The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is an organization that has quite strategic tasks, functions and authorities in organizing the enforcement of regional regulations and decisions of the Head of the Region, Organizing public peace and order, and community protection. The city of Bandung as the capital of West Java Province which has the potential as a destination area for immigrants to meet the living needs of various areas to complain about fate. Thus, as a trade destination area, it is necessary to arrange an orderly, comfortable and peaceful situation for the people of Bandung City. Street vendors are one of the informal livelihoods that are mostly located in every corner of Bandung City. In addition to having a source of income for the area, but on the other hand is another problem for the government of Bandung City. The purpose of writing is to find out how the effectiveness of the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in Disciplining Pedestrian Traders in the City of Bandung. The method used in this writing is Descriptive Analysis by using research tools in the form of literature study on the Effectiveness and Role of Civil Servants Unit (Satpol PP).

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of street vendors in the city of Semarang Tlogosari; describe and analyze the policy of the City Government, the role of the function of the actors involved, implementation and efforts aimed at addressing the causes of the inefective of the relocation program Tlogosari street vendors in the area of Semarang. The method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The data used in the research is a secondary data. The population in this study consisted of 21 keyperson consisting of elements of Semarang City Market Agency, Chief Tlogosari Kulon village, Semarang municipal police and street vendors in the area Tlogosari. The results showed that the condition of street vendors located in the area of Semarang has Tlogosari displacement relocation traders to place, but in relocating the government does not hold a follow-up in preparing the infrastructure and facilities. The role of the function of the actors involved in the relocation of street vendors in the program Tlogosari namely the Semarang City Market Agency and the municipal police personnel Semarang. Factors that cause the inefective of the relocation program of street vendors in the city of Semarang Tlogosari them is a culture of street vendors who keep returning despite being moved, PKL reluctantly relocated to Taman Suryokusumo, and street vendors were difficult to set or disciplined. And last effort in addressing the causes of the inefective of the relocation program PKL among other actions determine the place / location for street vendors selling. City government falls directly approached PKL to speak and to deliberate. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kondisi Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang; mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan Pemerintah Kota, peran fungsi aktor yang terlibat, Implementasi dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kurang efktifnya program relokasi PKL di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data skunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 21 keyperson yang terdiri dari unsur Dinas Pasar Kota Semarang, Kepala Kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon, Satpol PP Kota Semarang dan PKL di kawasan Tlogosari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kondisi PKL yang berlokasi di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang telah dilakukan pemindahan pedagang ke tempat relokasi, namun dalam melakukan relokasi pemerintah tidak mengadakan tindak lanjut dalam menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana. Peran fungsi aktor yang terlibat dalam program relokasi PKL di kawasan Tlogosari yaitu pihak Dinas Pasar Kota Semarang serta para personil Satpol PP Kota Semarang. Faktor program relokasi yang berjalan kurang baik PKL di kawasan Tlogosari Kota Semarang diantaranya adalah budaya PKL yang selalu kembali meskipun sudah dipindah, PKL enggan di relokasi ke Taman Suryokusumo, dan PKL yang sulit ditata atau ditertibkan. Dan terakhir upaya dalam mengatasi berjalan kurang baiknya program relokasi PKL antara lain melakukan tindakan menentukan tempat/lokasi berjualan bagi PKL. Pemerintah Kota terjun langsung mendekati PKL untuk berbicara dan melakukan musyawarah.

AbstrakPeriode 1950-an secara global disebut sebagai abad atom. Pada periode ini terjadi modernisasi dalam gaya hidup dengan berkembangnya peralatan-peralatan elektronik dalam lingkup rumah tangga. Pada periode ini pula masyarakat Perkotaan Jakarta mengalami transformasi dalam lingkup rumah tangga, perkembangan peralatan rumah tangga modern mengubah kebiasaan sehari-hari kehidupan rumah tangga perkotaan.. Tulisan ini membahas bentuk gaya hidup masyarakat Perkotaan Jakarta terutama terkait dengan perkembangan budaya makan di lingkungan rumah tangga. Selain itu tulisan ini juga membahas mengenai kebijakan dari pemerintah yang turut memberikan warna dalam perkembangan budaya makan di lingkungan rumah tangga perkotaan. Kajian ini menggunakan konsep Pendidikan selera. Pendidikan selera merupakan proses pengenalan dan perkembangan sajian, selera, dan budaya makan akibat persinggungan dan asosiasi antarbudaya, serta perkembangan budaya modern. Kajian ini menarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat empat faktor memengaruhi perkembangan budaya makan di Kota Jakarta pada periode 1950-an. Faktor-faktor tersebut yakni, perkembangan pendidikan; interaksi sosial dan kekerabatan yang terjalin antarrumah tangga urban; perkembangan industri pengolahan makanan; dan melalui peran Lembaga Makanan Rakjat (LMR).  AbstractIn the 1950s period was globally referred as an atom century. This period witnessed the modernization of lifestyle with the development of electronic equipment in the domestic sphere. In this period the people of Urban Jakarta also undergone a transformation in the domestic sphere, the development of modern household appliances which was changed the habits of everyday life of urban households. This paper discusses the shape of people's lifestyles of Urban Jakarta primarily associated with the development of the culture of eating in a domestic environment. In addition, this paper also discusses the policies of the government that also provide the variety in the development of eating culture in the neighborhood of urban households.  This study uses the concept of Education tastes. Taste of education is a process of introduction and development of the dish, tastes and culture of eating due to the intersection and inter-cultural associations, as well as the development of modern culture. This study draws the conclusion that there were four factors that was influencing the development of the culture of eating in the city of Jakarta in the 1950s. These factors were the development of education; social interaction and kinship that exists between urban households and the development of food processing industry; and through the role of the People's Institute of Food (LMR).

