The purpose of this study is to analyze the stakeholder’s roles and contributions in brand management of village tourisms in Bali and India. A descriptive qualitative research conducted in village tourisms in Bali, Indonesia with village tourisms in Andra Pradesh, India. In-depth interviews and discussions were conducted with twenty key informants involved in the management of the respective village tourisms. The findings are the stakeholders play an essential role in branding village tourisms to be able to build a good image of the destination. All activities offered in village tourisms indirectly become the brand of the village. This brand is expected to increase tourist visits, strengthen the image and keep the village tourisms sustainable.  The brand of village tourisms is an important thing to be considered by visitors in selecting the destination, so every stakeholder must contribute to create good brand image.Keywords: roles, stakeholder, branding, village tourisms, image

The political investors in the regional head election in Indonesia are an interesting phenomenon to be studied, as not all candidates for regional head, whether governors, regents, or mayors, have the capital to financially support their candidacy. Meanwhile, the nomination fee from has been increasing. For instance, in one of the regencies in Indonesia, the cost has reached 30 billion rupiah. This provides opportunities for regional head candidates to be financed by other people or business groups, known as political investors. This research was conducted to determine the extended role of political investors in regional head elections. This descriptive qualitative research collected data through in-depth interviews and observations as well as online and paper documents. The results showed that political investors play an essential role in enabling regional head candidates to win, and that they in turn benefited from the elections.

Reconstruction of ‘Kitab Kuning learning conducted Lembaga Batsu Masa’il (LBM) Al Mahrusiyah already implemented 2018-2019 school year. Even though it's only been a year, this strategy shows that it can improve the ability of female students to understand the Kitab Kuning. This is proven by the ability of female students who attend LBM to be able to translate and explain the intent contained in the Kitab Kuning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The use of research methods is very relevant to the object being studied because researchers become key instruments. The results of this study will describe in full the situation and process of implementing activities in LBM Al Mahrusiyah. Key informants in this study are all stakeholders who are managers, coaches, executors and participants of these activities. The method used is in-depth interviews to find saturated data. An illustration of the results of this study found the application of LBM Al Mahrusiyah held a sifir class, “tahasus, ula, wustho, dan ulya.” Sorogan class in the realm of reading, “memurodi” (translating) and understanding the Kitab Kuning. In the class of sifir and tahasus the introduction of the kitab kuning and nahwu sharaf science. The book studied varies according to the level of study at each stage of the class.

The aim of this research is to identify the Village Government’s efforts in responding to impacts of Covid-19 in Sukajaya Village, Sub-district of South Sumedang, Sumedang Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research based on in-depth interviews method with the parties involved in it. The efforts of the Village Government which are in line with the directions of the central and regional policies need to be responded well by the society, because if the society do not give any good respond to any kind of Village Government’s policies in order to handle the impact of Covid-19, it will not show any good result. The Village Government also need to respond any suggestion, criticism from society as well to syncronize the policies and its aims in order to achieve policies effectivity as expected by various parties.

The purpose of this study is to measure the accountability of village funds management in Kabupaten Bangka. In relation to the Village Funds program which is a government program, the measurement of accountability of Village Funds management uses accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Liability, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness which are the principles of accountability developed by the United Nations Development Program in measuring bureaucratic accountability. This research is a qualitative research by taking data from several villages in Bangka Regency. As well as qualitative research, the data taken in this study using snowball sampling method, where researchers take data by conducting in-depth interviews until the data obtained until the condition is saturated, meaning there is a repetition of the same information at the time of data collection. The results of this study indicate that villages in Bangka Regency have met the accountability principles of 5 (five) starting from planning, implementation and reporting when measured from 5 (five) accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Obligation, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness.

This study aims to see the community participation in the satellite area in the construction and maintenance of Drainage in the Village Marindal II District Patumbak Deli Serdang. The research method used to answer the problem in this research is the method of qualitative research approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, literature study and documentation. Informant research comes from the elements of sub-district government and community. The results of the research show that the participation, involvement and utilization of drainage facilities are running well.

