 ABSTRACTCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) is a process of obtaining, maintaining, and improving the profitable relationship to the customers with the intention of creating a good vibe to the customers. Through the satisfaction coming from the customers, it will maximize the profits for the company in order to obtain a comparative advantage by taking care of the product quality to improve more satisfaction for the customers. CRM will also support the TPQ administrators in order to maintain and improve the relationship with the students. A good relationship with TPQ students will create loyalty to the TPQ program. One of the methods TPQ Baitul Ihsan Mosque administrators used is by decreasing the amount of student desertion. Like providing more facilitaties such as providing some scholarship to the student who needed. This research was conducted at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque of the East Java Bank Indonesia, uses a qualitative method with an exploratory approach and complex data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons interviewed are as follows: Chairman Mr. Takmir, TPQ Manager, Former TPQ Manager, and TPQ Students. In general, it can be concluded thatBaitul Ihsan Mosque has implemented strategies in building loyalty such as reducing the level of desertion, maintaining the relationship between customers and students, obtaining new potential of each students, and improving to get more of high-value customers. In other words, it was the system implemented by the Chairman of Takmir Baitul Ihsan Mosque.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah suatu proses dalam mendapatkan, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan yang menguntungkan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan nilai pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan puas dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan memperoleh dalam rangka memperoleh keunggulan bersaing (comparative advantage), memperhatikan mutu produk agar dapat memberikan kepuasan yang prima bagi pelanggan. CRM akan membantu pegurus TPQ dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan hubungan terhadap murid. Dengan hubungan yang baik terhadap murid TPQ akan menghasilkan loyalitas terhadap program TPQ. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan pengurus TPQ Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur adalah dengan mengurangi tingkat penyebrangan murid. Caranya dengan memberikan fasilitasi berupa bantuan dan uang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratoris. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informen, yaitu 1. Ketua takmir, 2. Pengurus TPQ, 3 Mantan pengurus TPQ, 4. Murid TPQ. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur telah menjalankan strategi-strategi di dalam membangun loyalitas diantaranya, mengurangi tingkat penyebrangan pelanggan ke perusahaan lain, meningkatkan lamanya relasional pelanggan, meningkatkan potensi masing-masing pelanggan, meningkatkan jumlah kehadiaran pelanggan atau memutuskan, dan memfokuskan usaha pada pelanggan bernilai tinggi. Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh takmir Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Regional Jawa Timur.

This study aimed to reveal the concept of Tumbuk in Javanese gamelan tuning, namely gamêlan agêng with Sléndro and Pélog. This study used a qualitative method with an ethical emic perspective. The data collection was done by conducting literature review, observation, interviews, and studio work, then processed with data analysis. The data analysis then was followed up through data interaction by interpreting the relationship reactions of the three elements of analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The interpretation of the data was done inductively, so that the conclusion was drawn entirely from the development of the data according to the realities of the field. The results showed that tumbuk was not only limited to a note that has the same high and low, but it is a musical concept that integrates the Sléndro and Pélog scales in the tuning of a set of gamelans. There are basically only two types of tumbuk: nêm tumbuk and lima tumbuk. Other than those, it means that they are the strut. The thing is,tumbuk has a central tone that serves as a benchmark and a supporting tone whose position strengthens the integration of each type of tumbuk. As a concept, it was found that tumbuk plays several important roles including equalizing the highs and lows of certain notes, equalizing the range of certain notes, and conditioning the range of notes or the addition of the tune.