This study aims to see the role of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Ulee Kareng in developing halal tourism in the city of Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. This research uses primary data and secondary data, namely by conducting interviews and centering studies and documentation which is analyzed in several stages, namely editing data, classifying, reducing, presenting data, and finally verifying. The results showed that Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Ulee Kareng has a role in developing halal tourism, namely in the Culinary Business Sector, Travel Service Providers and Lodging Providers. The financing provided to business actors is the financing of Micro Businesses. With the financing provided by this institution to players in the halal tourism industry, it has an impact on improving the economic welfare of the people.

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya bersama Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Dinkopum) berupaya mengelola permasalahan PKL dengan membuat sentra PKL sebagai solusi atas permasalahan terganggunya keindahan kota, terhambatnya aktivitas pejalan kaki di trotoar, dan lalu lintas yang menjadi tidak lancar. Sejak pertama didirikannya hingga awal tahun 2020, program Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Urip Sumoharjo beberapa kali mendapati keadaan “mati suri”, yaitu menurunnya minat pembeli yang menyebabkan sepinya sentra. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan manajemen strategi program SWK Urip Sumoharjo oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data melalui observasi dengan mewawancarai pihak Dinas dan PKL disertai dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SWK Urip Sumoharjo sebagai sentra wisata kuliner di Kota Surabaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinkopum, yaitu Menetapkan Misi dan Tujuan, Dinkopum meningkatkan kemampuan usaha mikro dalam mengembangkan sumber daya produktif melalui SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Ancaman dan Peluang, berpeluang menjadi sentra maju dengan promosi serta menemukan ancaman berupa tempat makan modern dan kepekaan pelanggan terhadap produk; Kekuatan dan Kelemahan, pemberian pendampingan & pelatihan serta sarana prasarana sebagai kekuatan yang dimilki Dinkopum dan kelemahannya yakni kualitas kuantitas SDM dan lokasi sentra; Mempertimbangkan Alternatif Strategi, dengan rencana peningkatan SDM; Memilih Strategi, dengan peningkatan kualitas SDM; Implementasi Strategi, dengan pendampingan dan pelatihan PKL; Evaluasi Strategi, Dinkopum belum mampu mengubah pola pikir PKL. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan adalah meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi SWK kepada masyarakat Surabaya. Kata kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Sentra Wisata Kuliner, PKL.   The Government of Surabaya with the Cooperative and Micro Business Office of Surabaya are trying to manage problems related to street vendors (PKL) by making 44 street vendors centra as a solution to problems with disruption of the beauty of the city, obstruction of pedestrian activity on sidewalks, and unstable traffic. Since it was first established until early 2020, the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) program on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo has several times encountered a "suspended animation", which is a decline in buyer interest which has led to lonely centers. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategic management of the SWK Urip Sumoharjo program by the Surabaya City Department of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Techniques in collecting data through observation by interviewing the department and street vendors accompanied by documentation. Data analysis techniques by, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that SWK Urip Sumoharjo as a center for culinary tourism in the city of Surabaya carried out by Dinkopum, namely Setting Mision and Goals, Dinkopum increasing the ability of micro-businesses in developing productive resources through SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Researching Threats and Opportunities, having the opportunity to become a center forward with promotions and discovering threats in the form of modern eating places and customer sensitivity to products; Researching Strengths and Weaknesses, providing assistance & training as well as infrastructure as the strengths of Dinkopum and weaknesses, namely the quality of the quantity of human resources and the location of the center; Considering alternative strategies, with plans to increase human resources; Choosing a strategy, by improving the quality of human resources; Strategy Implementation, with PKL assistance and training; Strategy Evaluation, Dinkopum has not been able to change the mindset of street vendors. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase the socialization and promotion of SWK to the people of Surabaya. In recent years, the landscape showing a conservative tendency in religion hassignificantly increased. The Islamic Conservatives in Indonesia experienced unexpected and quite surprising growth and development, and perhaps reached its peak in the last 3-5 years. The negative excesses of this conservative tendency are quite worrying and have the potential to disrupt the sustainability of democracy and the integrity of the nation. This research seeks to elaborate efforts to mainstream moderate Islam which is the main agenda of the government (Ministry of Religion) as a step to counter conservative understanding and see how the role of educational institutions there. This research is a qualitative research focusing on the literature study and using a descriptive-analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to mainstream moderate Islam, educational institutions play a significant role although not the only determinant. This role can be realized through several aspects such as curriculum and learning processes in educational institutions, supervision and guidance of programs or activities outside the curriculum of educational institutions starting from elementary to high levels, as well as through educational institutions policies.

