The mindsets of the today customers are changing, and they are getting more brand conscious, they love to share their good and bad experience about the different brands that exist in the market. Today, it is very important for brand managers to know the feelings of the customers about their brands. This study suggests the brands to cultivate brand trust, quality in their services, brand identification and brand love in their service for longer standing in diversifying the market. Brand evangelism is not an old construct, especially, it is new for the graphical location where we are conducting this study, because there is no similar study available here. This study is only focused on the restaurants in Multan, other geographical locations or industries (e.g. beverage industry, cellular operators, electronics etc.) may be used to more clearly understand the brand evangelism construct. Also, comparative studies can be performed to compare the brand evangelism level in customers of a specific at different graphical location markets. This study takes brand customers as brand evangelists but persons from sales department workforce may also be considered as a brand evangelist, because evangelism may also reside there.

It is a well-known fact now that consumers falsify profound and meaningful relationships with particular brands and that such consumer brand relationships are expected to impact brand-related behavior of consumers. The study investigates the influence of three consumer-brand relational constructs - brand trust, brand affect and brand identification – and their effects on brand evangelism behavior, which was operationalized in the form of two supportive behaviors namely; purchase intentions and positive referrals. After assessing common method bias as well as reliability and validity estimates, structural equation modelling was employed with 458 sample data to test the study model fit and hypothesized relationships. The findings reveal that the consumer-brand relationship influences brand evangelism. All consumer-brand relational constructs (i.e., brand trust, brand affect and brand identification) influence brand evangelism positively in terms of purchase intention and brand referral. The study highlights the importance of brand evangelism in the marketing literature by establishing its causal relationships with the key brand attributes of brand affect, brand trust and brand evangelism. Implications of the results are deliberated with future scope for research.

This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the current era of globalization the level of competition in the business world becomes increasingly tight. Many are doing small businesses that require capital, or small businesses that are developing to increase the ability of an increasing economy. This relates to one of the most important objectives and should be undertaken by all types of business: maintaining the viability of the company over a long period of time (going concern), business activities sometimes, visiting some things with competition to gain additional capital. This also makes it a challenge for bank companies to showcase their brand and quality of service that is superior and satisfactory to the purpose and number of customers. This study aims to describe the quality of service and corporate image to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Gracia Mandiri Bekasi Timur. Samples and this research lied 100 respondents with sampling technique purposive sampling. The method of analysis used are description and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and corporate image include customer satisfaction.

Alat  komunikasi  canggih  atau  yang  terkenal  dengan smartphone,  saat  ini sudah  menjadi  kebutuhan  bagi  sebagian  besar  orang. Dengan banyaknya perusahaan smartphone yang ada di Indonesia menyebabkan konsumen lebih sadar akan merek yang ada dan mengenalinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Salah satu smartphone flagship yang dikenal konsumen adalah iPhone. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara brand experience (sensory experience, intellectual experience, behavioral experience) terhadap brand loyalty (behavioral loyalty, attitudinal loyalty). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa seluruh dimensi brand experience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand love dan brand trust . Brand love dan brand trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap seluruh dimensi brand loyalty. Brand love memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara seluruh dimensi brand experience dengan seluruh dimensi brand loyalty kecuali dimensi brand experience (intellectual experience) dengan brand loyalty (attitudinal loyalty). Brand identification tidak memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara seluruh dimensi brand experience dengan brand love dan brand trust. Brand identification tidak memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara brand love dan seluruh dimensi brand loyalty. Brand identification memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara brand trust dan behavioral loyalty. Brand identification tidak memoderasi secara positif signifikan hubungan antara brand trust dan attitudinal loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to know the influence between sales promotion to purchase decisions, to know the influence between the quality of service to purchasing decisions, to know the influence between brand trusts on purchasing decisions. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 analysis tool. The object of the research in this study was indihome customers of Ciputat region as many as 100 people with random sampling techniques (probability sampling). The results of the analysis stated that partially sales promotion affects purchasing decisions, partially the quality of service services affects purchasing decisions and partially brand trusts affect purchasing decisions, simultaneously (sales promotion, service quality and brand trust) affect purchasing decisions. Concluded in this study is sales promotion influences the decision to use Indihome, the quality of service influences the decision to use Indihome, brand trust influences the decision to use Indihome, simultaneously the promotion of sales of services and brand trust influences the decision to use Indihome.

The purpose of this study is to estimate and analyze the willingness to pay  and fax tor the factors that affect the willingness to pay at High School in the of Semarang. The method used is Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study were 238 respondents, the sampling technique was done by snowball sampling. The results of this study indicate that the average willingness to pay (WTP) of households in High Schools in Semarang is Rp.559.034,00. Factors that have a significant influence on WTP values are income variables, number of household dependents, age and length of access. Whereas the factors that have no effect on willingness to pay (WTP) are parents' education variables. Based on the results of the study, the suggestions that can be put forward are the management or the government to improve the quality of the Vocational School as well as the development of a transparency policy on the collection and allocation of user fees and other resources.

Mostly patients don't think about the causes and how this illness is influencing and hauling them to finish their life step by step, so this examination will be useful to comprehend the Kidney sicknesses and financial and mental, effect of dialysis patients further to make sense of pretty much all that. Any harm which disturbs the roles of the kidneys and stops them to work normally is basically Kidney disease. Kidneys are a fist sized organ placed below the rib cage. They resemble a couple of bean formed organs in a human body and assume a significant job in managing the measure of water and synthetics (electrolytes) in the body, for example, sodium, potassium and phosphorous. In this study quantitative research method is used along with the non-probability sampling technique to collect data from the selected sample by using interview schedule and purposive and snowball sampling technique. The sample size is 250 respondents to gather the genuine information identified with this exploration from patients experiencing dialysis or kidney ailments. The Universe of this study would be the registered patients of the Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi. According to the findings dialysis really keeps the body in balance by giving it what it requires like evacuating waste, salt, and additional water from the body to cause hurt. It assists with dealing with the degree of specific synthetic substances safe in the blood like sodium, potassium and bicarbonate. It likewise controls the circulatory strain of the kidney patients.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

Unmet need family planning is a need for contraception that is not met. Fertile age women are said to be unmet need family planning if they wish to delay pregnancy or to terminate pregnancy for the next two years but not to use contraceptives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors in fertile couple women in Sumberjambe, Sumbersari and Kaliwates. The research design used was observational analytic with cross sectional research design. Samples taken in this study were 382 women of fertile couples age. The sampling technique used was multistage random sampling technique. Data anaysis used logistic regression. The results showed that there was influence of predisposing factor, enabling factor and reinforcing factor to contraception that was not fulfilled in fertile age women of knowledge with value of (p = 0.000), attitude with value of (p = 0.000), access service with value of (p = 0.000), quality of service with value of (p = 0.002), husband support with value of (p = 0.000), family panning officer support with value of (p = 0.000), and IEC treatment with value of (p = 0.000).