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. This research aims at describing the reasons, mechanism and forms of self-repair as well as describing the relationship between  the employment of self-repair and SBY as the speaker. Data of the research were SBY’s utterances in an exclusive interview called “Saatnya SBY Bicara” broadcasted by Metro TV. Data were transcribed and analyzed carefully using qualitative method as the main method and quantitative method as the supporting method to provide frequency of data occurance. The research findings show that there are two main reasons of the employment of self-repair by SBY, they are the problems of speaking and understanding. Two mechanism of self-repair found are self-initiated self-repair (SISR) and other-initiated self-repair (OISR). In the mechanism of SISR, SBY employs three forms of repair (R), they are word search, word/phrase replacing, and explanation. These three forms of repair are preceded by two forms of repair-initiation (RI), they are lexical markers and non-lexical markers. In the mechanism of OISR, SBY employs four forms of repair (R), they are accepting, rejecting, explaining and limiting statement. These four forms of repair are preceded by three forms of repair-initiation (RI), they are clarification, non-understanding, and interpretation. The employment of self-repair reflects SBY as the speaker, such as SBY as a competent and careful person, and SBY as  a polite person who tries to maintain good relationship with others and not to hurt others’ feeling.

Proses pelarasan gamalan Banjar sangat berkaitan antara pemesan dan pelaras gamalan Banjar. Pemesan yang menginginkan gamalan Banjar memiliki kreteria sendiri terhadap gamalan yang akan dibuatnya melalui pelaras gamalan Banjar. Komponen yang mempengaruhi pemesan dalam membuat gamalan Banjar adalah modal budaya, selera, kedekatan timbre suara, dan kekuatan kapital yang dimilikinya.sedangkan pelaras gamalan Banjar memiliki pengetahuan atas pembentukan tumbang antar bilahan nada yang berdasarkan pada karateristik rasa musikal budayanya. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode utama dalam upaya mengumpulkan informasi dan data lapangan yang di dapatkan pada saat pengumpulan data. Metode kuantitatif juga digunakan sebagai metode bantu untuk menghitung dan memvalidasi data frekuensiyang didapatkan dari instrumen gamalanBanjar yang ada di lapangan, sehingga peneliti bisa mendapatkan gambaran jelas. Kerangka konseptual yang berdasarkan pada pengetahuan emperis pemesan dan pelaras GamalanBanjar menjadi dasar analisis untuk mengungkap hubungan antara pemesan dan pelaras gamalan Banjar. Perbedaan ini tergambar jelas pada frekuensi bilahan nada-nada gamalan Banjar, sedangkan jangkah dan gembyangannya tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Perbedaan frekuensi bilahan nada tersebut dilandasi oleh timbre suara dalang yang berbeda-beda. gamalan Banjar yang telah selesai dilaras akan menjadi representatif pemiliknya. Caruk dan payau menjadi penanda kualitas hasil dari hubungan antara pemesan dan pelaras gamalan Banjar. ABSTRACTWithin the process of gamelan Banjar tuning, the relationship between the buyers and the tuner of gamelan Banjar is taken into account. The buyers who order gamelan Banjar must have their criteria toward the gamalan which is going to be produced by the tuner of gamelan Banjar. The components that are taken into consideration by the buyers when ordering gamelan Banjar is the cultural principle, taste, the proximity of voice timbre, and the finance capability they possess. Furthermore, the tuner of gamelan Banjar has a cognition in contriving the strides within the frequency of tone keys which based on the characteristics of its cultural music taste. The researcher utilizes qualitative method as the primary method in collecting information and data on the field in the stage of data collection. The quantitative method as a secondary method here is used to assist the researcher in calculating and validating the frequency of the data collected from gamelan Banjar instrument which is present on the field so he could get a clearer picture. A conceptual framework which is based on the empirical knowledge about the buyers and the tuner of gamelan Banjar becomes the basis of the analysis to uncover the relationship between the buyer and tuner of gamelan Banjar. This distinction is clearly illustrated in the frequency of tones keys of gamelan Banjar, whereas the stride and its gembyangan do not change significantly. The differences in the frequency of the tone pitches rely on the varied voice timbre of the mastermind. gamelan Banjar who has completed tuned will be the representative owners. Caruk and payau become a mark of quality results from the relationship between the buyer and the tuner of gamelan Banjar.