Community empowerment is very important for the community, especially the government itself because these activities have a positive impact on the surrounding environment. Community empowerment is also one way for people to work together to make the program that has been issued a success. This study provides an overview of the implementation of community empowerment in the ‘Jogo Tonggo’ program initiated by the Central Java Provincial Government to fight the Covid-19 pandemic and looks at the impacts and strategies of the Central Java Provincial Government in reducing the number of people exposed to Covid-19. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature study method in the form of a review of the Jogo Tonggo new normal era program based on references and data in the field. The results showed that this program was also responded positively by the people of Central Java so that even in the new normal, the government did not hesitate to implement the program to reduce the level of people exposed to Covid-19.

The main problem in this study is "How the Role of Civil Service Police Unit in Implementing Ambon City Regulation No. 10 of 2014 at Ambon City Mardika Market?". This study uses a single variable, which involved 41 respondents by including 3 indicators: (1). The role of Civil service police Unit in controlling street vendors, (2). The role of Civil service police Unit in the supervision of street vendors, (3). The role of Civil service police Unit in enforcing the law against street vendors. The results showed that: the average role of Civil service police Unit in the three indicators, namely: control, supervision, and law enforcement against street vendors was considered to be still not good and showed that the role of Civil service police Unit was not fully in implementing Regulation No.10 of 2014. Problems experienced by Civil service police Unit officers in implementing Regional Regulation No.10 2014 in the Ambon City Mardika market are the number of street vendors is increasing from time to time and also the lack of awareness of street vendors in maintaining environmental cleanliness and also compliance with applicable regulations and the absence of special locations provided by the government for street vendors selling.

Identical collaborative governance is used in government and must handle COVID-19 to create fast, precise, focused, integrated and synergistic steps between ministries/agencies, local governments, and other stakeholders. This research describes collaborative governance in efforts to deal with COVID-19 in Riau Province, especially Pekanbaru City, considering that the city recorded a relatively high initial increase in cases compared to other areas in Riau Province as well as the implementation of collaborative management. The research method is qualitative, with the type of research used is the exploratory type and literature study. This article analyses several aspects of collaborative governance, namely the initial role of the government, non-state actors, joint decision making, formal organizing, gaining consensus, and the existence of problems to collaborate both on public policies and services.

The Role of Agusen Tourism Objects in Increasing Community Income (Study in Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency). Tourism is an activity that directly touches and engages the community, thus bringing various impacts on the local community. As for the problems in this paper are (1) How the role of the agusen tourist attraction in increasing the income of the people who are in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. (2) What factors support and hinder Agusen tourism objects in increasing the people's income in Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. This study aims to determine the role of Agusen attractions in increasing community income in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren Subdistrict, Gayo lues Regency, and also to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting the role of attractions in increasing the income of Agusen Gampong Subdistricts, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. To obtain the data the author uses a qualitative method, with a descriptive analysis approach, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it can be that: the existence of attractions in increasing community income is a shared responsibility. The existence of attractions can be said to be quite successful in increasing the income of the community in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The supporting factors for Agusen attractions are the good cooperation between the community, the government and the village apparatus. As for the inhibiting factor is due to the absence of specific regulations either from the village or the government so that there are still irregularities in carrying out the task of adding to the community's income in the Agusen Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency.Keywords: Role, Tourism Objects, Community Income.

Most of the Cimincrang people originally came from their own fields. In connection with the development of areas that make Cimincrang residents their land must be sold to the government and housing developers because the Cimincrang area will be the center of the administration of the City of Bandung 2 primary and commercial area, so residents can no longer run the agricultural sector. Many residents who turn jobs become traders, motorcycle taxis driver, factory workers, casual daily workers. Due to the increasing needs of the community while the ability of citizens is limited, so to meet their daily needs and to increase business capital, many of them use the services of loan sharks whose loan repayments are considered burdensome. This condition prompted several community leaders in the Cimincrang region to hold a meeting to establish Baitul Mal wat Tamwil Insan Madani (Iman), a microfinance institution helping the people in the economic sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT), the welfare of the community in Cimincrang Village, Bandung, and the role of BMT in improving the welfare of the community in Cimincrang Village, Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Based on the research results, the residents of Cimincrang Urban Village were greatly helped by the presence of the BMT Faith, because they have not been in debt with loan sharks anymore, and funds from BMT are not difficult to obtain, basically trust.