This study aims to describe the marketing communicationstrategy conducted by PT Telkomsel in increasing the market share in Segment Youth based on kotlertheory (1976: 46) which is Marketing Mix consisting of Four P (4P) ie product, price, place, place),and promotion (promotion) and AIDDA Theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action). Thetype of this research is descriptive qualitative, that is descriptive research which describes factfactually and meticulously as well as qualitative research which yields findings that can not beobtained by statistic or measurement. This research describes marketing communication strategyconducted by PT Telkomsel assisted by SPV Youth and Community Telkomsel Branch Surabya,covering product (product), price (price), place (place), and promotion (promotion). Data collectedthrough in-depth interviews SPV Youth and Community Branch Surabaya as representative of PTTelkomsel as Key Informant and some staff as informant as well as to test the validity of data. Theresult of the research shows that the fourth communication strategy conducted by PT Telkomsel inincreasing the market share of youth segment is by promotion.Keywords : Marketing Communication Strategy

The village is the foremost and closest government agent and is able to directly touch the interests of the community. One of its efforts is through the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), which in Aceh are called the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG). In its management, BUMG has several management principles, one of which is participation. Therefore, women also have the right to participate in the management of BUMG. Blang Krueng Village is one of the villages that has the best BUMG in Aceh and the 2016 National level of participation category. This study aims to look at the participation of women in the management of BUMG in Blang Krueng Village and the factors that influence women's participation in the management of BUMG in Blang Krueng Village. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the management of BUMG Blang Krueng Village has involved women in the planning process, delivery of aspirations, implementation and evaluation. In organizing, women are also involved as managers. It can be seen from 11 (eleven) business units that have been established, there are 5 (five) Blang Krueng BUMG business units which are chaired by women

The aim of this research is as an effort students’ perspective on mathematics and the preservation of traditional Indonesian games. As for the background of this writing, because Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of cultures, one of them is traditional games. The current of globalization in Indonesia has the effect of threatening extinction towards various traditional Indonesian games. On other hand, the problem is the majority of students consider mathematics learning is difficult and unpleasant lesson. This research takes one of the traditional Indonesian games namely patil lele to be implicated in mathematics learning. This research used descriptive qualitative research with the aim of describing, explaining, and interpreting the implementation of traditional game patil lele as ethnomatematics qualitatively using observation, documentation, and filling questionnaires and tests. The results showed that the use of patil lele games introduce students to traditional games, foster social attitudes, collaborate with students, and help students understand the concept of distance between points. After applying traditional patil lele games, students can get to know the game. By introducing this game, students can love their own culture that is Indonesian culture with their participation in preserving traditional patil lele games. The application of traditional patil lele games can reduce the abstractness of mathematics by visualizing the material of distance between points through the game. Thus, the implementation can provide a good image of mathematics subjects students’ perspective

This research aims to know the Potential of Ecotourism in Tahura Nipa-Nipa Area in Watu-Watu Village. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The aim is to get an overview of the ecotourism potential that is found in Kawasa Taman Hutan Raya (TAHURA) Nipa-Nipa. To get information from the researcher using the key informants. The informants in this research are determined based on the research needs. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. Data obtained from 6 informants namely the Department of Tourism as much as 1 person, the Forest Service in this case Unit PelaksaTeknis Daerah (UPTD) as much as 1 person and the Community who live around Tahura Nipa-Nipa in Kelurahan Watu-Watu as many as 4 people. Based on the result of the research from the interview of the informant, the result of research is the Potential of Ecotourism in Tahura Nipa-Nipa Area in Watu-Watu Village in the form of Flora potency in the form of Ironwood, Bolo-bolo and others. For the type of fauna that exist in the form of monkey macaca endangered animals Sulawesi, some species of dragonflies and monitor lizards, in addition there are other promising ecotourism potential of natural attractions such as waterfalls, camping places. In the study there is also another potential in the area of Tahura Nipa-Nipa ie there is agricultural land managed by surrounding communities who are familiar with the farmers Subur Makmur

This research is motivated by a government program about accelerating village independence through the implementation of the BUMDes program activities that have not been running since 2017 in Suka Maju village, Sungai Betung District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of bottlenecks in the BUMDes program and to provide input for the village government in carrying out the next BUMDes program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research techniques conducted by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation in which the research participants, namely the Village Head, the Village Head Officer, and the core management of BUMDes were selected by purposefull sampling. Testing the correctness of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the non-progress of BUMDes activities that had been launched since the formation of BUMDes management in 2017 was due to human resource issues where the inadequate capacity of understanding and knowledge about BUMDes owned by the Village Head and BUMDes administrators made this program not yet a priority program for the government. Suka Maju village and also a lack of commitment to implementing the BUMDes program so that it has not been able to drive the village economy as expected.
