Unestablished good relationship between members of the local parliament and constituents in 3rd Constituency, Central Pariaman Subdistrict, Pariaman City had caused difficulty to establish a good collaboration. A good relationship was intended to capture the aspirations of the community in finding solutions to community problems. This research aimed to get a description of the relationships between local parliament members and their constituents, inhibiting factors in relations, and efforts to solve inhibiting factors. The author used a descriptive method with a technique of data collection are semistructured interviews, observation, and documentation. As the results, the shape of relationships between Local parliament members and constituents freely mandate, the inhibiting factor in the relationship because the policy program of local parliament members has tried to make constituents not yet felt by the whole community, the lack of constituent awareness for legislative roles and the multiparty system created some local parliament members. To solve the problems are by political education, increasing the sense of care of local parliament members to their constituents. <p><em>This research was conducted using descriptive method to analyze and interpret the condition or condition of shadow embroidery industry barung barung balantai so that policy can be taken. The result of this research is shadow embroidery artisans must maximize social media for promotion, improve good relationship with local government in the form of continuous cooperation in order to maximize the existing potential in the shadow embroidery, utilize existing skilled manpower to do the coaching on the craftsmen so that the amount increases to increase production capacity and there is cutting time in the work, cooperating with other industries that support shadow embroidery such as bags, shoes, etc. through local government, making a joint container or a kind of shadow embroidery union can be a cooperative institution, marketing institutions or other institutions, increasing skill of craftsmen in processing materials embroidery and skill from the owner in managing his group facing competition with other products, as well as increasing the use of technology in the design and development of motives.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan menginterprestasikan keadaan atau kondisi industri sulam bayangan barung barung balantai sehingga dapat diambil kebijakan. Hasil penelitian ini pengrajin sulam bayangan harus memaksimalkan media sosial untuk promosi, meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan pemerintah daerah berupa kerjasama yang kontinue guna memaksimalkan potensi yang ada pada sulam bayangan, memanfaatkan tenaga terampil yang ada untuk melakukan pembinaan pada pengrajin sehingga jumlahnya bertambah agar kapasitas produksi meningkat dan ada pemangkasan waktu dalam pengerjaan, menjalin kerjasama dengan industri lain yang mendukung sulam bayangan seperti tas, sepatu, dll melalui pemerintah daerah, membuat wadah bersama atau semacam persatuan sulam bayangan bisa berupa lembaga koperasi, lembaga pemasaran ataupun lembaga lainnya, meningkatkan skill pengrajin dalam mengolah bahan sulam dan skill dari pemilik dalam mengelola kelompoknya menghadapi persaingan dengan produk lain, serta meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi dalam desain dan pengembangan motif.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah Partisipasi dalam Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat yang ada di RW 20 Kelurahan Citrodiwangsan. Peneliti menggunakan metode riset kualitatif . Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu kader dan warga RW 20 Kelurahan Citrodiwangsan. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga temuan. Pertama, partisipasi perencanaan masih tergolong kurang pro aktif dalam mengedukasi warga dikarenakan masih banyak RT yang tidak bisa mewadahi dan mengedukasi masyarakat untuk aktif dalam kegiatan Posyandu Gerbangmas. Kedua, terkait partisipasi pelaksanaan kegiatan masih banyak masyarakat yang memandang sebelah mata kegiatan ini meskipun seluruh warga telah diikutkan secara menyeluruh, hal ini karena kurangnya sosialisasi dari pengurus kader. Ketiga, faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya memahami arti partisipasi yang rendah dimana masyarakat masih sibuk dengan kesibukannya sendiri serta kurangnya peran RT untuk mendorong masyarakatnya dalam memberikan pengertian akan pentingnya kegiatan posyandu. Oleh karena itu, dari beberapa masalah-masalah yang telah peneliti temukan maka peneliti memiliki saran yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kader maupun RT dalam mengajak masyarakat. Saran tersebut diantaranya adalah pelaksanaan posyandu dilaksanakan pada hari libur, kegiatan posyandu tidak hanya ditempatkan pada satu titik tetapi dijadwalkan untuk berpindah ketempat kawasan lainnya dan memanfaatkan fasilitas media sosial untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan informasi kesehatan balita dan lansia. Kata kunci: masalah partisipasi, program pemberdayaan masyarakat, partisipasi perencanaan, partisipasi pelaksanaan, faktor penghambat partisipasi   This study aims to determine the problem of participation in the Community Empowerment Program in RW 20 Citrodiwangsan Village. Respondents in this study were cadres and residents of RW 20 Citrodiwangsan Village. Data were collected by interview and observation. This study resulted in three findings. First, planning participation is still classified as less proactive in educating residents because there are still many RTs that cannot accommodate and educate the public to be active in Gerbangmas Posyandu activities. Second, with regard to participation in the implementation of activities, there are still many people who underestimate this activity even though all residents have been included as a whole, this is due to the lack of socialization from the cadre management. Third, the inhibiting factor is the lack of understanding of the meaning of low participation where the community is still busy with their own activities and the lack of the role of the RT in encouraging the community to provide an understanding of the importance of posyandu activities. Therefore, from some of the problems that researchers have found, the researcher has suggestions that aim to maximize cadres and RTs in inviting the community. These suggestions include that the implementation of posyandu is carried out on holidays, posyandu activities are not only placed at one point but are scheduled to move to another area and utilizing social media facilities to provide socilization and health information for toddlers and the elderly. Objective - This study investigates the relationship between social media and innovation performance among SMEs in Malaysia. This study also extends social media literature by investigating the underlying mechanism of open innovation in the relationship between social media and innovation performance. Methodology/Technique - A questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents. A total of 173 samples from data collection were then used to test the hypotheses by using the SPSS and SmartPLS software. Finding - The result has revealed that social media has a significant effect on innovation performance. Besides, outbound innovation is also found to mediate the relationship between social media and innovation performance. Novelty - This study contributes to the literature on social media and innovation by providing new evidence regarding outbound innovation impact on performance among SMEs. It also provides a great idea of social media's importance to SME managers in improving innovation performance in an organization. Type of Paper - Empirical. The purpose of this study is to find out effectiveness of policy Law No.1 of 2014 on the Arrangement of Modern Minimarket in Semarang City and to know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the policy. The research method used in this research is using descriptive method percentage. The result of the research shows that policy of Law No.1 of 2014 about setup of Modern Minimarket arrangement in Semarang City is not yet effective with target that has been set. Supporting factors in this policy is the minimarket workforce comes from the local orkforce and the distance between the minimarket and traditional market already 500m. while the inhibiting factor in this policy there are still many minimarkets operating that are not in accordance with the rules that have been set. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan UU No.1 tahun 2014 tentang Pengaturan Pasar Minimarket Modern di Kota Semarang dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan UU No.1 tahun 2014 tentang pengaturan pengaturan Minimarket Modern di Kota Semarang belum efektif dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor pendukung dalam kebijakan ini adalah tenaga kerja minimarket berasal dari orkforce lokal dan jarak antara minimarket dan pasar tradisional sudah 500 m. sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam kebijakan ini masih ada banyak minimarket yang beroperasi yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan.

 ABSTRACTCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) is a process of obtaining, maintaining, and improving the profitable relationship to the customers with the intention of creating a good vibe to the customers. Through the satisfaction coming from the customers, it will maximize the profits for the company in order to obtain a comparative advantage by taking care of the product quality to improve more satisfaction for the customers. CRM will also support the TPQ administrators in order to maintain and improve the relationship with the students. A good relationship with TPQ students will create loyalty to the TPQ program. One of the methods TPQ Baitul Ihsan Mosque administrators used is by decreasing the amount of student desertion. Like providing more facilitaties such as providing some scholarship to the student who needed. This research was conducted at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque of the East Java Bank Indonesia, uses a qualitative method with an exploratory approach and complex data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons interviewed are as follows: Chairman Mr. Takmir, TPQ Manager, Former TPQ Manager, and TPQ Students. In general, it can be concluded thatBaitul Ihsan Mosque has implemented strategies in building loyalty such as reducing the level of desertion, maintaining the relationship between customers and students, obtaining new potential of each students, and improving to get more of high-value customers. In other words, it was the system implemented by the Chairman of Takmir Baitul Ihsan Mosque.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah suatu proses dalam mendapatkan, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan yang menguntungkan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan nilai pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan puas dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan memperoleh dalam rangka memperoleh keunggulan bersaing (comparative advantage), memperhatikan mutu produk agar dapat memberikan kepuasan yang prima bagi pelanggan. CRM akan membantu pegurus TPQ dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan hubungan terhadap murid. Dengan hubungan yang baik terhadap murid TPQ akan menghasilkan loyalitas terhadap program TPQ. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan pengurus TPQ Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur adalah dengan mengurangi tingkat penyebrangan murid. Caranya dengan memberikan fasilitasi berupa bantuan dan uang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratoris. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informen, yaitu 1. Ketua takmir, 2. Pengurus TPQ, 3 Mantan pengurus TPQ, 4. Murid TPQ. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur telah menjalankan strategi-strategi di dalam membangun loyalitas diantaranya, mengurangi tingkat penyebrangan pelanggan ke perusahaan lain, meningkatkan lamanya relasional pelanggan, meningkatkan potensi masing-masing pelanggan, meningkatkan jumlah kehadiaran pelanggan atau memutuskan, dan memfokuskan usaha pada pelanggan bernilai tinggi. Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh takmir Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur.