This study aimed to describe the noble values of Pasang in the beliefs of Kajang traditional community in South Sulawesi. Pasang ri Kajang is an oral message containing guidance, customary rules, guidelines, and institutionalized norms by Turie Arakna (God Almighty) to the first Ammatoa (the first people) for the all members of Kajang traditiobal community. These oral messages inherited from generation to generation, from the first Ammatoa into the present Ammatoa according to the faith teachings of Patuntung. Ammatoa as a traditional leader is mandated to carry out all the rules containing in Pasang, supervised the teaching violations of Pasang, and practiced the all teachings of Pasang as cultural values growth in Kajang traditional community. The glory of a person depended on his/her obedience to Pasang called Tu Salama (saved people). The people who throughout their lives adhere to the values of Pasang will feel an enjoy life. The essence of Pasang is to surrender to Turie Arakna, which means surrender to the God willing, do all teachings and avoid all prohibitions of Pasang. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and literature study, then be analyzed inductively. From the result study, it is known that there were three noble values of Pasang ri Kajang, namely the relationship between humans with their God, humans with humans, and human with nature. The relationship between humans with their God as the embodiment of values of Pasang ri Kajang is the essence of Manuntungi truth based on the Patuntung belief by Kajang traditional community.

<p>Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang kerukunan sosial umat beragama di permukiman transmigrasi desa Karave Kabupaten Mamuju Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk meneropong atau memotret kerukunan sosial umat beragama di permukiman transmigrasi desa Karave. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama lebih 14 hari di bulan Maret 2014. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kerukunan sosial umat beragama bertahan hingga hari ini, disebabkan oleh adanya faktor pendukung tercipta dan terbangunnya kerukunan sosial, diantaranya: 1). Kesadaran akan kebhinnekaan. 2). Melakukan perlombaan dan pertandingan agustusan serta kegiatan positif lainnya dalam rangka mempererat jalinan silaturahim. (3). Memperkokoh jejaring sosial dalam kelompok tani sawit.</p><p>Kata Kunci: Kerukunan, Sosial, Umat Beragama, Pluralisme.</p><p>This written provided the result of research about social harmony of the religious communitys in transmigration settlement Karave village, North Mamuju Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to support for describe the social harmony of religious communitys in transmigration settlement Karave village. Data collection was carried out for more than 14 days on March 2014. The result of research found out that the social harmony of the religious communitys is still holding until now, because of some factors of supportes and harmon builders suach as: 1). Awarness of diversity; 2). Do competitions and august matches and other positive activities in order to strengthen the relationship of friendship; 3). This research is a case study that discusses collaborative products between brand A and the SK music group. Thisresearch uses qualitative method where data collection was carried out by interviewing the manufacturers of sneakersA to find out the relationship between the products and the design process carried out on the collaboration. The resultsobtained are in the form of a design process from a manufacturer of sneakers A and the role of collaborators in eachstage of the design process. The analysis is in the form of a comparison between the data obtained from the interviews and from the literature used. From the research results, it was found that there were differences in the types of sneakers in the collaborative product series, and some of the designs did not match the image of the collaborators who were personnel of the rock music group SK. This research is expected to be a recommendation for producers and designers in designing collaborative products. In the academic field, it is also expected to open new research related to collaborative sneakers and other collaborative products.

Unestablished good relationship between members of the local parliament and constituents in 3rd Constituency, Central Pariaman Subdistrict, Pariaman City had caused difficulty to establish a good collaboration. A good relationship was intended to capture the aspirations of the community in finding solutions to community problems. This research aimed to get a description of the relationships between local parliament members and their constituents, inhibiting factors in relations, and efforts to solve inhibiting factors. The author used a descriptive method with a technique of data collection are semistructured interviews, observation, and documentation. As the results, the shape of relationships between Local parliament members and constituents freely mandate, the inhibiting factor in the relationship because the policy program of local parliament members has tried to make constituents not yet felt by the whole community, the lack of constituent awareness for legislative roles and the multiparty system created some local parliament members. To solve the problems are by political education, increasing the sense of care of local parliament members to their constituents.
