The aim of this research is to identify the Village Government’s efforts in responding to impacts of Covid-19 in Sukajaya Village, Sub-district of South Sumedang, Sumedang Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research based on in-depth interviews method with the parties involved in it. The efforts of the Village Government which are in line with the directions of the central and regional policies need to be responded well by the society, because if the society do not give any good respond to any kind of Village Government’s policies in order to handle the impact of Covid-19, it will not show any good result. The Village Government also need to respond any suggestion, criticism from society as well to syncronize the policies and its aims in order to achieve policies effectivity as expected by various parties.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the stakeholder’s roles and contributions in brand management of village tourisms in Bali and India. A descriptive qualitative research conducted in village tourisms in Bali, Indonesia with village tourisms in Andra Pradesh, India. In-depth interviews and discussions were conducted with twenty key informants involved in the management of the respective village tourisms. The findings are the stakeholders play an essential role in branding village tourisms to be able to build a good image of the destination. All activities offered in village tourisms indirectly become the brand of the village. This brand is expected to increase tourist visits, strengthen the image and keep the village tourisms sustainable.  The brand of village tourisms is an important thing to be considered by visitors in selecting the destination, so every stakeholder must contribute to create good brand image.Keywords: roles, stakeholder, branding, village tourisms, image

This study was conducted to analyze the role of the Village Consultative Institution (BPD) in monitoring the use of Village Funds in Kuta Pinang Village, Tebing Syahbandar District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques by conducting literature studies and research in the field. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The role of BPD includes three things, namely the role in regulations, organizations / institutions and in individuals. The results showed that the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) of Kuta Pinang Village in the supervision of Village Funds by monitoring and auditing financial reports on the use of village funds. The follow-up of the supervision that has been carried out by the BPD which is an evaluation of the performance of the Kuta Pinang village government has also not been available so that the role of supervision has not been optimal. In addition to these aspects, the findings in this study are the obstacles faced by the BPD of Kuta Pinang Village in conducting supervision, namely the lack of community participation in village deliberations, the BPD does not understand the regulations for the use of village funds, BPD resources are still inadequate and inaccurate monitoring documentation, so that the impact on the implementation of supervision is not optimal.

This research is motivated by a government program about accelerating village independence through the implementation of the BUMDes program activities that have not been running since 2017 in Suka Maju village, Sungai Betung District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of bottlenecks in the BUMDes program and to provide input for the village government in carrying out the next BUMDes program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research techniques conducted by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation in which the research participants, namely the Village Head, the Village Head Officer, and the core management of BUMDes were selected by purposefull sampling. Testing the correctness of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the non-progress of BUMDes activities that had been launched since the formation of BUMDes management in 2017 was due to human resource issues where the inadequate capacity of understanding and knowledge about BUMDes owned by the Village Head and BUMDes administrators made this program not yet a priority program for the government. Suka Maju village and also a lack of commitment to implementing the BUMDes program so that it has not been able to drive the village economy as expected.

The batik industry is now growing. Likewise with batik Trusmi that development is now growing rapidly. Revenue is a consequence or impact of the development of the batik industry.  Revenue  Trusmi batik artisans can be used for the basic needs of both basic needs and the needs of batik artisans in the business of making batik and batik artisans revenue also used for industrial development or business Trusmi batik. The problems discussed in this research on the impact of batik artisans Trusmi revenue as a result of the development of batik industry Trusmi. The goal, which is to determine the revenue impact of batik artisans Trusmi batik industry development. The method used in this research is using a descriptive qualitative method with the approach used approach  SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity,  Threat). Data collected by using observation and in-depth interviews with batik artisans  Trusmi and also the village, as well as gathering documentation in the form of images and small notes. Results of research conducted by the researchers, it is known that income Trusmi batik artisans used for a variety of needs, not only for the basic needs of batik artisans but is also used to develop the Business of making batik. By using SWOT analysis of the impact of this revenue is not only powerful, but also has the disadvantage of not yet arranged neatly on the financial statements batik business, and there were also threats, in the form of batik competition from other regions. While the strength of itself is able to carry on business batik and opportunities that can develop the business of making or write Trusmi batik industry. With the aim to maximize profits and the opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats to the batik artisans need to develop the business by using a strategy of differentiation.

This research is aimed to find out Village Financial Management in Indonesia. Descriptive qualitative research applied to analyzed primary and secondary data. The data were collected through interview and documentation technique. The data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting data, concluding and verifying so the researcher can draw the final conclusion. The data validity checked by triangulation techniques and member checks. The results indicate that the management of village finances as a whole was not in accordance with the regulations. In the implementation stage, the village government has lower creativity in managing village finances.

Bungo Village, Subdistrict of Wedung Indonesia, is one of the regions that still upholds the traditions of the region as a form of preserving culture. Along with the development of technology and science, there are many traditions in the village that are considered not modernist by the people. Therefore, some village government and community heads in the village of Bungo, Wedung District, are trying to maintain traditions in their area as a form of preserving local traditions or culture and when developed can have potential for regional income. Coastal traditions in the Bungo Village area that are still carried out include Apitan, Syawalan, and Alms of Earth, the meaning of this tradition as a form of community gratitude to God. There is a Nyadran tradition, the Panji Kusuma Cultural Kirab is a tradition carried out as a form of respect for coastal communities and in memory of the services of heroes who have established villages in the coastal region. There is also the tradition of Keong Keli, Barian, Kembang Sayang, which basically implies a form of community effort to avoid doom and danger. This research was conducted using ethnographic methods, data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. From the coastal traditions carried out by the Bungo people, it is shown that coastal communities depend on the sea for their livelihoods and the wealth of natural resources to survive.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program Assistance Policy and to want to know what factors hindered the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Mesigit Village. The method in this research uses qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy has gone well, but that has become an obstacle in the implementation of the Hope Family Program coordinating PKH facilitators to the village government. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) has been going well because it has four indicators of policy implementation such as: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. While the inhibiting factors are the awareness and interest of the community about PKH, telecommunications network facilities and the absence of meeting activities, there is no coordination from PKH facilitators.  Keywords: Policy, Poverty, Program.

This study aims to analyze the increasing potential for poverty in the city of Palangka Raya from the perspective of SMIs due to the impact of the 19th COVID pandemic. The data was obtained based on the results of in-depth interviews from February to April 2020 with 10 SMIs and supported from secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The data is processed based on qualitative research principles based on the type of case study research. In the results of this study it was found that the SMIs experienced a very detrimental impact in terms of sales and marketing of products so that employees who come to work are terminated indefinitely, in this connection it appears that there is potential increases in poverty that can occur in the future come.

The purpose of this study is to measure the accountability of village funds management in Kabupaten Bangka. In relation to the Village Funds program which is a government program, the measurement of accountability of Village Funds management uses accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Liability, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness which are the principles of accountability developed by the United Nations Development Program in measuring bureaucratic accountability. This research is a qualitative research by taking data from several villages in Bangka Regency. As well as qualitative research, the data taken in this study using snowball sampling method, where researchers take data by conducting in-depth interviews until the data obtained until the condition is saturated, meaning there is a repetition of the same information at the time of data collection. The results of this study indicate that villages in Bangka Regency have met the accountability principles of 5 (five) starting from planning, implementation and reporting when measured from 5 (five) accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Obligation, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness.

This study aims to see the community participation in the satellite area in the construction and maintenance of Drainage in the Village Marindal II District Patumbak Deli Serdang. The research method used to answer the problem in this research is the method of qualitative research approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, literature study and documentation. Informant research comes from the elements of sub-district government and community. The results of the research show that the participation, involvement and utilization of drainage facilities are running well.