This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use the method of interview, observation, and documenta-tion. Data analysis is done by condensing data, then presenting data, and conclusions drawn from the data. In checking the validity of the data, researchers use methods, namely extending the time of partici-pation of researchers in the field, increasing persistence of observation, using appropriate reference materials, and reading book tests. The results of the analysis show that the process of applying the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum Method at Madin Wustho Hidayatul Mubtadi’in –Malang City was carried out through several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Among the supporting factors of the learning process and the inhibiting factors to applied it.

Keberadaan Facebook kebanyakan hanya dijadikan media “curhat” atau ungkapan kondisi perasaan dan jiwa serta keresahaan si pemilik akunnya saja. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba menganalisis beberapa fasilitas dan keunggulan menu-menu dari Facebook yang ternyata memiliki peluang untuk dapat dimanfaatkan membangun komunitas para peneliti dalam konteks lingkungan formal. Dari menu-menu “group”, peneliti telah mencoba membangun komunitas “Bimbingan Virtual” selama 2 semester dimana akun yang tergabung di dalamnya adalah sejumlah mahasiswa Pascasarjana yang sangat aktif mendiskusikan fokus penelitiannya. Maka dengan metode deskriptif analisis yang sederhana, penulis terus meantau mengenai trend dari tahapan penelitian formal dalam proses penyusunan karya ilmiah khususnya tesis telah banyak didapatkan informasi penting mengenai aspek-aspek yang memang sulit untuk dicerna secara cepat. Dari hasil penelitian ini telah ditemukan tema-tema dari tahapan penyusunan Tesis yang sering menjadi kendala keterlambatan dan ketidakpahaman arahnya. Demikian juga dengan keterkaitannya antara judul, rumusan masalah, metodologi dan penarikan sampel serta penggunaan uji statistik yang semestinya.Kata Kunci: Face book, Bimbingan Virtual.Abstact: This research was such an inovation research on social media that is questionable all this time in giving its support for the changing of behavior in education process. Facebook is mostly used as a medium to express feeling of the facebook account owner. In this study, researcher tried to analyze some of facilities and advantages of Facebook menus that appeared to have the opportunity to be used to build a community of researchers in the context of a formal environment. From the menus “group”, researchers had been trying to build a community “Virtual Guidance” for 2 semesters in which the incorporated accounts belonged to postgraduate students that actively involved in discussion of their research focus. So by using a simple descriptive method of analysis, the author monitored the trends of formal research stages in the process of preparing research paper ,particularly a thesis, and gained important information related to the aspects that were difficult to be understood quickly. The research found themes of thesis composing stages that caused delay and misleading. Other issues were the relationship among title, problem formulation, methodology, sampling, and relevan statistic examination.Keyword: Facebook, Virtual Guidance.

This study aims to investigate the factors inhibiting interest in entrepreneurship, especially in martabak entrepreneurs in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. As the object of this research is in Lebaksiu Subdistrict which is divided into17 villages, researchers used  sample  three villages namely Lebaksiu Lor, Lebaksiu Kidul and Kajen. Descriptive qualitative methods is a method applied in this research. The data collection techniques used are with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in martabak entrepreneurship concisted of factors originating from internal and external factors. Detected internal factors arise from within the entrepreneur martabak such as personal characteristics, experience, ability to control a business and capital factors. The second inhibiting factor is an external factor, which this factor comes from outside the private entrepreneur martabak which includes the environment, recruitment of employees who are proficient in martabak making and promotion to the mass media.

Politeness is very important in communication to maintain a harmonious relationship between the speaker and the speech partner and to avoid conflict. Politeness is a way to maintain and save the face of the speaking actor. A positive politeness strategy in speaking frankly with pleasantries is the speaker's effort in expressing polite behavior in the form of language. The focus of this research lies in positive politeness strategies in speaking frankly with pleasantries in the Tondano Javanese community. This study aims to describe and explain positive politeness speaking strategies used by the Tondano Javanese people who live in Kampung Jawa Village. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection is done by listening, recording, and taking notes. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the theory of politeness strategies by Brown and Levinson (1987), which is related to the concept of 'face'. The results show that the Tondano Javanese people use ten positive politeness strategies and these strategies are used in speech situations when the interlocutor is lower or equal in power to the speaker, and the relationship between the speaker and the speech partner is familiar.

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.
